I returned the Myntra jewellery product on 26th dec 2022 pickup agent picked up the product and received the message that pickup completed but till now status not get updated and refund not processed.amount is nearly 16000rs

      I ordered crocs size uk3 but they sent uk2 so I applied for exchange with size uk 3 and evey time they sent uk 2, this happened three times and this time they sent the broken product, I called their customer care but they applied for refund without even askingt me but i want exchange the proper size

        I am the customer of Myntra who felt lot of inconvenience with Myntra service in December. As I got the cancellation message about Ordered products two times consecutively. I ordered for the occasion and also at the time of better offers. But now the offers got ended and cost of products I wanted are up now. I needed the products for the occasion. The first time I ordered (on dec 16) the two products of HRX- Jacket and HRX-Sandals. And second time after receiving automatic cancellation message from Myntra I ordered second time for other products. The second time I ordered (on dec 21) HRX- sandals and Roadster- jacket . But no satisfaction of shopping because I recieved same cancellation of products from Myntra. And the automatic cancellation message saying that the cancellation done due to unexpected internal problem. This depicts unclear solution and reason for the products cancellation. What is the solution for this?
        NOTE: And atlast I want to say something that crediting Myntra cash doesn't balance the inconvenience faced by the customer.

          I ordered yardley lodon talc powder worth 184rs from Myntra. I received it in a damaged way when i request for return they are rejecting my return stating they have shipped it in right manner.
          They are refusing to hear me and plainly stating that return cannot be taken.
          Not giving any response on the recent return request i created.
          I raised many complaints but none of them get resolved, they keep on telling the same thing they declined to accept return.
          How could they blame me for getting damaged product. Atleast they should provide a exchange.
          Now i have to keep this damaged product and loss of money should be beared my me.

                  I have ordered Red Chief white shirt from Myntra, but to my disappointment and shock I received an inferior quality wrong product from different brand. Now when I tried to contact Myntra about it for the return, they refused to accept it claiming that this was not the product which was delivered, and asked for the "Red chief " shirt in the return which was never delivered to me.

                  Now, when I escalated the matter, Myntra team shamelessly without even checking with their operations teams put the blame on me that I am returning the wrong product. Thus I felt cheated and the blame put on by Myntra team has caused mental agony to me as it doubted my integrity.

                  The product which was delivered to me seems to be tampered with, the company claims that the product was delivered directly from the "Red Chief" company, however the invoice is in the name of different vendor i.e. Leayan Global (P) Ltd.

                    I have ordered an jacket. But due to of some reason I have to leave for Jammu and in Jammu there is no signals of prepaid sim card. So the day on which order should be delivered my phone number is out of coverage area so the dilivery guy can't even content me. Still the has been delivered and when I as to Myntra customer support they are saying that the order has been delivered by sharing OTP and that is not possible at all.

                      I had ordered calvin Klein jacket, which is tight, so I want the one size bigger, please help me out of this situation many time, i have interacted with your customer support they never support me, this is the Last time, i am trying exchange it,

                      They didn't provide any support, I told them, my return period is not over, so i want to return this jacket, they said no and they locked my return and exchange option, so i can't return or exchange it, Still my return period is not over but i didn't get any option there, because they locked it, and when i call them and say, take it return, or exchange it, they simply said no we can't do this,

                        I paid my amount from MobiKwik to Myntra but then Myntra has initiated my refund but it's not showing in MobiKwik wallet it is 1529 .. Its a lot of amount. And reference no of refund payment from Myntra is[protected]

                              I have bought an earbud ( noise company) from myntra on 12/12/22.
                              Payment was made through mobikwik wallet. And then I cancelled it on the same day due to delay in delivery of the product. I cancelled the order even before processing it. But Myntra havnt given my refund yet for the order. They says they have initiated. Even after 10 days I havnt got the amount. Amount is Rs 1399.

                                Myntra.com is refusing to take return and issue refund for an unused footwear due to their false claim that the product is used (as claimed by the pickup agent who didn't even know the difference between 'dust' and 'stain'). Even after thorough explanation that the product was unused and with the tags were intact, they are declining to take it back without even looking at the product again. Repeated explanation and prolonged interaction with the customer care executives has only resulted in so much of emotional trauma and waste of time. I have all proofs that the product is unused with absolutely no stain and I'm raising this complaint to take action against them for negligence and for falsely accusing the customers. Kindly curb their fraudulent practice.

                                      I have shared the unboxing video and images required by Myntra but they have declined my refund or replacement request many times. They are not even listening to me now.
