On 29.04.2018, i placed an order for 3 products (1 only red casual blazer, 1 aurelia women pink & green printed kurta with trousers & dupatta and 1 aurelia women white & black colour block kurta with trousers & dupatta) on myntra app, the order number was[protected]-7724901. I paid through online. After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by 15 may 2018. I didnt receive any updates after that.
On 10th may 2018 at 11:00 pm in the night i received a message on my phone saying the product was delivered. I had choose my home address as the delivery address.
The very next day i got my product but only red casual blazer was delivered. Then i called up myntra customer care from myntra app to find out where the two products was, the person who answered the call had the same information that it was delivered to me.
I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and i was asked to wait for 48 hrs. Then after some days i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. Surprisingly, they told me that the complaint have been rejected as the quality check was done and all the products was delivered. And ask me to wait for another 48hrs and i received a mail from myntra and this is what the content of the mail is:

Now i have lost the money and i have not received the product too. I have been shopping for almost 5 years from myntra and this is the first experienced am facing it. Please help in resolving this issue.
