I order on imluse rucksack beg for traveling purpose. With product detail metion customer get a rain cover instead this product. First time not got it the same, constomer support filled complain bt resolution was place a new exchanger order. Today on 19th may i get same product against the issue bt what faced same issue again. I completely fed-up mytra, why we are tolerate same concer again resolve issue other change product details. Because they are puffering their customer.

The delivery boy named "Harsh" contact no.[protected] delivered a jumpsuit at PEC chandigarh, Kalpana chawla hostel on[protected]. The boy behaved dreadfully with the hostel guard.Moreover, he did not call the customer and behaved rudely with manager as well.I request you to kindly take a strict action against the delivery boy.
For the past two days, they have been cancelling my delivery on account of not reaching me when they clearly didn't call me. I sincerely request myntra.com to take responsibilities seriously.

    3 out of 4 items were returned. 2 picked from home for which refund is received. Third item worth rs.440.26/- was shipped back by me on 21/04/18 for which i have not received refund. Tried multiple times over customer care. They say refund has been processed to the payment source (Airtel wallet), but i have not received any. I checked with airtel as well and they have sent transaction history to me and they have certainly not received the refund amount.
    Moreover, myntra do not have any trasaction id for the refund and also not cooperating with the escalation.

    Their fraudulent behaviour will not be tolerated by me.

    I have made a return of a product of value 545.85 on Myntra online shopping.but after one month I didn't get the amount in my account.my Myntra account no is [protected].I have returned the product on 26 april.but still I m waiting for refund.pls help me to resolve my problem regarding this problem.

      With regards to Order No.[protected]-8671501 with myntra.com, I have not received a refund of INR 4367.88, even after 7-10 business days have lapsed since the cancellation of the garment. It was a Peter England
      Navy Blue Single-Breasted Neo Slim Fit Formal Blazer, which was cancelled by Myntra itself on 20th April, 2018. I have called umpteen number of times, and today is 18th of May, 2018. They have now sent me a mail that they will resolve it within 7-10 business days, but I have lost my patience completely. This is criminal, unethical, unprofessional, and harassment.

        I had an order from myntra with tracking id-ml[protected]. However i am very disappointed with the behavior of the delivery boy, he refused to deliver my package at doorstep. He claimed he had things with him which he could not leave downstairs. When i asked him politely to deliver it, he replied back in anger. I had ordered earlier from myntra but never faced anything like that. I want him to apologise to me for his behavior or else myntra is loosing yet another customer.

            I had placed an order of a pair of Mango Jeans.
            Myntra delivered a jeans of Xpose brand(much inferior than the brand I ordered). I asked them to replace it and send the product that I had ordered. They said they can’t. And asked me to return the product and take a refund instead.

            So basically the product I ordered was worth much more and I had got a really good deal, probably which is why, they are now telling that they won’t give me that product and that to place a fresh order, which obviously won’t have any discounts.

            Heights of cheating customers and misleading them.

              Please don't waste customers time by making them order and then cancelling it later giving stupid reasons. Adding to that you fool people giving them good will coupon which is not applicable to any good products (I repeat any good product). I had ordered in bulk out of which you cancelled one product. Now if i make an order again (Which i will certainly not do) i will be charged delivery charge as the product was of 999 and your good will coupon is not applicable to any product that i want to order now. Please don't bluff with these stupid coupons and don't make customer waste their valuable time. Also get the inspection and quality check done before you make it available for sale and not after selling the product and then cancelling on that ground.

                  Hello Team,

                  This email is with respect to the product- Lakme- Enrich Cinnamon Brown Lip Crayon.
                  Order ID[protected]-6464501.
                  I have ordered this product, Package contain 1 lip crayon and a sharpener.
                  Reference to above sentence- Lakme website- https://www.lakmeindia.com/lakmeproduct/lakme-enrich-lip-crayon/ (Refer attached pic for detail)
                  But unfortunately, I haven't received the Sharpener in the package courier. (Refer attached pic)

                  I am highly disappointed with the service and quality which Myntra assures.
                  I had called customer care today afternoon, I have requested them for providing the sharpener or compensation.
                  The executives were so rude, they denied that the package was altered.

                  I request you now to take a move on this and kindly take my complaint to next level and provide solution.

                  Moreover, I have also seen many complaints regarding the seller- "WandWagon" on social media and online complaint forums. I hereby request you to take an action against the seller for shipping incomplete products.

                  I hope my next email to be a thank you email to you for solving my query instead of writing another email and explaining you how things should happen.

                    Hi,
                    This is regarding how big whales fraud you. I had ordered prophere adidas worth rs.11k from myntra. It was delivered to me in last month, when i opened the box the shoes were wrong. They delivered some other pair of shoes instead of prophere adidas. So i requested a return complaint, on their analysis they cancelled my return request saying that it was properly sent from their warehouse. But i don’t understand on what basis did they verify as the product box dint have bar code and no price tag as well. Now they say that there has been no problem from their end, wherein the logistics is also provided by them. They have not been helpful at all, and now i am stuck with these wrong shoes worth lesser amount and also loose my rs.11k. This is highly ridiculous and that to from a big whale like myntra. I would really like you to help me if possible.

                    I have placed an order on 4th may 2018 for an E-Gift Card for the amount of 1800 Rs.

                    But I did not receive the Gift Card even after 6 days. Every time when I call the Customer care executive, they used to ask me to wait for 24-48 hours.

                      Hi all,

                      I had scheduled pickup of three items of which only 2 have been processed for refund. The 3 rd items has either been misplaced or wrongly updated as not picked up.
                      While pickup there is no confirmation provided on what is getting picked what is not.
                      Now they are outright refusing any refunds saying nothing got picked in the first place.

                      This is a hassle as the such checks have to be build in from their side. Opting for outsourcing every part of the business for cost benefits does not relieve u from any responsibility.

                        I ordered 2 jeans from myntra on 12 may 2018. The money got debited but the order wasnt placed i checked my bank app and the statement shows its debited. When i checked myntra it shows order is not placed. So i called the customer care he told me something and he told within 48hrs ill get my cash back. I have no idea what is going on please give my cash back.

                          He was so obnoxious to talk to & also giving treating to come next to my home again & said u can call customer care.

                          Myntra needs to take an appropiate action against him.

                            I placed an order for a bag around 29th april and was promised to receive the order in 4-5 days. The bag i received was not the one i bought online. Now this baffled me as it never happened before. To top that, the delivery is so irregular in delivering the order. I was supposed to receive the bag today but the guy didn’t wait and switched locations without informing. So i keep wasting my time like that.

                              I made a product return through myntra on 27 april. My order no is[protected]-2626501. But still i didn't get the refund amount which is very bad service by myntra they are only transferring here and there for refund. Pls take action against it. My myntra user id is [protected]. They are denying to take the response of refund amount. They transfer me to my bank customer support team where as bank support team referr me to myntra.

                                I order 2 shirts from myntra on 27th april 2018 amounting rs 1268 order no[protected]-3959601, however i returned one shirt and cancelled another. On cancellation and return i was supposed to get refund, myntra initiated refund process on 3rd may 2018 which i supposed to get on 9th may but i did not received any amount in my bank statement. On contacting myntra executive they said me the refund has been successful made vide transaction i'd no [protected] and said me to ask for my bank to inquiry but my bank which pnb whose executives completely reject my complaint on the ground that they had no role in this transaction. The transaction is initiated my myntra so they are sole responsible for your bank not our bank. Neither myntra nor pnb is helping me to resolve my complaint my money stucked in between and i don't know to whom should i contact. Please help me.

                                  Hi i raised a return request of my v neck roadster halfsleeves sweater (Return id[protected] however when the product was received at myntra’s warehouse they returned my return request without assigning any reason and simply stated that quality check had failed. I never wore the sweater once but still my return request was put on hold. I am a myntra customer from 2012 but never have i faced such a issue. I had ordered much costlier products from myntra’s app/website and this is the first time i m facing an issue with regard to return. Why would have i bothered to wear a cheap 400 rs sweater which was ordered by me for my office use only after its size did not fit me can myntra kindly explain?. This is very unprofessional on myntra’s part. I m extremely annoyed at their poor service. I wont be ordering any product from myntra any more beacuse who knows if some other product does not fit me myntra could again refuse to return it just on some assumptious and flimsy ground. I m done with myntra and will also advice others to stay away from myntra app/website

                                    I have bought boult grey space wireless bluetooth earphone (Ba-space) from myntra on 23 dec, 2017.

                                      Dear sir \Madam,

                                      I have bought recently north face shoes, after 10days usage the lace is getting peeled off . When I check with the customer care they just refused saying that they can’t help me on this.

                                      When u can’t help us on this why Myntra is selling out side country brand shoes, where customer can’t get service ?

                                      If we got in local vendor shops we might have get at least paid service .
