I have cancelled my orders and returned orders. Money debited from my account. And not credited my money into my account. I have contacted regarding this with myntra also, but they are saying we are not responsible and contact your bankers. And banker also saying we cannot do anything. But they are showing only reference numbers and saying we all are not responsible.
Then where i need to go for my money. Please help me....

I purchased a asics running shoes 2 months (Order number[protected]-3761103) back from myntra.com. The shoe got torn from the top in 2 months. The shoes are under warranty but myntra is declining the warranty claim saying that it is a manufacturing defect. How can the top surface get torn so quickly.

I purchased a sling bag and it was delivered on mar 29, 2018. I first time used the bag few days back. I found that the twist clasp is not working at all. This is at all very much disappointing from such a reputed company.
The delivered product is at all defective. The costly defective product is delivered to the customers which is not acceptable. I would like to get the bag replaced with a new one immediately...

Last week i ordered for a crocs product from myntra o[censored]k 10 size but i was delivered a uk 11 size product which i feel uncomfortable to wear. I feel this incident as a cheating from company. Have ordered 4 chennai silk saree, the quality was very bad. When i called myntra i asked for a compensation for the wait time and the quality and the mental stress i had to go thru. Issue: i received a mail and sms saying that my order was delivered. This, however, is not true. I checked with my office security who usually collects the orders and they also confirmed that no parcels were received from myntra. I have been trying to reach myntra help center regarding this but it is continuously unavailable and not functioning....

I ordered the product because it was getting delivered by today (14th june '18). I needed this product urgently today because i am going out of station.
You showed me that it will delivered by today.
I called you twice and the first time your executive dint bother to take any action & now i got the info that it is not been shipped yet.

The agent doesn't even carry change. Even for an order of 853, i was paying him 53 change and 1000rs he didn't even have 200. Said i have only 100 if that's okay. He was urging to take more money than the amount. The same change issue was faced for 3 consecutive days and even after feedback nothing was done.
Myntra was a trusted brand but the service is getting declined day by day....

I have ordered shoes from myntra android app order no. :[protected]-7211501. Because of the problem faced by the delivery boy, it was resceduled. But the next day i trackd my product and it was returned to origin. I do not receive any calls or any response about this return but i only receive a message about the rescheduled delivery. This is a complete neclegence of service....

I am liable customer of myntra since 4 years but sadly the company's delivery team has worsen to the bottom.
