I have order some cloths from mynthra online shopping by cash on delivery. I am working in a central government area because i have 30 minutes to came out from that place. During mynthra delivery time, delivery boy call me for the product an he is very rude behavior for the delay. I have many time told him i will come with in 30 minutes, but he is not ready for waiting. But this is not my problem he scold me for the delay through phone. He scold me for buying products by my own money. He is only responsible for the delivery. If i compliant this with mynthra till now i didn't get any clarification from mynthra.
In mynthra messege they told the product will deliver by this number owned delivery boy ([protected]) but i recieved the call from [protected] this number.

I'm sai vyshnavi from sastra university. I had ordered a 3/4 th jean in myntra but i received a wrong product that is full length jean. So i placed a return request to collect their product back and refund my money but they didn't respond to it. Since i waited for 15 days i didn't get any response from them. So i request you to take an action as soon as possible

I bought a puma lavender shoes from the myntra website and its got discolored just a dip with water and when i complain it with myntra customer care then they told me that in the instruction we mention it that clean with the dry cloth so its your fault and its don't have warranty we cant do anything. If there instruction is so restricted and specific they why didn't they mention that if the product just get in touch with water a little bit its is discolored properly. And best part is that they product don't have warranty also. They talk to the myntra people they reject my request. We buy product online to save our time but now myntrastart given us the duplicate product.
We are also working very hard to earn money and they are denied our request just with the one instruction.

I did not recieve my money after returning the product.It was supposed to be refunded by 30th january and it is not refunded till now.There is no response from the customer care, they are not even lifting the calls.If this would continue I would lodge a complaint in consumer forum.I want my refund back as soon as possible.Its more than a month now.Myntra is trusted and popular ecommerce site but it is unable to refund 385 rupees

I got a msg that myntra.com is recruiting delivery boys through the website myntralogistics.in and asking security deposit of 4450 to get a job.Then I downloaded the myntra app and contacted the customer care and asked about the website (myntra logistics.in).They told it's a genuine website and myntra's own website.Then I paid the money.After that no response from the website.And I again contacted the myntra customer care, then they told it's not their website and it's other people scam.

My order was not picked up and return pickup got cancelled with out my knowledge and this has made me to lost my product. This is of no use to me and this is very irresponsible from myntra or courier they used. This has caused lot of personnel losses and mental agony., this need to be corrected asap by myntra team and return my order asap with in a week

This complaint is regarding a bad quality service, product and support from myntra. I am a very regular customer of myntra and had a lot of faith in the quality and service of the company. However unfortunately my recent experience has made me rethink on my opinion.

I had ordered a skirt (Order no:[protected]-2998101) from your website on 25th january. I was happy with the quality of the product but felt the size was a bit large for me so requested for exchange in size. (Pic 2)

To my suprise, when i received my exchange, i was shocked to see a completely different material of skirt (Pic 2). My original product had silk finish and shine to it, while this was a very dull looking product. You can see a very visible difference in the two products yourself.

I highlighted this issue to the customer care (Ref no[protected] with
Shabaz (Escalation team supervisor), spending one hour on call requesting for the quality product i got in my first order yet the product again i got was dull and bad looking skirt.

I exchanged your product thrice and eventually had to return it completely due to frustration. I have spent money in getting other items of my outfit as per the original skirt for my sisters wedding and i was forced to buy something else last minute due to myntra's lack of support.

They have wasted my time, money, energy and caused me mental agony in this process. This is extremely disheartening and disappointing. Hope some action will be taken on this.

It is regarding the order which was placed by me on 12th february 2018 against order number[protected]-3354103 which is forcefully cancelled without my consent and in return compensating the same by offering a replacement and discount coupon which is completely not acceptable and expected by such an online brand which has such a brand value.
I ordered for the said item with complete faith on myntra and was waiting for the delivery. But instead of delivery i am receiving a mail which says that same has been cancelled due to a technical glitch.
I really want to understand that why myntra is carrying such a market value which it cannot hold by doing such fake ordering and then disappointing the customer.
I do not want such an unacceptable compensation instead want the ordered item to be delivered and expect you to keep the commitment of the delivery since it is really a painful and embarrassing task to again look for the same item and becomes difficult for me to trust myntra to again buy anything.
Looking forward to a proper solution to me against the problem aroused by myntra.

Giordano watch gold metal was ordered worth 3945 recieved wrong product of same brand.. Myntra customer care not helpful delivery guy took the product back after the request for return but is asking me to take back the product. Seller is health and happiness pvt ltd. I suspect tampering of product because outer sealed packet inner box is opened and torn. Please i want refund at the earliest.

I ordered a trenchcoat from myntra. It was a premium brand product costing me more than 5000 rupees. Instead of the coat, a wrong product was delivered which was a chino from the same brand. When i requested them to pick up the wrong product they outrightly refused to so stating that their quality check and delivery can never be faulty and within fractions of a second they have done all the quality, product and god know what all checks. I[censored] cant deliver the right product at least take the wrong product back and initiate my refund, i have lost faith in their products and service. I am such a frequent shopper on the online mediums and i have been such a loyal customer. However no consideration of any sorts. Deeply disappointed.

I have received a small package containing only upper portion and lower is missing and no help by customer service.

The courier was wrongly delivered to an incorrect person by the myntra courier person. Now we are unable to track with whom the parcel has actually reached /who received it. We have shifted the our location from bangalore to kerala one week back. The flat at bangalore is unoccupied and the courier person has wrongly delivered the parcel to an unknown person.

Requesting for the deliver of the items to the kollam, kerala address (Already updated with myntra) or kindly do the reversal of the amount.

I have ordered shoes from Myntra size 7 but size is bigger and I request for exchange of size 6.5.

But order is not delivered and cancelled by Myntra today.

Person come to my home for exchange but he refused to deliver due to no reason.

And advisor everytime commit to deliver order on same day but never make it happen.

I ordered a trolley bag (Tamo) on 14th jan and waited patiently for the delivery date
Of 4th feb, they delayed the delivery for which i had no issue. But my problem with myntra or their courier partner is that they had lost my parcel (Probably) and tried to hand me a phillips speaker (Yes a speaker!!) instead of my bag.. That too the box was in a bad shape (Almost damaged parcel with my address scribbled with hand and half of the parcel box being somehow held with brown tape). After i complained myntra customer care they did nothing much than just simply cancelling my order for which i had spend so much time waiting for it. I am already leaving soon out of state and i needed that bag. If i had to order another one it would take me another 20 days (Or more) for which i had no time. I am totally disappointed with their attitude towards the severity of the issue. I had assumed they would check on my bag or would try to deliver it again a little faster but i was wrong and they just cancelled it straight. I love the myntra site because of its originality of the product and great pricing but this incident will really make me think twice from now on before placing an order with myntra again. Thank you and i hope myntra will take any problems or complaints of the customer more seriously next time.

I can purely understand that i am late in putting up the fraud that happened with me. But i wanted to be sure about the same and have collected all evidences in favor of the cheating that has happened with me through myntra gurgaon.
I am a loyal myntra customer since long and have liked the brand since many years and regular orders to myntra is used to for me.

13th october 2017- i got a call from an unknown number (Wasn't a spam as per truecaller) number was [protected]. The lady on phone shared with me that they are from myntra sales office gurgaon and that i have won the lucky draw prize from myntra for my last purchase.
As any customer will do, i verified the details of my last order. They shared detailed information of order number, product code, mode of payment and even the delivery address. This make me realize that the call might be genuine.
Then i enquired about the gift, and they told me gift will be either iphone 7 plus (128gb), 50, 000 cash prize, or samsung galaxy s8.
Upon subsequent process, they asked me to shop for 3800 inr from myntra and shared they will be helping me in processing order without any taxes since this is only for registering gift item.
I resisted at first saying that i would need a mail from myntra or a message atleast declaring me as a lucky draw winner. Then i can happily proceed for payment.
They then told me that it has to happen now and soon after payment, i will recieve message and a call from accounts department with the details of prize money.

These guys are so professional that they even know the product code for all items listed in myntra. I shared with them 3 items for 4000 inr in total and they agreed for processing the same.

They knew the delivery address as well. They ensured me every now and then that it is a genuine call and soon i will receive text message.
They asked me to share card details so as to process payment through ivr.
I shared otp with them and payment of[protected] first transaction + 1800 second transaction).

For 2 hours i continuosly called the number but in vain. Then i received a call from another number ([protected]) truecaller named it as myntra. This boosted my confidence that it was genuine call.
This executive said he is from myntra gurgaon accounts department and confirmed to me that i have won 50000 inr cash prize which will be credited to my account. He then shared the details as how the money will be credited. Clever cheat shared i will receive money in series of 5000, 5000, 5000, 5000, 10000, 10000, 10000.
He asked me to text him the account details with ifsc code. I shared the details and waited for transaction and order confirmation.

I also wrote to myntra the same day but received a reply that mail-id is not meant for inboxing.

Ever since then i am trying to call both these numbers but it is no more active now.

I have all the call recordings, snapshot of transaction, and mail i wrote to myntra the same day as my case supportings.
Please let me know how to upload call recordings so that i can proof my case.

I felt cheated with such a big brand myntra.

I ordered fashion string window curtain set of 2 tracking no[protected] it's been 1 week now still not received the product simply showing the ads regarding fast delivery timings and all cheating people continuously not even single step will be taken regarding the complaint issue also very dissatisfied online website amazon is far far better then this crap best delivery timings on time the product will be reached to u go for amazon not this crap

Hello, I have ordered one baggit bag from myntra and we have received duplicate one. This not acceptable at all, Baggit is one of the best brand and you are spoiling your company and your image NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL

I ordered a jacket on myntra with order no:[protected]-8660903 and it was not delivered to me. But showing on myntra site tracking as product delivered. I complaint about it to myntra and asked them for the proof of delivery. What they sent me back is someone has written "a" on the sign receipt. I said its not delivered to me and they said give us 5 days and we resolve the problem. Its been 10 days and i dont have resolution even after calling and reminding them everyday about the issue. Every time they say give us 24 hrs more and nothing happens. No refund or new shipment from myntra. Please file a complaint against myntra
