I ordered carlton london sandals, and i received a defective left pair sole cracked.
Immediately i put a return request for defective product. I received an approval mail from myntra for pickup. The ekart courier service was designated for pickup. The ekart person came and refused to pickup stating the they have not received any approval mail to pickup a defective product.

I had called myntra 4 times, have emailed them about the non-pickup, but to my dismay they assured me that pickup would happen, but till date the courier service ekart has not come to collect.

My harassment began when myntra cancelled my return request twice and rudely telling me to again and again i should put the return request.

So far three times i have put return request and the defective product i received have yet not been collected.

Please help me. This all started on 4th march when i placed order and my first return request was made the day i received the product. Today its 24th march 2018 and the defective product has yet not been pickedup by myntra.

It is deplorable the the assurances myntra provides are all in vain.

I have bought 4 tshirts of Rs 425.87 +Rs341.51+Rs456.36+Rs 365.11 and the total amount which should be Rs 1589 you deducted Rs1787. Do company know simple calculation? I noticed it after 5 days randomly. If I didn't notice it my money was lost to you.What is this. Your company is cheating I want my 200 back and troubling fees back Otherwise I will case on your company

I have not received roadster brown jacket. I have requested for exchange due to size issue and the courier guy pick up the return from my address and in return he did not provide me the exchange jacket as he has some wrong jacket with him. Due to which i have no jacket with me and status is showing as return to origin. I am very disappointed with this incident as this has happened for the first time, i am using myntra app from last one year and never faced a issue, it is the trust between myntra and me that i return the the jacket without having the exchange delivered as it never happened in the past. I have raised this issue many time but rply is jacket is not picked up from your address. I know there are issue regarding the courier boys i trust myntra as these courier boy represent myntra due to which i have return the jacket without having the exchange jacket and now this trust is broken and i will never use myntra for online shopping and suggest my friends to that how myntra is not supporting there customers in these type of issues. It not a matter of 2800 but it's a matter of trust and relation you want to build with your customers. I know this will not impact you much but you have think on this how your courier boys cheat us and degrading your company name. Thanks for your support.

This is really very annoying thing, i am facing up with myntra...The only online shopping site i trust and purchase . I had placed a return request for my product ...which has been picked up today by an agent and suddenly at later evening i got continous 5 calls when i was in my bussiness meeting, on calling back they just told me that your return request was put on hold, which was really upsetting and the matter to gaive a damn about between my bussiness works ... the most annoying thing was not just this, but when i asked the person the reason for hold, that was there any fault in product or anything, than he the person on phone just told me that, "sir there was no problem with your product, but as these days we are having much returns, so our supervisor had just told us to put every return on hold, and ask the customer to call customer care for further assistance. now, sorry to ask, but is myntra really disturbed with his succsess, or it was just a action to trouble customer, so that he/she will keep the product even when it was disliked, or unwanted I mean a am shopping from last 2 years from myntra but in these was first time i have to face such issues which were really annoying and irritating, My regd. e-mail id is : [protected]@gmail.com Return number:[protected] I doubt that if this kind of of things will keep on happen, i will have to hink twice before shopping from myntra or even discard it. Today, even my son had received a product which falls short to his size, and i doubt if he have to return it again, than again i have to go through this long irritating procedures for the same. i really dont want to shop product at this trouble, if such practices will pursue continouslly t was acually the geox shoes with high price model, but i personally disliked it i seriously want you to process the things to the earliest smoothly, and look towards the troubling practices thats coming in your system which was really very annoying

I have ordered puma shoes but they have delivered duplicate product. Product was not given in puma cover also. Shoes was tidy also as it was appearing used product. Please redressed otherwise i will raise this issue to social media also and inform puma company to cheat customer using name of reputed co. I will deactivate my account and inform my closed ones to deactivate account.

On 20th march 2018 around 12.30am i was trying to buy clothes from myntra and i chose to pay from airtel wallet. For my order i had credited 3108.00 inr in my wallet and debited 3107.76 inr on the spot from my wallet but still my order is not placed on myntra. I called them but they said order is not placed so can't get refund. But i have attached what airtel said.

On saturday i received an email and the text message from myntra stating that my order has been shipped and its on the way so the number provided in the text, i called on that number on saturday 17/03/2018 the guy said he does not have my parcel with him and he will come on monday with the parcel but on monday i was busy could not call him and i was waiting for him at my house but he did not come so can someone update me whats going on where is my parcel and when i m going to receive it expecting the feedback as soon as possible or it be would be esclated to your higher authority,

On the first day o[censored]se, the loop which hold the stripe of ankle region was broken . It surely is quality control issue. This sandal cost about Rs.4000/- that too is in discount. I couldn't believe my eyes, how delicate this sandals are. Merrell with vibram sole should have some appear good but it was worth less for that price

I was doing shopping from your site and applied 1 gift card of rs 500 and rest rs 35 i was paying through my debit card and after that the page was not loading and that gift card also having 0 balance. Kindly look into this issue and contact.

The above message i have sent to myntra support care but these emails are not working. After sending mails to the support team i got auto mail saying message was not delivered. Furthermore, i am trying to contact the customer care number but all numbers are not working.

I bought go noise aqua mini before 1 month..at time it also hang.and i reset it and continue using..but now it doesnot working..charging indicators is working while charging..but doesnot turn on after reset...what can i do??am bought from myntra.com.but when i contact direct speaker brand they said to contact myntra.but myntra not help to replace..how can i replace that item..

Its regarding refund initiated by myntra. I had made a purchase on 20.09.2017 through sbi card bhuna branch, fatehabad of rs. 945.83. But i returned the product. On 27.09.2017 i received a msg from myntra that ur refund is initiated and will be reflect in 7-10 days. There were two amt for refund one is 419 and other is 526.04. I have received the first amt. But 526.04 is not credited yet in my account. The bank ref no.[protected] given by ur bank to myntra on before 27.09.2017 for processing of refund. Kindly see the matter i am very harrased. Noone from bank is helping me out. Even i filled a charge dispute form in sbi also but to no effect.

Seeing a fabindia kurta on myntra site, i ordered it three times.. Everytime a day after delivery date, they cancelled my order initiating refund process!! It is harassing and befooling.. They write 'cancelled order', whether it is from our side or their side and after few times, start charging rs. 149 delivery charges/order! Once i finish my remaining money in my phone pe wallet, i will never shop from myntra!

I placed an order in myntra on 10th march 2018. And expected delivery date was 14th march 2018. Today it is 17th march 2018 and i still didn't receive the order. I tried to track the order and i could see that its been packed on 10th of march and not yet moved. I already did payment. I was really frustrated and i called their customer care. One mr. Priyank fro mumbai addressed my call. He was not at all polite and was laughing while i was seriously discussing my issue with him.
Many other online shopping sites such as amazon and flipkart has this option to cancel the package on the way. But in myntra its not even moved, just packed at the warehouse and unable to cancel. Customer care excutv told me i need to wait until it reaches the delivery center to cancel the order.
I need to cancel this order and i want a quick refund.

I am writing this email to share my experience, sorry, worst experience with myntra.

I ordered carlton london men navy blue sneakers (Size 9 | qty: 1) on 12th march 2018 and order number for the same is[protected]-3166503. I got the delivery on 13th march 2018 and found that product was not good in quality so i raised the exchanged request on 14th march 2018 and order number for the same is[protected]-2578603.

I got the delivery of an exchange order[protected]-2578603 on 15th march 2018 and when i opened the packet, i found that myntra has now delivered the wrong color. Instead of navy blue, i got the grey color shoe. I right away called the customer care and register my complaint and they assured me that this time i will be getting the correct product.

Incident:[protected] and[protected] were raised on 15th march describing the issue and explaining what i ordered and what i want and what myntra has delivered incorrectly.

Today, 16th march 2018, i got the delivery against the second exchange order[protected]-3879203 and again i got the grey color shoe instead of navy blue. What the hell myntra is doing here?? Can someone explain this??

I again called on customer care and again explained the issue and they again taken the request for exchange (Order no.[protected]-3749603). But can someone explain why myntra is not able to deliver the correct product in one go?? Not even second time?? Not even third time??

Today, customer service team has denied my request for the express delivery as i requested them to raise the issue and get the correct product deliver to me by today eod but they denied and on the other hand while placing new order myntra provides express delivery option but not to the customer to whom myntra is delivering wrong product again and again.

In today's world customer experience is one of the prime key for successful businesses and i will make sure to share my experience with each and everyone via speaking personally and via social media because i don't want my near dear ones to experience such worst service.

I have purchased an item from myntra and it was not suiting me. So i thought of returning the item. But my mistake i have returned the wrong item ie instead of the purchased item i have returned my personal thing, which was very much needed for me. Mistake is human, but they are not ready to return my personal thing, so that i can sent back the purchased item. This is so unethical behavior. I need my personal thing back.

Please do the needful.

I bought ms. Taken jogger. Because of size issue i returned this product. And waiting for my refund. They asked my bank details 5 to 6 times. Each time i mail my bank details through their contact us service. One time they said that your request is recieved and refund is processed (5/12/2017). On the next day (6/12/2017) they said they haven't received response so they close my case. After that i call customer care number they said their is no refund left. I check my bank transaction but haven't received my refund of rs 996.97 yet. It about 3 month but i didn't receive it.
It really disappointing.
