I am so pissed off with Myntra customer services, I ordered a roadster distressed jeans from myntra with order id[protected]-7171601 on 23 June during the sale and the packet with wrong product was delivered to me on 2 nd July till then I kept on speaking with Myntra but not getting any solution they have placed the return request instead of giving me exchange of the original product, Highly disappointed

    Myntra team has picked up the wrong product from my house and they are not returning the product.

    Its regarding the Return request raised for Order no[protected]-2127901 and picked up the wrong product on July 3rd 2018.

    Myntra team has picked the wrong product of Jobong return and refunded the amount of myntra product

    When I spoke with customer care today for 45min with Nikhilesh escalation supervisor - his straight answer is they can't do anything. he refused to take complaint.

    How can trust Myntra when i get the refund of the product which it is still with me? (Photos attached) Don't they verify the return product bar codes/brands?

    Now, I want to return the product to Jabong and product is not with me. It is with Myntra.

    I want the wrongly picked product back or refund the wrong product money which costed me 1049/-

    when i send the issue to [protected]@myntra.com and got the reply as they are not taking complaints directly and customer care support is also not taking the complaint.

      As you may know, Myntra had a huge End of Season sale going on last week. Since there were great discounts, I decided to purchase a pair of shoes I've had my eye on for quite a while. I bought 'em, paid online. The order got confirmed on the same day.

      Now comes the delivery part. The order took a whole week to get shipped, which was acceptable since they received a whole plethora of orders on account of the sale.
      June 30th, the order had reached a delivery center in my city.

      July 1st, it was "out for delivery". The delivery executive had neither called nor messaged me in the day but in the evening I got a message stating "delivery failed as the customer was not reachable". I let this slide since I assumed the delivery wouldn't have been possible on the first day itself and it was also a Sunday.

      July 2nd, the product was once again "out for delivery". The same thing was repeated, I was not contacted regarding it and at the end of the day, "delivery failed as the customer was not reachable".

      July 3rd, at morning I got a call from the delivery executive (hurray!) asking me about my precise address. Upon my answer he replied and I quote, "Your order will be delivered by today evening".
      I sat home the entire day with my phone in hand-..but at the end of the day I got a message, "delivery failed as the customer was not reachable."

      July 4th, I made a CALL TO Myntra addressing this entire issue. They were "deeply sorry" that I, a 4 year old customer, had to face such a stupid problem. Their so called customer service "champions" assured me that they will file a complaint on the delivery executive with precise details and ensure that my package is delivered to me. They also provided the number of the delivery executive so I could coordinate delivery with him.
      I called the delivery person twice but he didn't pick up, I called from a different number and he picked it up within seconds. I asked him about my package and he shamelessly admitted the he's had my package for 3 days but didn't attempt any delivery since "it was not his area". The ### didn't even think about giving it to one of his colleagues and instead sent it back to Myntra.
      I immediately informed Myntra with this information, their "champion" once again assured me that they will take disciplinary action against him and delivery the product to me.
      A couple hours later I got a message stating my order was cancelled as I was not available and refund has been initiated. Once again I immediately called Myntra regarding this and reminded them of my issue to which their "champion" asked me to "buy the product again". By now an entire week had passed since the sale got over. I was asked to buy the same product again AT FULL PRICE. So what's the point of having a ### sale?

      And just to clarify, I didn't sit twiddling my thumbs on each of those failed delivery attempts, I filled out the feedback form each day telling them about this. But it looks like they never bother to read these feedbacks since when I called them they were entirely unaware about my issue.
      Oh and the complaint I made on the delivery executive? They said I'd be notified by email about it within the day. Its been 3 days now and I still haven't received ### -..and they have the nerve to send me another "feedback form". Myntra used to be my favourite shopping destination but I'm not sure what the ### has happened to it now. I GENUINEly hope they recover from this downward spiral.

      Guess what. I bought the exact same product again at a higher price and the same freakin' thing was repeated. The delivery boys keep lying they don't have the package, when I gave them proof of it they outright refused to deliver at my address "because its far". What's the point of being a delivery boy if you can't [censored] deliver? Goddamn peasants.

      I informed Myntra about this, and as usual, their "champion" is going to file a complaint and forget all about it within 5 minutes.
      This isn't just disappointing, its downright pathetic.

        I ordered Shree women Brown & beige printed kurta with leggings on 24/6/18 vide order no 108168419957897975101 on Myntra app by making online payment
        I received only kurta leggings are missing. I lodged complaint vide ref no[protected] however Myntra refused to refund claiming that item was dispatched after quality check.
        This is incorrect I have not received item either they should send missing item or pickup the kurta and refund the money paid by me
        Please arrange for resolution of my issue.

          Hi Team,

          I am having a return-related issue. As per you, the issue was supposed to be resolved by 3/07/2018, and it's 7/07/2018 today and still no response. Moreover, I am not able to contact you over the phone as the recorded voice for your customer care number says that ALL your 'Champions' are busy and this has been happening for 3-4 days now. If you are not able to afford a bigger team, why do you even portray yourself as one of the biggest shopping platforms. I have been a regular customer but now I'm seriously fed up of your absolutely pathetic services.

            Hi, please note that I ordered a blazer with order no.[protected]-6916501 on June 21, 2018 during Myntra's EORS sale. The same got delivered on June 23 but was defective (with a cut on collar). I requested for exchange on June 23 with order no.[protected]-6612801 for the same size and the delivery date was July 2, 2018. On July 1, 2018 I raised a complaint with the customer support team as the order was still not shipped and sure to miss the deadline of July 02. I was assured that the exchange will be honored however I didn't receive no communication from myntra regarding the delivery. on July 02, 2018 I called them again only to hear that it takes ~4 days to resolve the issue/complaint. The delivery was not honored and I didn't get a reply from myntra regarding the next possible delivery date nor my order was shipped again. On July 05, 2018, I called customer support again to only listen from them how regretful they are that the delivery was not honored. The person I spoke to said that the complaint has been marked now with high priority and I would surely get a reply within 24 hours (i.e by July 06, 2018). It's July 07, 2018, neither have I received a reply nor my product has been shipped. I vouch to never deal with myntra again however for the time being I want my exchange order to go through else I probably have to cancel exchange and return the product. Please kindly register a complaint with myntra to honor the exchange.

              I had given a order way back then in middle I got text saying you product is delivered so I call the customer care then the lady had said it's fine your products is shipped to you place till 6 July you will receive it so wait than the no call no text no updates on my Myntra account so I called a customer care then she said with we fail to deliver the product so with a 5 working Day we will providing the product the next Monday I call again to customer care so another guy ha pick so he saying you product will not be able to provide so give an another order and even it out of stock and everyone is lying and make fake promises... And it worst service ever seen ...

                I am trying to contact every way so that i can get my order asap bt i am not getting any response from myntra. I have mailed continuously tried chatting bt they r not available no one is picking up d call. I have tried every possible way to contact. My delivery date was 29th of june.. today is 7th of july .. yet they hav not tried to contact me n not even delivered my order. Its high time now n i vl take dis matter to legal heads. This totally disrespectful service by myntra

                  I had a bad myntra experience. I have been shopping from myntra earlier too but this time I had a bad experience. I was supposed to receive my order on 27th and it wasn't delivered to me. The courier company "xpress bees" is the sorry to say but the worst service. I remember calling them 8 times in total and everyday the gave a fake response that they would deliver it next day. The shoes I ordered never came. And the worst part about it was the gave the fake reason saying there was nobody at the house to receive it, which is a big lie.

                  I ordered those shoes on a discount. And if now I have to order them again then I have to pay Rs 800 more. So now who is going to pay the difference.

                  Please take a appropriate action on this bad experience o had or else I have to stop shopping from myntra. And even tell others too about the experience I had. So take a action about this soon and let me know.

                      I ordered the product but size was small hence i requested to exchange the same product with bigger size..i got he update that it will be delivered by 6th July i has to wear that product on 7th July but i did not received any update for the same when if i am calling the agent who was supposed to deliver my exchange product i called him more than 7 times he did not responded his brother answered after that he said Ashraf is not available once he is available ill inform him to call us but he never called me neither i got my product on time it was delayed without intimation that it will be delayed hence i was compnesation for the same.

                        I have placed a order from Myntra. Myntra offered a sale from 22 of july and I have ordered a shoe on 20th of july and for ordering the shoe before sale I Have paid extra 200 and the order supposed to be delivered on 30th of june. and now today 6th of july I got an email that the order got cancelled due to technical reason. and they are only refunding the price of that shoe they are not refunding that extra 200 which I have paid. and when I am complain to myntra they are saying that they wont be able to able to refund that and they are disconnecting my call. I spoke to Akhil (sup).

                          I have placed a puma beige color sneaker on the June sale @10000 but sale price was 3999+718 ..2 July was promised delivery time but they didn't deliver the product which they had already taken the amount...I called to customer care number however they were unable to provide any resolution..not ook heed to inform about product.
                          Now today stating order made cancelled due to some technical glitch.
                          What the hell this this...

                            This is the second time i got a wrong item delivered.The last time it was a sunglass which was completely different from the product showed online. i returned it, but got a refund of about only 75%.This time i ordered a set of 12 pink face towels.But the delivered item was green towels .I cant return it because if i do so i will be getting less refund.Which will be ultimately a loss for me.Whenever i get wrong product delivered i am very dissapointed of Myntra.Please take this things in notice.Or please send the right product or complete refund...!🙁🙁🙁🙁

                              I placed an order for Wrogn Shirt and FM T-shirt and those were supposed to be deliverered on July 8th. However, I got a mail on 6th July saying that the shipment has been returned to origin. When contacted the customer care they did not have any answer other then a lame sorry. Waited for more than 10 days and ended up with dissapointment. It's nothing but sheer negligence of delivery boy and customer care.

                                I ordered on just a from the Myntra application which costs around 586.95 rs. I was told to pay delivery charges of 149 Rs. I paid total amount as 736 rs to the delivery person. The product was not up to the mark hence I decided to return same day it was delivered in unused condition. Refund was initiated and 586.95 rs were credited to my Myntra credit. So they did not refund 149 Rs the shipping charges. Now when asked the Customer support Mr. Vikram/Arabaz threw the policy on my face saying it's written there. But whether this is legit. I have returned the product why I should bear the delivery charges. Secondly customer personnel Mr. Vikram told me that if I don't use my Myntra credit then it will get expired by 2021 and a charity will be done. Who has given them this right to use my money for charity. Again when asked they just pasted the policy on my face. Other shopping apps provide proper services. I would like to have refunded my 149 Rs delivery charges and as well such policy should me changes. Please help.

                                  I am a regular shopper at Myntra shopping. Recently I ordered a pack of 6 genx vests, my order no is[protected]-6211103. It is Genx
                                  Men Pack of 5 Colourblocked Innerwear Vests 7718 ABCDE of M size amounting Rs. 516/-. It was delivered to me on July 3, 2018. As soon as I unwrapped the package I found all of the vests are of size XL and not M. From that day onward I have been trying to contact your customer care Number but no one is helping me out. I know this product is non refundable. But can you tell me what will I do with a pack of 6 vests all of wrong size. Moreover it is a total waste of Rs. 516/-. I do not want any sort of refund I just want the correct size M vest i had actually ordered and not these XL ones. Please look into this matter and take some speedy action as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered two products on 25 june 2018 on COD.
                                    Order no[protected]-2555503 got cancelled on 06 june 2018 without any information to my mobile no and without providing me any reason for the same. They should have communicate me if there is any issue in fulfilling the contract.
                                    Order no[protected]-5866003 price of the product is rs 418..95 at the time of making an order. It delivered on 03 june 2018 at the time delivery they charge me rs 568. They cannot increase the price subsequently. I talk about this in my office one of my colleague told me that she ordered the product while making return she is not getting the full value of product in refund.
                                    Sale does't mean cheating a customer. Every customer ignore this fraud as it is not high in value. I am raising this complaint from all the unaware customers who are charged high prices then they offered or contracted
                                    And not providing the contracted product.

                                      order cancelled and goodwill coupon not working

                                      I bought two shirts from Myntra during the sale, both were cancelled due to non availability. they send me a goodwill coupon and not mention conditions apply, when i try to use that coupon code, its not accepted. why send coupon code when you don't have the intention of honouring the word goodwill? and why force us into buying things we don't want?...

                                      I have not received my 2 orders. I want those to be delivered by 8th july 2018 I need it urgently. Moreover I am not able to contact you people. The toll free number you provided is not connecting me to speak to the customer support executive. I have recieved your message on 6th july 2018 that the the order has been shipped and it was already showing that the order will be delivered on 7th july...and now it is been 8th july and i have no idea about the status of my product. If you people dont want to deliver so dont deliver but this carelessness won't be accepted.
