I had ordered a san frissco men brown basketweave semiformal derbys shoes from myntra on 26 june 2017. The first mistake was they delivered a wrong shoe, but i liked that as well therefore, didn't refund it or applied for exchange. Received a single package with the total bill amount of two different products. Cod paid but within the package there is only one product. Package was however just sealed with a orange myntra duct tape.. Later on removal of the tape i found the package was cut not sealed within. This is 7th time i am writing on this complaint against mynra.com, there is not a single response from myntra.com side means that company have not any responsibility against is costumer my rupees - 2350.12 has not refunded till now.

At the time of registering, I was informed that, I will be getting a flat Rs.300 off on my first order. I have selected an item which fulfills the condition of the offer. But I'm disappointed when the entire amount is levied against the order without giving introductory offer. I tried customer care no +[protected], but I was unable to speak to the customer care representative. I was asked to register to call back. But that option also...

I ordered sony mdr xb50bs bluetooth headset of rs: 5500/-. Product came with open seal and parts are missing (Like, ear buds, supporters). Bluetooth is not working properly. Scratches on device with package torn at one side they just made a plaster and delivered to me. When i called the customer care they are arguing that they sent genuine product....

Towards return of the product i bought from myntra, the refund amount of rupees 629.57 was not credited to my bank account.
I have contacted myntra via message but there was no proper response and only by providing rrn number [protected] the bank couldn't able to trace the payment.

Myntra is asking me to contact the concerned bank but they are ordering me to ask the sender (Myntra) as there is clearly no mistake...
