I have order cloths from the myntra.com payment was made via mobikwik pay later app the money has been debited but the order has not been placed in my myntra account it is showing place order . either refund the money or accept the order amount of rs 2523

    Got a used product.

    I ordered a lehenga from myntra and recieved it on time. But the status of delivery was not updated as delivered and it was rather updated as failed. On opening the product I found out that the product was already used. I filed a complaint regarding both the issues on customer care on 30th November, 2022 because since the deliver status was shown as failed I was not able to return if. After talking to customer care for more that 10-15 times...

    I ordered a shirt top in express so that it would reach to me in 2 days because I'm needed to wear that product by Monday. But as my delivery is delayed they are not even showing the next delivery date. The product is urgently be delivered before 12th. I request if they could do this.

        I had ordered a fossil watch Order ID # 1220764 [protected] with Model name FS4656, however, FS4656IE was delivered to me which is a different design and model number also. ON return Myntra denied saying quality check did not pass wherein they in the first place have delivered a FAKE FOSSIL watch. My order amount is Rs 9, 715 which is a huge amount
        Myntra have been calling me and mentally harassing me as well
        I want to charge them for my refund amount as well the mental harassment legally
        Please have a look at the watch design on the app for this Model and the images I have shared

          One an half months back i bought a mast and harbour watch from myntra. After few days it stopped working. Now, when i asked myntra about service of the watch they denied that they do not provide service for the product after 1 month and i should contact the brand. There is no contact number or email address of the brand on internet. Worst service.

            Myntra supposedly provides free delivery for first time purchase. But when I tried to place my first order, I was not only denied free delivery, but also charged with ridiculously high convenience fee (i.e. Rs.299/-)
            No other e-commerce platforms charge that much within India. When I reached out to the customer care about this, their reply was even more bizarre. They claim that my account has very high rate of return! Which is ridiculous because I haven't purchased anything from Myntra before, let alone return it.
            They promised to raise the issue (i.e. Ticket ID - IN[protected]) within 3 days, but closed the issue within the hour as 'resolved' without providing any solution. Please help me with this problem.
            It's a scam and it's outrageous! Myntra is only interested in customers' information. They induce new customers using false offers and get them to log in to their server using phone numbers and e-mail IDs. They collect further information through consumer surveys too.

                Please restore delivery on pincode 799155. I've been ordering since last 2 years and even last November, l got my products delivered here.. Don't know why suddenly it's showing that delivery is not available here.. please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                  On 21st Nov 2021, My myntra.com account got hacked by changing the alternate phone number and some other email ID. The hacker used my Myntra Credit of Rs 5984 from my Myntra credit account and bought some product. Myntra also delivered the product to the invalid address.

                    The prices before order was confirmed were different from when delivered

                    I have ordered two t-shirts from Myntra, one item costing 239 rupees and another costing 174 rupees, ~413 total order value.
                    This was the price when I ordered/confirmed and even after the order was placed.

                    I purchased myntra gift card of 2000rs from paytm at that time offer is not there that why i does nt redeemed it with myntra because its have validity of 1 year that why i does nt redeem but today while i shopping i seen good item with good discounted rate clothes that why i tried to redeem my myntra gift card to redeem which issued by paytm to purchase that clothes, at that time its says its already redeemed what is this?                         SInce past more than 10 yeas, i am buying products from myntra. Today i wanted to delete my alternative myntra account but by mistake my MAIN myntra account got deleted.
                        I am an Elite member of myntra as it was shown in my myntra profile.
                        Before this mishap, one of my product got delivered, which size was up to the mark.
                        now when i called the customer care, they were not helping me to revive my account and i found them to be helpless.
                        to be honest, in every application, if you delete your account by mistake or by choice, they give you some time period to revive your account with out permanently deleting it.
                        there is no option in the app to revive it!.
                        Even if the guy was not able to revive my Elite member Myntra Account, then he should have atleast helped me in returning the product which came as a misfit.
                        i am deeply disappointed in myntra. Though being an Elite member, this is not the way to keep people helpless.
                        My money, my credit points in it etc all got wasted.
                        i just want my old account back, for which i am an Elite member in it, anyhow.

                          I have bought a shoes from myntra of ₹3449 and recieved a different product.They approved my complaint and generated pickup 3 times but the delivery boy rejected it every time after that I am trying to return them but they are not helping me in it. I am trying to contact them complaint them about the issue but there was nothing on their part other than a 24-48 hour wait . I have to return your product. For that, give me the return option or arrange a pickup. I request that you return your product and refund my cash, and I assure you that I have not damaged or used your product. Take it back as soon as possible.

                            I bought product, it is damaged, Needed to gift it to someone, No help from Myntra at all. They sussest, product non replaceable or refundable. This is really unacceptable. For damaged ones they should replace.

                              Suddenly stopped delivery to my pincode

                              I always order from Myntra but from 10 days Myntra showing not deliverable to my pincode any product i choose. So i am curious to know what's the matter. Is it Myntra closing delivery to this pincode or something else.but myntra CUSTOMER CARE is just ###. It didn't work . Neither the ph.no they provided as CUSTOMER CARE number. I just want to know the matter and if there is some prblm then fix it fast...it's December all offers...

                              I received an opposite-gender t-shirt. I ordered a men's t-shirt but I received a women's t-shirt when I placed a return request they are not accepting it and said this is my fault.

                              Please look into this. I am following this for the last 25 days but the issue is still unresolved.

                                I have ordered H&M derby shoes from myntra and the size are large as usual size, so I return them and when the delivery guy came the serial number mismatch the system.So I called myntra customer care and they told me to wait for 48 hours and after that I received a message saying that my queries have been solved, but my problems are not solved because they cancel my return request, I called them many times and they always said to me to wait for 48 hours, please help me fix my problems

                                  I, Neelabja Adkuloo, purchased the following products on the Myntra app on 24 November 2022:

                                  1. Anouk Gold Toned and Pink Stone Studded and Beaded Jewellery Set
                                  2. Anouk Gold-Toned and Green Stone Studded and Beaded Jewellery Set
                                  3. Anouk Silver-Toned Oxidised Stone Studded Choker Necklace

                                  I requested the return of these items on 28 November 2022 (Monday) within the 7-day return period because I was not too fond of the products' finish and appearance.

                                  I have preserved all three items' original condition, tags, and packaging (photos attached). At the time of creating a return, I confirmed via a check box click that the products being returned are unused and with original tags intact.

                                  The delivery agent was supposed to do a quality check of the returned items on 29 November 2022 (Tuesday). No one arrived at my registered address for the inspection of the products. This has been going on for the past four days now. I am assigned a delivery agent every day, who neither turns up at my residence nor do they contact me.

                                  Regardless, I received automated messages for the next three days saying the products didn't pass the quality check.

                                  Tell me, how will the products pass the quality check if the delivery agent in the first place didn't pick them up?

                                  I have contacted Customer Support and the Escalation Team multiple times for further clarification. However, they've failed to send a delivery agent to pick up the items. Instead, they have filed an investigation, in their words, and have put the return of all three products on hold.

                                  Suppose there's an ongoing investigation against your delivery agent/courier partner who didn't turn up at my residence. Why should that adversely affect my return request? You certainly don't have a small circle of courier partners you work with. Your team can send over someone else and expedite my return request.

                                  I don't see why my return request has been put on hold, seeing that the items I am returning are unused, in perfect shape, and have the original tags and bill in place. Your app says the return process takes 4-7 days to complete. By postponing the return, you're also delaying the refund process.

                                  Also, in addition to the refund and return, I would like to escalate the inconvenience caused and the unprofessionalism by the Customer Service team. Request that you speed up the return of the three items I have anxiously awaited.
