I have ordered a dress from forever new, I received a wrong size I ordered XS small and received small size, Myntra delieverd me wrong size for the second time I already raised an issue for the same. Since I received the wrong size of the product, I immediately returned it and within an hour it was picked up. So, I don't understand why my refund has been put on hold when it was Myntra's mistake for sending me the wrong size of the order. And then putting my refund on hold, being an active customer of their website it is extremely disappointing. I want my refund to be processed. Since I can't keep the product as it is a wrong size.

I have ordered a product from Myntra which was delivered In a used condition. I complained the same on Myntra but they declined the return saying that I am returning the used product so they re shipped me the product but then the brand tag was damaged. Then I again opted to return the product same as it was as delivered to me. Then they changed their statement to the brand tag is missing. I have enquired about the product from the delivery executive on which he ensured me that the product had brand tag which Myntra declined. Now they are not refunding me the amount 1889 INR. I am requesting them from last 10 days. The product is MABISH BY SONAL JAIN rust color maxi dress. The dress was returned the next day when it was delivered.

I ordered a saree from myntra that was delivered to me on 25th of this month. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the product so filed for return quickly within an hour or two of delivery the same day. Today on 26th the pickup guy came. Checked the product nicely. All available tags and packaging was intact. He took it after checking and now the product return is on hold. It's on hold for no reason. I returned it in a day with all the packaging and everything intact. It wasn't damaged. It was all good. Then why is the return on hold. I was to get my refund back. Don't want to get the return rejected and keep the product unnecessarily. Why is myntra doing so? The saree was expensive and this is very disappointing. If they cheat thier customers this way they will ruin thier reputation. Please help me get my refund back. Please.

My myntra account was deactivated without any notice. Everytime I try to reach out to them, they give me the same answer that they will resolve it in 48 hours. It's been 2 months now. One customer service agent told be that they sent me an email about it. I never received any email.
Funny enough, it says that the account is deactivated due to security reasons... And they don't specify anything.
I had myntra credit on account and at least 3 orders were on way when it happened

It's very annoying that they never try to resolve the problem or give any specifics

I have received a roadster white canvas from myntra on january 22, 2023 at 4:24 pm. I opened the product and the shoes were dirty and old, seemed like a used one. I immediately placed the return request at january 22, 2023 at 4:35 pm and on return reason i mentioned the product looked old and dirty as well in myntra website. The very next day, a delivery person from myntra came to collect the product and he told the product looks dirty, so he will not take the product and he asked me to talk to the customer and get the product return pre-approved. I immediately got mail that the product return is on-hold as it failed the quality check. The next day i raised ticket in myntra for the same and asked them for approval. They rejected the return saying the product was from fresh batch and i did the damage. I was devastated and contacted myntra and told them how i could have used and damaged the product in 10 minutes. They told they will raise another ticket and will be looked at high priority. Within half an hour i have again got update in app that the return is rejected. They are trying to cheat customers in this way. This white canvas which is old costs me 1499 rupees. It's hard earned money, myntra can't treat customers like this.
Please help me with this.

I can't put cancel request

I placed a return request of nike casual shoes on myntra. My return got rejected stating that the product is used. They claimed that the product was delivered in an untampered box with proper quality check. But the box was slightly damaged from the top which clearly states that their claim is incorrect.
The product is unused, i have proper packing and box intact.

I have been contacting myntra customer care from past 4-5 days.
The product is not of few 100 rs that i wont mind keeping it.
I have genuinely not used the product and also i have fit issue that’s the reason i am fighting and struggling for the return.
Kindly assist me with the same.
I am ready to get the quality check done from nike store as well.

I have received broken earrings from Myntra and I raised the complaint about receiving the broken product on the spot. Even before receiving the delivery message I called them and informed about on of the broken earring. They are continuously denying my complaint by saying the product was fine when the delivered it and the have details but when I ask them about the details they said we cannot disclose it to customers. You have to continue with this product we cannot do anything. Yeah, after delivering the broken product they said that. If they are doing this fraud with their old and valuable customers god knows what they are doing with the normal one's. They are clear cheaters.

I have purchased slipper in myntra but the product was too small to me size issue so i have raised return and the person picked the product and went and now Myntra status is return rejected now how i will claim the return amount i want refund amount. Pls do the needful

Bank Statement an Amount of Rs. 11902/- has been debited to my account vide Transaction No. UPI-MYNTRA Designs PRIVA-MYNTRA.[protected]@ICICI-ICIC0DC0099-[protected]-UPI TRANSACT, AGAINST THE ORDER PLACED.

The Amount of Rs. 11, 902/- towards this order is yet to be refunded. The matter has been repeatedly raised with customer care executives without any affirmative result.

I can't return a product in myntra . I ordered a pair of hrx shoes from myntra but after receiving the product I was not satisfied with the fitting of the shoe so I returned the product but when delivery boy came he noticed a black mark in the shoe which was came from the black tag of the shoe.so he told me to complain in myntra customer care, I told them the whole situation but they are not helping me to return the product. And the black mark also gone a rubbing it with a cloth. I need refund for my shoes.

I received an coat ordered in a different colour. Myntra has refused my return pick up for the same.
It’s not my fault if I have received my coat in a different color. Kindly have the product picked up and refund my money

I order a kook and keech grey t shirt dress and it didn't fit due to size issues. I returned the same within 1 hour of order the delivery boy refused to take the order back excusing there is an oil mark which even I didnot notice. How is it my fault to get a goddamn damaged product. If this is the case should I recieve the product from today onwards after seen if the things inside are perfectly okay? Why do u think harrasing customers like this is fine? I called the customer services they said that the product was perfectly fine during delivery. How oblivious of them. Neither do they want to take the return nor the refund. Please try to resolve it. I have never faced this kind of issue with any other shopping sites. What's wrong with this myntra and this is only my 2nd order.

I had ordered trousers women blue colourblocked printed trousers from myntra.I tried the trousers out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it.I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". I have returned the product with tags and unused condition and put several mails and tried to contact Myntra but it's still on hold and says that they will return the product to me. Why would I do this and why would I want that product if it doesn't fit me. Please process my refund and accept the return. Order ID # 1223700 [protected]

I ordered - ADIDAS Women Grey Runesy Woven Design Running Shoes, Size: 8 (UK8) from myntra.com on 30th Dec 2022.
They delivered the wrong shoes and on complaining about the wrong product they took 15 days to process my complaint and finally refused to return/refund.

I had bought a big carpet from Myntra and since the colour delivered was not as described, I placed the Request for Return the very next day . The return was supposed to be picked by DELHIVERY agents and next day a guy came on a Two wheeler to pick up and was unable to transport it on a two wheeler and informed me that this return needs a four wheeler and he will come next day with a four wheeler and updated as customer not reachable.
Next day again I get the message from myntra about pick up but no one turns up and evening I get an SMS, that customer not reachable and hence pick up failed.
Next day this happened again and maximum attempt to pick up was fine. And no update from myntra since then, everyday they ask Me to wait 34 - 48 hours and no resolution for pick up . My money is blocked with myntra and I'm suffered for their mistake.
Sending me a wrong product and nit ready to accept the return and tefund.

My husband ordered 2 product on myntra and he placed old address by mistake.now in the app it is showing delivered bt even my old address didn't get any parcel.delivery boy went there and old address watchman refused to accept it as told by us...bt in app it is showing delivered.. neither delivery person called me nor got any message..

I called the customer care and they raised a complaint and asked me to wait for 72 hours. It was more than 72 hours and I did not receive any updates. I called them again. They said to wait for 24 hours more.

24 hours over…still no updates. I called again…they said me to wait for another 24 hours. But after talking to senior executive person also they are saying it's not our responsibility and we can not help..
How can they even deliver prepaid order anywhere without my permission.now they are not giving refund nor taking any further inquiry action..im asking to ask delivery boy that where he has delivered the order i wll go tgere to pick up bcoz he has only taken that prepaid order..bt these customer care people not telling any details about delivery boy nor they are enquiring.simply saying prder has delivered.. indirectly saying forget about ur money and parcel too

Pathetic service…any other option vs Myntra…always go for any other service.

Myntra is not at all customer friendly…they keep defending their acts.its a fraud website to grab money with unethical ways..
I need to get my refund back.

I placed first order from myntra order number 122520762909747708701 wrong hoddy purple color cost Rs 1558 I placed pay on delivery order through UPI and it was delivered on 13/01/23 but product not correct Returned on 15/01/2023, whose return id It was [protected], I have been updated in myntra app for refund that my refund has been given, but till now my refund has not come in my account, when I talk to myntra customer, it says wait for 7 to 10 days, what kind of rule is this of myntra, when any payment is done through upi then it is 1 to 2 minut Transfer is done, but there is such a big fraud that it cheats the customer by fooling me, I am asking myntra customer care for RRI number or bank upi's reference number / transaction number, then asked to wait for 10 days Going on, myntra does a lot of fraud with the customer, only the customerIt is troubling, when I first paid the money then took the goods, now it is taking 1 month to give my refund, I will complain in counsumer form within 1 or 2 days, myntra is very big thief, please give my refund, vishwaheet singh,

I have been reaching out to myntra.com as my brother Rushil Kumar is not able to place order on myntra( incident number IN[protected]) He had added a gift card of Rs 3000 and wanted to proceed with shopping using that. He is currently out of india hence his number is not functional so he raised request to add his email.he tried adding his email ( [protected]@gmail.com)himself but becase of 2 factor authentication, otp was sent on his phone number which is currently not functional. He needs to place an order but is unable to do so as otp is sent to his number but myntra customer care has been closing the request without providing any resolution. Please ask myntra to either resolve his request or give back myntra gift card to him.
