In the product description it is clearly mentioned that thereahalyaa beige & off white anarkali kurta with duptta size m in one pack. But when i opened the package there was only 1 duptta.
I paid for ahalyaa beige & off white anarkali kurta with duptta size m but i received only 1 t-duptta.
I feel cheated kindly resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

I had received some ill fitted and poor quality items from myntra for which i had raised a return request. I self shipped the 4 items on 16th march. I got back the refund for 2 items within he week of return. But for the other 2 items i did not get the refund till date. I called the customer care several times with no result. They gave vague excuses. First i was told that they haven't received the shipment which was not possible as had sent all the 4 items in a single package. Then they told me that the refund is initiated and will be processed within 7 business days. Again i called and was told that they couldn't track my return request. I even mailed them but still no response. It has been more than 20 days since i returned the items. My order number is
[protected]-8227701 and the return number for the 2 products are[protected] and[protected]. I had also self shipped the products which costed me rs 260/-. So the total refund amount including the shipment charges is rs 1055.91/-. Please find attached my shipment details.

I have purchased nike - men navy & black lunarconverge 2 running shoes.
Instead of which myntra delivered some nike copy shoes next day. The seller deliberately delivered the copy nike shoes in its original box, after days of conversation with myntra they refused to return it and saying it is original product.in which world it is an original product of nike?
I paid 4200 for these instead they gave me 499 worth nike copy.
Been a loyal customer since myntras inception. But they cheated me and are supporting that shameless seller who delivered these shoes.

Hi Team,

I am writing to you to complain about the most pathetic service I have experienced with Myntra. I had ordered for a sweatshirt with try and buy offer. When my product was delivered the delivery person denied waiting until I try the product. He just walked off saying that I need to return through the app. I then tried and didn't like the product, I had already made the payment through online payment. I then placed a request to return the product. Return number is[protected]. This is the third time I am placing the return request. No one comes to pick. If they come they come at odd hours like late evening when I am in the office. This is the most pathetic service I ever had with any online shopping company. Once the payment is made Myntra doesn't bother at all. Today I called again and spoke to customer service manager Faizan who promised that the pick up will be made today but no one came till now. When I called the delivery guy whose number was given in the text message I received today, he is not picking the call at all. I will never ever order from Myntra again and will never recommend to anyone.

I have ordered some items from Myntra but it was not same as shown so I requested them for return. I got sms from Myntra with courier person contact number. I called on that number to confirm the pickup time he said me at he will pickup my item in 2hr even I said him that I am going outside having some emergency so please try so come soon and after 2hr again I called him again he said 2hr more or tomorrow he will pickup the item.
This is very unprofessional and don’t have value of customer time.
Very pathetic service by Myntra.

I have placed one order from myntra application of jaipuri kurti including plazo.
When the product was delivered on 2nd april i found the plazo is missing and the color of the kurti is also different.

I have instantly contacted myntra for the same and i have been called to mail the same issue.

I have mailed them with all the details on 2nd april.

They promised they will bring the output in 3 days. After reaching to them on 3rd day i have been called the requested destination is not eligible for pickup service so i have to courier the same.

My question is delivery of the wrong product, missing component and still customer need to suffer?

I don't know how many times i have contacted to the customer executives and every time i got different answer.

First i have been told return the product,
Then another told me to wait for some time,
Then i have been told that please return the product your product will be picked up,
Then i have been told that please don't return as you also have complaint of missing component and today again i have got the mail to return the product.

This can not be accepted at all. I request the immediate action on this.

I have made transaction of rs.1245 on dated 08 March 2018 on which l paid 1234.74 through my VPA address [protected]@upi and rest of money through phone pay wallet through transaction no.[protected]. I have mailed several times to myntra but they said that money was declined and we did not received the said money.They haved asked for pdf of bank statement to till date. l also sent them pdf of bank statement from 1st march to 22 march with password [protected] which clearly shows that money is credited to [protected]@ ybl. Myntra customer care advised to confirm with bank but all in vain.Now l want to know where was my amount ? Why this amount was not credited to my account till date?

Today on 4- apr 2018, i received worst used product a pair roadster shoes from myntra. On same at the time pickup, i shown this shoes to delivered boy and clicked a photo too, but he is helpless and told his work only to deliever, dont know what inside a box.

This id the highly intolerable behavior faced by me from myntra, they delivered not only worst product also playing with sentiments and believes towards online shopping of customer.

Team i attaching a photos of product, please take serious action towards myntra.

I have mistakely added money to myntra credit.
So i want to that money to be refunded to my bank account. For some emergency reasons i badly want all the myntra credit in my account that i have wrongly added. So please do something so that i could get my money back.
So i would like you to help me in this matter because i need my money which is wrongly stored in myntra credit....

My product suppose to deleiver by 3rd that to it was already in the delivery center and committed time was also the same but it didn't get delivered and customer care representative will tell you to wait till evening and be assured that it will be be delivered today itself.After waiting till evening and after amking 10/12 calls they will tell we can't deliver the product today.They can't cancel they can't change the address even though they can't help you to resolve any of the queries. Customer care representative will play with you.

I had ordered 3 items (2 pair of jeans and 1 shoes) amounting to 5596.35 rupees. Of these, i received the delivery of 2 items only. The shoe worth rs.2300 was not delivered. Neither the delivery agent nor the customer service executive has given a satisfactory response as to why this hasn't been delivered. Moreover, in a really irresponsible manner, he has brushed off my complaint saying that they were not responsible for the missing item. Who else is responsible, i would like to ask. This kind of passing the buck attitude is not what we have come to associate myntra with and this, therefore is totally unacceptable. I am not asking for a refund here. I would like to know why the product was not delivered and would like for it to be delivered to me as soon as possible. I believe that this is in fact your responsibility and if your executives don't think so, you are not fit to be in this business.

I had placed an order for a sweat shirt and had opted for try and buy. Myntra very cleverly claims that the customers can try and buy and the myntra agent will wait outside until we try. As for me the agent denied waiting and told he can't wait and i have to return through the app. I had to agree, i tried and didn't like the product. I now opted to return through the app. I called customer service and requested the product to be picked up before 12 noon as i go to work, the customer service agent like a parrot repeated whatever i said and promised to do the same. I received call from the pick up agent in the 7 pm evening for three days after which the pick up was canceled. I again placed request for the pick up through app. Today i received a message saying that an agent will come to pick up the product. Today due to easter i am at home and no one called me, no one came to pick up and now i receive a message saying the agent couldn't pick up the product. This is such a miserable service. I have already made a payment. If this was the case please stop lying that try and buy is available and return is also possible. I will never ever order anything from myntra from now one. It's just a waste of money and you people lie a lot. I will never recommend myntra to anyone.

Hi. I ordered 2 products on 20th aug 2017 amounting rs 1861. One order was cancelled the same day and refund of rs 621 was credited in my account while other was cancelled post delivery of the product. The return was done successfully but till date i have not got the refund in my account. I have called you guys many times and till date the amount have not been credited. Attaching the screenshot of the order. Kindly credit my money back. Amount of rs 1231 has not been credited yet

Cheated myntra and fake

I have first time shopping from myntra and worst experience.

I have ordered below kaya product

"kaya skin clinic spf 30 daily moisturising sunscreen 75 ml" - rs - 580.00

But mytra delivered wrong products below

Kaya ultra light aquagel sunscreen spf 25 - 350

Ihave trying to contact them but they not giving response

I want return my money

I brought a new nike shoe (Men navy free trainer v7) from myntra. It get toned on with in 2 months. I had a followup with same and they did not replied back any thing on this case. Now i am going to approaching district consumer court, state consumer court and national consumer court in india. Also will put all photos of shows to twitter and facebook unless until you guys not providing proper solution of this issue. I will wait till 3rd april 2018 after that will see on court as well as in twitter and facebook.
Let people knows how you guys are fooling people.

Is dis r u treating customer the same address is available for delivery bt it's not for exchange ah u ppl r cheating customers r what?? Seriously this is first time i am facing problem with myntra i have suggested so many friends of mine to do shop on myntra but now they are asking me wats ur myntra doing yar noteven responding towards customer complaints and all this is redicules getting irritataing can you resolve immediately that exchange option is not providing full information

I have booked hanes - boxer, on saturday by referring a size chart "l - 33 inches on site", for 4 shots, when the product delivered, size is l - but the inches "36-38", when i am fearing automatically, it's coming down, but myntra people says the item booked doesn't have replacement, mistake is yours, pls take and replace. Ref[protected].

I placed an order of rs 1379/-. The order dint get place but my account got debited with the said money.. Please refund my money as soon as possible..

What shud i do to get back my money..

On 18th march i ordered a pack of bodycare womens' briefs containing 3 briefs of 3 different colors : blue, green and grey. On 24th march i received a product containing red, green and grey briefs. Since the product is briefs it cannot be returned and that is logical too as it's intimate wear, but that makes it even more essential to deliver the right product in case of such orders.

Hello, my name is sachin, my mail id is - [protected]@gmail.com almost every other day i receive the sms from im-myntra saying, here's rs 300 for you, heres 200 credited to your id all the time, and theres a link below which redirects to something else which is like a fraudulent spam link, which could possibly lead to phishing or data stealing from the phone.. This is a very serious concern that firstly these sms are from im_myntra, secondly they are spam, means no any points or amount is actually given, thirdly they could lead to stealing data from the phone like bank details card information or hacking the phone. Very disappointing and annoying from myntra, and also theres no any text/email address for myntra, they have not given it anywhere, no live chat option as well. Terrible.
