सर जी मैंने myntra से 4500rs के जूते ख़रीदे थे जिसका order no[protected]-1719803 है ये पार्सल जब मैंने खौला तो इसमे जूते नही थे इस डब्बे मे कचरा भरा हुआ था इस पार्सल को खोलते समय मैंने इसकी विडियो बणाई थी। इसकी वीडियो ओर पिक्चर कंपनी को भेजा था लेकिन उन्होंनें इसका कोई जवाब नहीं दिया। मैं अब भी फोटो साथ में सल्गन कर रहा हूं। और विडियो मेरे पास है जो इसके साथ सल्गन नही हो पा रही है। कृपा करके उचित कार्यवाही करें।

    Ordered couple of clothes from myntra over a period
    Of time
    The product is wrongly delivered most of the time
    The delivery agent always fails to call and returns the order back to the origin
    Website shows try and buy and fails to do the same
    The website shows a credit card or cash on delivery, but the delivery agent doesn't have the card machine, thus putting you in an embarrassing situation when u don't have cash on hand.

    Pathetic customer service.

    I ordered track pant in myntra after some 5 days when I check the status of my order it was saying its already delivered. I prepaid for that order when I called that courier guy he is saying we don't know about it and myntra don't have any customer care service.

      Hi this is to bring to your immediate notice that i am really not satisfied with the kind of miscommunication which is happening in getting my products delivered on time. I have ordered products worth over rs. 4-5k and they were expected to reach me by 20th april 2018. Inspite several attempts of speaking to 2-3 delivery boys, they are not delivering my order. Today i again received a message that all my products will be delivered today so i tried contacting 'om', a delivery person and i spoke with him a couple of times since morning to deliver my shipment at the given address and he confirmed that he will be doing it by 3pm. But now i got a message stating that all the products were undelivered since customer requested for a reschedule and i have no idea who gave this option. When a customer is waiting for their shipments to be delivered soon and following up with delivery person, why will i request for a reschedule and from where did this reason come from in the myntra order email. Please get my order[protected]-4663301 to be delivered latest by tomorrow for god's sake and let the regular customers like me keep that faith in myntra.

      I would want you to take action on these delivery persons for their negligence towards their work and taking it so lightly and turning a deaf ear to customer calls while trying to contact them.

        Hi Myntra Team,

        I went through a very bad experience for your product. In February, I purchased a product from Myntra ( wrong shoe men white& Navy color of size 9 ). I hardly wear it for 4th time. What I have experienced is, the shoe got distroyed fully. I cant even imagine that Myntra is delivering such a fake products.

        It is very sad and unfortunate that the shoe I have purchased belongs to wrong company which Virat Kohli owns. I have never expected it from Myntra. It makes me feel very anxious and unsafe to purchase any other product from Myntra.

        I would like to put my complaint here please replace the product ASAP else I'll approach to consumer court.

          We had a word with bank and they are certain that no transaction came to them with that reference number in recent past. We can show our bank statement & passbook copy for your reference but i highly doubt they will state on bank stamp head.

          We cross checked with bank as well and it's not yet came. And how come for all transactions reference numbers are same? Also this reference id got generated when we did payment while ordering. Could you please explain and let me know. This is matter of 11000/- bucks please treat it on priority basis.

            On 29/03/18 i made a order on myntra for rs.15770 order no.107422061575289323501 i returned many products in this order but got refund of few of them but 5products are still pending to be refunded. Nd i made another order on 11/04/18 order no.107532684619624704973 nd in this also i returned 2sunglasses but i didnot got the refund. When i called the customer care nd even the escalation dept they have the same answer we have shared the payment reference number with you please check with ur bank and bank is saying we can't pull the payment details with the reference number i dont knw what to do my 7500rs are in loss bcoz of myntra bcoz they are not providing any help.

                I ordered daniel klein men watch, order number:[protected]-2173403 via myntra on 12-apr-2018 and paid amount 3052.65/-. But i got an empty box (Item missing). Regarding this issue, i complaint to the customer care and registered my complaint. They addressed my complaint and after 3 working days replied me that they delivered the above-mentioned item properly meaning there was no mistake from myntra’s side and there were not going to exchange/refund the order. I am highly dissatisfied from the response and the way myntra has handled the issue.

                They have cheated me as well the same way by not sending the watch and delivering only the empty box.

                  I have ordered l’oréal balmain lipsticks pack of 3 the shade confidence 356, liberation 468 and power 650 but they have delivered 1 wrong lipstick which is urban safari 647 instead of confidence 356 so i did complaint for this they are not replacing the product nor refunding my money they are forcing me to pay extra money and buy again this is not the solution this is harassment shade which they have send will not suit me at all it looks like crayon on me, friends you will be shocked to know myntra take beauty product return which is opened and swatch also, amazon is way better than myntra if any incident happens like this amazon give refund in just 24hrs

                    I have ordered on 11th april 2018 and the delivery was scheduled on 14th april 2018 but till today i. E 21st april 2018 there is no status of my order and they are not available for contact also.

                    This very discusting and there is no update also from their side. I also complained on monday i. E 16 th april they said by friday your problem will be resolved but today is saturday but there is no reply from their side atall.

                      I got an email saying that the delivery guy could not contact me that's why it's undelivered but he never tried to contact me, his name is arjun acharee and his number is [protected]. I called him but his phone is switched and i didn't get a single missed call from him, and when i called him today he says that he's busy. My shoe has been undelivered for 2 days now and i need my package before 23rd. Please kindly talk to him.
                      I'm very disappointed as this has never happened i don't think i'll be ordering from myntra again any time soon.

                        Your third party vendor service for delivery is rubbish. They never come with the card payment machine and are so damn unprofessional and untrained. Myntra doesn't even have an on spot online payment system as said to me by you vendors unlike amazon and others. A brand like yours can easily afford that and i am saying so out of experience of working in the related sector. Such kind of service is eating away your customers like me. I was once a loyal customer to myntra but now you can track my shopping behavior to understand that your services forced me to drift to another online sites ([protected]@gmail.com)

                          I raised a return rqst fr a product, got msg fr pickup fr 2 consecutive days but no pick up attemt ws made and myntra itself cancelled my rqst. I raised a return rqst again same thing happened again and myntra again cancelled my rqst. I m raising it again. This is worst service one can provide to their customers. They are just ensuring me and giving dates... Pathetic service myntra.

                            I ordered two products from this company and whose order placed without any problem but later when i checked about when they are going to be delivered it showed that one of the product is cancelled automatically and without even sending me a message or mail, so i thought i must have been a technical problem so i cancelled the other product too as i needed them both at the same time and again ordered the same two products and after which i again checked for the delivery time after 2-3 days and now it showed that this time the other product has been cancelled automatically without informating me through any means.

                              My myntra order no is[protected]-9918903 which was placed on saturday, april 7, 2018 and contained multiple items. One of them was an 'arrow new york men white printed polo t-shirt'. The parcel was delivered to my office address on april 12, 2018 & i was on outstation official tour that time. When i come back to my office on april 16, 2018 & opened it i observed one t-shirt out of 3 items is perfectly ok in all aspects, one of them having fitting problem and i have raised a return request & the 3rd one is observed too dirty, a lot of mud spots/patches, and the t-shirt looking used one, i was raised a return request immediately. I submitted the return request in the category of defective product received along with the detailed issue. Next day the pickup agent came, being a genuine customer i myself showed him that this is the problem in that t-shirt to which i'm returning this product. He was completely unaware of that. He said that he didn't knew that the return request of the product was for the defective one and he can only take it after he'll receive the approval e-mail from warehouse which he haven't received yet. He asked me to speak the myntra customer care & raised a complaint immediately. I did the same. I spoke to mr. Abhishek, ms. Lata in supervisor level, but they all denied accepting the return request. I was requested to show me their quality check reports & the images of the t shirt they captured at the time of dispatch, but they denied showing me the same. And they denied the return request because according to them the product was sent to me after quality check. If that's so then how come i received the defective product? And now they've rejected my request to return my product. I placed the return request for the second time hoping for the different response or better support from them but same response and they rejected my request again. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for the return.
                              I want the product to be returned and my money refunded.

                                This is hemant kumar i want to inform you that i have placed my order on 17/04/18, i have believe on myntra i am regular buyer of myntra and amazon but i like more myntra and i prefer to my all friends go for myntra but when i placed my order i received 4, 5 month used pent they have color it and sell it again why why why, your faker seller don't know who is ordering how he can do it how dare he to do like this your seller is thinking we customers are fool if i am spending money only for used products or for new what is this [censored] thing is going on, on myntra i had believed on myntra but today i lost my belived from myntra i will not buy a single thing also from myntra and as your information i think your seller is selling like this product from log time how he can do it how how he is too smart or what. Terminat this seller from myntra he ia give a bad name for myntra and take action against this seller and inform me also keep me in cc send me seller details also myntra you also take care wht your seller is selling its your responsibility ok i will fill a consumer complaints also regarding you and your seller please provide me seller details, very very disappointed myntra,

                                  I have ordered a shoes i just wore that shoes once and the sole of the shoes has been rooted up from the side of both the shoes... I have just wore it once... I tried to return it on myntra... But as it was used once i did not proceed on myntra... I want to return it back and want my money back or i want the same shoes with good quality asap... Kindly resolve my problem asap within a week maximum or else i will have to take some other legal actions against the company...

                                    From last few days products are not getting picked up on time saying customer reschedule the date also wrong item picked up for some other order. As the person doesnt know which item to picked if there are more than 1. I am regular customer @myntra.com. Such incovinience is not tolerable for me.
