I received icomplete product contents were missing i paid for the whole package on contacting customer care they say issue will b solved its been more than 12 days my money is wasted ..procduct is not being picked up myntra has completely lost their dignity ...customer care ppl hav habit of changing their words everyday they are jus paid for consoling ppl...consider my money as a donation to myntra such a poor site cheap

    This is the parcel no [protected], in which I received a girls top of XXL size against my purchase of kid frock (ref[protected]-4471101) of 2 year age.

    This is indeed a case of cheat and unethical. I tried to make a return but Myntra customer care is making lame excuses.

    Being Myntra very old customer, I keep patience for few days since the delivery was on 1st June 2018. But now it seems they are not supporting at all.

      I have not received the refund yet. And i am not getting any help from these guys from one month. Lost more than rs200+ money on calling them and explaining my problem but they are not ready to understand and solve it or help me any way

      When can i expect the refund which i should have got one month back? Thanks for the pathetic customer service.

        On 29.04.2018, i placed an order for 3 products (1 only red casual blazer, 1 aurelia women pink & green printed kurta with trousers & dupatta and 1 aurelia women white & black colour block kurta with trousers & dupatta) on myntra app, the order number was[protected]-7724901. I paid through online. After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by 15 may 2018. I didnt receive any updates after that.
        On 10th may 2018 at 11:00 pm in the night i received a message on my phone saying the product was delivered. I had choose my home address as the delivery address.
        The very next day i got my product but only red casual blazer was delivered. Then i called up myntra customer care from myntra app to find out where the two products was, the person who answered the call had the same information that it was delivered to me.
        I questioned their information and asked to find out the details of the delivery, the person on the phone raised a complaint against their logistics team and i was asked to wait for 48 hrs. Then after some days i called the customer care again and asked the details of the complaint i had raised. Surprisingly, they told me that the complaint have been rejected as the quality check was done and all the products was delivered. And ask me to wait for another 48hrs and i received a mail from myntra and this is what the content of the mail is:

        Now i have lost the money and i have not received the product too. I have been shopping for almost 5 years from myntra and this is the first experienced am facing it. Please help in resolving this issue.

          Had placed an order for lakme lipstick. I was delivered an expired one. Need to know why was it sent? If myntra did not have an up to the mark product then why was the order taken. I want my refund for a product that cannot be used. A return order cannot be created on myntra as it states the products nature is unreturnable. So does that mean take money from clients and provide expired product under unreturnable clause?

          I have bought puma slippers but I was highly dissapointed to see the quality of product .it was so slippery that I have fallen twice.it does not have any sort of great grip. Grip are in form of holes which takes Air on walking and give horrible noises .I was dissapointed by product .I have invested 1400 rs in them which have no grip

            I have purchased a wrogn white sneakers from myntra and the delivery boy called me to take the parcel from the main road and i said him that i’m unable to come it’s your duty to provide the parcel to home and he denied.. Later on i went to take the parcel. The number of the delivery boy is tel:[protected] and the attitude is not good.. It’s my humble request to you that please remove this type of delivery boys who has arrogancy in their work..

              Dear myntra,

              I have received product from myntra which is used and irrelevant of ordered product. Hence, i have put return request for same and registered complaint via myntra customer care. According to courier person, they need special approval in this case whereas material is dispatched by myntra itself then why they need approval.

              I have placed return request on 1st june 2018 and still waiting for approval till 4 june 2018.

              Kindly accept product and provide refund amount.

                I am trying to return a product which i have purchased. But unable to do so because the site isn't responding. I am trying to do it since 4 days. The issue with the site has not been resolved from last 4 days. If you cannot satisfy the customer needs and wants then its better to shut down your job and not to bother the customer. Customers are not fools to keep doing the unnecessary things repeatedly. I have other works lined up apart from trying to put on request for return and waiting for the site to respond.

                My wishlist which consisted of average selected items over the course of time suddenly disappears and it shows zero !
                Also, last night I ordered 5 Kurtis and now it shows no details for reacting my orders.
                If you can’t manage an app why make it in the first place!

                    return option not visible for recently purchased item

                    I recently placed an order with multiple items in it. I want to return one of the items in my order. I see that it is out of stock at the moment, and i cannot see the return button in my order list. Only the exchange button is visible but even when i click on it, it shows a button to return item but it isn't functioning. I cannot exchange it as well since all the sizes for the item are out of stock....

                    I ordered a pair of earrings on 6 may 2018 with order no.[protected]-3210101 the order arriver on 9 may but due to some quality issues i opted for the return option on 10th may with return id[protected] and by next day it was picked by the delievery boy with tracking id :mynr[protected] and as per t&c the refund to my bank account was promised within 7-10days but its 1st june and i havent recieved any amonut in my account. Please help me asap

                      I received product without any price tags and also seemed to be used kind of old one! I have already raised the complaint regarding the same but your investigation team have declined the request revert me what should i do with the damaged parcel. I cannot use it. I either need the exchange or the refund! I hope myntra have a good customer care service or i even expect myntra won’t disappoint their loyal customers.

                        I selected a mast and harbour shoe and added it to the bag and it shows delivery charges as nil and total payable amount was 1238 rs but when i am selecting a discount coupon it shows 149 rs as delivery charges and the total amount to be paid was 1313 rs.
                        How can they charge 149 delivery charges for a product after selecting a discount coupon but not before that.

                          I have ordered 1 unit of safari unisex silver-toned brand logo backpack (Order no.[protected]-0997503) on 12th may, 2018 and the maximum deliver date was 31th may, 2018.

                          But till 19th of may courier team didn't even packed the product until i raised the concern by calling at myntra customer care and on the same next day they packed and dispatched the product from the source. After that product reached at jammu on 24th of may and i called the customer care for the delivery and after a conversation with the customer care executive and the supervisor they told me your maximum delivery date is 31 of may 2018 so you must have to wait until that given date and on the same time i told them that they are not going to deliver the product by giving the excuse that the area is not serviceable or the product will be duplicate but they assured me that nothing is going to happen.

                          On 31st of may i called the customer care again because i didn't got any out for delivery text or mail and i got the same response from them which i have already warned them about that your area is not serviceable and package is on the way back to its origin and refund is is initiated without informing me. They didn't even give me a proper resolution even after talking with executive, supervisor and its senior.
                          All they offered me is 200 rs coupon thanks but no thanks because i am not a beggar.

                          So my concern is -

                          Who is responsible my wastage of time.
                          Who is responsible for non-delivery of my product even after online payment.
                          Who is responsible for my mental harassment.

                          I hope to get the proper response as well as my order at the earliest. Otherwise necessary action will be taken.

                              I have raised a return request for a product, which myntra has confirmend that your product is eligible for return, their delivery boy has taken the packet back but i have not received any return money for that yet, order number for this:[protected].

                              Return was done in feb, its been 3 months now and i have not got any update regarding my money. Dress was for rs 1790.88

                                I received my order of 4 jeans in that 1jeans had no tag when i received it... And the jeans looks like a used one... And it has bobblings at the back of the jeans... The reason for returning the product is that it doesn't have tag and it doesn't look like a new jeans as it has bobblings... I kept a return request but the boy asked me tag... How can i give him tag which i didn't received only...

                                  My item is missing from the box. "forever 21 white & peach-coloured printed 3/4th tights" pertaining to the order number[protected]-5577603. Multiple complaints rejected by myntra. Lost my money. Myntra doesn't care.
                                  Myntra insists product is delivered. Cannot even show my signature upon receipt. Till today no product. Money gone to myntra pocket. Sick company.

                                    Every last three days i am getting the same msg that my order will be delivered today.. But surprisingly msg came like 'order undelivered as you requested for a reschedule'. I requested reschedule only on the first day and after that till now i am calling the delivery persons several times but he didn't pick up the phone.. And as such without any reason i didn't receive my order on time.. This is really disgusting and unprofessional.

                                      I have ordered boat headphones from myntra for 678 but on other website its only for 514 for that i have cancelled my order too but the delivery person came to house and delivered it and now myntra is telling that product is not returnable and the delivery person comes with all parcel but they charges 149 for minimum order for the products but they charged extra on parcel and delivery was not on time and person comes without any consent of the right person and handover it to anybody
