I had placed an order for a backpack on myntra on 25th of June 2018 which was a day of sale and although they had mentioned a chance for delay, it has been nearly 20 days and I have not yet received any updates on my order and I was not able to cancel my order. There is no one to take my calls or no mail id to which I can report my issues. I could wait for more days and all I require is some confirmation that I'll surely receive it.

    I had ordered a women blue regular fit denim shirt but when i received the product it was a men's black striped shirt. I requested the return immediately but the courier company refused to accept the product and put my return on hold. I have the original tags intact. The product is of Roadster, myntra's personal brand. I have proof of packaging and all my order details to prove myself innocent.       I ordered a product in 9july.In 11july I got mail and sms that my product is out for delivery. That delivery guy didn't pick up my call. After 8pm I got sms that my product is delivered. But that guy didn't deliver my product in my address and not taking my call also. I have already paid through debit card for that order. And I m thinking that delivery guy might have take that order. Delivery associate name ASHWINI TRADERS-Kannan Store ADM( mob: [protected]).
      I wish myntra can resolve this problem asap.

        I had placed my order on 22 June 2018, the delivery date was 3 July, today is 12 july but my order hasn't delivered yet.I have called the customer care as many times as I can but no further action on the response. I don't know what s happening.Please stop telling fake sentences that we can deliver the product within 2 days.
        And also I want to return my product back, after all extension they gave 11 july.
        I have waited all the day long but no one came to take the product.

          I had placed my order on 22 June 2018, the delivery date was 28 June, then it was extended to 3 July, then 8 July, today is 11 July but my order hasn't delivered yet. I also tried to cancel my order but it said order can't be cancelled as the order is shipped. This is very upsetting. I had ordered many items before from Myntra and items were delivered on time . I don't know what happen this time. I ordered my items for occasion which is going to be held on 16th of july.I request to deliver my order before 16 july

          I am highly disappointed by Myntra's delivery. They have delivered a wrong item and when I asked for exchange the delivery boy asked for approval mail but the customee care is not responding. What should I do now?

          Please deliver the correct item as soon as possible.
          There is 3rd time cancel order from myntra, if you not have then why you show us, which one I like and give order after 10 days it cancelled then again show for buy with high prize. It's very disappoint myntra.

            Ordered pair of Nike shoes..they delivered such a fake product..had no nike box direct shoes in Myntra packed box that too in horrible condition.. Why do they use "100% Original" product..
            Total fake, even Nike will be informed regarding this..
            Even they should know on their what exactly Myntra delivers..
            Totally horrible product delivering branded product openly without any box pathetic..

              I am a very old customer of myntra. Recently I ordered a wedges and got the waste product. It costed me 1500rs and I am calling them everyday to give my money back and take the pickup. Every single day they will do false promise and not picking my product up... They lie saying customer denied but I am calling pickup guy everyday and even myntra everyday but no one is helping... They are doing a biggest fraud as they will sell waste products in sale and then don't take it back... I will publish this on all social networking so that people think before purchasing.

                I returned my mytra parcel on 26th or 27th . But return pickup boy didn't give any return receipt said I will get SMS in 5 minutes about return update. But I never got a message. After that I registered a complain at costumer care service after one week of follow up with the team I got message from myntra team that they could not find my parcel at their warehouse so they are sorry that can not refund my amount 1600rs. I was shocked to their response called them many times but myntra team simply ignore my request and said they can't do anything about it.

                  Dear Myntra,
                  I heard about you from y frnz and ordered 3 kurtiz from the site. I gave the same addresson which my frnz recve their orders. I m so upset informing that my order of 3 kurtiz got cancelled one by one. The agent who had to deliver talked very rudely and said that he will not deliver tbe order and even thay I m free to lodge a complaint against him. This was my frst order from Myntra. Now i m jst waiting for my amount to be refunded.
                  Just a suggestion.. Plz dont hire such courier services which defame you. Tge number from which I rcvd the call is [protected].He is mr ajay Agarwal from rajasthan I guess. Plz teach him to talk properly to the customers or u ll

                    I placed an order for my shoes on 23 june 2018. It was a bigger size, so I placed an exchange order for a smaller size . First of all it was dated to be delivered on 10 july which is too late . on 10 july the delivery boy called me when I was in office and asked me to take it. I said I will be there in 20 mins or you can deliver it tommorow. He just said "no" and cut the call. I called him again but he didn't pick up. Then after some time when I opened my myntra account it showed that "costumer refused". It is very frustrating.

                      I placed an order with Myntra for Boat Rockers 430 Black Bluetooth headphones on the 29th of June, 2018. While placing the order, the product had 30 day return period. I placed on order which was delivered on the 2nd of July, 2018. But due to my pre-panned vacation, i had to be out of city and returned on 10th July, 2018. I have tried to turn on the head-phone, however, they seem to be a faulty product. Now Myntra does not have any option for me to return this product and get a refund. This is setting up the wrong expectations with the customer and false commitments. Please find more details below

This is frustrating me I have decided not to purchase anything going forward.                             I am really upset with the service provided by myntra. I did shopping from myntra For the 1st time and the result is I received product which is broken .
                            I ordered for Revolution Pro Glow 2 .
                            I have not even opened the product it's packed and I can see all the loose powder inside. This is really annoying like after paying so much if m getting this in return and there is no option to return or exchange.

                            I expect that you will treat this matter with utmost importance. Do not lose a customer who is using your service for the first time.

                            I placed an order from myntra for pronto trolly but i received a damaged one. I raised a complaint that i want to return this trolly as it is damaged. I got a mail from myntra saying “I regret to inform you that the return request has been declined as product was shipped from our end post proper quality check”.

                            My order number is[protected]-5772301 and the trolly is costing me 5120 which is not a small amount.

                            I received a broken trolly as in the zip of that trolly is not proper.

                            I want my refund. Please take necessary action against Myntra.

                            I am really upset with the service. I had ordered makeup revolution eye shadow palette and I got a broken product. The eye shadows are broken into pieces and got mixed. I haven't even open the product and the eye shadow powder was all over the packet.
                            Now I don't want to keep this broken product with me but there is no option for return or exchange.
                            Kindly look into this matter. I hope you will resolve it soon.

                              Dear Myntra,

                              I ordered charcoal gray united colours of Benetton last week.but they supplied me wrong product in the name o[censored]CB.

                              In the leggings it has a tag of style Benetton but outer packing with sticker is o[censored]CB with very very poor quality.now I want to return the product but they are not taking it back just coz by mistake the tag is tored but the outer packing and sticker everything is there.

                              U cannot do this by just telling that we sell a right product .you are selling false product in the name o[censored]CB.please I want my money back.
                              You can't do this to customer in the name of original brand.

                                This is with regard complaint about the product "Tommy Hilfiger Men Black Analogue Watch TH1791478_BBD1a" against the order number[protected]-7999703 I have not received the complete order.
                                As your customer service agent said we had checked CCTV footage in which product is checked
                                Than you didn't saw the empty box
                                You are sending me same package twice so I should pay double time for same order?
                                This same order came twice with same order number but already I had collected once which was an empty package so I didn't collect second time.

                                  I had ordered 3 WATCHES (Order No.[protected]-5479403) worth Rs.10692.73. Of these 2 WATCHES came WITH tags with just the brand name and barcode attached by a mere thread ) and there was NO PRICE STICKER on the tags. One watch didn't even have the tag, only the price sticker on its plastic bag .
                                  i liked one of the watch and wanted to return the other two. But the return was cancelled saying that there is no price tag on one of the watch . first of all it never had one, and the other watches which had it, there was no mention of any price on their tags either. The watch with no tag is worth Rs 3780. while this might be a smile price for myntra its an huge sum for me .
                                  They don't send me a price tag and have the audacity to say that without a price tag they cannot exchange the watch due to authenticity!! Whose fault is this?? Am I supposed to produce a non-existent price sticker?? They request to consider this as an isolated incident! (I checked other complaints, it is not an isolated incident).
                                  If they cant stock the watch without the price tag, let them incur a small loss, the mistake was Myntra's after all! Myntra should have verified the seller or the product before shipping it.
                                  I thought a brand like Myntra would atleast have a little more regard for a regular customer.

                                    Myntra claims to give you money in account when you invite someone and get their account made on app using your unique referral code but here's the twist you invite people get their accounts made it asks for code if you have and when you enter your referral code getting all happy that you're going to get money but you get nothing but you are fooled as it shows error as soon as you submit the code. And other thing is that account is also made of who so ever you invited so you can't use the same person's details again. Wow isn't it?

                                      I had ordered my dress on 23rd june and its 10th july today. It was supposed to be delivered on 30th june, and i still didnt get any update on delivery date.
                                      Even though it was promised by customer care support that they would update in 24 hours . I have raised complaints 4 times, but no response.
                                      Very disappointed with myntra service.
                                      Will never order again :( even being a customer from long time.

                                        I have ordered Lakme Eyeconic Deep Black Kajal Size: Onesize | Qty: 1 order no[protected]-5749803 but they charged double tax in bill.I spoke to customer support team about this but they are also not able to clarify the bill and Ms.Fatima to whom i spoke did not clear the bill and taxes carried. I don't understand how can you charge double tax on MRP i.e. if a product cost rs.170 including all taxes than what means to charge...
