I have ordered 1 unit of safari unisex silver-toned brand logo backpack (Order no.[protected]-0997503) on 12th may, 2018 and the maximum deliver date was 31th may, 2018.
But till 19th of may courier team didn't even packed the product until i raised the concern by calling at myntra customer care and on the same next day they packed and dispatched the product from the source. After that product reached at jammu on 24th of may and i called the customer care for the delivery and after a conversation with the customer care executive and the supervisor they told me your maximum delivery date is 31 of may 2018 so you must have to wait until that given date and on the same time i told them that they are not going to deliver the product by giving the excuse that the area is not serviceable or the product will be duplicate but they assured me that nothing is going to happen.
On 31st of may i called the customer care again because i didn't got any out for delivery text or mail and i got the same response from them which i have already warned them about that your area is not serviceable and package is on the way back to its origin and refund is is initiated without informing me. They didn't even give me a proper resolution even after talking with executive, supervisor and its senior.
All they offered me is 200 rs coupon thanks but no thanks because i am not a beggar.
So my concern is -
Who is responsible my wastage of time.
Who is responsible for non-delivery of my product even after online payment.
Who is responsible for my mental harassment.
I hope to get the proper response as well as my order at the earliest. Otherwise necessary action will be taken.

Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Also, last night I ordered 5 Kurtis and now it shows no details for reacting my orders.
If you can’t manage an app why make it in the first place!
