    I have placed return request on myntra and return was picked up by the SHADOWFAX delivery agent on February 7th 2023 but updated status as return pickup failed due to customer not reachable

      I have bought Fit flops from myntra .., the product which was delivered is colour and model is different and I immediately called myntra for assistance on the order, they took the request and said to wait for 7 business days and I waited and now they are saying sorry we could not help you on the return ..! And there is not even price tag in the box .. this ridiculous ..Kindly please logge a complaint on this myntra not resolving the customers complaint and giving the resolution..order ID[protected]-4342601

          Good morning, I am Mr Suresh Kumar an old and very regular customer with Myntra since last 6-7 years.I am very sorry to inform you that I had recently purchased RAPAWALK shoes on your portal but there was FITTING issues with the shoes, size was okay.I tried to explain the matter to your 6-7 representatives but NO ONE PROVIDED ME WITH THE ASSISTANCE, solution, they had same strep type replies.Now exchange duration is over, but I have not used the shoes at all. I was disheartened to see this kind of behaviour from Myntra help centre staff, they even refused to connect my calls to senior officials .
          Myntra staff has not responded to any of the complaints queries posted by me till date.

            I have a complaint . A few days ago I bought a product from Myntra and product delivered to me wrong and it is not as per ordered one.so I applied for Return and now the message is that Return Pickup failed. I did several return request to pick up the item. But till date there is no action from myntra side.
            Myntra give the same answer to this question every day of the week. I have applied return request regulary since from wrong order delivered to me.There was nothing on your part other than a 24 hour wait message. I have to return your product. For that, give me the return option or arrange a pickup. I request that you return your product and refund my cash, and I assure you that I have not damaged or used your product. Take it back as soon as possible

              Return put on hold - SCAM

              I have ordered a Marks and spencer 38” jeans but i did not like the fit. So i raised the request of return as 1 size bigger is not available. So when pickup guy came to pickup the jeans he told my parents that it is not matches the barcode no. So my father called as i was in office. I talked to the pickup person and asked him to come tomorrow as i will be at home tomorrow. But when i check the myntra app he had put my return on hold...

              I would be like to inform you that please visit our website.
              https://alayabystage3.com/I had placed order on myntra.Com on 29/12/2022 for a dressberry tote bag and catwalk sandals. Order no :[Order ID # 1218841 [protected]]. After approximately 8 days i received a parcel which contained two t-shirts. I had initiated returns and provided them with necessary things which was required to channelize return within 3-5 days after i received the product. Return request was approved.In spite of sending images of the wrong products shipped; the person who came to collect the products (For return) refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. Further the declined the return request. After repeated calls they initiated the return request again declined. Even they refuge to provide the products which i had ordered. Then i had called customer care and registered a complaint with them on 26/nov/2022 for picking up products for return and initiate return and provide me with the products which i had originally ordered. Customer care executive told me that you cannot get the products but i can put up a request for compensation. Request no for both: [protected] and[protected]. Final status shows return request accepted on 28/07/2016 and should be picked within 4-7 business days. But now it is more than 60 days and it has not yet picked up. I am unsure now will they accept return now as it is past 3 months. I have completely lost my trust with myntra bcz of such a pathetic service. I need to beg them to rectify their mistake. How can be a 5300/ velvet suite be replaced by cheap sari. I want to return the products and in return i expect compensation for my loss.

                I am trying to use myntra credit as payment to place an order. But they are sending OTP on myntra registered number for placing order which is not active currently. So i am unable to get OTP and unable to place order.
                When I called them, I asked them since I have my email id also registered so if I can get OTP on my registered number, that myntra person started talking very rudely and said there is no option. Then I thought of placing the order as cod, then what I could see they have increased the price of those products since they already knew I will be placing order. Now, my hard earned money struck up in myntra credit only which will expire.
                I need my money back in bank account or need them to fix my issue on priority

                    My wife ordered a tommy hilfiger wallet a few weeks back as a gift. The size of the wallet was hue and it doesnt even fit in my pocket. We placed a return order so as to buy a new one with a smaller size.

                    The delivery guy came and said that there is some problem with the system and he has to come some other day. I called in cux service and they said that due to some wrong entries there is some issues which they will fix.

                    3 delivery guys came to my door and they all rejected the pickup. Now when i call cux service they just tell me to rest assured and how sorry they are, just now before writing this i called in and they cut the phone.

                    I have been a Myntra cux for more than 6 7 years and this is so pathetic, i am stuck with a 2300 rupees wallet which i cant return and cant use, how can this be possible that they are not able to fix a small error and pissing their long time customer.

                    Myntra.com this is a huge disappointment and such a bad experience. Why do you guys even have a return policy if you dont want it back.

                    With this experience i am not ever going back

                      I ordered jacket from myntra.they deducted payment of rs. 5097 but no order placed. They failed to refund my amount even after 10 days.now they are harassing me and saying that payment has not submitted in myntra account. They said you may contact bank for the amount.

                        I ordered woodland jacket from myntra app on 24th Jan. The amount was deducted from my credit card but the order was not placed. I called their customer care and they said the amount will be refunded in 3 days. But I got no refund even after 10 days. Now they are saying that they have not got the money and you may contact bank.they are harassing me.

                          I have returned 2 product and delievery boy came on 30 january 2023 and pickup the product successfully but in evening the status is updated to pickup failed.
                          and on 31st January again pickup boy came and I informed him that pickup is done then he update the status to product mismatched.

                          I complained many time but did not get any response from myntra.

                          I hope this compalain can help me.

                            I have placed order with Myntra online and got the product on 4th Jan 2023 . Product was "All about you" long jacket . I raised the return request on 5th Jan due to size issue. But return was on hold due to price tag issues. I returned the product in same condition in which i received. I received the product without Tag only as didnt keep the product with me more than 24 hrs.
                            i raised many time return request but it was on hold and declined due to tag issue.
                            i want to return my product . It is not usable for me.
                            kindly look into this matter and process my refund

                              I have purchased a Safari luggage from Myntra, which is quite big in size, so want to return it, it has 30 days return policy. Item is unused and with all tags etc.
                              I have submitted return request 3-4 time, sent written complaint, called customer care, they raise incident which is getting closed without resolution. Every time after submitting my return request, pickup is scheduled, but pickup status is updated as Failed without coming to my home or calling me.
                              Kindly get this item returned and help me getting my refund back.

                                i placed order on Myntra for one product " All about you" long Black colour Jacket and received the same on 4th Jan 2023. I placed return request on 5th jan 2023 due to Size Issue. The Myntra person came for pick up and decline my request due to Price Tag was missing. I came to know that time regarding price tag issue. I made several time request to Myntra that I have placed return request next day and product was not with me more than 1 day. I returned the product in same condition in which I received.
                                but they have not accepted my return request and closed my return window. Now that product is not usable for me due to size issue and it is waste of money for me.

                                    I have returned the product that I have received today in the same condition I get but still what kind of mockery is your quality check like you are saying that I received the product at around 1 pm in the afternoon today only and send the product back at around 5 pm and during this time I have used your product and it doesn't pass the quality check..woww your quality check team wow...have some common sense.
                                    This is really absurd by myntra to force CUSTOMER to get the product and to not refund the money.

                                    And most of all the color that was in the product description(which was black) ...that is not the color of product(in actual it was greenish) ...you have mentioned black in your description but it was greenish in color ...so check your quality before sending the product to CUSTOMERs and falsely telling them to accept the product by lying about quality issue as you are here on fault, so you can't force or blame the CUSTOMER...and get away with it

                                    This is totally absurd by myntra as i have received the order at 12:48pm(exact time) in the afternoon and placed the return request at 1:02pm(exact time) as the color was not black as described in the product description and you are telling me that it has been used or i missed any tags, this is really ### from your end and i want total refund of my money otherwise i will file a case against you in consumer court.

                                      I ordered dress from myntra. I thought that it fit perfectly but it does not. So I want to return it. But the dress has only 7day return policy. I received my product on 24.01.2023 evening . I kept my return request on fourth day 27.01.2023. And today is 6th day 29.01.2023. The delivery agent didnot shown up till now and did not even contacted me . But in the portal it shows that return pickup failed due to customer unavailable. Due to their negligence I am going to loose my money. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And take my return pickup and refund my money.
