I have bought a shoes from myntra of ₹3449 and recieved a different product.They approved my complaint and generated pickup 3 times but the delivery boy rejected it every time after that I am trying to return them but they are not helping me in it. I am trying to contact them complaint them about the issue but there was nothing on their part other than a 24-48 hour wait . I have to return your product. For that, give me the return option or arrange a pickup. I request that you return your product and refund my cash, and I assure you that I have not damaged or used your product. Take it back as soon as possible.

    I bought product, it is damaged, Needed to gift it to someone, No help from Myntra at all. They sussest, product non replaceable or refundable. This is really unacceptable. For damaged ones they should replace.

      Suddenly stopped delivery to my pincode

      I always order from Myntra but from 10 days Myntra showing not deliverable to my pincode any product i choose. So i am curious to know what's the matter. Is it Myntra closing delivery to this pincode or something else.but myntra CUSTOMER CARE is just ###. It didn't work . Neither the ph.no they provided as CUSTOMER CARE number. I just want to know the matter and if there is some prblm then fix it fast...it's December all offers...

      I received an opposite-gender t-shirt. I ordered a men's t-shirt but I received a women's t-shirt when I placed a return request they are not accepting it and said this is my fault.

      Please look into this. I am following this for the last 25 days but the issue is still unresolved.

        I have ordered H&M derby shoes from myntra and the size are large as usual size, so I return them and when the delivery guy came the serial number mismatch the system.So I called myntra customer care and they told me to wait for 48 hours and after that I received a message saying that my queries have been solved, but my problems are not solved because they cancel my return request, I called them many times and they always said to me to wait for 48 hours, please help me fix my problems

          I, Neelabja Adkuloo, purchased the following products on the Myntra app on 24 November 2022:

          1. Anouk Gold Toned and Pink Stone Studded and Beaded Jewellery Set
          2. Anouk Gold-Toned and Green Stone Studded and Beaded Jewellery Set
          3. Anouk Silver-Toned Oxidised Stone Studded Choker Necklace

          I requested the return of these items on 28 November 2022 (Monday) within the 7-day return period because I was not too fond of the products' finish and appearance.

          I have preserved all three items' original condition, tags, and packaging (photos attached). At the time of creating a return, I confirmed via a check box click that the products being returned are unused and with original tags intact.

          The delivery agent was supposed to do a quality check of the returned items on 29 November 2022 (Tuesday). No one arrived at my registered address for the inspection of the products. This has been going on for the past four days now. I am assigned a delivery agent every day, who neither turns up at my residence nor do they contact me.

          Regardless, I received automated messages for the next three days saying the products didn't pass the quality check.

          Tell me, how will the products pass the quality check if the delivery agent in the first place didn't pick them up?

          I have contacted Customer Support and the Escalation Team multiple times for further clarification. However, they've failed to send a delivery agent to pick up the items. Instead, they have filed an investigation, in their words, and have put the return of all three products on hold.

          Suppose there's an ongoing investigation against your delivery agent/courier partner who didn't turn up at my residence. Why should that adversely affect my return request? You certainly don't have a small circle of courier partners you work with. Your team can send over someone else and expedite my return request.

          I don't see why my return request has been put on hold, seeing that the items I am returning are unused, in perfect shape, and have the original tags and bill in place. Your app says the return process takes 4-7 days to complete. By postponing the return, you're also delaying the refund process.

          Also, in addition to the refund and return, I would like to escalate the inconvenience caused and the unprofessionalism by the Customer Service team. Request that you speed up the return of the three items I have anxiously awaited.

            Bought a Tommy Hilfiger in early november 2022
            Men Blue & Red Printed Pure Cotton T-shirt

            Size and fit was not to my liking and they did not have a larger size at that time. hence, decided to return, which was picked up promptly.

            however, the problem was the refund. gave my bank details via their website support and called their customer support at least 5 to 6 times: same monolog- we will update via the website, please let us assist.
            despite my refund not settled, they keep closing my issue. and even their supervisor are not very helpful- same answers as the junior personnel

              The order was returned in a bonafide manner on 14th Oct'22
              Subsequently, Myntra started claiming that the product failed quality checks and tried coercing me to accept the reshipped product, so that they can get out of providing me a refund. When I refused to accept the reshipped item, they chose to keep the product to sell to another unsuspecting customer and did not refund me the amount due to me either amounting for Rs. 2531.32 (INR)

              They kept calling me, harassing me by trying to persuade me into accepting the reshipped product saying that I won't get the refund in any case, no matter how hard I try.

              When I asked for proof via images to support their claim that the product package had been tampered with, they refused to do the same. This has been a harrowing experience for me as I am a long-standing customer of Myntra, but this incident made me lose complete faith in the brand.

              This complaint is being filed again as Myntra assured me that I will be getting a voucher for the refund, yet till date no refund has been initiated. Its been more than 2 months now that the product has been picked up by the delivery agent.

                I bought a black and gray duffle bag of brand "gear" order ID[protected]-2692201 and packet ID [protected].
                The product was of smaller size and not as per the description. I initiated a return request, however now I am being asked to self ship the product. This wasn't mentioned when I was placing the order. I wouldn't have bought the product if this was mentioned. Why should I courier the product back, isn't it a job of Myntra. I am an elite customer and every week I place multiple orders, never have had to face such an issue. Even now as I am writing this mail, another one of my orders are on transit. Now all of a sudden I have to courier the item and then Myntra will reimburse. This is causing mental stress and anxiety on me.
                Please resolve this issue as I am unable to handle this sort of mental pressure as the customer care is completely clueless and not at all helping me out.

                  From Monday 28 Nov. I am trying to access my account using Myntra app but it is re-directing me to 'browser login' page like a First time user.
                  I am using this app from few years and have approx._500 orders in history but not able to access/login to my account at all. Every time it is taking me for 'Sign in/Login' page in browser and not opening app in my mobile phone. I have even tried using 'Forgot password' link but it is also pointing again to 'Sign in' page in browser.

                  Please help asap, it is very CRITICAL as have lot of orders to track and return. Thank you!

                    Myntra has rejected my return request and is forcing me to keep their low quality product. All things they are saying completely false. I ordered a sweatshirt worth Rs 683 on 26 th November and returned on the same day because I didn't like the quality. Now after picking up the product, they have first put the return on hold and now rejected the return request saying product didn't pass the quality check.

                      1.Myntra rejected my 2 return items that I returned within half an hour and was picked up within another half an hour, saying it was used/damaged.
                      These are products I didn't even try on as there was a marked difference between my expectations and received product quality. I returned promptly.
                      After haggling with customer care for more than 2 days who don't try to solve the issue and instead keep repeating their generic statements like a parrot, finally yesterday I got anothe option to return them this time a flash sign which means doorstep refund.
                      This time, their delivery hub people called and said since it's a repeat return - they won't pick-up unless prior pre-approval is given from customer care.
                      For this I wasted an hour with the customer care during which they kept me holding up repeatedly to check this and that, and essentially said that they can't do any kind of approval despite what the delivery people are saying and they can only raise another ticket for re-check through which I can only "hope" for a fair resolution and they cannot give any assurance.
                      And I checked with delivery people again and they're saying they've not received anything to change their course of action.
                      Now I'm totally in limbo regarding what to do.
                      Delivery and customer care people are both repeating their own words again and again and they're contradictory to each other.
                      2. There was another item I had returned together with the above 2, which was delivered a week earlier, but I couldn't return to being busy last week, this was also rejected. Regarding this the customer care is even more adamant that this is definitely a used product since it's a week old. What kind of nonsense is this ? Why do you do big advertisements about 15 day hassle free return if you're not gonna follow it and harrass people.
                      Overall, what I feel is myntra is trying to scam customers so that they don't have to take back the inferior products they're selling under the guise of premium-looking show-off, and similar issues have been reported my many other users in different forums as well.
                      I'm running out of patience and if any fair outcome is not provided by myntra within mext couple of days, not only they'll lose a family of customers, I'll go straight to consumer affairs forum of my state, who in my experience, are pretty active in this kind o[censored]nfair business practices by companies trying to scam people and they'll hand down myntra a far costlier lesson that they won't forget.

                        I have received a wrong product from Myntra I have ordered Hangup blazer and received hangup trouser. The moment I receive the order I raised a complain and they told me next 3 days this issue will be resolve but
                        Issue raised on 18Nov 22
                        Date to be resolved: 21Nov22
                        I have called on 21nov22 they told me on 26nov issue will be resolved. On 24Nov i received a message of pickup fail but no pick up attempt has been done then I have called again they told me 29Nov is the issue resolution date. Today it's 29Nov and I called them to ask update they told me this issue will be resolve by 2dec. This is all fake promises Myntra made and harrassing customer and wasting time. They delivered wrong product and waste customer time and misguiding and this new dates they will give to resolve but no resolution will be happening. It's been 12days now I was keep on complaining and asking for resolution. I have attached the screenshot of wrong product and issue raised complain screenshot, which they closed but no resolution has been done. Please do the needful for this issue.

                          I ordered the item of rupees 647 from Myntra using ICICI credit card and returned it and and myntra initiated refund also on October 3 but I didn't received that so I raised a dispute regarding that in icici bank and it took around 1 month to get details about it but now they are saying that your complain is closed because it is declined by merchant side and you need to contact merchant and again I contacted myntra for this they are saying we initiated the refund so I am stuck in between they are blaming one another so what to do I am not getting

                            My account with number [protected] got deactivated without any prior information after receiving bulk order of 9 shoes. Some of the items are still to be delivered to me and they have refused to provide me access to my account. I am unable trach or return anything. They are just trying to gulp my money intentionally.

                                I ordered a Wrangler mens vegas skinny fit jeans which i was delivered on 26 November whose Order ID is 1221093 [protected].. instead of what i ordered i received a jeans of Wrangler brand but not the one i ordered... I ordered vegas skinny fit jeans but i received Wrangler millard straight fit jeans..plz help me with a good resolution as the price is too high and i cannot afford this much loss of 4299.

                                  I have ordered woodland shoes, I tried the shoes when i am back from office on the same day, as it didn't fit me and I didn't like the fit, I placed the return on the same day.
                                  After the pick up was successful, I received a message saying my return request was " out on hold" as it failed to pass quality check.
                                  I called up customer care and they informed that the quality check failed, how come they can claim that the product is used if the return is placed the same day? I have not used the didn't like it on me hence returning the product, I tried customer care multipletimes and I didn't receive any proper response or resolution and they mentioned the product will be shipped again to be in next 48 hours, and why they want to reship unwanted product,
                                  And I mentioned concern that I won't be avail or next 10days, still no resolution or input received.what is the logic or some common sense is missing in reshaping the unwanted product. I have ordered with myntra many times with myntra, this is the worst customer experience I am having and not receiving resolution. As I have not used my product and I didn't like the fit, I want my refund.

                                      I ordered dot n key lip balm from myntra and the product is already opened and used.so i have returned it to mytra back after they confirm return..then i contacted customer care but they are not giving me an answer, they just tell me to wait..it's been 14 days..still no refund.. this is injustice..i need my refund amount asap.
