And we r ready to help you.. Why i need help?. I need quality service.

Today I received my order that is of a top . Brand name is forever 21. I eagerly waited for that top n when I received it I realised it was used . It had that odour of someone’s sweat . Also it had the smell of perfume in the armpits . I was really disgusted n disappointed. Never expected this .

    As the site has grown a little bit they are now selling defective and duplicate products. They buy from any sellers without checking the stuff quality and gueninity. And when the customer asks for the return they refuse it rudely. And the very big thing is that there is no option of writing any reviews about the products the customer had purchased ao that the other customers cannot see it. Every site has an option for writing reviews about the products one has purchased but in myntra there is no option... Now u can understand the reason

      Myntra has sold me a defective Tshirt (Tshirt with hole). Just because i missed my return deadline, they are not willing to accept.

      Through this complaint, i am not expecting a refund. I just want to register that Myntra's QC process needs to be diligent for that matter any ecommerce company. I am proud of Flipkart and Myntra brands success story. I can understand they handle a large volume, but it is very important for them to hear customer feedcank. We buy from a certain brand or company because of trust, if companies like Myntra compromise quality, its just beginning of an end for them. If there is someone in Myntra addressing this complaint, please ensure u have strict QC in place or else you will be shown your place.

        Was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 24th february 2018 and i was making the payment rs 1749.72 through airtel money wallet ([protected]). Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times.. When i placed order there was an offer 150rs cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I got my cashback as per offer.. I have attached screenshot of payment and cashback details.. This is the worst experience in myntra

          Hi team,

          I have ordered mochi flats for women on 28th feb 2018, i have got delivery date as 7 mar 2018. Today is 11th and still i have not received my order. Everytime i do chat, representative says i will do my best, however it does not look like anyone is working on the order. I want to cancel that, my money got stuck in the order. Myntra is not allowing me to cancel, it's delay from myntra side and i am suffering. Below are my complaints:

          1. Delivery not on time
          2. User is not getting any updates of delayed delivery.
          3. Customer chat representative are only doing chatting and doing nothing.

          Request you to please cancel my order and refund.

            I ordered a body mist which was delivered on 09 mar 2018 but the product was completly damaged. All i got was a thoroughly soaked package evrything had leaked out. Now what i want to know is if the product can be exchanged. I still have the soaked box, broken bottle and the receipt. Although i am clearly disappointed i am hoping myntra will solve my problem. Kindly do the needful.

              I order shoes and jeans and the money has been debited from my account but when i check order status it doesn't show any order, now i contacted myntra team they said your money is in the gateway path (Honestly i don't what is that) and they said if we didn't receive your money it will be reflected back to your account in 48 hours
              If not im going to file a complaint against them,

              I ordered Dressberry black sandals yesterday (10/03/2018) my order status showing the item has been delivered today morning however i have not received the same please confirm on urgent basis why the status showing completed

                  I have ordered a arrow black men formal shoe from myntra but i have not satisfied with the product quality so i have apply a return request for the product 6 march was the date for picking up my product but today is 10 march still it was not collected by team myntra and when i contact with them they were providing me wrong information this is the 2nd issue facing by me from myntra worst online shoping site ever!

Later i cancelled the order owing to the incorrect size ordered. I wish to hv my money refunded or at least be refunded in the form of a gft card or myntra points. Kindly look into the matter.

                      Hi team,

                      I was doing shopping from your site and applied 1 gift card of rs 500 and rest rs 35 i was paying through my debit card and after that the page was not loading and that gift card also having 0 balance. Kindly look into this issue and contact.

                      The above message i have sent to myntra support care but these emails are not working. After sending mails to the support team i got auto mail saying message was not delivered. Furthermore, i am trying to contact the customer care number but all numbers are not working.

                      Kindly look into this matter.

                        Hello team,
                        This is the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever seen in my whole life, that i purchased something on an online shopping e-portal and even after completion of a month, i did not receive that product yet. If you don’t have the particular product to sale, then why are you keeping those on your portal. I’m just attaching the screenshot of the product with it’s status, check and let me know your technical issue. This is not at all expected from a big comapany loke myntra.

                          I ordered 2 dress from myntra. And later I request return for one and exchange for one. As I was not available in home those days I put both dress in same cover downstairs which everyone used to do. Later when I got message for return successfully picked but not for exchange even though full packet was missing. Since then ( Feb 20) I am continuously contacting myntra for update. As it is confirmed that agent picked exchange one mistakenly without my consent still myntra not providing return for this. I got very irresponsible replies like it's not received in Warehouse and I have to check with agent. First of all it was picked up with out contacting me and I invested my money and lots of time. Still how can they ask like their part done and I have to contact. The worst part is they are telling different things in mail and when I am calling them. Totally fed up with very rude behavior of customer care people. Inefficient to the fullest.
                          If you are not ready to do anything provide me the escalation matrix to proceed with this complaint.

                          I hv purchased lots of things from myntra ...but sometimes i cancel my order due to some reason...i m regular customer in myntra ..suddenly myntra stopped my cod facililty ..it is very difficult for me to buy anything without cod...so please i request to enable cod on my account...

                            Please do not purchase any products that state ' self service'! I dispatched a product through dtdc but they are saying ' seller is refusing to accept '. Now myntra is not sharing any contact details of concerned seller and asking me to followup with dtdc or hand deliver it but they won't pay for additional expense. What a loss of money and time.

                                I had returned 2 products - benetton treggings and park avenue cardigan and was awaiting refund in my bank account and got to know that the amount has been refunded in the form of myntra credit. My concern is that why should i be forced to buy from myntra credit when i want the refund. Their advertisements say that the refund is instant - it should say that the myntra credit is instant and that people don't get the money back in their accounts.
                                Pathetic is the word for my myntra experience. Will never go for myntra again.

                                  I have order for juniper women black solid a line dress on 4th feb 2018 and unfortunately i have delivered a wrong product (Green printed dress). So i gave an order for exchange. And when the delivery agent came for exchange he asked for the juniper women black solid a line dress which i don't have. I tried to convince him and he is asking me to get approval to exchange for exchange from myntra. I tried calling myntra customer helpline number, but there was no use. So i humbly request to give approval for the same as mentioned above

                                  I'm complaining about dat my earphone hd nt receiving yet and expected delivery date is on 22 feb 2018 and they don't send me a sms also when it will be come ?
                                  I cancelled an order whose payment is done by debit card . It's been more than one month the money still not refunded to my account their is no sign of status of refund order of total 2243.52 rs was debited from my bank account of total 4 products only one of them was delivered rest 3 was cancelled. But still the money have not been refunded..

                                    To whomsoever it may concern,
                                    I really loved this white pair of shoes of hrx from myntra so i ordered it but when it got delivered the first time i received a defected piece (Stains, looked used & paint marks to cover stains on the shoes), second time same & now the third time!!!
                                    Like everyone is blind except me!!! Three times in a row, sent me dirty white shoes, like wake up... It's white shoes. Every stain is noticible!!! And forget stains, there was off-white paint put on the white shoes to cover bad stains... Which are still very much noticible both the stain and the off-white paint used to cover the stains. I have been a loyal customer with myntra for years and i have never faced such an issue ever but this is getting too much & highly frustrating because i wanted the shoes for a particular event and now it's over. But i still did not want to return the item and take a refund. I still gave a chance to myntra and gave for exchange but third time i received the same defected piece and hence lost all my patience. I don't know what to expect from the fourth. If incase the fourth one is faulty i will return it and never shop from myntra ever again and sorry to say, u will loose a loyal customer, along with that i will never recommend anyone to buy anything from your site as i was recommending alot of people to buy stuff from you'll!!! Period!!

                                      I bought one puma shoe and one jeans from myntra, where both the products have the size issue.
                                      I have placed the return request for the same almost 10 days ago.
                                      And after the last date (Which they have provided) my products showing as "return request declined" in the app.
                                      I have contacted myntra customer care for 3-4times, but they are still telling me to give the more 48 hrs every day.
                                      Pick up has not been initiated and i didn't get my money back.
                                      They are casual and not helpful at all.

                                        I placed a 3 exchange requests for the product name as moda rapido
                                        Blue printed t-shirt with order id :[protected]-0754401
                                        . After 2 weeks waiting yesterday echange product is delivered. I love myntra products that why i will be wait with patience for the last 2 mistakes.

                                        Once again you successfully delivered a large size product which is not suitable for me even i called customer care, customer care executive name as bhushan he said we will take care of that and never repeat this but you are again sent the large size product not for 1time and 2times, it is the 3rd time your are sent wrong product with the same order id. What i order in the website that is completely different size product which is delivered to me.

                                        I have attached a images from return request and the product delivered. I am disappointed again. Please deliver the product what i shown in the website otherwise refund my money. Please don't waste my time again and again.
