I had created a return request for an Oakley sunglass worth Rs. 4958.60 on 12th July, which was picked up by ecom express on 13th July. I called the myntra customer care, they told me that i will get the refund after it passes the quality check.. Now the product was already delivered to myntra warehouse, but i haven't received my refund yet. I request myntra to please refund my money as fast as they can.. I need the money urgently.

I bought an Oakley sunglass worth Rs. 4958 which i returned the same day. Its been one week now, i haven't received my refund money yet. Everytime i call them, they tell me to wait and keep patience but still refund is not happening. I request myntra please give me refund as soon as possible, it's very urgent.     I received the items on 20th July at 8:20pm but
    I received only the antique gold toned bangles
    I didn’t receive the dress.I have paid for both the iteams.

    But myntra says both iteams have been delivered

    Please help me with resolution

      I ordered grey HRX running shoes from Myntra and I was not satisfied with the quality of the shoes and thus i placed a return request. The request was first placed more than a week back and it keeps on getting cancelled because of no fault of mine. The delivery person never comes and when i try calling the number is either switched off or the person denies his responsibility. I have already called on the registered mobile number provided and registered the complaint twice but no action has been taken and i again got a mail saying that the pick-up failed but the guy never even showed up and neither was I able to reach him because his phone was switched. I am very tired of this unprofessional behaviour of Myntra. The last date till when i can return the shoes is 2nd August and i can't keep filing for a new cancellation order every day. I am very pissed at the company and i pledge to never use this website ever again. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

        After complaining too many times I received the box on 15 July
        When I opened it was an empty box earphones r not there.
        Only the cable and packaging of box .
        After that I talked to them raised complaint .
        they r saying we have checked there is no any problem from our side
        . already lost more than 15 days

          I ordered the product Natio restore cleansing milk on 22 of June 2018(there was sale going on in Myntra & the product costs Rs 894) which I received on 1st of July between 6 pm to 7 pm. As soon I received the product I was eager to use it but just when I opened the cap of the bottle I found a typical oily smell from it & when I checked the MFD, EXP DATE etc I saw the product was a way backdated product. The MFD was June 2014 & the Exp Date was June 2017. Yes..2017! Myntra sent me a cosmetic product which expired 1 year before. Then & then I called Myntra Customer service & lodged a complaint regarding the issue. As it was a nonreturnable product so I had nothing to do but only to wait for the response from Myntra as they said that they will look after the issue. But after 5/6 days when I found no response from their side I called them again & reexplained my problem & then I was said that my complaint was declined by Myntra team as according to them they sent me a new & fresh product!!! I requested them to transfer my call to any higher executive of Myntra CS that I can know what exactly was going on! After 3 mins keeping my call on hold I was able to talk to their higher authority(As they said) & then the Madam explained the whole thing in the way that I didn't clearly mention to their team before that whether the product was "defected" or "expired" one & so they were unable to take any step!!! That was first lie said by Myntra team as more than 10 times I mentioned to them that the product was the expired one. Then she told me to wait for two more days to get the response from them & I was provided a email address that I can send the images of the product. Without wasting time I sent images(with all the details & labels on the bottle) of the product but as usual received no response from their side even after 4 days since I sent all the details & then again I called Myntra & I was said the same that they sent me the product after checking the qualities & they sent me a proper product(biggest lie by Myntra) & so they can't help me regarding my issues!!! They absolutely denied their mistake & portraits the whole thing as I was lying!!! I asked them to provide me the papers on the quality check & details of the product. They told me it's confidential!! Well here I spent 900 for the rubbish & now I can't even check how good quality they actually sent me!!! It was the worst experience ever!! The product took almost 900 & now I can't use it! It's not the first time Myntra sent me an expired product. 1 year back I experienced the same with a Kaya skin clinic product but that time the product was expired by 2 months when I received it. I complained against that but then I didn't want to go all the returning process & all as then Pick up facility by Myntra was not available at our pin code & I thought by mistakenly it happened & this not gonna happen again. But no they did it again & this time it's ridiculous that they sent me a garbage. Hell with Myntra & their customer service.

            I ordered a few products from Myntra a few days back and the delivery guy that was assigned to deliver my product was making a fool of me that he will deliver it in the evening and when I called in the evening he told me he got some important work at his home and promised that he will deliver it the next day, so we both agreed on that and next morning when I called AGAIN he told me the company took the parcel last night so he can't do anything and when I tried to understand the real reason he told me that he will beat me, Imagine I could have filed an FIR against him but I didn't.
            Today again my shipment has to be delivered by him,

              I ordered a set which includes Kurta and plazzo..when I rcvd the order I found that plazzo was missing..when I notified myntra they asked me to return the item..which is fine..when the exchanged item was delivered again the plazzo was missing..again when I notified myntra about this..they said they will ship the missing item...after this was communicated to me..I kept chasing asking date on which the missing item will be delivered..they kept saying they will update me shortly..mean while I used the Kurta as I thought I would not have to return it..n now myntra is asking me to return the Kurta..Isn't this called [censored]ing customers..I have asked myntra to reimburse plazzo amount..to which they have denied...

                I have purchased a bluetooth earphone, the sound quality and the bulid quality is very bad so i want it to be return, but in myntra aap there is no return option is showing and when i go to help menu, it shows it can't be returned due to the nature of the product, but in myntra's return policy it shows return can be possible within 30 days but should be in original condition and packing with the tags

                  I ordered several items from myntra on 2nd july out of which i raised a request for exchange of one lee jeans having order id[protected]-1638103. Pickup was scheduled on 9th july but at that time i was out of the city so i rescheduled the pickup on 11th july but till now 12 days passed but no one came to pickup the item not i got the exchanged product. I appx talked several times with customer support of myntra but each and every time, i got a response that we raised your complaint and just wait for 48hrs. Its rediculous behaviour of myntra as i am the valuable customer of myntra since last 8-9years but now i will not order anything from myntra and will suggest the same to everyone. No help from customer support. Registered complaint number is[protected]. I also requested to arrange a call with the supervisor of myntra but no one called me till now. How myntra become this much unprofessional, its strange to see. I want my exchanged product asap.

                    Myself Prashant Mali, I ordered wildcraft bag from myntra appliction on date 16 july 2018.this ordered bag i received on date 19 july 2018.As shown wildcraft bag in myntra application and recieved bag is very different. The bag recieved by me is fake.The Bag content is very different as compared to original wildcraft bag.The myntra company fraud with me.and i call to myntra customer care and they can't help me.And they can not return back product.

                        Wrong Product delivered by myntra. Exchange option availed. But the exchange is not accepted despite all tags intact. Till date no original product received. Mynuta nor picking up phone. The no.of days of return/exchange are abt to get expired and yet there is no prompt action from myntra. This is case of cheating and fraud. Not sending me the actual product and harrassment by not exchamging the wrong product.

                          For time and ages i have been a regular customer of myntra with the assumption that unlike other operators;myntra lives upto its mark and delivers products as ordered by customers and as per our satisfaction.Hence i have always resorted to make purchases online only through myntra since years.However to my utter shock and disbelief myntra has also taken the route of careless delivery and is heading towards to being some operator which we can can lay down in simple words as being a fraudster..Reason being i received an indian terrain t-shirt that was for a 10-11 year kid without a tag;yet smartly wrapped up in a plastic which had the actual barcode sticker of tommy hilfiger mens shirt.Further i made a complaint with the customer care section of myntra who assured me to look into the matter and come with a resolution and would have received a call from myntra probably a day ago as per his statement;but to no avail. Well in short i can say that myntra is reckless in meeting its customers request on errors made by the sections of departments of the operator for an amount of rs 1700 aproxx for my tommy hilfiger shirt;thereby losing its credibility further to make purchases from not only me but a large section friends and famiily henceforth.No worries; though myntra has overlooked the matter of coming to a solution to the loss that it has incurred of an amount of rs. 1700.00 (approx); at the same time it has lost a handful of customers who resorted to online shopping in bulks hereon..Thank you myntra for acting as an eye opener as to how we shouldnt rely on your service and credibilty..

                          Today I receive a jeans with no tag and which is used one. Colour is fed, two cuts and a old one

                            I have a return request on 30th june for my product but after 19 days nobody came for pickup. I have accelated this issue with myntra team but still no response from their end. In their policy they written that every product will pickup within 10days but tbey are breachinv their policies. They are not ready to give any comensation for that.
                            I want resolution on this. And need my money back asap.

N till date I haven't got my money back in my account...and when I contacted customer care of Myntra they said money has been processed from our side and we cannot do anything in that... N ask me to contact sbi customer care...n when I contacted sbi they said they can't do anything in this regard n Contact Myntra... I have been struck in between... WT should I do... So that I can get my money back in my account...dis s horrible experience with Myntra...

                                I only accepted one item of mast and harbour black jeans of Rs. 598.
                                But I recieved refund of only two jeans of roadster of Rs. 471.45.
                                I don't recieve 691.95 refund in my bank account from 3/7/18 till now.
                                I spoke to many customer care services providers and gave my bank details at least 15-20 times by emails and you gave me same reason after 3-4 days that my bank details are incorrect.
                                How you can give such a silly reason for so many times because my bank details are same and absolutely correct?
                                Please give my money back.

                                  I feel so devastated that this happened to me twice.Once I thought It was an accidental mistake but the second time that I didn’t recieve my refund worth Rs. 1974.I trusted myntra and I order 1 sandal worth 999, they lost it in the ware house and I didnt get my refund.I always thought Myntra stands for it’s policy of ‘Easy and Fast refunds’ bit with this experience, Its my right to get my refund without checking with the bank and all that procedures.Please look after this.Thankyou.

                                    I have ordered set of 2 bangles (damani) from myntra for my mother and it was delivered after few days nut when we opened the parcel and the packing of the box, there was a different ugly looking bangle which i haven't ordered.
                                    Same day i packed the parcel and raised a exchange request and i also informed the customer service about this.
                                    Today[protected] parcel arrived for exchange but courier man refuses to accept the box and says that colour of bangles has faded out. Myntra customer service is also unable to help.
                                    This is how they are responding to the customer after doing such bigger mistakes.(original product gold plated & what i recieved that pink flowers bangles)

                                    i have complained 3 to 4 times they are not trying to resolve this and they are ignoring my complaint request every time i complaint they said your complaint has been raised but yesterday i talked to their customer care and he told me that your complaint had not been raised yesterday he raised my complaint.. they are sending wrong product and after this they are avoiding the complaint request so that after 30 days they can say that your return or exchange period has finished, so we can't do anything.very bad service.

                                      Subject: Myntra order FOR NOT DELIVERING SNEAKERS NEITHER REFUNDING MONEY

                                      I ordered two pairs of sneaker from myntra on 1st of July 2018 for which the payment has already been done through net banking ( details are given below). I was supposed to receive my order on 9th of July’2018 as if was scheduled. On 9th if July 2018 I received a message from myntra ”Out for Delivery: Your order for Catwalk Women Black ... and 1 more item(s) is out for delivery and is expected to be delivered today by AKHIL TYAGI 1 (Phone: [protected])” but by the end of the day i got another message which was: “Order Undelivered: We were unable to deliver your order for Catwalk Women Black ... and 1 more item(s) on 09 Jul 2018 due to some operational constraints at our end. We will come again and deliver.” But after that no attempts has been made to deliver my order. After waiting two days i raised a complaint against it and the customer care executive asked me to wait for 48hours. I waited for 48hrs still I didn’t receive my order so i raised another complaint and then also i got the same response from the company’s customer executive. I have called the customer care executive almost 5-6 times from 11th July to 17th July 2018 but still no action has been taken to resolve my problem and deliver my product.

                                      Subject: Myntra order FOR NOT DELIVERING SNEAKERS.

                                      I ordered two pairs of sneaker from myntra on 1st of July 2018 for which the payment has already been done through net banking ( details are given below). I was supposed to receive my order on 9th of July’2018 as if was scheduled. On 9th if July 2018 I received a message from myntra ”Out for Delivery: Your order for Catwalk Women Black ... and 1 more item(s) is out for delivery and is expected to be delivered today by AKHIL TYAGI 1 (Phone: [protected])” but by the end of the day i got another message which was: “Order Undelivered: We were unable to deliver your order for Catwalk Women Black ... and 1 more item(s) on 09 Jul 2018 due to some operational constraints at our end. We will come again and deliver.” But after that no attempts has been made to deliver my order. After waiting two days i raised a complaint against it and the customer care executive asked me to wait for 48hours. I waited for 48hrs still I didn’t receive my order so i raised another complaint and then also i got the same response from the company’s customer executive. I have called the customer care executive almost 5-6 times from 11th July to 17th July 2018 but still no action has been taken to resolve my problem and deliver my product.

                                        i paid from credit card.my product return but not given my money
                                        plz given my money from myntra. i ordered 2 clothes from myntra but send me wrong product, return this product. i call customer care but not reply me probably. so plz resolve my complaints. i will never purchas from myntra online shopping. they had fraud with me.
