Hi, please note that I ordered a blazer with order no.[protected]-6916501 on June 21, 2018 during Myntra's EORS sale. The same got delivered on June 23 but was defective (with a cut on collar). I requested for exchange on June 23 with order no.[protected]-6612801 for the same size and the delivery date was July 2, 2018. On July 1, 2018 I raised a complaint with the customer support team as the order was still not shipped and sure to miss the deadline of July 02. I was assured that the exchange will be honored however I didn't receive no communication from myntra regarding the delivery. on July 02, 2018 I called them again only to hear that it takes ~4 days to resolve the issue/complaint. The delivery was not honored and I didn't get a reply from myntra regarding the next possible delivery date nor my order was shipped again. On July 05, 2018, I called customer support again to only listen from them how regretful they are that the delivery was not honored. The person I spoke to said that the complaint has been marked now with high priority and I would surely get a reply within 24 hours (i.e by July 06, 2018). It's July 07, 2018, neither have I received a reply nor my product has been shipped. I vouch to never deal with myntra again however for the time being I want my exchange order to go through else I probably have to cancel exchange and return the product. Please kindly register a complaint with myntra to honor the exchange.
