I ordered sony mdr xb50bs bluetooth headset of rs: 5500/-. Product came with open seal and parts are missing (Like, ear buds, supporters). Bluetooth is not working properly. Scratches on device with package torn at one side they just made a plaster and delivered to me. When i called the customer care they are arguing that they sent genuine product.

Towards return of the product i bought from myntra, the refund amount of rupees 629.57 was not credited to my bank account.
I have contacted myntra via message but there was no proper response and only by providing rrn number [protected] the bank couldn't able to trace the payment.

Myntra is asking me to contact the concerned bank but they are ordering me to ask the sender (Myntra) as there is clearly no mistake or delay in bank side.

I'm confused and helpless.

I'm fed up trying to get my money.
I have contacted myntra and also bank customer care services for lot and lot of times. Even i went directly to bank for making complaint but they are clearly responding that the mistake was in sender's (Myntra) side. Im ready to go to any extent for my refund and i won't stop until i get my money back.

I was purchase a pair of shoes from myntra and the product has manufacture by a reputed brand which name is fila
I have also 3 months warranty of this product.
I have done allthings which had said from myntra custmer care officer i have shared images of porduct with myntra and get approval create return request bt delivery boy farbade to take them.

I received a wrong product, actually on 10th of jan i ordered a 2 sandels.. I delivered it on 23th of jan, i gave all the amount (2121 rs).in the ekart polythene instead of 2 sandels i received one slipper inside, i opened the product in front of currier boy, and show him, click a picture of product with that person, and placed a complain for returns of product and talk with coustemer care on same day.
After 2days currier boy came but he refused to take that product back as no bar coad and other details are not matching, then i show him the pictures of the product taken on the day of delivery but still he was not agree. I called coustemer care in front of him, and ask me to send pictures by mail.
I did it, he assured me about refund. Now again i call the customer care she ask me to wait for 3 working day.???

Purchased a trouser from Myntra and then returned the same but the refund has not been made and every source if communication has been kept closed by the Firm.

It's more than10 days my packet was picked up and till now i have not got my money credited in my myntra account please tell me how much time it will take?
I placed my order on 9th jan. And received it within four days on 13th jan.
I placed return request and my packet was picked up on 18th jan. Till now i dnt get my money credited to my myntra acc. Why this much time difference between delivery of order and return of order?

I placed order for next shoe on myntra on 21 dec 2017 for 4242.10 rupee and got deliverd on 28 december 2017 after wearing twice only it started showing creases. I raised a complaint with customercare on 19th jan 2018 and they send me a reply on email saying that it is not a manufacturer defect since then i am following them saying it is quality issue and they just reply it is not manufacturer defect. They dont care how long expensive products will work. Not even using for a month the product become shabby. I request all please dont buy branded and expensive stuff from them they give a cheap product and put a brand label. From past 7 days i called them 100 times and they said they cant do anything. They just dont care. I am really feeling bad that i got cheated by them

We had order us polo shirts of 46 size we get 44 size again. I had replace once but their is no change in the product. I first time stopped online in myntra but it is a poor response. So i request u to return my product as soon as possible and return our money. This is not corrected part we order 46 size but are sending 44 twice. You are responsing our call plz return our product. The product is full pack as it was. Itis 1st n thelast experience to buy with myntra.

I had requested for return of item rs440.63.
Item was picked from my location and return id is[protected]
Butonly re1.00 refunded to my card which was used for purchase .
And item was unused. It was not damaged also. I had sent mail to myntra also but they didnt reply. Neither i was explained the reasons of deductions. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

My delivery date is on or before 24th january. But still i didn't get any update. Don't have any punctuality. Myntra doesn't have any bond on their word. Shame on you team.
Recently they have published about big sale offer. Trust me guys, all this is just waste.
For big sale also, we get only normal offer. Just business trick. Just to make all o[censored]s fool. On the basis of a long period observation, i'm saying this.

I have purchased one pair of mochi brand shoe from myntra in september 2017 after 2 month upper leather of shoe get damaged. I have book my complained with myntra but these people are not resolved my issue & says talk to mochi customer service. I have talked mochi as well they says talk to myntra. Again i talked with myntra team they says sorry to me then i talked again with mochi customer service and today (25/1/2018) they suggest me to go to mochi store. But my complained still unresolved. Please help

I ordered some clothes and received something which is nowhere near to what i ordered (It is used and looks old). On return its saying they can not pick up from mentioned pincode and not allowing me change pincode for pickup.
From same pincode (411057) other people are returning stuff.
This is pure cheating and fraud.
First send wrong products and then customer should take pain to go to courier office and return them.
If i have to so this then i do not have to online shopping.
This is first time i ordered online and never gonna do that again.

I had noticed a hole near the stitching above the chest side... But my bad luck i had not noticed instantly received the item and noticed it my elder brother when i wear it at the day end... I mean i had used it for a day and lost the tag also but i have the received bill attach on the cover...

Kindly give a proper justice, why defective items are sent to us with out proper verification by the company from their side.

Company will not accept it if return... And also i can not declair that it is unused.

Please resolve it at the earliest.

From myntra out of which 1 was found defective. I am sending the clear picture of the watch box and everything you can have a look my watch is under 30 days return policy and as well as 1 year warranty and now none is given to me please take some action otherwise i have no option to go to court and complaint.

My order elegant arts and frame was a gift to my family. I paid money online however delivery boy asked for cash of same amount from my family. How on earth you guys do the business by exploiting customers.
I want my money back to my account as your delivery boy took the cash. Why should i pay twice for same product.
An early revert will be appreciated.

I had ordered a sleevless wildcraft mens jacket from myntra but than i found it damaged so i requested return request and return it by self shipment on 6december 2017 by india post. I kept on tracking the package and found it has been delivered to them on 11december 2017 but they are denying that it has been delivered to them and are not refunding my 1600rs. Kindly help me please as this amount is not a small amount for me.
