I ordered top but i received another top from same brand.I created return for the product delivery person came took the product saw and returned the product back to me and said I'll come next day to pickup what is the problem in this.I said i got another top from same brand and he went back what the hell is this.I just want to know they seriously don't know about return reason.Its 1st time with me he came and asked the reason and went back.I have never faced such issue with flipkart, ajio, amazon I'm unistalling this app righ now..disgusting

Because myntra is scam it showed me the offer stating if i would use cred upi pay for minimum transaction of 1000 i would get cashback for 500 which i didn't and later the additional about myntra is their care people were in the beginning they gave me a rebuttal saying this is the terms and conditions which need to be followed and when i said i did followed that then he changed his answer saying the timeline for offer is over heck why the reason its visible while purchasing the product the care people in myntra are more worse they are just bluffing not even replying when asked something and the funniest they are just trying to disconnect chat saying are we connected though i was connected and typing and did not even made him hold for a min either worse experience i had this would be my last intraction with myntra and i would never use it again its all fraud.

Myntra suddenly Stopped delivery to my pincode 304001. Why they did this.its very bad.we can't order from myntra.myntra was delivering before to my pincode very nicely but suddenly this issue happened.we can't understand why they are not delivering to this pincode now.pls resolve this issue.pls start delivery to my pincode....

I have recieved the order of shoe at exact time around 2:30PM on DEC28 2022 and I didnot the product as it was different than expected and returned the product by 4:00PM on the same day they rejected the procuct and I have even tried it.

I received a damaged product from Myntra. I placed a return request for the same on 25th November, 2022. It's been 33 days and the the return request is still on hold. I've contacted them numerous times through phone calls, chat and social media. I've shared every little detail they asked for. They are asking me to contact the brand which manufactured the product. They're simply saying that they can't do anything from their end. The product has a return policy but they're not approving my return request. They're not responding to my calls and they're marking my issue as resolved even when it's not. I've spent 2264 rupees on that product.

I've returned item "Shining diva fashion:Gold plated choker jewelry set", . Order ID # 1220255 [protected]. The issue is with the return not picked up. I have already told a zillion times that the return guy came only once to pick the item. We were not home at that time so he couldn't pick up. The return agent never came again to. The return has been put on hold because the return guy updated that he checked the item and it was used. This is a big lie since he never checked the product as we were not home when he came. Why is the item quality check failed? As it was not even checked??? 5 issues have been created I have called the customer care 10 times to solve it but they create a new issue in help center or update it. I get an automated update in my app that issue is resolved. This has been going on for a month and no resolution yet. Why don't you send the delivery guy again to check the item and send you the pictures of the product to verify that he actually came to pick up the item. I've explained all this to the multiple escalation reps again and again but to no avail. Heights of incompetency of the employees.

I have been a loyal customer and this is what I get, frustrating service!!! Pick up this item ASAP and issue my refund. It's getting on my nerves now. I don't have the time to waste on this!!! You should be banned for harassing your customers.

I ordered Roadster olive green color jacket from myntra whose order number is 122380461717978849603 price is Rs 1862 delivered on 27/12/2022 but myntra delivered wrong color i.e. fade green colour, when I ordered myntra I complained about this to customer care phone and message in my mail that the seller delivered by myntra is 100% correct, and both myntra and seller are washed with milk, the customer is a thief, not myntra. I am giving it on social media as well as I am mailing it in the national counsumer grievance Hope myntra social media will solve this and try to return my wrong product, by the way myntra cheated me of 1862 rupees, I would like to tweet that myntra is a big fraud online shopping

On the 6th of December I received my Order ID # 1221850 [protected], a Burgundy Brins Hooded sweatshirt from Myntra. On the door I asked the delivery agent, that I will pay by QR so he gave me the QR and initiated the payment but after a minute the agent said that payment is not successful so he marked as Cash on Delivery and I paid in cash that was on his UPI. After 2 hours the first payment also got deducted. Overall two time payment has been done against that single product. When I asked for my money back the Myntra agents are not replying well, again and again they are asking me to explain the query and to wait for 24-48 hours. It has been 20 days and this activity is still going on they haven't resolved my problem, haven't gave my money back.

I returned the Myntra jewellery product on 26th dec 2022 pickup agent picked up the product and received the message that pickup completed but till now status not get updated and refund not processed.amount is nearly 16000rs

I ordered crocs size uk3 but they sent uk2 so I applied for exchange with size uk 3 and evey time they sent uk 2, this happened three times and this time they sent the broken product, I called their customer care but they applied for refund without even askingt me but i want exchange the proper size

I am the customer of Myntra who felt lot of inconvenience with Myntra service in December. As I got the cancellation message about Ordered products two times consecutively. I ordered for the occasion and also at the time of better offers. But now the offers got ended and cost of products I wanted are up now. I needed the products for the occasion. The first time I ordered (on dec 16) the two products of HRX- Jacket and HRX-Sandals. And second time after receiving automatic cancellation message from Myntra I ordered second time for other products. The second time I ordered (on dec 21) HRX- sandals and Roadster- jacket . But no satisfaction of shopping because I recieved same cancellation of products from Myntra. And the automatic cancellation message saying that the cancellation done due to unexpected internal problem. This depicts unclear solution and reason for the products cancellation. What is the solution for this?
NOTE: And atlast I want to say something that crediting Myntra cash doesn't balance the inconvenience faced by the customer.

I ordered yardley lodon talc powder worth 184rs from Myntra. I received it in a damaged way when i request for return they are rejecting my return stating they have shipped it in right manner.
They are refusing to hear me and plainly stating that return cannot be taken.
Not giving any response on the recent return request i created.
I raised many complaints but none of them get resolved, they keep on telling the same thing they declined to accept return.
How could they blame me for getting damaged product. Atleast they should provide a exchange.
Now i have to keep this damaged product and loss of money should be beared my me.

I ordered shoes in Myntra...it came after a couple of days ...same day i kept return of that product ...after 3days the
He came to take return product ...he took it and later he rejected...after some time I understand that ...he stole from me ...

I have ordered Red Chief white shirt from Myntra, but to my disappointment and shock I received an inferior quality wrong product from different brand. Now when I tried to contact Myntra about it for the return, they refused to accept it claiming that this was not the product which was delivered, and asked for the "Red chief " shirt in the return which was never delivered to me.

Now, when I escalated the matter, Myntra team shamelessly without even checking with their operations teams put the blame on me that I am returning the wrong product. Thus I felt cheated and the blame put on by Myntra team has caused mental agony to me as it doubted my integrity.

The product which was delivered to me seems to be tampered with, the company claims that the product was delivered directly from the "Red Chief" company, however the invoice is in the name of different vendor i.e. Leayan Global (P) Ltd.

I have ordered an jacket. But due to of some reason I have to leave for Jammu and in Jammu there is no signals of prepaid sim card. So the day on which order should be delivered my phone number is out of coverage area so the dilivery guy can't even content me. Still the has been delivered and when I as to Myntra customer support they are saying that the order has been delivered by sharing OTP and that is not possible at all.
