This is my first order from your sites, products ranges and offers are very fantastic. But product delivery to customer most worst and no word to say anything.
I had order nike women black flex 2017 rn running shoes from your sites on 25th dec 2017 (Order no
[protected]-6819703) and order delivery expected on 2jan 2018
After 2nd jan i had raised complaint for order not received with no[protected] and called your customer care and they assured to get updates on 4th jan 2017.
After 4th jan 2017 again i called up your customer service for not getting any updates and order detail.
Every time when i called up to your support number they assured me to get update within next 4 and 5 working days. But there is no assurance about the product delivery. I already paid money through credit card, can you let me know when i will received product. Almost more than 15 days over but you are not willing to deliver the product, such type of service you are giving to customer.
I hope you will consider situation and deliver the product by tomorrow.

i receive this on 1 jan. 2018 and i was create a return requst on 2 jan. 2018.
No anyone come for pic-up and the courier discline my pic-up without any information.
