Hi Official,
I am Jyotschana, on 19thJUN2018 I've received two salwar suits (Anouk Women green &blue printed kurta & Biba Teal Green Ethnic print chudidar)with order no:[protected]-2688603 which was paid through credit card online. The dresses are not worth paying, looking very low quality and fitting issue.
Later I returned it with a return no.[Biba :[protected], Anouk:[protected]] and they initiated the refund on 20thJUN2018, this refund should be reflected in my account within 7-10 days as mentioned by myntra.com. Even after waiting for 12 days my refund is not been credited, and on multiple enquires with customer care they said that the refund was successful and provided me the bank reference no. [[protected]] saying that this no. was receiver bank generated no. to enquire with my bank. When enquired with bank they refused my query and said such query can't be processed.
I request this forum to look in to this matter and do me the needful ASAP and make the Online E commerce sites to take care about their customer until they receive their required service.
