    Myntra offered me a flat discount coupon of Rs. 300/- . Coupon name is mynewmyntra300. This coupon was given to me on opening new account on date 22-June-18.
    I have placed an order on 23-June-18, and I have tried mynewmyntra300 coupon. This coupon was not working. On enquiry to helpdesk of myntra it was assured by executive that this is sale period and during sale period this coupon will not be applicable. And it was assured that you place this order and mynewmyntra300 coupon will remain valid for your second order.

    After multiple follow up still my problem is not solved and myntra.com is fooling me by giving irrelevant answers.

      This is regarding my purchase at Myntra Shopping App.
      I have returned the product but its amount is not refunded.
      As per previous communication with myntra, amounthave refunded it to my bank and given a reference number too .
      but i have not received it yet.. Reference given by myntra was as below.

      i returned 3 products and accepted in this order.
      but not received refund

      Please help to check this on priority and i have been sick of doing followup with myntra.
      Please communicate with bank where you refunded money and resolve it yourself, i just want my money back.

      Hope to resolve it soon.

        As per Myntra's policies, Sunglasses can be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 30 days. When I attempted to exchange to a lower size, their website says that "Size not available? Click on an unavailable size to return the item.". However, they are not giving any other size options.

        This leaves me with a product which I cannot exchange nor get money back. I needed this for a function, and if I don't get it on time, then these glasses are of no use to me.

        Myntra's Policy:
        1. "Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team."

        2. "Size not available? Click on an unavailable size to return the item."

        I have attached the screen shots of their policies for reference.

        I even called up the customer care on 9th July, and the call reference number provided to me was[protected]. Aditya Sharma and Kshitij Phutela handled the call, and they were giving misleading information, and were changing statements.

          I had ordered a top on 24 th june. It was expected to be delivered on 3rd july. I had complained on 5th july ( ref .[protected] and 8th july (ref.[protected] and today also. Each person said that they have marked it as high priority and soon any update ll be sent. but nothing is being done. This is highly disgusting experience . kindly do something in this matter.

          I want to know about the status update. I received some of my orders but there is no update in the account. So that if I want to return .That is not done. Please i[censored] don't provide the best then leave.
          I have ordered 2 lipstick from Myntra.I gpt the product delivered today and found that 1 colorbar lipstick is broken and 1 lipstick of Maybelline is expired..this type of service is not expected from a reputed site Myntra..I want the refund or the product to bd exchanged as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some other actions

            My order no.[protected] is undelivered because of your delivery associate misbehave and my order is for ₹1205.I gave him ₹2000 and ₹5(For his help in returning my change) but he refuse to return my change of ₹800 (₹2005-₹1205=₹800) because of he is not keeping change of minimal amount for ₹800 and he approch me a delivery of ₹1205.
            This is not enough after this he is misbehaving and saying me your you have to cancel your order no.[protected] he is totally refused me for delivery and this is very shamefull for Myntra.com that they are act like that with their customer.

            Given delivery date was 2nd July, 2018. I get a message from myntra saying ''unable to to deliver your order'' and blames me that I requested reschedule.
            This happened 2 times in a row from 2nd July onwards.

            I have returned the product but still I did not get my amount. Also didn't get any response from customer care and support team. I have mailed many times.

              I have ordered AT bagpack during myntra sale for 841, and it is supposed to be delivered by 27 june. But it shows technical error still I waited till today (9th july) and they said they cancel the order due to the technical issue and the same bag now shows for 2300 on myntra itself.
              even my order was prepaid.
              This is not at all justice.
              Give me the solution.
              I can not spend more money and want same bag because every day (since last 15 days ) despite of hectic schedule i managed to check the status of the bag and eventually I found that they are refunding my money. I want bag.

The order was already late and when i received the ordered the pant below the top was missing, so i placed the replacment order, no[protected]-4080901. But when your delivery boy came to delivered he refused to take it due to missing of pant and told to call your call centre no, but theirs no option of talking with your representative. Already its yours mistake and your unnecessary harasing people. Please get done my replacment ordered done as soon as possible.

                  As a loyal customer of brand Myntra, I want to share my disappointing online shopping experience with you. This is regarding my recent order number:[protected]-8667703

                  I ordered an item Shakumbhari white color Kurta in a combo offer, along with 2 other items/products. I am attaching the two screenshots which appeared while I searched for it in the search window (see highlighted part of the screenshot). After I placed the order, I see this product listed as one kurta only, which is surprising as combo offer in sets usually would mean kurta+bottoms. It does not say pack of 2 or 1 plus 1 offer (why would I even want to buy 2 pieces of the same product). It says combo offer on what the model is wearing, its common sense. Please correct me if I am wrong but what would you think when you saw it? It is a matching set!!! I recently purchased a Gerua kurta+bottom set under 700 INR from Myntra (check my order history), so this is possible, right??

                  I spoke to your customer service agent who outright declined there was any offer but I fail to be fooled. Even if there is any technical glitch, this is not my problem. I should get what I was promised and what was advertised on your website. Why did the offer not apply or why was the product mislabeled is not my headache. This is what you should take care of! You can check my records and order history. I went for this white kurta matching with its bottom wear in the EOSS at Myntra and when I am told that there was no such offer, I feel upset and furious.

                  I want the combo offer to prevail, I don't know how would you make it happen. I would like the kurta as well as the bottom together in my purchase. If you fail to provide me a satisfactory resolution, I will in the future, definitely move to other shopping websites which provide a seamless shopping experience.

                  This is the second time I feel this inconvenience. I placed an order number :[protected]-6912801 few weeks back which displayed the incorrect size charts for the two shirts (LaMode and Shaftesbury London) I ordered. Size 38 was 38 only when it arrived and not chest size 46 inches as shown (I wanted size 44 and 46 but your size charts are WRONG!). I ended up exchanging the items, returning original items, waiting for receiving the exchanged item, all of which was nothing but HASSLE and TIME WASTE! I am sick and tired of this process. This is crazy.

                  Let me also tell you this, I don't want my money back and don't want your apology. It is not about money. I can cancel and return and get my money back on Myntra. It is really about doing your job right. Its not like I can just keep the Kurta and be happy with it. It is about the combo offer (the set that I purchased, I want the bottom pant also). Please contact your end merchant and do what is possible from your side. I will definitely Tweet about this issue and screenshot if this is not sorted.

                    I ordered a Roadster Aviator through Myntra. Today morning I received a SMS that the product will be arriving today. The SMS also had the number of the delivery boy. Since I had some work and won't be free after 2pm I thought of calling him and inquire if he can deliver my order before that. But the delivery boy didn't receive my call the first time and by the second time he had put my number in block list. Now I have no way of contacting him and I know by evening I'll receive a SMS stating that I have rejected the order. This has happened to me once before. If Myntra doesn't resolve this issue this time I'll simply deactivate my account and go for some other e commerce sites.

                      I had ordered from Myntra On Line shopping Site on 22 Jun2018 and Paid upfront, Order was about to Deliver on 1July2018 which is almost 8-9 Days in Pune city.
                      There was no Update till 5th July on the Order and I had complained twice for the same. HelpDesk assured me that my order will be deviled and not canceled But on 9July they cancel the same.
                      Lot of Time/Energy were wasted in selecting and ordering the Order and they just cancel the same at any point and time.
                      Also now the money will be refunded in next 9 Days. Which means that they had Keep my money for almost 1 month without any reason.
                      This is Pathetic Experience and will not order anything from Myntra at all.

                      I need my Order to be Deliver without any Failure or Myntra should have to compensate the same, what time I had wasted in followup and waiting.

                        Myntra deny to refund my courier charge as they promised to refund once I self shipped their product . They are saying its a fake receipt . I had set up a meeting with myntra executive with blue dart and finally when the time come when the credit will come, 2 days before they locked my account on which the refund will come.

                          I bought two Kurtis worth around Rs. 1300. The package got delivered and my mom received it as I was in my office during that time. I received a message during that time stating that two kurtis got delivered. But when I reached home, it was only one kurti got delivered. I am perplexed why the other kurti was marked as 'Delivered' in the app, even though they didn't provide me the product. So I called the customer care service, and they said that both items got delivered which wasn't the case. I am completely dissatisfied with MYNTRA, as they cheated my money. If this is a charity, I am glad to help, but this is not a CHARITY and Myntra cheated me the money of one kurti which is 695 R.S. Please take necessary action because I trusted MYNTRA but Myntra proved that it was not worth it. If this how MYNTRA going to make money by cheating loyal customers, then I should say I won't be the customer anymore and will never buy anything from a deceiving company.                           Product was wrongly delivered to other person with the same name. I was frustrated that Myntra cheated me but that women received the product called me back after one week (yeah, one week) and said it was wrongly delivered since her grand daughter has the same name. And asked to pick the item so i did. I am sorry if i was rude. Finally i received my product.

                            Worst thing ever expected from Myntra. I ordered three stuff during sale and it takes ages to deliver the product and later it's shown as cancelled. I waited for long and thought it would get delivered however inspite of having sizes and product they cancelled the product for no reason. First of all there is no provision to contact Myntra by any means and secondly delivery people are just hopeless. It seems that Myntra should really work on their basics at priority rest everything will be taken care of.

                              I ordered an oakley sunglasses from myntra. They delivered me a fake product. I returned them the fake one.. Den they said that its my fault and reshipped me the fake product. But to my aghast, they reshipped me a jeans worth 1000 bucks of a 4th class student. I have been calling them since a month. But they never replied. Please take strict actions against this act of cheating.

                                I ordered a pair of shoes and I didn't like it so I returned it. It was delivered on 28th June 2018 and returned on 29th June 2018. It has been complete 10 days and I haven't received any answer. I have sent an email regarding the same (contact.[protected]@myntra.com). I have also called on the customer complaint no.                                   I had ordered M.A.C strobe cream from Myntra on 24th June and the order the was delivered on 3rd July. To my surprise, when I opened the package, I found a black packet inside which was tampered and the product was not there.I called Myntra and logged a ticket[protected]. The ticket was closed/cancelled without informing me.I called the customer care to check what’s the update and got the ticket reopened.i have still not received any response. It is sad that such a known ecommerce company does this to their customer.The product is expensive and I don’t know what to do to get my amount reimbursed/get the product.Never expected this from Myntra.Beware of such frauds.

                                    I am so pissed off with Myntra customer services, I ordered a roadster distressed jeans from myntra with order id[protected]-7171601 on 23 June during the sale and the packet with wrong product was delivered to me on 2 nd July till then I kept on speaking with Myntra but not getting any solution they have placed the return request instead of giving me exchange of the original product, Highly disappointed

                                      Myntra team has picked up the wrong product from my house and they are not returning the product.

                                      Its regarding the Return request raised for Order no[protected]-2127901 and picked up the wrong product on July 3rd 2018.

                                      Myntra team has picked the wrong product of Jobong return and refunded the amount of myntra product

                                      When I spoke with customer care today for 45min with Nikhilesh escalation supervisor - his straight answer is they can't do anything. he refused to take complaint.

                                      How can trust Myntra when i get the refund of the product which it is still with me? (Photos attached) Don't they verify the return product bar codes/brands?

                                      Now, I want to return the product to Jabong and product is not with me. It is with Myntra.

                                      I want the wrongly picked product back or refund the wrong product money which costed me 1049/-

                                      when i send the issue to [protected]@myntra.com and got the reply as they are not taking complaints directly and customer care support is also not taking the complaint.

                                        As you may know, Myntra had a huge End of Season sale going on last week. Since there were great discounts, I decided to purchase a pair of shoes I've had my eye on for quite a while. I bought 'em, paid online. The order got confirmed on the same day.

                                        Now comes the delivery part. The order took a whole week to get shipped, which was acceptable since they received a whole plethora of orders on account of the sale.
                                        June 30th, the order had reached a delivery center in my city.

                                        July 1st, it was "out for delivery". The delivery executive had neither called nor messaged me in the day but in the evening I got a message stating "delivery failed as the customer was not reachable". I let this slide since I assumed the delivery wouldn't have been possible on the first day itself and it was also a Sunday.

                                        July 2nd, the product was once again "out for delivery". The same thing was repeated, I was not contacted regarding it and at the end of the day, "delivery failed as the customer was not reachable".

                                        July 3rd, at morning I got a call from the delivery executive (hurray!) asking me about my precise address. Upon my answer he replied and I quote, "Your order will be delivered by today evening".
                                        I sat home the entire day with my phone in hand-..but at the end of the day I got a message, "delivery failed as the customer was not reachable."

                                        July 4th, I made a CALL TO Myntra addressing this entire issue. They were "deeply sorry" that I, a 4 year old customer, had to face such a stupid problem. Their so called customer service "champions" assured me that they will file a complaint on the delivery executive with precise details and ensure that my package is delivered to me. They also provided the number of the delivery executive so I could coordinate delivery with him.
                                        I called the delivery person twice but he didn't pick up, I called from a different number and he picked it up within seconds. I asked him about my package and he shamelessly admitted the he's had my package for 3 days but didn't attempt any delivery since "it was not his area". The ### didn't even think about giving it to one of his colleagues and instead sent it back to Myntra.
                                        I immediately informed Myntra with this information, their "champion" once again assured me that they will take disciplinary action against him and delivery the product to me.
                                        A couple hours later I got a message stating my order was cancelled as I was not available and refund has been initiated. Once again I immediately called Myntra regarding this and reminded them of my issue to which their "champion" asked me to "buy the product again". By now an entire week had passed since the sale got over. I was asked to buy the same product again AT FULL PRICE. So what's the point of having a ### sale?

                                        And just to clarify, I didn't sit twiddling my thumbs on each of those failed delivery attempts, I filled out the feedback form each day telling them about this. But it looks like they never bother to read these feedbacks since when I called them they were entirely unaware about my issue.
                                        Oh and the complaint I made on the delivery executive? They said I'd be notified by email about it within the day. Its been 3 days now and I still haven't received ### -..and they have the nerve to send me another "feedback form". Myntra used to be my favourite shopping destination but I'm not sure what the ### has happened to it now. I GENUINEly hope they recover from this downward spiral.

                                        Guess what. I bought the exact same product again at a higher price and the same freakin' thing was repeated. The delivery boys keep lying they don't have the package, when I gave them proof of it they outright refused to deliver at my address "because its far". What's the point of being a delivery boy if you can't [censored] deliver? Goddamn peasants.

                                        I informed Myntra about this, and as usual, their "champion" is going to file a complaint and forget all about it within 5 minutes.
                                        This isn't just disappointing, its downright pathetic.
