Myntra is totally unequipped to manage its customer service and logistics. Worst experience i have ever had with a ecommerce company.
They could not handle a simple thing as changing the phone number on my order to be delivered. Wasted hours trying to contact their help center - which is totally useless and managed by people who do not have the ability to provide proper customer response.

    Hi,

    This is anil kumar, i have made a purchase at myntra.com on 1st april with order number[protected]-8260301 and the total bill was 1479 rupees. I made payment through airtel payments bank, on april 4th item was delivered but i didnt like on of them and ordered a return, they picked up the product and gave an email as refund amount of 802.39 has been processed and i need to contact airtel for that. After checking with airtel, they asked me to provide the refund reference number from myntra. Myntra gave me the reference number which is same as the transaction id. Airtel is claiming that that's not the refund number and we cannot investigate without that number. I would need intervention here on getting the refund. I have mailed airtel multiple times and contacted myntra.com for refund reference number but no use and already its been more than one month now. Please help me in getting the refund amount.

      I have recently placed an order and i want to return it... But the id i used while placing the order is not showing any order is being placed... So i request you to see fir the same... Order no[protected]-8379801...

      So. I request you to proovide the email id through which order is being given at [protected]@gmail.com... Or pls tell the procedure to return the item

      I have ordered sadgi navy blue jeggings of cost 653.I have done online transaction on 25april 2018 and i have cancel the item on the same day 25 april2018.
      Till now i didnt get my refund amount back.Now it is i week i had waited so wen will i get my amount back

      I made the mistake of buying from Myntra once. Now that they have my number they keep sending me promotional SMS. No way to stop it. Their website sends you looping through "contact us" "email address" "customer support" etc. Nothing works.
      The only way is to not buy from them at all. Things are likely cheaper on Amazon. And they are civilized.

        I ordered invictus navy casual blazer (Order no.:[protected] 8053703) on 19 apr 2018. It's delivered me on 27 apr 18.. The product was damaged and hole on right shoulder. I did return request same day. And order other blazer.. And courier man came 3 time and refuse to pick up product. I call several time myntra they put me on wait for three days many time.. I want to refund immediately.. But they never understand it. Today is last day 4 pickup return product. And now they recently msg me wait again 4 7th april. I hv all call records and mail... Now i'm taking 2nd step..

        11 days passed... On update available from mantra.. tomorrow I called cc told me I have been taking you in high priority problem and give u a mail in 24 hours ..plzz Wait ..Now there is no return option in myntra app bcz of 7 days return time laps ...
        I ordered Mast & Harbour Men Beige Analogue watch on 21st feb 2018.the watch is defected on time no.7 as shown in picture so pls exchange it

          I have ordered an item from myntra the product is besiva women black solid sheer top with bralette. I received only sheer top so i exchanged the product and i email them i only received sheer top not bralette which was supposed to be there with that top as mention on the app, so i returned the product for exchange. But after exchanging the product i again received only the sheer top. I don't what is the problem of myntra. As per item description the sheer top and bralette should be together as one product.

            I bought 2 products their return numbers are:[protected];[protected] I requested to return it several times and they accepted it but suddenly they cancelled it.Till date no one from the Ecom express courier service contacted me.Please give the replay immediately or else it will cause displeasure.This courier service is so not responsible I expect a better service in future.Atlast I contacted the Ecom express customer care number and informed the heads but still no proper answer.

            I had booked purse vide order no[protected]-3117101 on 3/05 on prepaid basis. However Myntra has cancelled my confirmed order on 05/05 without my consent. This is cheating and fraud .My order should be complied imediately.
            I placed an order on 28th April and it was about to deliver on 30th and hasn't been delivered yet. Kindly revert asap regarding the delivery.

              I am costumer of Myntra since 4 yrs
              Trusted and kept my amount in myntra credit 30000rs
              And myntra has blocked my account without any reason
              I am not asking to give my money back
              I am just asking to unblock my account so that atleast i can do further shopping
              I have called many times on myntra
              But they are not giving me any reasons for blocking and told me that your money wont be refunded nor you can operate your account
              Really disappointed
              Please help
              Rs30000 means a lot to me and its not fair
              I hope u wil help me.

                I want to complaint about the online fraud carried out by myntra. Recently, i bought 3 items (Order no.[protected]-6278903). The mrp tag of all of these mentions "inclusive of all taxes" but myntra still charged gst on two of the items. The 3rd item, an orange dress, was not even taxed according gst. The trader has charged as he found it fit (Mrp-2099/-; after discount - 944/- ; vat/gst 47.20/-).

                I have been trying contact myntra but they have not replied so far. My emails have been returned "undelivered", while no one has responded to my comment on their facebook page.

                Though, i dont want to return the items, but i would like to get back the money i was wrongly charged.

                  I ordered "TAGG Black Inferno Wireless Bluetooth Headset with Mic" from Myntra.com
                  They shipped a package which was sealed from outside (the regular plastic cover that myntra uses). But after opening the package, in the box of TAGG headphones(There was no seal for the box), I found old used vivo earphones in it. I called the delivery boy immediately, but he said that he can't do anything and I would have to place a return order.
                  I did place a return order. They asked me for the details of the package, etc. I provided everything they needed. But after few days of contacting them with emails, they are now saying that the correct order was shipped from their side and they can't do anything regarding this issue.

                  Now, this is not the customer fault that the wrong product was shipped. Shall we TRUST Myntra anymore to buy some stuff again ???
                  Else, Better we could go with some other E-Commerce Site.

                  Either Refund me the money which I have paid or Replace the Faulty / Used / So-called Myntra product with the Original ones.

                  Hoping for some good response and feedback..

                    On december 22nd i place an order on myntra as there was offer of 15% cashback on eoss on payments made by citibank debit card. However i do not see the cashback in my account even now.

                    Upon enquiry i just got to know that they have credited to all the customers as on by feb 26. Where as its not true. I had forgotten about the cashback and when remeberd and on checking my account there is no cashback received at all.

                    Why was it not mailed to each customer when cashback sent to their account.

                    But i am disappointed by this behaviour because i have not received the cashback at all. It just looks like luring customer to shop in name of cashback offers

                      I have shopped from myntra dated 23th April 18 for more than Rs 10000/-.Firstly they cancelled one of my order without my permission and when I had chat with customer executive, he confirmed me that product was rejected under quality check.So I accepted and they generated refund and till now the amount is not credited in my account.
                      Secondly Myntra delivered me wrong product such that nike hooded and under discount it was of Rs 3000/- but inspite of Nike I have received spoiled hood of roadster that too of Rs 1500/-. When I again called customer care on 27th after checking my product they raised complaint to this regard and they themself told me to wait for 2 working days.
                      After 2 days I haven't received any call relates to this issue then I called them back and they suggest me to return the product as the same size was not available that time with them.
                      Myntra just harassed me completely I have wrote them mails, posted in social media but they couldn't even resolve this small matter of mine.
                      Now at the end when I have requested for return the product, nobody called me up and nobody reached me for collecting the returned product.
                      And in the end it's just my 5k which is stucked up with myntra for which I am sure they will take another 1 or 2 week for refund.
                      This is heights of nonsense created by myntra.
                      Even customer care executive are not good enough to provide some good suggestions.
                      I want your team to take some action to this company so that they can learn some good lesson and will provide better services to the customer.

                        I am a regular customer from punjab.
                        One of your delivery person called me up today to ask if m at home i said il leave in 15 min or so. He asked me to leave behind the cash with a family member i said not possible as there wouldbe no one available. Asked him to come asap. So this peraon rudely said that i cannot come before 45 min. I said fine then i wont be there. Without replying he banged the phone.

                              I bought a product worth 1599/- which is inclusive of all taxes and there was a discount of 684.80/- and they have again taxed on the remaining amount 914.20/-. Tax amount was 164.54/- (Which is 18% of 914.20/-). Here how can they charge me double tax when the product is already inclusive of all taxes in MRP. I have attached few pics of MRP price and Invoice.

                                Hi,

                                I placed an order worth rs. 1291 on 29/4/2018. I made payment of 1000rs using myntra gift card and when i tried to make the balance payment of rs.291 using credit card the transaction got timed out. I tried it 3 times and was not able to complete the balance payment of rs.291. Now the order is not placed so please return my myntra gift balance of 1000rs.

                                  On 13th april 2018 i ordered a giordano watch with order no[protected]-3882101.it was delivered on 17th april.when i received the box it was so light so i had a doubt about the box and opened infront of the courier man.When i opened it there was no watch in that box except the watch box.i felt so disappointed and as the courier found the box was empty he told me to return it.so, i requested for the return on that same night.the pickup courier man came after 2 days but he refused to take the box, and told me to give a complaint to myntra customer care.On that day i called myntracustomercare and gave a complaint about the serious issues and he said he'll try to resolve it within 3 working days.I waited but i didn't received any update about my complaint so i give complaining about the query for more than 5 times and on 25th april i received an email saying that they cant able to refund the amount as they send that item from their end post proper check quality.I'm so disappointed and didn't expect this kind of issues from myntra.Its their responsiblity to investigate or solved whatever the problems that we the customer are facing.Customer fulfill is much more important in every way of business.Customer have the right to claim for the refund if the product we ordered is missing but in myntra they didnt think and care about customer loss.And i would say that myntra online shopping isn't a trusted one for the customer.

                                    The delivery boy doesn't deliver the product we ordered through Myntra.
                                    This is not the first, he has done this 3 times. His name is Rahul. He calls me to the market to take the product, not only me he calls every other customers in the market. He never delivers it to home.
                                    Please take a action against him. I ordered 2 bed cover previously, this te I ordered a tshirt and puma socks.

                                      I have ordered a boat bluetooth earphones from myntra.com on 16th april and they delivered nothing but tampered empty box on 18th april. I have talked to myntra costumer care and they lodge a complaint on behalf of me. But after 3 days they said that they have given me a good product and denied to refund my money.
                                      I have again talked to customer care to see the issue again. And after 3 days they replied with same that they wont process my complaint
                                      I am not able to understand what to do now. They took my money and delivered nothing to me. Could you please see this issue and help me

                                      Actually amount didn't credited to myntra of rupees 1696/ but in my Debit card amount was deducted. But in passbook it was showing it was credited of rupees 1696/. I called to myntra customer care member they are saying amount didn't credited you should check at your Bank.

                                        I had received a us polo assn shirt... For which i had paid 1800rs and since i didn't like it... I returned it. The product was picked up by the courier service of myntra... And was picked up along with old clothes. Have spoken to the customer service at myntra... Not helpful at all. Says the product has gone to charity... When there was no fault of mine
