I had ordered a sleevless wildcraft mens jacket from myntra but than i found it damaged so i requested return request and return it by self shipment on 6december 2017 by india post. I kept on tracking the package and found it has been delivered to them on 11december 2017 but they are denying that it has been delivered to them and are not refunding my 1600rs. Kindly help me please as this amount is not a small amount for me.

The pickup for the order was made on 8th january. Today is 23th january. It has been 15 days but nobody came to pick up that product.
And the pick up request was declined on 23rd january. When i asked for the reason, she told me it was a system error. So i've to create one return request again.
I had called so many time but haven't received any satisfactory answers yet.
If you are unable to arrange pick up, provide me my refund.
I'm very unsatisfied with the service myntra is providing.

I have purchased levi's sweat shirt and mango's cardigan which both the total is 2850/-. As i returned it because it didn't fit me and i very much felt the product was of poor quality. After few days, i got mailed from myntra has initiated my cash back in the process in next 3 to 5 business days i will be credited. But almost over 20 days i didn't got my refund yet. So i contacted myntra and told me to talked to issued bank with the arn number. When i approached my issued bank sbi they said they cannot help with this one. This one is not liable to them they sheerly ask me to talk back to myntra as they are the responsible for this cause. Gawd m helpless and i feel so annoyed. Can anyone help me who should i approach? I really need my money back... Myntra has really disappointed. Won't shop online anymore. Feels #

Wtf is wrong with the Myntra!! I paid huge amount with very high expectation of the product(John players) casual leather jacket to be in good condition and shape but ###, there was a part where it was torn apart and at first I couldn’t able to notice that so unfortunately I was very happy with the product and I loose the tag and so the next day I wear the jacket and went out for a meeting, at the service I found out that the Myntra just sent me a product that was rejected one. Seriously!! Why did Myntra to be so mean to their customers? Please don’t be a ### dick next time and now I have to keep on wearing that rejected jacket for at least some years as I can’t able to exchange or get refund now . Damn it .

I order from myntra.com one shirt of rs, 944/- he send me t-shirt of rs, 544/- after that i return that product and order same shirt & one more shirt total amount 2350/- he send again wrong item pant only one pic then i ask for return again he asking for two pic now how can we give two pic when i got only one pic, myntra company totally cheater online side, i want my money back please help me to back my money for myntra.com. I have order product in offer time but they cancelled the order and refund the money, and again selling same product with higher price.
If myntra not able to sell the produce on given offrer then they have to stop making such offers/discounts, they making people fool. Aslo they negative inpact about there trust availability offers and customer satisfaction.
If they not able to provide the product then they have to compensate it. And the products is available then they have to deliver the product on given commitment.

Dear team,

Yesterday i have received from this no:[protected] (Myntra), they told me you are selecting our lucky drawer customer against your order made on 28th oct 2017, and they also verify my address. After that they told me to purchase rs.4000 for calming ur prizes. After 1st transcation they told me you won rs.75000, but you have to pay gst 10% so we have deducted rs.8000 from your account and rs.500 we refund to you. Then he told me as per myntra policy we have to deducted rs.5000 from your account.
Total amount deducted from my account is rs.17311. Now they don't give my money. Everybody trust on myntra but how could u share our order details and address to other's.

I returned the order on 12 january. Its status was picked up and after 2 days it changed to return received. And once the return is received the refund is initiated. But these people are not inititating my refund. I called them multiple times, tweeted them but they have just one answer it has not yet been received at the warehouse. I ask why are they lying? If it has not been received why would my status have been updated from picked up to received?

I need my refund asap. I need a compensation from such fraud companies.. They have really poor customer service.

This complaint against myntra.com, first he delivered wrong product then i returned the product that time i order for men black & navy blue regular fit checked reversible casual shirt size: 40, and company send small size t-shirt, after that i return and order same shirt and one more shirt men green & khaki slim fit brushed checks casual shirt size : 40 and then mynra.com send me one single packet of 01 pic trouser, after that i again request to refund my money in my bank account, they asking for two product now how can i return 02 pics when i got only 01 pic, this is clearly cheating with costumer, two times mistakes from myntra.com side and after that he also not refunding my money,

But till now no one has came. And your respective associates are not interested to talk either. This is not acceptable from such a reputed company.

I have booked two shoes, one is men navy & brown colour & another one is blur sneakers o 6th jan 2018.
The actual delivery date is 13th jan. It is showing by 12th it is received to kukatpally myntra. But still there is no updates
I have raised complaints nearly 4 times but not received the product till now.
I have worst experience with this. Please resolve my issue.

Sir my name is priti i am resident of delhi, i played a game that game name is "memory game" this game is organised by myntra app on november 2016. I won won this game by more then 1 crore points, myntra customer care informed that they give result by march 2017, in last company postpone the result again and again, now myntra company says that there is no game in name of "memory game".
Myntra app raise their marketing through this game now they want to escape to give price money.

I ordered for a mini fountain from myntra but i got a defective product. There is water leakage through the battery socket. So i placed an exchange request, the delivery person who came with the exchanged product said he needs some approval before exchanging so returned without exchanging the defective product. Now when i called cust care they are refusing to exchange saying the product was shipped after quality check, not sure what kind of quality check you guys do... How can a fountain have water leakage that too from the battery socket, i want the product to be exchanged or my money refunded. First time i tried myntra and never expected such worst customer experience. I will take legal steps if this is not resolved. Expecting speedy resolution.

Ordered three products in this order id.
1 blue chinos, 1 watch, and 1 jeans. A cod order.
Now, first of all i have received a jeans a cod amount of 870 something. I paid and received the product.
The jeans which i received was not i have ordered. Now while placing return request asking for confirming your order delivery. Hence, it shows that you barcode is incorrect. Which starts from 100.
Now, the barcode i received is a changed one because the product is also change. And there in the app showing the order is not delivered it has been returned to the origin.
What the f now?
I wont like to order again for sure.

I ordered UCB shoes around 2 months ago and have been wearing it everyday. But since day one, the shoes have only been breaking and tearing apart. I stitched it twice but now it has started to come apart again. I wish to show you the shoes but I can't seem to find a single email I'd where in an send the attachments. Is this authentic or some cheap quality ### with the tag? Should this be a warning for me to not shop from you again? I have ordered men black & navy blue regular fit checked reversible casual shirt on 01 jan 2018 order no:[protected]-5872303 but received different product after that we returned the product and received rs 944.37 in our myntra account after that we placed next order same shirt and men green & khaki slim fit brushed checks casual shirt placed on: 13 jan 2018 order no:[protected]-3334403 and total amount rs 2350.12 then received another different product and we pay rs 1405 in cash after that we open the packet and we received in this package only one product and that one is only 01 trouser. After that we return the product and we request to refund my money in our bank account. But your side refunded rs 702 only and we paid total amount rs 2350. Please solve this issue, we are regular your customer. And its 1st time to face that type problem, we hope you refund my money as soon as possible.

I had bought an aldo pink handbag from myntra on 1st january 2018 and received it on 4th january 2018 but did not like it and had returned the bag on 5th january 2018. According to myntra they had initiated arefund of rs. 3, 881.64 which should have been credited in my bank on or before 15th january 2018 but till date i have not received the refund in my bank account.
The myntra people have also given me a reference number for the same but my bank is saying that the account has not been settled till date and its not reflecting in my bank statement also.
This is my worst experience with myntra.
