I had bought a big carpet from Myntra and since the colour delivered was not as described, I placed the Request for Return the very next day . The return was supposed to be picked by DELHIVERY agents and next day a guy came on a Two wheeler to pick up and was unable to transport it on a two wheeler and informed me that this return needs a four wheeler and he will come next day with a four wheeler and updated as customer not reachable.
Next day again I get the message from myntra about pick up but no one turns up and evening I get an SMS, that customer not reachable and hence pick up failed.
Next day this happened again and maximum attempt to pick up was fine. And no update from myntra since then, everyday they ask Me to wait 34 - 48 hours and no resolution for pick up . My money is blocked with myntra and I'm suffered for their mistake.
Sending me a wrong product and nit ready to accept the return and tefund.

My husband ordered 2 product on myntra and he placed old address by mistake.now in the app it is showing delivered bt even my old address didn't get any parcel.delivery boy went there and old address watchman refused to accept it as told by us...bt in app it is showing delivered.. neither delivery person called me nor got any message..

I called the customer care and they raised a complaint and asked me to wait for 72 hours. It was more than 72 hours and I did not receive any updates. I called them again. They said to wait for 24 hours more.

24 hours over…still no updates. I called again…they said me to wait for another 24 hours. But after talking to senior executive person also they are saying it's not our responsibility and we can not help..
How can they even deliver prepaid order anywhere without my permission.now they are not giving refund nor taking any further inquiry action..im asking to ask delivery boy that where he has delivered the order i wll go tgere to pick up bcoz he has only taken that prepaid order..bt these customer care people not telling any details about delivery boy nor they are enquiring.simply saying prder has delivered.. indirectly saying forget about ur money and parcel too

Pathetic service…any other option vs Myntra…always go for any other service.

Myntra is not at all customer friendly…they keep defending their acts.its a fraud website to grab money with unethical ways..
I need to get my refund back.

I placed first order from myntra order number 122520762909747708701 wrong hoddy purple color cost Rs 1558 I placed pay on delivery order through UPI and it was delivered on 13/01/23 but product not correct Returned on 15/01/2023, whose return id It was [protected], I have been updated in myntra app for refund that my refund has been given, but till now my refund has not come in my account, when I talk to myntra customer, it says wait for 7 to 10 days, what kind of rule is this of myntra, when any payment is done through upi then it is 1 to 2 minut Transfer is done, but there is such a big fraud that it cheats the customer by fooling me, I am asking myntra customer care for RRI number or bank upi's reference number / transaction number, then asked to wait for 10 days Going on, myntra does a lot of fraud with the customer, only the customerIt is troubling, when I first paid the money then took the goods, now it is taking 1 month to give my refund, I will complain in counsumer form within 1 or 2 days, myntra is very big thief, please give my refund, vishwaheet singh,

I have been reaching out to myntra.com as my brother Rushil Kumar is not able to place order on myntra( incident number IN[protected]) He had added a gift card of Rs 3000 and wanted to proceed with shopping using that. He is currently out of india hence his number is not functional so he raised request to add his email.he tried adding his email ( [protected]@gmail.com)himself but becase of 2 factor authentication, otp was sent on his phone number which is currently not functional. He needs to place an order but is unable to do so as otp is sent to his number but myntra customer care has been closing the request without providing any resolution. Please ask myntra to either resolve his request or give back myntra gift card to him.

I am purchasing in Vegas hair dryer in Myntra but it's not working
I approach Myntra customer care executive He said this item is non refundable ite but it's show in Myntra app 15 Day's return available

I ordered a Roadster jacket from myntra. I received the product in one day but with a roadster tag and invoice only, there were no price tag.The size and quality of jacket was not goot fit for me.
I rasied a return request.
Next day delivery boy came to collect the product but he put it on hold saying price tag is missing. I raised an issue on muntra customer support and they gave me the deadline to resolve it within 3 days but after 3 days I got a text message that your return is rejected.
After this incident I call to customer care and told about this. Again they raise a re investigation request and gave me the deadline of 5 days. But again after 3 days I got a message that my return request is again declined.
And after contacting customet support again they are giving excuse that they don’t sell product without price tags.

Who’s fault is this? How can I attach a price tag with this which I didn’t received.

I received the myntra book but inside that the product was missing i registred complaint but the customer support didn"t help me . i opened the box in fornt of delevery boy i told him and he said to register a complaint on their portal. but non of them help me

It shows that pay on Delievery is not available for any of the product that i buy from few weeks for pin code 283203 but i orderd 10-15 prepaid orders also then it shows that the pay on delivery is not available for your pin code please resolve the issue myntra.

I kept the jacket on cart but i don't when it went out of stock I want that

2.Kasually mustard yellow high neck peplum top for exchange purpose from myntra
Both items has been scheduled on 2nd Jan 2023 on the same day for exchange and return pickup
Both the products were taken by your executive Mr Santhosh gowda mallana gowda patil (PH: [protected], with PIN 170 on 02/01/2023) and provided replacement for the Kasually mustard yellow high neck peplum top & also picked up the Sassafras green & olive green floral cheffon A-line maxi dress item by the same executive.
I was surprised when i got the SMS in the evening saying that product is mismatch (For Sassafras green & olive green floral cheffon A-line maxi dress), pickup is rejected. While the pick up has been made by ekart logistic executive Mr Santhosh gowda mallana gowda patil.

Please help me in getting refund or my item
Note: I feel there were two different executives one for replacement and another for refund (For return pickup). But both has been done by single executive (Mr. Santhosh gowda mallana gowda patil)
Please investigate & do the needful by resolving the issue at the earliest

We asked the Myntra delivery agent to come to after 1 pm, but he came 1-2 hours early before the time and keep calling to hurry up, which is completely inconvenient as have mentioned the preferred time for delivery. Then after 1pm, he send another agent that agent told us that, he paid to Myntra on our behalf so in order to receive the item we have to pay him. We never told him to pay on our behalf, who gave him that permission?

We called Myntra because the status was still showing out for delivery. Myntra said they do not have any payment details of where it was paid or not. In the evening that delivery agent again came uninvited and forced us to pay to his personal account.

We rejected the delivery we did not take the product or paid him. Asked him to cancel. But he marked the product as delivered.

Called to Myntra and talked to the senior manager but no help. Today he might come again to bother us. We have informed the security personnel if he threatens our security we will inform Police.

I ordered a dress on Myntra with Flipkart pay later money and also paid the amount of Flipkart pay later. But the dress didn't fit good So I returned it but my money didn't get back to me .

Requesting an early delivery of my item, Order ID # 1225218 [protected], by this Friday afternoon (13th Jan, 2023). After this date, the individual I need to give it to won't be available. Therefore, I must have it by January 13th, 2023, urgently if I want to give it to that individual.

Deliver the item as required as soon as possible. I'm hoping you'll let me know if you can deliver it earlier or not. It is a demand.

I have ordered 2 items worth rs 2258 and cancelled it. Only part of thr refund was credited to my account which was 549 and remaining 1709rs wasn't credited.

On 18 Dec 2022 I received a parcel containing navy blue - mustard colour women sweatshirt (size m). I had initiated the return and provided them with necessary thing which was required for return. Return request was approved but the delivery man did not collect the product as it was not same as mentioned in the order. Declined the return request.After several call to customer care they initiated the return which again declined. I have called them several times they ask for 48 hours to resolve but never resolve. It has been 22 days since I received the wrong product . I want my money back and just return the wrong product

Hi,

I have ordered Hush Puppies (Men White Synthetic Regular Height Sneakers) worth: 3149 rs which was delivered on 14 Dec but instead of getting the correct product i got old dirty different shoes ( used one) .

I raised exchange request multiple time but every time delivery denied accepting the exchange with the reason - item is different i can't accept (That's why i am exchanging) .

From that day i have raised 6 tickets, talked to customer care more than 10 times, escalated issue to supervisor but no result at all .
This is very frustrating to call customer care every day and explain the same issue, request them .
