Ive ordered nike track pant. The notification update says it has been delivered but i didnt receive the product. The courier guys number is switched off and the customer care number is disconnecting automatically. Never ever had an issue with myntra.

    I ordered a roadster white regular fit shirt. The product is not delivered to me but on app it shows that the product is delivered. So my money is gone and product is undelivered. I tried to contact myntra help desk but the software is too poor that i cannot connect with them and my call gets rejected. I need an immediate response from you guyz. Also you should improve your customer service.

      The company failed to deliver the correct products ordered, upon raising request via email and phone calls for sending the correct products they kept assuring that they're looking into it, and after almost a month they have declined to send the correct products.

      Date of order : 22nd june
      Date of delivery of wrong product : 29th june
      Date they decline my request : 22nd july

      After 1 month of mental torchur and numerous amount of mails and telephone conversations. They say that they sent the right products.

      I have already sent them all the details of the wrong product still they say they gave me the correct product.

      Even if they gave me the correct product. I ordered 3 products which will come in separate packages. But i have received only one package. They have my signature on the reciept of one package and they still say all products were delivered. I paid rs1300 for the products which i ordered but i received a wrong product (Roadster t-shirt) worth rs600. Myntra is looting their customers.

      Please help me.
      I need my money back.

        I have ordered some tshirts from myntra and i thought it is a trusted site and i can believe blindly on this site so i placed the order and after that all things were going normal but suddenly i saw that the order tracking system was stuck on place mumbai thane it was not moving out from there so i called myntra and they said the order will be delivered shortly and it again doesnt moved from mumbai thane after 3 days... So i again called them and again they said the same and still its not delivered... The delivery date was 17 july and today it is 24 july... And it is still not delivered so came to this site called consumercomplaints.in for some help... I wish they help me

          Myntr blocked my accounts [protected]@yahoo.com & two other account which has money of 590 approx. I want my money back and reason behind account blockage. Aslo reactivate my account and provide a kind of fine of them because in all such things i lost my lot time and headache. They even not informed my while blocking my account. Please help me out of this problem.

            I shopped for two tommy Hilfiger sunglasses from Myntra but one was way too big for my face so i returned the one for which order was placed on 24th June with order no:[protected]-1938203 of Rs 4220 From Hindalco colony Renukoot, Sonebhadra.
            My product's return number is[protected] for which a message came from myntra that "Quality Check Failed". When i contacted the customer Care Executive Ms Ashima she told me that the product was been used. For this my reply is that how can I use a Sunglass with its tag on...
            I told her that the pick up guy could have also used it for which many lame reasons were given by her like:
            1) He does not have the authority to use.
            2) Product was in a closed box.
            3) they dont do that.
            4) Never such complaint came against him.
            So now the customer centric company executive was telling me that no the other guy cannot use it and its has just been used by me and btw the closed box told by her for the box just meant a box which can be closed and opened by pushing so weird reason again.
            Well i am related to myntra since many years and no such complaint complaint came against me also so howon what criteria tha judgement has been done?
            Hence I just empathetically deny such things and want my refund to be initiated and completed soon.
            Or else by these kind of behaviour of the company one more such valuable customer will be no longer associate with the company.
            Kindly refund the amount of Rs 4220 soon.

            My order got delivered, but I didn't receive the order. I made a complaint on jul 01, but until now you didn't resolve my issue. So I need to make a complaint against you in consumer court.
            I haven't received any updates on my order and the delivery boy denied his duty, said he doesn't have my package and won't be delivering. It's been 15 days now and I need to get my order as soon as possible.
            The delivery of myntra has disappointed me.

              I ordered mac cosmetics kohl power eye pencil worth rupees 1450 from myntra online shopping app on 24th june 2018. My order id 108171044147138169203. My email address [protected]@gmail.com. My phone number [protected].
              The product delivered by myntra is not original. It spreads on my face in and hour. I am unable to use the product because of the poor quality. Kindly provide me with original product

              i have registed a compliant 2 time but havent got any response from them.
              They tell to wait for 48 hours and we will get your infornation, every time i call a customer care they are telling that we are working on it.

                My mother and i have been a loyal and regular customers of myntra for ages. Until they stooped to fraudulent tricks that is. I had this belief that myntra lives up to the standards and have satisfactory services. I have even suggested my friends and family to purchase from myntra for the same.

                However, my recent purchase from myntra has proved me wrong. I had the most worst and disappointing experience a customer could have. It came as a terrible shock to me that myntra has taken the path as a fraudulent operator.

                This all started when i placed from an order using my mother's account to avail an offer during the recent eors sale.
                I placed an order for a cover story black formal trousers on 22nd june 2018. Unlike the usual fast delivery they took a while to deliver the product. The product was deliverer to us on 10th july, 2018 (It was supposed to be delivered before 5th july). To my utter shock and disbelief, when i opened the package i didn't find my cover story black formal trousers, what i found was a cheap looking yellow blouse. On a close inspection, i found that the top was also by cover story and it was wrapped in a transparent package with the label of the original product i was supposed to receive. Such a classy fraudster move by myntra! After some investigation from my part, i found the item i received in myntra. It was a really cheap product compared to the one i have purchased. Way to cheat your customers myntra!
                I am attaching images of both along with the complaint.

                I contacted the myntra customer care immediately and they assured me that they will look into it and will resolve the matter. I send them a mail with all the details they asked and after few days i got a reply stating that they wouldn't allow me to return the product. After i pointed out their mistake, they investigated the matter again (Or they say so) still repeating the same thing they wouldn't allow me to return the product. They also stated that the quality check of myntra was efficient and the correct product was send from their end. Wow.

                They claim that they sent the correct product from their end and my black trousers magically transformed into some cheap small top inside the packet after their efficient quality check. Not only their quality check was faulty, they are trying to cover up their error. They are washing their hands off the issue. The decent thing they could do was letting me return the product which they repeatedly stated they won't do at all.

                I tried contacting them at social media only to get the same repeated response. They were trying to save their public face lying through their teeth stating they have escalated the issue and i will get a resolution soon. Which never happened.

                This incident points to myntra's careless quality checks and recklessness in meeting the client's requests.

                This incident opened my eyes to the fact that myntra's services aren't reliable anymore. This will only result myntra in losing their credibility and customers. Starting from my family and friends.

                The mistake which happened to me should never happen to anyone else. There shouldn't be anymore victims.

                Myntra customer service is the worst I have ever came across.
                I cancelled my order on 30 June 2018 for which refund of 470rs was to be done by Myntra within 7 to 10 days. today it has been 17 days and they have still not given my money. I even spoke to their help support but not much help.
                Firstly i paid online for 2 products. 1 got delivered on time. At the time of delivery of 2nd product, , courier boy charged me again. i raised a complaint already for which they told me to wait for 48 hours on 5th July 2018 and after that no follow up call/email.
                I ordered a jeans from myntra which I got on 3rd July. I returned it and it was picked up on 5th July. I got an e mail from myntra that my refund had been initiated on 8th July. Well I still haven't received the refund. Helpline is always busy. Please look into it.

                  I bought a product from myntra in the month of april. Received the product on 12 april. Tgis product was a gift to someone. When the person washed it for the 1st time the colour of salwar came out. I came to know about this incident in july. I finally raised the complaint on 12 jul.

                  They 1sty kept denying the same stating 3 months period is over as i sent them the email with the pictures in 13th jul.

                  When i called them again i told them that the request was raised on 12th jul which was also mentioned in the email. They still denied it.
                  Finally they accepted that it was within 3 months.

                  Then i spoke with the supervisor and asked them the reason for denying. He gave me a different reason stating its not a manufacturing defect by just looking at the pictures and not checking the product physically.
                  And also the sup didn't disclose any other details.

                  My money is wasted.

                  (Return No. :[protected] but still I m not received my refund money when I call to customer care they said wait for 48 hours now it's already 72 hours left this is the worst experience I had
                  Sir I don't need mantra credits i have mistakenly submitted my return amount to myntra credit
                  Please transfer it to my bank account it's very urgent

                    I got a message in the morning that my product will be reverse picked up today, a guy came and asked for the myntra return package, i gave it to him, now i am informed by the delivery people that product has not been picked by them if its a 3rd guy whom i gave the package how does he know there was a package to be picked by from my house. Getting cctv footage and filing police complaint for sure

                      Dear sir/ madam

                      I have placed a return request for the product on 14th july 2018. Till today no one has come to pick up the products. I receive a message from myntra mentioning a phone no and name of the person who will come for pick up. I called him up and he replies that he doesnot come to my address, some one else will come tomorrow. I received a mssg from myntra that i asked for a reschedule which is not true. Your pick up person didnot come to my place. Next day i receive a mssg from myntra again that a person will come for pick up. After calling twice he picks up my call an says that he will come after 5 pm, however he never turned up. Again i receive a mssg from myntra stating that i requested a reschedule which is again not true. Next day i receive a mssg that person will come for pick up he never came for pick up but repeatedly i m getting mssges that i have requested for a reschedule which is a false messages being send from myntra. Since 5- 6 days i have been making arrangements at my place so that the executive might come for pick up. He never turned up. This has caused a lot of incovenience to me. I had called up the customer care also. Next day i receive a mssg for pick up, mentioning another executive. I tried calling him twice, he didnot respond to my call and never called back. He also didnot come for pick up. But without fail i got a mssg from myntra that i have requested a reschedule. I dont understand why myntra is sending such false messages. Since the time i have placed a request for pick up it has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I am highly disappointed with the service. Before sending such wrong messages dont you confirm what exactly has happened. I am bombarded with messages without any positive outcome. Dont you check if your pick up person is doing his job, causing so much of inconvenience for the customers. I am utterly disappointed with service. Which has made me think if should i buy anything from myntra.
                      Hope you take stringent steps in this matter and find out exactly what is happening, why executive is not coming for pick up and why false messages are sent to me.
                      Prompt action is needed.

                        I ordered a kurta on 7 July and paid online and when I received the parcel it wasn't the one I ordered they sent me the wrong kurta so I made an exchange request.so when they came for delivery they said we can't give the right one because myntra needs to approve the request I mean is this a joke or what?then and now it's been 20 days I kept emailing them now today again they came for delivery but not delivered my product so very disappointed I am police complaining now .

                            Hello Myntra,
                            I am happy to see the offers provided by you. Actually i ordered a shirt and a t shirt through myntra mobile app. But my item hasn't been delivered yet.
                            And today i got call from your delivery boy, and just shocked with his behaviour while I'm talking about my address to deliver that item. No manners how to talk with customers and also threatening me by saying that take this item by yourself if you want it, i can't deliver it.
                            How can you do this if your are taking the delivery charges too.

                              I am very unhappy with Myntra Services. I had ordered a Men's Red Boxers for myself Placed On: 23 Jun 2018

                              but Myntra team delivered a Women's Top on 30th June 2018.
                              I submitted a complaint against it on 1st July 2018 but of No use. They are asking me to selfship after being their fault.
                              again i complaint against it on 7th July 2018. one of the customer agent said ok sir it will be picked up, but status is same.

                              Today on 21st July I have complaint against it for 3rd TIME.
                              initially they said it will be picked up but now again saying to selfship.
                              Even Senior customer officer Kinjal also asked me to selfship & giving various reasons of it cant be picked up &
                              after putiing me on Hold She did not come on the phone & disconnected my no.
                              So request the Myntra team to please refund my money for the same & pathetic Customer care team

                                I ordered a set of 2 t shirts (one combo), I recieved only one of the two - the order one was missing . So naturally I issued an exchange . A few days later, the exchange order arrives but the deilvery man arrives but refuses to exhancgr the order unless he gets confirmation from Myntra. I have tried to call the customer care thrice now, its always busy .

                                  Worst delivery service by Myntra, it's been more than 2 weeks and the product has still not been delivered. All the assigned delivery persons are rude in behaviour and they just cut your call when u ask why such thing happened. Its really frustrating that even after registering complaints 2 times they are still not resolved and in addition to that there were no updates from Myntra.

                                    I had made an order of ziyaa black and blue kurti of costing Rs.555 respectively. I have a fitting issue so I want to return it back but the courier boy (Ankit Chauhan) Lucknow refuses to take it back and misbehaved and on phone employee of Myntra ( Vikas Singh) told me that if you want to return you won’t get money back.

                                      My sister had bought 3 items i, e, 2 top costing Rs.418.95 & 627.90 and 1 jeans (Estrolo) costing Rs. 628.95.

                                      On 30th june, she had requested to return all items and on 1st July myntra person (Mo. No.[protected]) has taken all item for return. But again next day one more person came to take jeans but we had already given that jeans to 1st person. My sister tried to call that person but number was switched off.

                                      Now, my sister have received refund of only top and not jeans.

                                      Few days ago I called myntra customer care and Complained about non receipt of jeans refund and she said it will be resolved and refund will be credited but we have not received any refund.

                                        - It was Sunday 8th July and I was just back to Mumbai from London and was travelling to Bangalore. 2 t-shirts were delivered on 4th July and was waiting for delivery of 3rd.

                                        - App updated order status as delivered on 8th July for final part of the order

                                        - I probably show it on 10th or 11th July. I asked family to check and also check with neighbors. basically t-shirt was not delivered but app updated.

                                        - 12th July called to raise a complaint. They went around the house, finally raised a complaint. Did not provide complaint # & said the issue will be fixed in 48 hours. They also said, they will email me with complaint reference no.

                                        - nothing happened in 48 and no update recvd from Myntra.

                                        - I called up again on 15th or 16th. Same story. " Sorry sir. The issue will be fixed in 48 hours.". I persuaded and he gave me complaint reference no this time. He also said we will email you and also update you on status.

                                        - nothing happened in 48 hours and no updated recvd from Myntra

                                        - 21 July I show the status of the order changed to "Lost". So called up CS and asked to speak to the manager. There was some lady. she started with sorry and explained that it is marked lost and refund is initiated. no updates were provided to me unless I called up.

                                        • why do I have to call you every time to get an update
                                        • if that's how it is, why do you tell the customer that we will send you email, update you and fix the issue in 48 hours.
                                        • team leads / managers in CS don't listen to customer. they keep repeating without really understanding complaint or issue or do anything to fix it and make customer happy. experience of talking to manager or team lead today was worst every CS call I have had.
                                        Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
