My wife ordered a tommy hilfiger wallet a few weeks back as a gift. The size of the wallet was hue and it doesnt even fit in my pocket. We placed a return order so as to buy a new one with a smaller size.

The delivery guy came and said that there is some problem with the system and he has to come some other day. I called in cux service and they said that due to some wrong entries there is some issues which they will fix.

3 delivery guys came to my door and they all rejected the pickup. Now when i call cux service they just tell me to rest assured and how sorry they are, just now before writing this i called in and they cut the phone.

I have been a Myntra cux for more than 6 7 years and this is so pathetic, i am stuck with a 2300 rupees wallet which i cant return and cant use, how can this be possible that they are not able to fix a small error and pissing their long time customer.

Myntra.com this is a huge disappointment and such a bad experience. Why do you guys even have a return policy if you dont want it back.

With this experience i am not ever going back

    I ordered jacket from myntra.they deducted payment of rs. 5097 but no order placed. They failed to refund my amount even after 10 days.now they are harassing me and saying that payment has not submitted in myntra account. They said you may contact bank for the amount.

      I ordered woodland jacket from myntra app on 24th Jan. The amount was deducted from my credit card but the order was not placed. I called their customer care and they said the amount will be refunded in 3 days. But I got no refund even after 10 days. Now they are saying that they have not got the money and you may contact bank.they are harassing me.

        I have returned 2 product and delievery boy came on 30 january 2023 and pickup the product successfully but in evening the status is updated to pickup failed.
        and on 31st January again pickup boy came and I informed him that pickup is done then he update the status to product mismatched.

        I complained many time but did not get any response from myntra.

        I hope this compalain can help me.

          I have placed order with Myntra online and got the product on 4th Jan 2023 . Product was "All about you" long jacket . I raised the return request on 5th Jan due to size issue. But return was on hold due to price tag issues. I returned the product in same condition in which i received. I received the product without Tag only as didnt keep the product with me more than 24 hrs.
          i raised many time return request but it was on hold and declined due to tag issue.
          i want to return my product . It is not usable for me.
          kindly look into this matter and process my refund

            I have purchased a Safari luggage from Myntra, which is quite big in size, so want to return it, it has 30 days return policy. Item is unused and with all tags etc.
            I have submitted return request 3-4 time, sent written complaint, called customer care, they raise incident which is getting closed without resolution. Every time after submitting my return request, pickup is scheduled, but pickup status is updated as Failed without coming to my home or calling me.
            Kindly get this item returned and help me getting my refund back.

              Hi
              i placed order on Myntra for one product " All about you" long Black colour Jacket and received the same on 4th Jan 2023. I placed return request on 5th jan 2023 due to Size Issue. The Myntra person came for pick up and decline my request due to Price Tag was missing. I came to know that time regarding price tag issue. I made several time request to Myntra that I have placed return request next day and product was not with me more than 1 day. I returned the product in same condition in which I received.
              but they have not accepted my return request and closed my return window. Now that product is not usable for me due to size issue and it is waste of money for me.

                  I have returned the product that I have received today in the same condition I get but still what kind of mockery is your quality check like you are saying that I received the product at around 1 pm in the afternoon today only and send the product back at around 5 pm and during this time I have used your product and it doesn't pass the quality check..woww your quality check team wow...have some common sense.
                  This is really absurd by myntra to force CUSTOMER to get the product and to not refund the money.

                  And most of all the color that was in the product description(which was black) ...that is not the color of product(in actual it was greenish) ...you have mentioned black in your description but it was greenish in color ...so check your quality before sending the product to CUSTOMERs and falsely telling them to accept the product by lying about quality issue as you are here on fault, so you can't force or blame the CUSTOMER...and get away with it

                  This is totally absurd by myntra as i have received the order at 12:48pm(exact time) in the afternoon and placed the return request at 1:02pm(exact time) as the color was not black as described in the product description and you are telling me that it has been used or i missed any tags, this is really ### from your end and i want total refund of my money otherwise i will file a case against you in consumer court.

                    I ordered dress from myntra. I thought that it fit perfectly but it does not. So I want to return it. But the dress has only 7day return policy. I received my product on 24.01.2023 evening . I kept my return request on fourth day 27.01.2023. And today is 6th day 29.01.2023. The delivery agent didnot shown up till now and did not even contacted me . But in the portal it shows that return pickup failed due to customer unavailable. Due to their negligence I am going to loose my money. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And take my return pickup and refund my money.

                      Ordered Boys Colourblocked Lightweight Bomber Jacket (Product ID - [protected]) from Myntra (Order ID[protected]-3987603 ) but an entirely different product was delivered. The product received differs from the ordered product in two ways:

                      a. Color difference - Ordered product was grey but delivered product was blue in color
                      b. Lack of elastic bottom - Ordered product has elastic lining at the bottom while the delivered product has no such elastic.

                      Return request raised with Myntra team but it declined citing ambiguous checks.

                          I have ordered the boots from myntra the first problem is size is not good and i have'nt liked quality of the product so i have returned it but the delivery agent said quality check is failed . i don't whats the problem

                            I ordered a shirt from Myntra and I received it yesterday evening.The colour of the shirt was a bit dull as compared to the description. So I decided to return the shirt and initiated a return request today morning. The delivery guy came and took the product by evening. I have returned the product in the same condition with all the original tags as I received it. I did not even use the product. But still I got the message that your returned has been cancelled.
                            Myntra customer care told that the product will be reshipped to me and then I should contact them again for any further details.
                            What should I do now?
                            I do not want the product and I want my money back.

                              I have ordered a dress from forever new, I received a wrong size I ordered XS small and received small size, Myntra delieverd me wrong size for the second time I already raised an issue for the same. Since I received the wrong size of the product, I immediately returned it and within an hour it was picked up. So, I don't understand why my refund has been put on hold when it was Myntra's mistake for sending me the wrong size of the order. And then putting my refund on hold, being an active customer of their website it is extremely disappointing. I want my refund to be processed. Since I can't keep the product as it is a wrong size.

                                I have ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered In a used condition. I complained the same on Myntra but they declined the return saying that I am returning the used product so they re shipped me the product but then the brand tag was damaged. Then I again opted to return the product same as it was as delivered to me. Then they changed their statement to the brand tag is missing. I have enquired about the product from the delivery executive on which he ensured me that the product had brand tag which Myntra declined. Now they are not refunding me the amount 1889 INR. I am requesting them from last 10 days. The product is MABISH BY SONAL JAIN rust color maxi dress. The dress was returned the next day when it was delivered.

                                  I ordered a saree from myntra that was delivered to me on 25th of this month. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the product so filed for return quickly within an hour or two of delivery the same day. Today on 26th the pickup guy came. Checked the product nicely. All available tags and packaging was intact. He took it after checking and now the product return is on hold. It's on hold for no reason. I returned it in a day with all the packaging and everything intact. It wasn't damaged. It was all good. Then why is the return on hold. I was to get my refund back. Don't want to get the return rejected and keep the product unnecessarily. Why is myntra doing so? The saree was expensive and this is very disappointing. If they cheat thier customers this way they will ruin thier reputation. Please help me get my refund back. Please.

                                    My myntra account was deactivated without any notice. Everytime I try to reach out to them, they give me the same answer that they will resolve it in 48 hours. It's been 2 months now. One customer service agent told be that they sent me an email about it. I never received any email.
                                    Funny enough, it says that the account is deactivated due to security reasons... And they don't specify anything.
                                    I had myntra credit on account and at least 3 orders were on way when it happened

                                    It's very annoying that they never try to resolve the problem or give any specifics

                                      I have received a roadster white canvas from myntra on january 22, 2023 at 4:24 pm. I opened the product and the shoes were dirty and old, seemed like a used one. I immediately placed the return request at january 22, 2023 at 4:35 pm and on return reason i mentioned the product looked old and dirty as well in myntra website. The very next day, a delivery person from myntra came to collect the product and he told the product looks dirty, so he will not take the product and he asked me to talk to the customer and get the product return pre-approved. I immediately got mail that the product return is on-hold as it failed the quality check. The next day i raised ticket in myntra for the same and asked them for approval. They rejected the return saying the product was from fresh batch and i did the damage. I was devastated and contacted myntra and told them how i could have used and damaged the product in 10 minutes. They told they will raise another ticket and will be looked at high priority. Within half an hour i have again got update in app that the return is rejected. They are trying to cheat customers in this way. This white canvas which is old costs me 1499 rupees. It's hard earned money, myntra can't treat customers like this.
                                      Please help me with this.
