I had ordered nike shoes on 21st december, during the myntra sale. On 31st december i get a message saying that the product is out for delivery but it never arrived. Again on 2nd jan i got a message saying that it'll arrive today but again nothing came. I got a call from myntra asking if i still want the product, i opted for yes. According to the app, it would come by 4th jan. So i called the customer service, which was terrible by the way. They told me that i refused to take the delivery or cancelled so they sent it back to origin. I was home on both days and i am certain nothing came to my house. Besides, i opted that i still wanted my product but still they cancelled it and conveniently blamed it on the courier boy. They said i have to place the order again. And obviously, because i ordered it during the sale, the price is way higher. I asked the customer service for a number so i can place a complaint, they never gave it me. I have come across such terrible service.
