Dear sir,
I am amardeep yadav from ramamandi jalandhar. I am not getting my exchange order of navy blue naughty ninos may i know why. I have called many time in myntra customer service and they are unable to solve my problem and also i have filed complaint to myntra customer service but till now they have done nothing. Sorry to say myntra your service is very bad.

I ordered Puma Drifit tshirt from myntra and recieved packet with open seal and the packing inside was of Puma but inside that box i received adidas shorts.

    Last week i placed the return request of three items bought from myntra for which i had done the payment (Payment on delivery) via my debit card.

    Now myntra has refunded amount to my myntra credit and refusing to credit it to my bank account (It was nowhere mentioned when i was placing the return request).

    When i called them for this issue they are telling me to shop from myntra if i want to utilize this money. I have been bound to shop from myntra otherwise my money is blocked!!!

    What a cheat is it!!!

      I ordered jack and jones chinos and what i received is mast and harbour casual trouser. I was excited to get this chinos as it was for the first time i’m gonna try it but myntra make me disappointed. As i’m customer of myntra since 2012 it was very bad experience today. This was very terrifying, one should at least check check the tags and then dispatch. Tag is of jack and jones and trouser is from mast and harbour. Seriously ridiculous service from myntra. Please take care of you’re potential customers otherwise it’ll reduce faith of customers in your company. Thanks and i hope you’ll resolve my problem soon.

        I had ordered the wrogn sneakers (Order no:[protected]-5034601) from myntra on 02/06/2018 and received the order on 04/06/2018 when i opened the packet that product was different that ordered. Infact it was some old shoes from local brand. I raised the return request and that myntra boy came on next day and he denied to take the packect because he did not have the approval of pickup for that item according to him. I have sent the pictures of the item that received and yesterday i received a mail from myntra that they can not processed with my retrurn/refund request because right product was delivered to me according to them.

        I have sent them the video of the sealed packet opening. Today 10/06/2018 i have called them and talked to the case manger puneet bhargava for 1hr and he declined my request of return and refund. He was even not considering video that i had sent them. He said that we have sent you the right product so why we would consider video and disconnected my call.

          I have ordered 2 items from myntra on 29 may, order no (Protected) 4414603. Puma sandals and jump usa men socks of 5. I received puma sandals on 4th june. But surprisingly on 4th june i got two different messages that my items were delivered. When i contacted customer service they just sent a mail attached a jpg file stating that they have proof of delivery for my socks order which is showing one tick mark. Once again i contacted they informed complaint has been raised. But till now no action has been taken. Worst experience

          I ordered two kurtas from myntra. I received it on may26, and used it only two times. But it got torn very soon as the quality of the material is very poor.
          First time had such a worst experience from myntra.
          What should I do now?
          Do you owe the customer any return or exchange policy in these cases?

              I have received the delivery against my first order from myntra and this is highly surprising that against my order of five products, i got the delivery of only four products i. E. "item - nautica men classic eau de toilette 100 ml" is missing in the packet.

              Also below two products received in open/loose condition.

              Nautica men voyage n-83 eau de toilette 100 ml
              Nautica men blue eau de toilette 100 ml

              I request for immediate delivery of fifth item "item - nautica men classic eau de toilette 100 ml" and also range to replace the above two products with packed items.

              Hi,

              In continuation of my above complaint no. #[protected] for missing product ag. order no.:[protected]-6063503, I found that even on their site also they have shown only four products as delivered instead of five. I am enclosing the Complete Screen Shot of the same to avoid any possibility of tempering with screen shot.

              Also I called at customer care many times and all have recorded all conversations and continuously repeated only one statement that "We have stringent quality check and from our side we shipped all products". I also repeatedly requested to share their quality procedure or footage but on the pretext that it's company policy for not to share anything with the customer.

              I have recorded the full conversation which can be shared if required.

                Somebody fraud with me am not placed the orders and rs 18600/- debit from my account regarding this am lot's of time complaints to myntra customer care and send emails and tweets them in official site but nobody hear me from last 6 months i have balance in phone pe wallet of rs 18600/- am request myntra to please cancel the order and refund my money immediately please help me

                  I have placed an order which was suppose to reach on 6th june. The shipment hasn't arrived first due to some operational problem, and then twice due to customer not in reach. I was present during the time you guys said the delivery would take place, hence justifying your false statements of i not being available. Kindly deliver the order by tomorrow!

                      Two of the orders were picked up and the status on your app says the refund is processed but why is it that i can't see any credit to my account? After u sent the email with the reference i went to enquire in the bank it still hasn't been processed. Now your asking me to go again to recheck the bank is not going to provide me with the money and you should improve your customer service

                        My myntra order no is[protected]-9101203 which was placed on friday, may 27th, 2018 i placed an order for park avenue suit. When i opened the order i received just the blazer without any trousers. I submitted the return request along with the reason i received an incomplete order along with the detailed issue. It was the two days later pickup agent came, being a genuine customer i myself showed him that the trouser is missing due to which i'm returning this product. He was completely unaware of that. He said that he didn't knew that the return request of the product was for the incomplete order and he can only take it after he'll receive the approval from warehouse which he hasn't received yet. He asked me to contact myntra customer care by the end of the day. I did the same three days later they denied the return request because according to them the product was sent to me after "stringent quality check". And now they've rejected my request to return my product. If you see the transparent plastic bag it came in the suit blazer itself doesn't fit in properly. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for the return. What is the point of 30 day return policy if you cannot solve the genuine problem of your customers.

                          I placed an order on 27 may 2018 for white sneaker shoes on myntra with order number[protected]-0273901. On order delivery i found out that the myntra team has sent me a single shoe only.
                          As you can see in the picture, i was puzzled after opening the parcel. How can you guys send me a single shoe? My complaints to staff at myntra for over a week were not given any notice at all, instead they are making me at fault. This is ridiculous. I am being cheated and fact of the matter is that myntra does not even give a damn about it. This kind o[censored]nprofessional stuff is highly unacceptable. I advise people to stop using myntra as there only motive is to get the money out o[censored]s and cheat.

                            I wanna return one product(shoe).yesterday one of myntra's agent called me when I was in office so I told him to came to my place today..but today he came and reject to take my product as he thought it was already used by me where I didn't use that(as I was not there so he told all those rubbish things to my masi)so now when I call him back he told me that--"I will not come and pickup your product so do whatever u want to do(jo karna hain kar le, mein nai aaungi)"what kind of behaviour is this??

                              I am satheesh. Someone misused my debit card details purchased in Myntra. Regarding this i have raised a complaint in ICICI, Myntra & cyber crime.
                              From Myntra i tried to stop delivery they have raised a incident on the same day this fraud line activity happened. I have provided all my details to them. I dont know why they are delaying the process. The amount which is lost is 35, 647.04 Rs. which is my salary. They have misused my salary account only. Please take necessary action on this.

                                I received icomplete product contents were missing i paid for the whole package on contacting customer care they say issue will b solved its been more than 12 days my money is wasted ..procduct is not being picked up myntra has completely lost their dignity ...customer care ppl hav habit of changing their words everyday they are jus paid for consoling ppl...consider my money as a donation to myntra such a poor site cheap

                                  This is the parcel no [protected], in which I received a girls top of XXL size against my purchase of kid frock (ref[protected]-4471101) of 2 year age.

                                  This is indeed a case of cheat and unethical. I tried to make a return but Myntra customer care is making lame excuses.

                                  Being Myntra very old customer, I keep patience for few days since the delivery was on 1st June 2018. But now it seems they are not supporting at all.

                                      On 29.04.2018, i placed an order for 3 products (1 only red casual blazer, 1 aurelia women pink & green printed kurta with trousers & dupatta and 1 aurelia women white & black colour block kurta with trousers & dupatta) on myntra app, the order number was[protected]-7724901. I paid through online. After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by 15 may 2018. I didnt receive any updates after that.
                                      On 10th may 2018 at 11:00 pm in the night i received a message on my phone saying the product was delivered. I had choose my home address as the delivery address.
                                      The very next day i got my product but only red casual blazer was delivered. Then i called up myntra customer care from myntra app to find out where the two products was, the person who answered the call had the same information that it was delivered to me.
                                      I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and i was asked to wait for 48 hrs. Then after some days i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. Surprisingly, they told me that the complaint have been rejected as the quality check was done and all the products was delivered. And ask me to wait for another 48hrs and i received a mail from myntra and this is what the content of the mail is:

                                        Had placed an order for lakme lipstick. I was delivered an expired one. Need to know why was it sent? If myntra did not have an up to the mark product then why was the order taken. I want my refund for a product that cannot be used. A return order cannot be created on myntra as it states the products nature is unreturnable. So does that mean take money from clients and provide expired product under unreturnable clause?

                                        I have bought puma slippers but I was highly dissapointed to see the quality of product .it was so slippery that I have fallen twice.it does not have any sort of great grip. Grip are in form of holes which takes Air on walking and give horrible noises .I was dissapointed by product .I have invested 1400 rs in them which have no grip
