I kindly request you to contact the bank customer care team (Not with the bank) and check with transaction reference numbers. The contact details of the bank customer care team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued. If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

We had a word with bank and they are certain that no transaction came to them with that reference number in recent past. We can show our bank statement & passbook copy for your reference but i highly doubt they will state on bank stamp head.

We cross checked with bank as well and it's not yet came. And how come for all transactions reference numbers are same? Also this reference id got generated when we did payment while ordering. Could you please explain and let me know. This is matter of 11000/- bucks please treat it on priority basis.

I am tracking my bank account on daily basis but from last order 11.25 bucks still pending. I checked with bank they told there are no incoming or pending transactions from their side from myntra. Could you please tell me status of each of attached image transaction id's so that i can trace with bank.
