    I ordered a Wrangler mens vegas skinny fit jeans which i was delivered on 26 November whose Order ID is 1221093 [protected].. instead of what i ordered i received a jeans of Wrangler brand but not the one i ordered... I ordered vegas skinny fit jeans but i received Wrangler millard straight fit jeans..plz help me with a good resolution as the price is too high and i cannot afford this much loss of 4299.

      I have ordered woodland shoes, I tried the shoes when i am back from office on the same day, as it didn't fit me and I didn't like the fit, I placed the return on the same day.
      After the pick up was successful, I received a message saying my return request was " out on hold" as it failed to pass quality check.
      I called up customer care and they informed that the quality check failed, how come they can claim that the product is used if the return is placed the same day? I have not used the didn't like it on me hence returning the product, I tried customer care multipletimes and I didn't receive any proper response or resolution and they mentioned the product will be shipped again to be in next 48 hours, and why they want to reship unwanted product,
      And I mentioned concern that I won't be avail or next 10days, still no resolution or input received.what is the logic or some common sense is missing in reshaping the unwanted product. I have ordered with myntra many times with myntra, this is the worst customer experience I am having and not receiving resolution. As I have not used my product and I didn't like the fit, I want my refund.

          I ordered dot n key lip balm from myntra and the product is already opened and used.so i have returned it to mytra back after they confirm return..then i contacted customer care but they are not giving me an answer, they just tell me to wait..it's been 14 days..still no refund.. this is injustice..i need my refund amount asap.             This is to inform you that I have order a jacket from Myntra application and the have accepted the order and delivery has to be done on 21/21/2022 but they were failed to delivery the product and same thing happen again next day and after that they have cancelled the order without any specific reasons I have also raise a issue to Myntra but there was no explanation rather than sorry. As person is in need of the product on that day this kind of behavior from Myntra is not acceptable and which is also a very mentally pressure on the person I want my product back and company has to compensate for this kind of act

              I have myntra credit of more than 10k which is expiring on 30.11.22. I tried to order from Myntra but it requires OTP on the registered number. My registered number is not wokring as i am outside India. Ibtried to contact myntra multiple times to update my number. They will say we will get back to you but they are not giving any oroper response. Earlier also they have keept my rs 3000. This time it is more than 10k. I am working hard to earn this money. And Myntra is not responding to change the number.

                I had ordered a jeans (ACTIMAXX red and grey mens tshirt) on 2 november from myntra. It arrived early (11th november). I tried the jeans out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it and exchange with another product . I requested for the exchange on that very day and paid online the extra amount they asked for. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was due next day but due some misunderstanding it did not happen until 17th. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund. Very substandard service from such renowed site.

                  I had initiated return request of 2 KVSFAB lehenga choli set cost approximately 5000 within few hours after receiving product. Returned my order due to some fitting issue. Pickup was done very next day when I received my order. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".I clearly remember not misplacing.
                  I called up the customer care and they informed me that the products are used. What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective or used product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged by me then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                        Hi,

                        I became a victim of a cyber crime over Myntra.com. I kept my gift card money of 7000 INR there but someone hacked my myntra account(due to security bug in myntra.com or myntra app) and did the shopping of 6915 INR.
                        I already wrote to Myntra.com but they still need the involvement of cyber security cell here. So just adding you in the loop.

                        I am quite sure that this incident must have happened with others as well.

                        I raised a complaint cybercrime.gov.in. Here is the acknowledgment number of complaints: [protected]

                        I logged a complaint regarding in myntra as well but their response is very slow and playing thee blaming game. Mmy Myntra credit has been used by someone even though I didn't get any OTP when that person tried logging in to my account.

                        Here is one screenshot from my account for your reference.
                        - Email id was replaced with "[protected]@hi2.in" from "[protected]@gmail.com". I don't know how did it happen.
                        - The alternate mobile number is [protected]
                        - The mobile number in order is [protected]

                        I just overrode the above information with my right details.

                        I want my credit back in my account at the earliest and I want a proper investigation report on this security vulnerability. This is a really serious security issue happening with the Myntra account.

                          I had returned a jacket which was ordered by mistake, without even opening the outer cover. All brand tags were intact. After pickup by the Myntra guy, I got a message from Myntra some time later saying that it failed quality check and refund would not be processed. I am surprised, as the product was not even opened by me. I tried calling the pickup guy, but couldn't connect with him later.

                              Had purchased a Clarks Men Tan Brown Leather Mid-Top Derby Shoes From Myntra.com on 4th November 2022 through their app, upon receiving the shoes and opening the package seal, i was shocked to see the shoe box was completely tampered and damaged inside and out and upon opening the box and inspecting the shoes, i found that the shoes were defective in nature, the shoes looked old, had stains and creases on it, to my shock i had received a poor old quality item instead of a brand new one which i had paid for, upon requesting for an exchange through their app regarding the defective product, the delivery executive had came for the pick up of the defective item, and he straight up denied picking up the defective item and exchanging it with a new one which he had bought with him, upon asking he had mentioned the shoes are defective so he won't provide the replacement for the same and that i have to contact the customer support at Myntra.com and inform them the same that i had received a defective stock, and they will arrange a proper replacement or a refund, after that i had contacted the customer support team of Myntra that i had been delivered a defective stock from their side, and that they should provide me the replacement for the same and provide a proper solution for the same, upon continuously getting back and forth with the support team, i was denied a replacement or a refund for the defective item which was delivered to me through their official channel and straight up denied foul play done by them.

                                So I ordered an Armani watch (AX5581) on Nov 2, 2022. Had such a high hope when it got delivered just 2 days later.

                                And the disappointment when I received a different product! Recieved AX5269.

                                I instantly initiated a return request and then filed a complaint of wrong product received on the Myntra Help Center. The pickup guy came within 2 hours and he called his senior asking for a solution, telling him that I received a different product. I also told him that the box which the watch was in, already had a cut and was open already and apparently the watch was just casually thrown in the box. He ultimately denied pickup and went away saying we don't have authorization to pick this up. I later got a message from Myntra that I wasn't available when picking up the order!

                                The next day, a different pickup guy came, same story!

                                So, finally today, (12/11/22), my claim was denied because of:

                                "We have further validated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:
                                1) Product went through the mandatory quality check
                                2) The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging
                                3) No instance of package tampering was reported"

                                Good thing I recorded a video when unboxing!

                                I have applied for reinvestigating the complaint today itself (12/11/22). Somehow I'm sensing I'll have to go legal on them.

                                Please help. It's a huge amount for me to lose like that. Order #[protected]-8410101

                                  My Myntra credit had around Rs 2500 . Recently when I checked to order something I saw there was already two orders placed on Mumbai address while I live in Bangalore and all my Myntra credit is gone. Also my email adress is also changed .i never received any notification regarding email update or order notification on my phone and email. neither I shared any OTP. I have raised complaint to them to some senior call center guy named Stephen.he raised a complaint numberIN[protected].
                                  Not sure when they cannot keep our money safe why do they not transfer to our account and keep there wallet.

                                    The order was returned in a bonafide manner on 14th Oct'22
                                    Subsequently, Myntra started claiming that the product failed quality checks and tried coercing me to accept the reshipped product, so that they can get out of providing me a refund. When I refused to accept the reshipped item, they chose to keep the product to sell to another unsuspecting customer and did not refund me the amount due to me either amounting for Rs. 2531.32 (INR)

                                    They kept calling me, harassing me by trying to persuade me into accepting the reshipped product saying that I won't get the refund in any case, no matter how hard I try.

                                    When I asked for proof via images to support their claim that the product package had been tampered with, they refused to do the same. This has been a harrowing experience for me as I am a long-standing customer of Myntra, but this incident made me lose complete faith in the brand.

                                    Yet to receive the refund voucher for 2531.32 from Myntra, after they communicated that I will be receiving the voucher within a couple of days. Still waiting for the refund to be processed.

                                      Placed two orders. Opened an order but found that the size doesn't fit me. So, didn't open the other package but requested return for both packages. Delivery agent comes to pick up the unopened package (Return details
                                      Return Id[protected]). He rips it open and finds that the tags are intact but the item does not match Myntra's photos of my order. He refuses to pick up citing quality check failed and marks the reason as item tags were missing.

                                      I contact Myntra with photos proving that item tags was intact. They harass me by putting the pick up on hold citing false claims against which I have proofs.

                                      Please help me sue Myntra for the hassle and damage to my reputation.

                                        I placed an order on 3rd November and it was delivered to me on 8th November within 30 minutes of delivery I placed return request as quality, color were of cheap quality not even worth of 5 rs, I didn't even open the package properly, neither i tried it on myself and I kept the package as it is and pickup was scheduled on same day but pickup guy called me and said he will send someone to pick it up on 9th November as he is not available and I said fine. He came on 9th and picked up the order and after 6-7 hours I got a mail that it failed quality check as brand tag was missing. How on earth I am responsible if it came like that only as I didn't even open the package properly and neither I tried it on myself. Just do basic math calculations of timing of delivery, return request, pickup ad I placed return request immediately after receiving the product. I think Myntra is running scam to sell their cheap quality product without tag and nobody checks the product when delivery guy is present so all responsibility comes on customer. It's proper and clear case of fraud strategy. I just want my refund back and make the policy to check the product infront of delivery guy to see if tag is present in products or not otherwise myntra will keep on looting their customers as I saw exact similar cases in below complaints
