We have received empty box against order no[protected]-0430801. We have called immediately customer care your courier boy was there but he ran away. We have called you multiple times but no proper response but we will not stop until we will get back our money and culprit who have theft my product. Please take corrective action and inform us we are advising you that please develop transparent delivery process so that the customer may not deprive this is not the only matter of money but frustration/harassment to the customer. We are taking legal concerns regarding the matter because this matter is demoralising digital india motive ran by respected pm of india.

I want to the return the product but i am enable to do it. Whats the problem & how do i change my email id of i want to. The return process is failing again & again.
Pls reply asap. Nor do i hve sellers email id or phone number to which i can contact them. I tried many times to make a return request but it was failing. The product which i receive is defective. Pls let me know

I had ordered HRX hrithik roshan orange colour tshrt of Rs.586 and had returned it as well due to colour issues. Its been more than 10 days still the amount has not been refunded back and calling to the customer care they are ignoring it saying there is some system issues, can't check my order. This is really frustrating. Kindly credit my refund amount.

I had purchased ucb shoes on 14nov 2017 and within 3 months the shoes have started breaking and have chipped off. The shoes are not even wore regularly so its highly disappointing that the shoes have started to tear off. I had gifted them and its really embarrassing if the person is complaining me abt the performance.
I would like to get them replaced as soon as possible.

I ordered one item from myntra on 13/feb/ 2018, but the item is not delivered till now. I got sms saying that my items should be collected by myself at their office even though myntra offer free home delivery. According to them my adress is out of delivery area, but while placing order it was not mention that my address is out of delivery area, instead they offered free delivery at my door step.

I have ordered a black antony morato sheos from myntra and when i received that one was bigger in size so, i returned it back and i also got confirmation from myntra that my product has been sucessufully picked and returned but from couple of days i'm dialling your number which is not in use like i'm a good customer of your and i don't want any problem to create so, i request your good self to refund my money as soon as possible

I am a frequent buyer for myntra online. Recently i ordered few items, out of which 2 items supposed to be delivered in one package (Order no:[protected]-1620501). When the package got delivered, it had billing details for 2 items, but only 1 item was present in the package. The delivery person delivers and gets disappear. After that if you find any missing item inside the sealed package, myntra does not refund money for the missing item, which is what exactly happened to me. So bottomline is, you will get cheated and helpless, as the final verdict is from myntra. I lost 901.63 inr, just by clicking on the buy button and never thought that they could cheat me by not delivering the product. Be aware, it may happen to you as well.

I today call your helpline No [protected], [protected] and [protected] but no suitable answer given to me. Ask me provide my Debit or cradit card detail. I not share my card detail accourding to bank policy. Please refund my Rs 1260/- in my Hdfc bank a/c showing in my ID

My product has been returned to the origin. They are saying refund has been initiated. They are trying to give me the reference number again and again but my bank is not accepting. They should directly transfer it in my account. This is highly ignoring. I would request them to please refund the amount in my account. The link they have sent is also not working.. Either give it to me through myntra account or in my bank account

I ordered daniel klein watch i received the delivery on 15.02.2018 but when i open the box it was empty when i try to find out i see that packet is open below the bill it was very finely repacked with tape & the box inside was damaged. It is very disgusting i usually do shopping from myntra but now trust is broken. When i found box empty within 5 min i call the delivery man and do complaint even i go to myntra office near with the box. But they do nothing.
I want my money back.

I have order some cloths from mynthra online shopping by cash on delivery. I am working in a central government area because i have 30 minutes to came out from that place. During mynthra delivery time, delivery boy call me for the product an he is very rude behavior for the delay. I have many time told him i will come with in 30 minutes, but he is not ready for waiting. But this is not my problem he scold me for the delay through phone. He scold me for buying products by my own money. He is only responsible for the delivery. If i compliant this with mynthra till now i didn't get any clarification from mynthra.
In mynthra messege they told the product will deliver by this number owned delivery boy ([protected]) but i recieved the call from [protected] this number.

I'm sai vyshnavi from sastra university. I had ordered a 3/4 th jean in myntra but i received a wrong product that is full length jean. So i placed a return request to collect their product back and refund my money but they didn't respond to it. Since i waited for 15 days i didn't get any response from them. So i request you to take an action as soon as possible

I bought a puma lavender shoes from the myntra website and its got discolored just a dip with water and when i complain it with myntra customer care then they told me that in the instruction we mention it that clean with the dry cloth so its your fault and its don't have warranty we cant do anything. If there instruction is so restricted and specific they why didn't they mention that if the product just get in touch with water a little bit its is discolored properly. And best part is that they product don't have warranty also. They talk to the myntra people they reject my request. We buy product online to save our time but now myntrastart given us the duplicate product.
We are also working very hard to earn money and they are denied our request just with the one instruction.

I did not recieve my money after returning the product.It was supposed to be refunded by 30th january and it is not refunded till now.There is no response from the customer care, they are not even lifting the calls.If this would continue I would lodge a complaint in consumer forum.I want my refund back as soon as possible.Its more than a month now.Myntra is trusted and popular ecommerce site but it is unable to refund 385 rupees

I got a msg that myntra.com is recruiting delivery boys through the website myntralogistics.in and asking security deposit of 4450 to get a job.Then I downloaded the myntra app and contacted the customer care and asked about the website (myntra logistics.in).They told it's a genuine website and myntra's own website.Then I paid the money.After that no response from the website.And I again contacted the myntra customer care, then they told it's not their website and it's other people scam.

My order was not picked up and return pickup got cancelled with out my knowledge and this has made me to lost my product. This is of no use to me and this is very irresponsible from myntra or courier they used. This has caused lot of personnel losses and mental agony., this need to be corrected asap by myntra team and return my order asap with in a week

This complaint is regarding a bad quality service, product and support from myntra. I am a very regular customer of myntra and had a lot of faith in the quality and service of the company. However unfortunately my recent experience has made me rethink on my opinion.

I had ordered a skirt (Order no:[protected]-2998101) from your website on 25th january. I was happy with the quality of the product but felt the size was a bit large for me so requested for exchange in size. (Pic 2)

To my suprise, when i received my exchange, i was shocked to see a completely different material of skirt (Pic 2). My original product had silk finish and shine to it, while this was a very dull looking product. You can see a very visible difference in the two products yourself.

I highlighted this issue to the customer care (Ref no[protected] with
Shabaz (Escalation team supervisor), spending one hour on call requesting for the quality product i got in my first order yet the product again i got was dull and bad looking skirt.

I exchanged your product thrice and eventually had to return it completely due to frustration. I have spent money in getting other items of my outfit as per the original skirt for my sisters wedding and i was forced to buy something else last minute due to myntra's lack of support.

They have wasted my time, money, energy and caused me mental agony in this process. This is extremely disheartening and disappointing. Hope some action will be taken on this.

It is regarding the order which was placed by me on 12th february 2018 against order number[protected]-3354103 which is forcefully cancelled without my consent and in return compensating the same by offering a replacement and discount coupon which is completely not acceptable and expected by such an online brand which has such a brand value.
I ordered for the said item with complete faith on myntra and was waiting for the delivery. But instead of delivery i am receiving a mail which says that same has been cancelled due to a technical glitch.
I really want to understand that why myntra is carrying such a market value which it cannot hold by doing such fake ordering and then disappointing the customer.
I do not want such an unacceptable compensation instead want the ordered item to be delivered and expect you to keep the commitment of the delivery since it is really a painful and embarrassing task to again look for the same item and becomes difficult for me to trust myntra to again buy anything.
Looking forward to a proper solution to me against the problem aroused by myntra.

Giordano watch gold metal was ordered worth 3945 recieved wrong product of same brand.. Myntra customer care not helpful delivery guy took the product back after the request for return but is asking me to take back the product. Seller is health and happiness pvt ltd. I suspect tampering of product because outer sealed packet inner box is opened and torn. Please i want refund at the earliest.

I ordered a trenchcoat from myntra. It was a premium brand product costing me more than 5000 rupees. Instead of the coat, a wrong product was delivered which was a chino from the same brand. When i requested them to pick up the wrong product they outrightly refused to so stating that their quality check and delivery can never be faulty and within fractions of a second they have done all the quality, product and god know what all checks. I[censored] cant deliver the right product at least take the wrong product back and initiate my refund, i have lost faith in their products and service. I am such a frequent shopper on the online mediums and i have been such a loyal customer. However no consideration of any sorts. Deeply disappointed.
