I have bought an earbud ( noise company) from myntra on 12/12/22.
Payment was made through mobikwik wallet. And then I cancelled it on the same day due to delay in delivery of the product. I cancelled the order even before processing it. But Myntra havnt given my refund yet for the order. They says they have initiated. Even after 10 days I havnt got the amount. Amount is Rs 1399.

    Myntra.com is refusing to take return and issue refund for an unused footwear due to their false claim that the product is used (as claimed by the pickup agent who didn't even know the difference between 'dust' and 'stain'). Even after thorough explanation that the product was unused and with the tags were intact, they are declining to take it back without even looking at the product again. Repeated explanation and prolonged interaction with the customer care executives has only resulted in so much of emotional trauma and waste of time. I have all proofs that the product is unused with absolutely no stain and I'm raising this complaint to take action against them for negligence and for falsely accusing the customers. Kindly curb their fraudulent practice.

      My account is locked without no reason. Called customer care multiple times but no response. Can someone please look into this on priority and let me know the reason for locking. Also kinldy unlock my account asap, if there is no genuine reason.

          I have ordered Nike shoe pair and got a different product.

          I have shared the unboxing video and images required by Myntra but they have declined my refund or replacement request many times. They are not even listening to me now.

          I have talked to them in very calm and polite way to get my issue solved but they just denied to help me in anyway.

            I ordered Roadster lifestyle Co Women solid olive green jacket . The order was delivered on 26 Nov 2022 and had 15 days return/ exchange policy. I recieved damaged product the hat was damaged and there were white patches on the it. I applied for exchange and was not able to pick up the delivery and asked the delivery agent to come the next day. But they put the exchange request on hold.

            I contacted customer service many times and applied for exchange request from Myntra side. But they kept on declining the request saying they have sold the right product. I even attached the images for proof and after 15 days they said nothing can be done regarding this. I asked for refund but they kept saying now they can't do anything. I want my money back. That was a complete waste of money and very bad service from Myntra. Please look into this.

                I've been shopping with Myntra since ages I have been chasing @myntra Unexpected from @MyntraSupport If you could have the courtesy to respond @myntra it's more than 20 days still waiting for refund. Worst customer service. now they are saying wait till 10 more days.@myntra

                  I ordered Adidas Originals Hoodie from myntra [Order ID #[protected]]. It didn't fit me well and the color also looked pale, so I placed a return request, but the claim got rejected saying it was used. I didn't even use it once. I returned it in the same condition that i received, with all the tags and everything. The delivery boy himself verified everything infront of me. But the claim was still rejected.

                  I tried to talk to the customer care executives several times but they didn't listen, they couldn't even give me a proper reason behind the rejection. All they said is, they investigated and right product was sent to me and I provided an used item. But I don't understand, how come my return got rejected when I provided whatever i received, how i received.

                  They said they reviewed all the footages and everything and I'm the one who's providing an used item. But what about the proofs that i have? Don't they sightly care about the customers?

                  Being a loyal customer from myntra, this is highly unexpected and dissapointing. I've been using myntra since 4 years and not even once I faced any kind of problem like this.

                  I tried to contact them on social media and tried get it solved, still it was rejected again and again. Now they are purposely ignoring me and not even listening trying to listen. For the past month I've lost my mental peace while trying to get a refund for this product.

                  The product is still packed as it was with all labels and everything. I didn't even open the pack and unfold it after it was re-delivered to me.

                  Now I can clearly say, all these complaints are true. Myntra is really cheating their customers. I will NEVER EVER order anything again from Myntra. I would suggest everyone reading this, it's better to order from some other site than myntra. Atleast you will not get harrased like me.

                        I ordered shoes from myntra worth 1199 and paid through mobikwik wallet and I got the shoes I didn't like them so I returned while returning I chose to refund my money to my bank but they refunded it to mobikwik zip account but I don't have a mobikwik zip account
                        And now thrones is not in my wallet I tried to contact they they are not responding my phone number is [protected]

                          I have ordered Asian shoes. I have received damaged product and I have kept return request and they are not coming to pickup the item and cancelling the request it happened more than 4 times . Please do action on them and help to get my refund...

                          Hello I'm Vedavyas U. My wife bought a travel bag from Myntra.com on 17 Nov'22. The product is a safari bag which was delivered defective ( torn out).

                          I have tried calling Myntra.com and spoken to them 4 times, who are declining the request claiming that product was delivered properly after QA certification.

                          The product has a 30 day return policy which is not considered. Below are the details on the product.

                          Amount : 2857INR

                          Request is to help us take the defective product and replace with a good conditioned product (or) provide a refund. Please look into this and do the needful.

                            Dear team Myntra,

                            It's very unfortunate to accept that Myntra isn't keeping up the promises mentioned on the website (hassle free replacement of the defective items) for Order ID # 1222645 [protected] and the customer needs to wait for almost an hour to speak with the Escalation Manager (as the juniors aren't able to understand the issue and respond to the issue rather it seems like they are covering each other for the mistake from your end which is lack of coordination and communication between the teams internally). Even after connecting the call gets disconnected and I don't understand how come this happens always when I ask to connect with the Escalation Manager and not the case while speaking to the executives.

                            Below is the series of events for Order ID # 1222645 [protected]:
                            1. Received manufacturing defect item on 15th Dec and immediately I called customer care for the same. (Had option of REPLACE and RETURN in the app itself as per Myntra policy where I could have easily got replacement)
                            2. On 15th Dec the executive asked to wait for further communication within 72hr until the team investigates the issue and if required communication will be made for further info like nature of defect and images
                            3. Next day on 16th Dec morning I'm getting notification of Return Request Approved despite of investigating the issue and communicating with me as promised a day earlier and explaining the scenario and taking my consent if I wish to RETURN/ REPLACE or ACCEPT the product which is the standard protocol all the EComm follows. (This is where the mistake has happened rather than directly giving RETURN as solution and closing the ticket without detail info and images from my end)
                            4. After again connecting with executive, they were not able to understand my issue and were seemed to be least concerned to replace the DEFECTIVE item which is Myntra's policy as mentioned on website. Even they hesitated to further connect my call with escalation manager after several requests neither they accepted their fault for not communicating me before finalizing the RETUEN due to which the ticket got closed and I had no option to place the replacement which I could have done in very first place but your executive itself asked to wait until 72hr and I followed the same (REQUESTED TO GO THROUGH ALL THE RECORDINGS FOR THIS INCIDENT)
                            5. I've purposefully not returned the product while pickup as my issue isn't addressed properly and no legitimate solution is provided despite of no fault from my side, the issue has arisen just due to negligence and lack of coordination and communication from your team. Had i done it it's like my fault and I can't further raise this escalation.
                            6. If I don't get resolution will move to Consumer court and E-Comm regulation Govt body under Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 which your team has not obeyed and not keeping the promise to replace the defective item and closing tickets abruptly without prior communication or consent and further details like images or additional info.
                            7. To bring to your notice neither of your executive had asked for images or further calarification about the manufacturing defect. I've legitimate proofs with conversation recordings and screenshot of replacement option available at my end and will produce it to the Consumer court and E-Comm regulation Govt body if my issue is not resolved after this email. I'm so done with communicating with you and being on hold for several hours like there's only 1 escalation manager availble for India escalation tickets.

                            There could have been two simple resolutions which your team could have provided:
                            1. Provide an exchange as per your policy for manufacturing defect.
                            2. Provide the difference amount if the price of new order is higher than my purchase price. (Other E-Com platform had resolved my similar issue last year)

                            P.S.- I'm very serious about this incident and will fight in the consumer court if this issue is not addressed and resolved on priority basis. I don't wish to have any other benefits just other than replacement of my defective item and won't settle later at any cost as I've exceeded my patience level after having such a vague resolution and not proper point of contact made available despite of several requests.

                              I have place an order from myntra and product delivered was not matching the actual product the color was different and immediately i raised a complaint againt the different product the return id is [protected] and the opacket id is [protected] but right then myntra blocked my account and the pickup has not been performed till date.

                                I ordered the Nova 1073 men black & blue trimmer on[protected] and received the product on[protected] but when I unboxed, I got damaged product.
                                After that I requested a return to myntra and I have sent pictures of the damaged product and etc., whatever they asked to send.
                                But is over 8 days they did responded to my return request and whenever I call yo the myntra customer service they everyday says plz wait for more 24 hours you will get an update.
                                But no updates has given to me. They are doing it intentionally.
                                Plz it is my humble request kindly take an action.

                                    I order lots of products 4 roadstart jeans 1 Lakme cc cream order during their annual myntra 2022 sale. When the product was ordered it was in stock. order date 10-12 Dec. 2022 order date. then I received a message today[protected]. when I checked on the myntra app, I saw the product was canceled without my permission and the amount refunded some product amount refunded to my account silently. And when I talked to the myntra customer, they are saying that we cannot do anything. you order again. But I paid the discount on the sale in less amount. But they are asking me to order back but the amount is huge than my previous order. And finally, when I asked him about the consumer complaint notice, he said to do it.                                       Order cancel without my permission silently

                                      I had ordered a Mast & Harbour
                                      Men Peach & White Colourblocked Round Neck Sweatshirt during their annual myntra 2022 sale. When the product was ordered it was in stock on 11 December 2022 order date . today[protected] I received a message Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. when i checked on the myntra app, to my surprise i see that product were cancelled without my permission...
