Hi Team,
I just thought to highlight an instance where one of my order is severely delayed and not yet delivered, which was actually supposed to be delivered on 5th July (||attached the screenshot)
I tried to contact Myntra CC for support and the executive promised to log a complaint ticket and committed quick issue resolution.
However, I haven't received my order yet even after followup. This type of cheap quality customer service was not at all expected from Myntra. When investigated, this seemed to be a common issue with many of the folks who recently ordered products from Myntra. Your CC team gives the excuse that they are busy because of EOS sale. This clearly means that you were not at all ready to compete with other giants across the line and still entered the race.
I'm forwarding this email to you with few authorities in BCC for quicker resolution and issue tracking.

Is the product you ordered a Yellow solid top by COVERSTORY? With lace hands a nd a tie on back? In size M?
If that's the case I think I have received your order.
I actually ordered a Black formal Trousers by COVERSTORY and received this top instead.
Myntra is pulling a fraud on me as well and is refusing the return of the product?
