I received a wrong product, actually on 10th of jan i ordered a 2 sandels.. I delivered it on 23th of jan, i gave all the amount (2121 rs).in the ekart polythene instead of 2 sandels i received one slipper inside, i opened the product in front of currier boy, and show him, click a picture of product with that person, and placed a complain for returns of product and talk with coustemer care on same day.
After 2days currier boy came but he refused to take that product back as no bar coad and other details are not matching, then i show him the pictures of the product taken on the day of delivery but still he was not agree. I called coustemer care in front of him, and ask me to send pictures by mail.
I did it, he assured me about refund. Now again i call the customer care she ask me to wait for 3 working day.???
