My myntra order no is[protected]-9918903 which was placed on saturday, april 7, 2018 and contained multiple items. One of them was an 'arrow new york men white printed polo t-shirt'. The parcel was delivered to my office address on april 12, 2018 & i was on outstation official tour that time. When i come back to my office on april 16, 2018 & opened it i observed one t-shirt out of 3 items is perfectly ok in all aspects, one of them having fitting problem and i have raised a return request & the 3rd one is observed too dirty, a lot of mud spots/patches, and the t-shirt looking used one, i was raised a return request immediately. I submitted the return request in the category of defective product received along with the detailed issue. Next day the pickup agent came, being a genuine customer i myself showed him that this is the problem in that t-shirt to which i'm returning this product. He was completely unaware of that. He said that he didn't knew that the return request of the product was for the defective one and he can only take it after he'll receive the approval e-mail from warehouse which he haven't received yet. He asked me to speak the myntra customer care & raised a complaint immediately. I did the same. I spoke to mr. Abhishek, ms. Lata in supervisor level, but they all denied accepting the return request. I was requested to show me their quality check reports & the images of the t shirt they captured at the time of dispatch, but they denied showing me the same. And they denied the return request because according to them the product was sent to me after quality check. If that's so then how come i received the defective product? And now they've rejected my request to return my product. I placed the return request for the second time hoping for the different response or better support from them but same response and they rejected my request again. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for the return.
I want the product to be returned and my money refunded.

    This is hemant kumar i want to inform you that i have placed my order on 17/04/18, i have believe on myntra i am regular buyer of myntra and amazon but i like more myntra and i prefer to my all friends go for myntra but when i placed my order i received 4, 5 month used pent they have color it and sell it again why why why, your faker seller don't know who is ordering how he can do it how dare he to do like this your seller is thinking we customers are fool if i am spending money only for used products or for new what is this [censored] thing is going on, on myntra i had believed on myntra but today i lost my belived from myntra i will not buy a single thing also from myntra and as your information i think your seller is selling like this product from log time how he can do it how how he is too smart or what. Terminat this seller from myntra he ia give a bad name for myntra and take action against this seller and inform me also keep me in cc send me seller details also myntra you also take care wht your seller is selling its your responsibility ok i will fill a consumer complaints also regarding you and your seller please provide me seller details, very very disappointed myntra,

      I have ordered a shoes i just wore that shoes once and the sole of the shoes has been rooted up from the side of both the shoes... I have just wore it once... I tried to return it on myntra... But as it was used once i did not proceed on myntra... I want to return it back and want my money back or i want the same shoes with good quality asap... Kindly resolve my problem asap within a week maximum or else i will have to take some other legal actions against the company...

            An order was placed on myntra with three products. Two products are yet to be delivered. However, messages claiming "delivery done" have been sent to my number. Regardless of calling and complaining at myntra, nothing has been done. Myntra issue ticket number:[protected].

            The rate of the two products is following: rs, 1331.68/- and rs, 466/-. I have requested to myntra for a correct delivery of the products or complete refund of the above-mentioned amount.

              Hello sir,

              I have purchased two soundpeats headset from myntra and received only one as other box was empty i called delievery boy there and then and myntra customer care after few days they simply said we can't do anything and we have validated that it was deliever successful.

              Myntra is such a fake company sending empty products at home and don't take ownership as well.

              I don't have my money to waste.

                Placed an order for sunglasses but only cover was there sunglasses was missing. Cover was teared apart.. Order number[protected]-7848601 floyd unisex aviators... When i received the product the teared part was not visible i have teared it from top i found cover was empty. Sunglasses worth rs.566.                   Never in my life, i have been so disappointed with myntra, i ordered this sunglass from dressberry, which turned out to be a complete disaster. We never knew quality was that bad, obviously have taken out the tag, and wore it, and both the lens came out.

                  Let me know if something can happen in ths case. I suggest that you either replace the product or get back my refund for the purchase.
                  This should be reported to dressberry too, that their product is of such a loq quality, that did not even survive a single day.

                        I had purchased 4 blazers that got delivered on 19th mar'2018. I had to travel the next day so didn't put a return request as there would be no one to hand over the parcel. Now when i'm trying to raise a return request, it is not giving me an option to return. Myntra is known for its customer service and easy 30 days return policy. I have been using myntra for years now and have always preferred myntra over other sites. I tried writing emails and contacting customer care but in vain. Nothing could help.

                        When i finally was able to reach out the customer care champion, she informed me the return policy is 7 days "in some case". This is the first time i have encountered such a problem. And there was no separate communication about "some cases". I am not sure if your customers know about this. There is no mention of 7 days explicitly in the myntra return and exchange policy.

                        The quality is not good, as expected from the pictures, which is a rare occurrence in case of myntra.

                        Please help me resolve this. I cannot keep these products.

                            I regret for writing to you because of the order no:[protected]-3494103. This order came in without the product. When we raised a complaint you guys asked us 3 days time. We patiently waited for positive resolution until yesterday but you guys declined our complaint. I did not expected this!!!.

                            We are not kidding here to simply waste our precious time and your time as well. My wife opened the order in front of the delivery boy and her other 2 friends. The upper cover of the box was covered and inside there was a myntra box (Unsealed) and under that there was a tommy hilfiger box (Unsealed) with warranty and a plastic cover in it but it didn't had the watch in side it. I would like to know more on how secured delivery you provide when shipped from your vendor? I would like to hear from you.

                            We trusted you guys and paid the amount pre order delivery and you guys are closing the complaint without any resolution to our order shouting at us saying you go and complaint to consumer court (This was a call today morning with my wife). This is not the way how you speak to a women and your customer who blindly paid the money before the order delivery. You guys are losing trust from your trustworthy customers. Please be gentle when you speak to your customer!

                            'that watch was actually my anniversary gift on 24th april, luckily my wife opened the box on the delivery time to check the product. Imagine if i would have opened the box on my anniversary, how ridiculous it would be..: (

                            You people are hurting us personally and professionally. We are not lying, me and my wife struggle a lot to to get our family going. This was one of the surprise and precious costly gift ever in my life.

                            One more thing, the courier boy is calling my wife midnight 10 pm asking us what we told to myntra.in fact he helped us with the myntra support number. Please reopen the complaint and come with a positive resolution.

                            I am losing hope of e-commerce because of this situation. Hope you understand our problem and provide us a positive resolution.

                              Hi,

                              This is regarding a product (Adidas originals men navy blue varial low skateboarding shoes) ordered from myntra.com on 28th dec 2018.

                              After using the product for around 2 months i found out there is a defect in the right shoe. The material of the shoe is supposed to be leather but it turns out to be some sort of paper or other material rather than leather (Right shoe) which i came to know when it started getting torn and can be felt by touching it.

                              The matter of concern is that adidas is a world-wide huge company and wont manufacture such products so how is then myntra.com selling these items and how did it come out to be defected.

                              As a matter of fact my experience has turned out to be very sour and i am disappointed with the product. I tried to call the help center but as expected the call was not entertained.

                              I want to know the reason for the same and the solution for it.

                                I had purchased a dress online but returned it on 23 march from myntra. They told that money will be refunded by 7-10 days. Its already been 20 days and they are not taking any actions. Even when i try to complain they will not connect the call. I never thought myntra will be like that really disappointed in their service. The necessary proofs (Screenshot) have been attached with this message.

                                I had returned the dress which was purchased online from myntra. As per the myntra rules money will be refunded by 7-10 days and its already been 20 days. the money hs not refunded yet and when I tried to complain they are not even connecting call. Very dissappointed with the service of myntra.

                                  I want to bring to your notice the incident of harrasement by myntra.com to my daughter, ms monika mittal for more than 09 months now. She has purchased some stuff from this company online and found to be of inferior quality, hence returned.                                         I have made purchase at myntra during exchange item campaign. I bought a product which was for 493/- that was after the discount against exchange products for which i earned 63 loyalty points and also paid 578 to. The vendor who came to deliver the product (As it was a cod item). Also i gave away 3 clothes as per the exchange program for loyalty points.
                                        However, the product received did not have the right fit and i chose to return the product. However when i raised the request, i got a message that only 493 will be refunded to me as 149 for delivery is non-refundable. But when the return was processed i received just 429/-. I tried contacting the customer care they said we cannot refund the loyalty point and you will get only 429 back. Also when i asked them for the return of my exchange item, i was told that we have donated it to charity and you cannot get it back, in fact the telephone attendant told me that you are not asked for these products back (Is it... Who decides that?? Only i can decide if i want to give it or not). As the loyalty points for exchange is not valid then items should also not be valid. It is not a question of these points, it is about the lack of transparency by this portal and also for the customer's right. You cannot forcefully ask the customer for donation, it should be as per we their wish. Also if we have bought a product during a scheme and there is an issue with the product, as a seller, it it their duty. Also in case we return the product, they need to refund at least the correct product cost. Otherwise these things should be clearly mentioned in the terms and condition. Hence this is my request to get the correct refund amount or return the products given for exchange, as i am entitled to receive it. Kindly do the needful.
