I had ordered a pair of women's shorts (Order no.[protected]-5570201) on march 7 from myntra.com whose payment has already been made via icici debit card. Later i cancelled the order owing to the incorrect size ordered. I wish to hv my money refunded or at least be refunded in the form of a gft card or myntra points. Kindly look into the matter.

    Hi team,

    I was doing shopping from your site and applied 1 gift card of rs 500 and rest rs 35 i was paying through my debit card and after that the page was not loading and that gift card also having 0 balance. Kindly look into this issue and contact.

    The above message i have sent to myntra support care but these emails are not working. After sending mails to the support team i got auto mail saying message was not delivered. Furthermore, i am trying to contact the customer care number but all numbers are not working.

    Kindly look into this matter.

      Hello team,
      This is the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever seen in my whole life, that i purchased something on an online shopping e-portal and even after completion of a month, i did not receive that product yet. If you don’t have the particular product to sale, then why are you keeping those on your portal. I’m just attaching the screenshot of the product with it’s status, check and let me know your technical issue. This is not at all expected from a big comapany loke myntra.

        I ordered 2 dress from myntra. And later I request return for one and exchange for one. As I was not available in home those days I put both dress in same cover downstairs which everyone used to do. Later when I got message for return successfully picked but not for exchange even though full packet was missing. Since then ( Feb 20) I am continuously contacting myntra for update. As it is confirmed that agent picked exchange one mistakenly without my consent still myntra not providing return for this. I got very irresponsible replies like it's not received in Warehouse and I have to check with agent. First of all it was picked up with out contacting me and I invested my money and lots of time. Still how can they ask like their part done and I have to contact. The worst part is they are telling different things in mail and when I am calling them. Totally fed up with very rude behavior of customer care people. Inefficient to the fullest.
        If you are not ready to do anything provide me the escalation matrix to proceed with this complaint.

        I hv purchased lots of things from myntra ...but sometimes i cancel my order due to some reason...i m regular customer in myntra ..suddenly myntra stopped my cod facililty ..it is very difficult for me to buy anything without cod...so please i request to enable cod on my account...

          Please do not purchase any products that state ' self service'! I dispatched a product through dtdc but they are saying ' seller is refusing to accept '. Now myntra is not sharing any contact details of concerned seller and asking me to followup with dtdc or hand deliver it but they won't pay for additional expense. What a loss of money and time.

            I have purchased Flat and Heels sandal from Myntra and same is delivered to me on 30th Jan 2018. After 15-20 days it's sole had got damaged. It seems like sandal was given from old stock. I have paid INR 990 for this sandal. I want refund for same.

              I had returned 2 products - benetton treggings and park avenue cardigan and was awaiting refund in my bank account and got to know that the amount has been refunded in the form of myntra credit. My concern is that why should i be forced to buy from myntra credit when i want the refund. Their advertisements say that the refund is instant - it should say that the myntra credit is instant and that people don't get the money back in their accounts.
              Pathetic is the word for my myntra experience. Will never go for myntra again.

                I have order for juniper women black solid a line dress on 4th feb 2018 and unfortunately i have delivered a wrong product (Green printed dress). So i gave an order for exchange. And when the delivery agent came for exchange he asked for the juniper women black solid a line dress which i don't have. I tried to convince him and he is asking me to get approval to exchange for exchange from myntra. I tried calling myntra customer helpline number, but there was no use. So i humbly request to give approval for the same as mentioned above

                I'm complaining about dat my earphone hd nt receiving yet and expected delivery date is on 22 feb 2018 and they don't send me a sms also when it will be come ?
                I cancelled an order whose payment is done by debit card . It's been more than one month the money still not refunded to my account their is no sign of status of refund order of total 2243.52 rs was debited from my bank account of total 4 products only one of them was delivered rest 3 was cancelled. But still the money have not been refunded..

                  To whomsoever it may concern,
                  I really loved this white pair of shoes of hrx from myntra so i ordered it but when it got delivered the first time i received a defected piece (Stains, looked used & paint marks to cover stains on the shoes), second time same & now the third time!!!
                  Like everyone is blind except me!!! Three times in a row, sent me dirty white shoes, like wake up... It's white shoes. Every stain is noticible!!! And forget stains, there was off-white paint put on the white shoes to cover bad stains... Which are still very much noticible both the stain and the off-white paint used to cover the stains. I have been a loyal customer with myntra for years and i have never faced such an issue ever but this is getting too much & highly frustrating because i wanted the shoes for a particular event and now it's over. But i still did not want to return the item and take a refund. I still gave a chance to myntra and gave for exchange but third time i received the same defected piece and hence lost all my patience. I don't know what to expect from the fourth. If incase the fourth one is faulty i will return it and never shop from myntra ever again and sorry to say, u will loose a loyal customer, along with that i will never recommend anyone to buy anything from your site as i was recommending alot of people to buy stuff from you'll!!! Period!!

                    I bought one puma shoe and one jeans from myntra, where both the products have the size issue.
                    I have placed the return request for the same almost 10 days ago.
                    And after the last date (Which they have provided) my products showing as "return request declined" in the app.
                    I have contacted myntra customer care for 3-4times, but they are still telling me to give the more 48 hrs every day.
                    Pick up has not been initiated and i didn't get my money back.
                    They are casual and not helpful at all.

                      I placed a 3 exchange requests for the product name as moda rapido
                      Blue printed t-shirt with order id :[protected]-0754401
                      . After 2 weeks waiting yesterday echange product is delivered. I love myntra products that why i will be wait with patience for the last 2 mistakes.

                      Once again you successfully delivered a large size product which is not suitable for me even i called customer care, customer care executive name as bhushan he said we will take care of that and never repeat this but you are again sent the large size product not for 1time and 2times, it is the 3rd time your are sent wrong product with the same order id. What i order in the website that is completely different size product which is delivered to me.

                      I have attached a images from return request and the product delivered. I am disappointed again. Please deliver the product what i shown in the website otherwise refund my money. Please don't waste my time again and again.

                        I’ve lodged a return request on 22nd feb’18 return id:[protected]. The pickup was scheduled by 25th feb’18. It’s been a week, till now no pick up attempt has been made. I’ve been calling myntra’s customer care since 3-4 days now, but their executives are not helpful. They utter the same statement like robot and make false promises. All i’ve received till now is a complaint no.[protected]b with no corresponding action to resolve this issue. If the pickup couldn’t happen in a week after continuous follow ups, i’ve no idea how long will they take to process the refund. I demand a resolution of such unprofessional services by myntra.

                          I have received a john player navy jacket for rs 1621/- on 10 feb 2018 which was an old manufactured product i. E apr 2015 and unsize to me. On 12 feb 18 i have placed a return request[protected] but the same has been cancelled. Again i placed a return request[protected] the same also cancelled by myntra. Again i placed the request[protected] till date the item has not been picked and refund the amount. Request take necessary action to pick up the old item and refund the amount.in the mean time i have called the customer care more than 8 times also. No proper response has been received by them.

                            I placed order for 2 chinos on 12 of february 18 and one day suddenly got mail that one got cancelled and refund will be done. So i contacted customer service executive. That time they told me that they will make sure to deliver remaining one as soon but on 27/2/18 i got other update regarding other order also got cancelled. I had already paid for both product.

                            I have been purchasing from myntra since 2011. I am one of the primary customer in that pincode for myntra as that time no one trusted online purchase . Before cash on delivery was available on pin code 673012 but now its not there and i had to pay using debit card for all purchases and nowadays orders get cancelled from myntra side and it takes 7-10 days for refund

                            I placed order for wrangler jeans as saw in the image but when i received the product it was totally different from the one shown in image . as wrangler jeans usually has 7 belt loops and the one in image also has 7 loops but the one delivered has only 5 loops. Wrangler trademark is its 7 belt loops. They should make sure that suppliers or sellers ships only original and they are trusted parties otherwise it will effect goodwill of myntra only

                              I placed an order online from myntra on 15/02/2018 which is global desi navy blue printed kurta with palazzo set worth rs 2238.88, size s, qty 1.
                              My order no. Is[protected]-9102801.
                              I got the delivery on 24/02/2018, but the product is incomplete. I received only palazzo but i did not receive kurta. Kurta is missing.
                              You people cheated me. I paid full amount and you fooled me. Is this your service. I placed a return request but the pick up executive said he will come back to pick up the product but he did not come back. Instead i got tge message that my return request is cancelled. Why it is cancelled?? Is this my fault that i purchased clothes online from cheaters like you. I did not know that myntra is so fake and makes people fool for money.
                              You can check the weight of the product. It is same as it delivered to me.
                              I want to return my order. Kindly send your delivery executive to pick up the product and return my money which is ₹ 2238.88 as i paid cod.

                                I placed both the orders through different accounts on february 14, 2018 and the second one on february 15, 2018. However, the status of both the orders is delivered on february 20, 2018.

                                I tried contacting myntra customer support on february 21, 2018 and have been continuously chasing the said complaints but no resolution till date was given to me.

                                I have been given false assurances on all the communications made between us, but i still do not have any of the orders. Both the orders have been paid for by my credit card.

                                I have now become agitated due to the unforeseen delay and hence this complaint to resolve my issue.

                                  I have purchased shoes and gifted to somebody. He wore that shoes for 2-3 hours and had shoe bites and the sole of shoe was also not good. The quality of the product was not uptomark, requested for refund but myntra is not at all interested in resolving the concern and sharing their pathetic policy. The shoes which i need to refund is in saleable condition and is not torned. It is just used for 2-3 hours and the quality was worst. If myntra will respond like this, then i hope no one will be interested in buying stuff from myntra, order id[protected]-1833603

                                  I had ordered a product from myntra. It was expected to be delivered at feb 20, but when i checked the order status., it is showing that the product has been returned to the origin. I haven't received any msg or information regarding this. I need my product back as soon as possible.

                                    My order had been cancelled and 5-7 business days was mentioned for the refund to the bank account. However, nothing has been done in this regard which is not an acceptable move from a website like myntra.

                                      I ordered 2 products
                                      They were about to come on 23rd february
                                      I was calling the person from 23rd february till 26th february (Today) and the person is not picking up my call till now
                                      I am very disappointed
                                      I am not free to stay at my place all day long waiting for the delivery
                                      I am waiting for almost 3 days
                                      The delivery boy picked up my call on 23rd and said he will be coming on 23rd and today its 26th and he is not here yet

                                        I had purchased a daniel klein watch recently which costed around 2800, is now broken from the dial part. The ring has come out. The hop part of the dial has come out. And it's not even been a year i purchased it. And i don't think it's a original one too.
                                        I would request you to take the watch back which is in still in warranty.
