I placed an order in myntra on 10th march 2018. And expected delivery date was 14th march 2018. Today it is 17th march 2018 and i still didn't receive the order. I tried to track the order and i could see that its been packed on 10th of march and not yet moved. I already did payment. I was really frustrated and i called their customer care. One mr. Priyank fro mumbai addressed my call. He was not at all polite and was laughing while i was seriously discussing my issue with him.
Many other online shopping sites such as amazon and flipkart has this option to cancel the package on the way. But in myntra its not even moved, just packed at the warehouse and unable to cancel. Customer care excutv told me i need to wait until it reaches the delivery center to cancel the order.
I need to cancel this order and i want a quick refund.

I have bought a puma tights, I had used it just 1 month and the material of the tights is very bad.
The stitches were loosen from the middle of the tights as well as from the bottom. It seems as it is not branded.
And i have used just for a month.
I have ordered teal green color shirt but, received a indigo blue colour shirt . My order no is[protected] 2113903.

    Hello everyone,

    Greetings for the day!!

    I am writing this email to share my experience, sorry, worst experience with myntra.

    I ordered carlton london men navy blue sneakers (Size 9 | qty: 1) on 12th march 2018 and order number for the same is[protected]-3166503. I got the delivery on 13th march 2018 and found that product was not good in quality so i raised the exchanged request on 14th march 2018 and order number for the same is[protected]-2578603.

    I got the delivery of an exchange order[protected]-2578603 on 15th march 2018 and when i opened the packet, i found that myntra has now delivered the wrong color. Instead of navy blue, i got the grey color shoe. I right away called the customer care and register my complaint and they assured me that this time i will be getting the correct product.

    Incident:[protected] and[protected] were raised on 15th march describing the issue and explaining what i ordered and what i want and what myntra has delivered incorrectly.

    Today, 16th march 2018, i got the delivery against the second exchange order[protected]-3879203 and again i got the grey color shoe instead of navy blue. What the hell myntra is doing here?? Can someone explain this??

    I again called on customer care and again explained the issue and they again taken the request for exchange (Order no.[protected]-3749603). But can someone explain why myntra is not able to deliver the correct product in one go?? Not even second time?? Not even third time??

    Today, customer service team has denied my request for the express delivery as i requested them to raise the issue and get the correct product deliver to me by today eod but they denied and on the other hand while placing new order myntra provides express delivery option but not to the customer to whom myntra is delivering wrong product again and again.

    In today's world customer experience is one of the prime key for successful businesses and i will make sure to share my experience with each and everyone via speaking personally and via social media because i don't want my near dear ones to experience such worst service.

    Thank you for such a wonderful customer experience, sorry, worst experience with myntra.

      I have purchased an item from myntra and it was not suiting me. So i thought of returning the item. But my mistake i have returned the wrong item ie instead of the purchased item i have returned my personal thing, which was very much needed for me. Mistake is human, but they are not ready to return my personal thing, so that i can sent back the purchased item. This is so unethical behavior. I need my personal thing back.

        I bought ms. Taken jogger. Because of size issue i returned this product. And waiting for my refund. They asked my bank details 5 to 6 times. Each time i mail my bank details through their contact us service. One time they said that your request is recieved and refund is processed (5/12/2017). On the next day (6/12/2017) they said they haven't received response so they close my case. After that i call customer care number they said their is no refund left. I check my bank transaction but haven't received my refund of rs 996.97 yet. It about 3 month but i didn't receive it.
        It really disappointing.

          Disgusting service by myntra

          Shahnawaz alam. Get 2 time alert that i have resudule my order but i didn't. It' already 3 days delay not got my product.
          Pathetic...
          Other online service like amazon and ebay are much better
          Even i don't get cancellation
          Of one order no:[protected]-3816303 placed on 3rd march.
          Been 7 days.
          Money eating and fake promising company.
          Wasting money and time of customer.

          I Shahnawaz try calling and complaining multiple times but it's totally of no use..
          They just make fake promising to their customer even their delivery partner number is of no use.
          It's either switch off or not reachable.
          When connect with customer care, had last conversation with Simran on : [protected]
          She was totally annoying and disturbing, doesn't give clear replay and repeating the same queries, that I have posted. She doesn't have clear answer or reply to my queries. She was in hurry to put off the call and doesn't want to listen to problem
          Customer support is of no use they don't even provide you clear answer.

            I purchase size m (40) shirt from myntra, but they send me shirt with outer tag size 40 (M), and inner tag size s, and actualy shirt is size s...

            When i call customer care, they say no exchange facility available at your city,
            I generated return..
            I call customer care. They say that aapne pahenke dekha kya, aisa ho sakta hai shirt ka size alag ho. Print galat hua ho...
            And we r ready to help you.. Why i need help?. I need quality service.

            Today I received my order that is of a top . Brand name is forever 21. I eagerly waited for that top n when I received it I realised it was used . It had that odour of someone’s sweat . Also it had the smell of perfume in the armpits . I was really disgusted n disappointed. Never expected this .

              As the site has grown a little bit they are now selling defective and duplicate products. They buy from any sellers without checking the stuff quality and gueninity. And when the customer asks for the return they refuse it rudely. And the very big thing is that there is no option of writing any reviews about the products the customer had purchased ao that the other customers cannot see it. Every site has an option for writing reviews about the products one has purchased but in myntra there is no option... Now u can understand the reason

                Myntra has sold me a defective Tshirt (Tshirt with hole). Just because i missed my return deadline, they are not willing to accept.

                Through this complaint, i am not expecting a refund. I just want to register that Myntra's QC process needs to be diligent for that matter any ecommerce company. I am proud of Flipkart and Myntra brands success story. I can understand they handle a large volume, but it is very important for them to hear customer feedcank. We buy from a certain brand or company because of trust, if companies like Myntra compromise quality, its just beginning of an end for them. If there is someone in Myntra addressing this complaint, please ensure u have strict QC in place or else you will be shown your place.

                  Was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 24th february 2018 and i was making the payment rs 1749.72 through airtel money wallet ([protected]). Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times.. When i placed order there was an offer 150rs cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I got my cashback as per offer.. I have attached screenshot of payment and cashback details.. This is the worst experience in myntra

                    Hi team,

                    I have ordered mochi flats for women on 28th feb 2018, i have got delivery date as 7 mar 2018. Today is 11th and still i have not received my order. Everytime i do chat, representative says i will do my best, however it does not look like anyone is working on the order. I want to cancel that, my money got stuck in the order. Myntra is not allowing me to cancel, it's delay from myntra side and i am suffering. Below are my complaints:

                    1. Delivery not on time
                    2. User is not getting any updates of delayed delivery.
                    3. Customer chat representative are only doing chatting and doing nothing.

                    Request you to please cancel my order and refund.

                      I ordered a body mist which was delivered on 09 mar 2018 but the product was completly damaged. All i got was a thoroughly soaked package evrything had leaked out. Now what i want to know is if the product can be exchanged. I still have the soaked box, broken bottle and the receipt. Although i am clearly disappointed i am hoping myntra will solve my problem. Kindly do the needful.

                        I order shoes and jeans and the money has been debited from my account but when i check order status it doesn't show any order, now i contacted myntra team they said your money is in the gateway path (Honestly i don't what is that) and they said if we didn't receive your money it will be reflected back to your account in 48 hours
                        If not im going to file a complaint against them,

                        I ordered Dressberry black sandals yesterday (10/03/2018) my order status showing the item has been delivered today morning however i have not received the same please confirm on urgent basis why the status showing completed

                                Hi team,

                                I was doing shopping from your site and applied 1 gift card of rs 500 and rest rs 35 i was paying through my debit card and after that the page was not loading and that gift card also having 0 balance. Kindly look into this issue and contact.

                                The above message i have sent to myntra support care but these emails are not working. After sending mails to the support team i got auto mail saying message was not delivered. Furthermore, i am trying to contact the customer care number but all numbers are not working.

                                Kindly look into this matter.

                                  Hello team,
                                  This is the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever seen in my whole life, that i purchased something on an online shopping e-portal and even after completion of a month, i did not receive that product yet. If you don’t have the particular product to sale, then why are you keeping those on your portal. I’m just attaching the screenshot of the product with it’s status, check and let me know your technical issue. This is not at all expected from a big comapany loke myntra.

                                    I ordered 2 dress from myntra. And later I request return for one and exchange for one. As I was not available in home those days I put both dress in same cover downstairs which everyone used to do. Later when I got message for return successfully picked but not for exchange even though full packet was missing. Since then ( Feb 20) I am continuously contacting myntra for update. As it is confirmed that agent picked exchange one mistakenly without my consent still myntra not providing return for this. I got very irresponsible replies like it's not received in Warehouse and I have to check with agent. First of all it was picked up with out contacting me and I invested my money and lots of time. Still how can they ask like their part done and I have to contact. The worst part is they are telling different things in mail and when I am calling them. Totally fed up with very rude behavior of customer care people. Inefficient to the fullest.
                                    If you are not ready to do anything provide me the escalation matrix to proceed with this complaint.

                                    I hv purchased lots of things from myntra ...but sometimes i cancel my order due to some reason...i m regular customer in myntra ..suddenly myntra stopped my cod facililty ..it is very difficult for me to buy anything without cod...so please i request to enable cod on my account...

                                      Please do not purchase any products that state ' self service'! I dispatched a product through dtdc but they are saying ' seller is refusing to accept '. Now myntra is not sharing any contact details of concerned seller and asking me to followup with dtdc or hand deliver it but they won't pay for additional expense. What a loss of money and time.
