I took a shirt from myntra. I kept the size of that shirt for 4 to 5 years. But he delivered me the 09 to 10 year old child. Ask for a refund he don't give money and is that not company policy. Please help for me money refund.
मैंने myntra से प्रोडक्ट लिया। उन्होंने गलत size का शर्ट deliverd किया। पैसे वापस मांगने पे बैंक का ऑप्शन तोह आया पर वह खुला नही काफी ििइंतेज़ार करने के बाद myntra क्रेडिट का option आया । जो शर्ट मैंने फ्री cash on delivery पर माँगेवाया । अब पैसे credit होने पे 149 ऊपर से देने होंगे। मेरे को मेरा पैसा चाहिए। अपना सामान वह रख ले और मै कभी वहा से खरीदूंगा भी नही। मेरे पैसे वापस करवाये बस।

I placed an order on 23/06/2018 of around Rs3000/- during the sale. M y order contained 6 items in total, out of which I got 5 items till 2/06/2018. The remaining 1 product which was a roadster men shirt which was of Rs. 629.81 on sale but costed me Rs566 bcoz I paid by Phone pe was not even shipped from their logistics till 3/07/2018. And today it showed me that my order is cancelled without giving be the reason of the occurrence. They have forwarded the payment to occur back to my phone pe wallet in another 9 working days which is actuall Rs533 . I don't know where my Rs 33/- are gone. I am very disappointed by this behaviour. If you didn't had that shirt in stock then why did you confirmed the order. I had to gift that shirt to my brother but I am very very disheartened by this random cancellation.

I orderd one kurti for my wife but the myntra.com has canceled the my order saying that its out of stock. The price of that kurti were 530rs now the price raise 270rs above. Now the price of that kurti become 800rs. Thats why they canceled my order. Worst service. Please help
If order is out of stock they why my order get place and it canceled after three days of placement

[protected]-5328403 in this order i have ordered two shirt one casual shirt (Grey) and one more long sleeve t-shirt maroon. For this i have received grey one correctly but the other i didn't receive which i expected. Then i have returned saying wrong order. I have done the transaction through airtel payments bank app.
I have not yet received the refund amount. It's been almost more than 10 days.

Awaiting for refund money.

This is regarding the myntra order#[protected]-9365001 under the registered user mobile# [protected].

The product was worst quality product, hence i placed a return request on 26 june'18 and the return pickup was scheduled on 28th june'18. Since then i have been receiving text messages & emails regarding the pickup schedule in the morning and a pickup failed message/email saying pickup failed as the agent couldn't get in touch with the customer. However the agent never tried calling me/ reached my place to pickup the product. When i have tried the number mentioned in those messages of the pickup guy, the number goes switched off. It's been given in the delivery status that my product has already been delivered but in fact I haven't received it yet..In case of my other orders the delivery is too slow & irresponsible i was forced to call the agent many times regarding the delivery .Also it is noticed that my order for a product has changed its specification without any notice.. Didn't expect such irresponsibility from Myntra.. Also I tried to contact the help center but all invain

We have made couple of order on 22nd june, order id :[protected]-1823901 and we received the confirmation message that we will get the order till 29th june and you have assigned mr. Sachin karande (Phn – [protected]) still we have not received mine order and when we contact to mr. Sachin he regulary saying that today we will received and giving excuses from last 3 days,

I ordered a french connection watch from the eros sale for rs.2358.82.
It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd july 2018 however delivery was not attempted and i got a message stating that the delivery was rescheduled (I don't know for what reason) i waited all day for the watch however i didn't get any call from the delivery boy. I tried calling him all day however he didn't answer the phone.
I was expecting the watch to be delivered today so i called myntra customer service who told me that delivery will be attempted today.
I waited for sometime and now i see that the product has been returned to the sender without a single delivery attempt.
Customer service raises their hands stating that they cannot do anything.
They now ask me to reorder the product which is at a higher cost (6k)

1) delivery was not attempted at all.in an ideal situation, 3 attempts should be made before returning the product, assuming that he attempted twice, why was the third attempt not made?
2) customer service was not willing to make any effort to help. A supervisor hung up on me since they could not help. I say hung up because not call back was attempted. When i asked if they could escalate it or if i should write to customer complaints or write to their ceo or should i even shop from myntra, the blunt answer given was, it is your call. I mean really?
3) i offered to pay cod on delivery since they said that the refund was processed (Ideally it could have been an option given from their side) they declined that too.

My point is correct your mistake, deliver the product at the price it was purchased for.

Today i got the message to collect my order from myntra, but i was not able to collect it as i was out of station. And according to the myntra app, the order was to be delivered on 12th of july. I told the delivery guy that i will collect the order tomorrow morning but he abused me and cancelled the order by himself. Delievry guy's phone no._[protected]

It is very disappointing that my order no.[protected]-6297601 placed on[protected] for purchase of bulthdph[protected]boult unisex grey & black wireless in-ear headphones with mic ba-curve, which was delivered to me on dated 3-7-2018 with an empty packet, the product order was missing and not found within the packet. The bar code for the delivered packet was[protected]. The photographs of the empty packet are being attached for your information. It is therefore, requested that the either the amount paid for the said item may be refunded to me or the item/product be supplied to me at the earliest, failing which i have to approach an appropriate authority. The acknowledgement of this mail may kindly be intimated within 24 hours.

I have ordered one earring from the brand zaveri pearls. But i got a defective product. I returned in the same day which it was delivered. The exact date is 21st june 2018. Today is 3rd of july. Till now it is not picked up.in your help center queries mentioned, every product will pick up by 4-7 days. It is been 13 days. So please follow up. When i opened the box i found a fake local cheap quality shoe. The colour was different the brand was different the size was different the look was different. Only thing was it was packed in the originalk shoe boz but inside was #.

How can you take our money and play with us like this??? Why did i receive a fake product in first place??? Who does the inspection??? Who will bear for this??? I want my original shoe back or else i will file a police complain.

Order date-22.6.18, order no[protected]-3145501. Order item is here &now black and rust red printed kurta and palazzo. Paid is 970 as it was cod. Delivered a men's t - shirt roadstar labelled amounting rs.599. The day it was delivered called customer care about this incident and told want to return back the wrong product and refund my amount. After complaining twice they didn't register and i raised a return request no[protected]. The delivery boy came but didn't collect as some code is not matching and again i called customer care. And that time they told it can't be returned as code is not matching and declined my request. It is not a fault of customer why wrong product delivered and why code is not matching and a big harrassment. On the second day they register my issue complain no[protected]. I want my amount back as soon as possible.

I ordered two pair of shoes with order number[protected]-3548601.
I received one pair of shoes without laces and when i made a complaint they cancelled my complaint and denied that the shoes were with laces at the time of dipatch and blamed me for lying and when i made a exchange request they delivered wrong pair of shoes with order no.[protected]-3693003. Still they are not handling my complaint sincerely and denying everything.

I have placed an ordee on 22nd june n they promised me to deliver my shipment on 29th june. Its 2nd july todays (3days above tat) n yet i havent received my order. I am a regular customer n yet i have to face such poor service even am nt getting wer my package is no updates at all. Poor customer care service. They r never free for customers. I have to take dis to the senior level.. This is not acceptable from myntra. I have mailed every mail id of myntra yet der isnt any reply.. Such ignorance is not tolerable we pay money for such service?
I want an answer frm myntra asap..

I orderd an XS size kurti from myntra.
The orignal Tag on Kurti was mentioned with size XL they attached another paper tag of size XS as if I was not going to understand. Dey don't even have an option of talking to their customer care executive.
I am pissed off...this is not they way to make fool of your customers.
Either show that the size is out of stock so that we wont waste oir time and money and energy in that. Putting a different tag is not an option.

I have got the message and e-mail stating that your item has been delivered but I have received the product. After talking to myntra customer care executives they have said that they have shipped the product and it has been delivered to you. They have registered a complaint against it but there is no update on it.I called them again and they have said that there won't be any refund as we have shipped the order. Not satisfied with the way orders being handled at Myntra.

The order of HRX jacket has been cancelled for some obvious reasons (Technical issue)

As a compensation, I am being given one coupon which is not working as required as it shows 40% discount on minimum purchase of 1000.

Problem is Despite being the order value being more than rs. 1000 it is not giving 40% discount on the products that I need to buy.

I need the same benefits i had for my ordered product. as this price is doubled now.

Myntra has a no return policy for inner wear citing hygienic reasons which is quite fair but they themselves have violated their own policy by sending me an unsealed and opened product, they do not have any email ID, the helpline says go to contact us on "my orders " and send us pictures and on the web page there is no link provided for messaging or contacting when its an inner wear product, no one is answerable, no one is responsible the customer is left to his own ill luck, I do not know why the commerce ministry doesn't lay conditions to this co. to provide a general email ID to address people's concern, seems the Walmart take over has left the management of Myntra relaxed.

The below order was placed by me on try and buy basis. But upon arrival the delivery man refused permission for a trial and forced me to buy by payment and advised me that if dosent suit i can return it with in 30 days. I have no option then accepting it and paid the money and took the parel.
But to my surprise, the size is not as per the chart and both the footwear did not suit me. I returned it immediately and the pack was accepted and refund processed. I got a msg that the refund is credited to my myntra credit.
Why should it go to myntra credit and this is my first purchase and i will not have any purchase for some more time as i am out of india. I come to india only once in a year.
Kindly organise to send the proceeds to my credit card account immediately and confirm.
