I have placed an ordered (Ordered no.[protected]-7517303) on 22nd dec'2017 during the sale. The order got delayed and finally were delivered on 9th jan'2018 but the product received was completely wrong. I have ordered one pair of puma shoes and one pair of cat shoes with total amount paid 6784.05/- rs. But instead i have received a leggings worth 2000/- rs. Which was not ordered by me. I am not able to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered.

On cash on delivery.. the delivery person does not carry the Pos machine ... nd i[censored] ask for the machine many of them say's, delivery company dont provide Pos machine... in that case if the product cost is 695 or 598 ... they don't retrun the change.. myntra have big name and have big fame, but they dont have a good seller.
I have ordered flip flops but the size is big for me now i want exchange but not showing not possiable on delivery address to pickup plz send pickup boy to take flipflops exchange

I have placed an ordered (Ordered no.[protected]-1481001) on 18 May 2018 . The order got on time and finally were delivered on 21 May '2018 but the product received was completely wrong. I have ordered football of Adidas orange X Glider Printed football with total amount paid Rs. 940.44. But instead i have received a football worth Rs. 749 in white colour Which was not ordered by me. I am not able to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered.

    I had ordered a ucb trolley in myntra on25th dec 2017 and the expected delivery they said is 9th the cash on delivery is not applicable so i paid the cash on 28th the product was shipped to third party and till today (9th) the product is in the same status i had not received the product i contacted their services for 5 times and they are saying the same ans that the product will be delivered and 2day i asked they r saying the same will be delivered om 9th. I dont know how the product will just move from delhi to kanyakumari in just 7 hrs... Im frustrated right now plz note this and try to give the seller details while we are ordering then we can contact the seller its easy for us

      Hello sir,

      This is my first order from your sites, products ranges and offers are very fantastic. But product delivery to customer most worst and no word to say anything.
      I had order nike women black flex 2017 rn running shoes from your sites on 25th dec 2017 (Order no
      [protected]-6819703) and order delivery expected on 2jan 2018
      After 2nd jan i had raised complaint for order not received with no[protected] and called your customer care and they assured to get updates on 4th jan 2017.
      After 4th jan 2017 again i called up your customer service for not getting any updates and order detail.
      Every time when i called up to your support number they assured me to get update within next 4 and 5 working days. But there is no assurance about the product delivery. I already paid money through credit card, can you let me know when i will received product. Almost more than 15 days over but you are not willing to deliver the product, such type of service you are giving to customer.
      I hope you will consider situation and deliver the product by tomorrow.

        I was trying to return '2' of my product from last 10 days and everytime the request getting cancelled. I am getting a message that mr 'pawan kumar' is going to pick it up and number provided to me is [protected] and everytime i tried to call this number its either switch off or not reachable. I am really frustrated from myntra this time and as they are not taking any action. I tried to call myntra support many time and they give the same reply that they will look into this issue but nobody is looking.

          I had placed an order
          (Order no:[protected]-3107303) almost 15 days back. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 4th january. Everyday, from the 28th of december i see the same status 'shipped to delivery center'. I raised a complaint on the 3rd of january stating the same and i was assured by the 'champion' that my order would be reaching me within 5 days. Today's the fifth day now and i still see the same status. I tried to find a way to cancel the order these guys don't allow cancellations after the package is shipped. I will be traveling out of the city in a few days and now i'm sitting with my money held up and an order i think will never be reaching me.
          The best thing about all this is that this was my first order from myntra and i happened to get the worst experience i could ever ask for.
          I will never repeat this mistake again. I'd rather pay more for a better shopping experience elsewhere.
          I need a quick resolution to this problem. Either cancel and refund my money or speed things up and deliver my order as soon as possible.

          Very unsatisfied with Myntra Service, I was purchasing on 25th dec'17 In which order was not generated, but there was an deduction of Rs.7500+ during payment gateway of Myntra I being chasing customer care from last 5 days, But unable you get my money back.

            Hi myntra.com,
            I had ordered soie navy & grey melange striped sleepshirt nt-31 (Order no.[protected]-9340001) on 29 dec 2017. I received the parcel today which was empty... Just one jockey wrapper inside! Don't expect such service from myntra. Have created a return request immediately, request number[protected]
            Return policy says all tags should be intact, which is not applicable in my case. Called the customer care to inform my problem, but i only get redirected to automated voicemails. Seriously!? Please have a sensible "helpline" number.

              Hi,

              I have placed order on myntra.com website with order id:[protected]-1438401 on 22nd december and i didn't received my products till date.

              I have called the support on 4th jan and the executive committed the delivery by 5th jan. I didn't received the product, so i called on 6 th. Again connected to one more executive and he committed 2 business days for the product delivery.

              I waited for 2 days and called back on 8th jan @ 5:15 pm and this time they are again saying it will take sometime. And not giving any committeemen.

              As customer of myntra this is very disappointing and i would like to have compensation for the same.

                I am very disappointed by your service and your quality of product. You send me a pair of defective shoe (United colors of benetton). I have returned the parcel. And now you are sending mea sms like the product is failed in quality check, i want to asks you what kind of "quality check" you guys are doing? Have you done a quality check before delivered to customer? Even you guys are not shown the parcel at the time of delivery.
                You are ruling the customer. You want to show that only you are right. You are forcing the customer.

                Now you told me that "product quality failed". That is not fair.
                You are giving false promises to customer that "easy return or 30 day's return policy".

                I returned your parcel as i get with original tag and packing. I want my money back. Please refund asap.
                Please do not harassed the customer because my time is also valuable. So please return my money.

                  This order was cancelled by myntra on the day of delivery without any update
                  I also sent a complaint on there site. Ut no response
                  It has been more than 10 days from placing an order but no response from myntra and no refund
                  If the stock was not available then on the first how they agreed to place an order and after 5 days they sent u an update showing your order has been cancelled
                  Is this a joke or what
                  You kept my money for 10 days without any response

                    I received non returnable earphones (Order no.[protected]-9985303) and i dared to buy those because i have already used it and its pretty good.

                    Now the earphones which i have received are not working properly, only one of the earphone is working (R) and the other has no audible sound (L). I can only hear from both if i keep the jack on certain angle, which i have to find.
                    I feel cheated.

                      I ordered few products while the sale was going on but received only two of them. I want to re order them at the previous price. The app says it has returned to origin but i received no calls during the time of delivery. Now the prices are high and i already spent a couple of hours finding and searching. The delivery guy on calling said he was sick and so was not able to deliver the products but now he says it has been shipped back to origin. I wasn’t event informed and my time got wasted i want to re order it please look after it as soon as possible

                          I have ordered a two shirts on myntra on dec 26th 2017 and it was expected to deliver on jan 4th 2017. No update or anything from myntra further and not ready to provide me with refund till it reach my place where they are not sure when it will be delievered.. One of very poor customer service with very worst customer executive who is very casual in a call saying that to go ahead with refusing product to receive my refund. I would request everyone not to purchase anything online from myntra..

                            Thisis with regards to order no.[protected]-7248103 placed on 31.12.2017 amounting to rs. 1672/-

                            I had placed a return request for 2 products on 04.01.2018 from the above mentioned order no. Namely - dressberry woman black solid top and and dressberry gold toned stone studded chain bracelet amounting to rs. 659/- and rs. 298/- respectively. Delivery of both the products were received on the same day i. E. On 04.01.2018

                            The said products were collected 05.01.2018 by mr. More from ekart. However refund amount credited to my bank account was only rs. 298/-, instead of total amount of rs. 957/-.

                            Also yesterday dated 06.01.2018 i received another message from myntra stating pick up of product to be returned by wish master of ekart services. No one did turn up in the entire day and also i had already handed over the return parcel the day before on 05.01.2018.

                            In the evening i received another message mentioning cancellation of return request placed for dressberry women black solid top without stating reason for cancellation.

                            I have again lodged return request for d said product despite returning it.

                            Kindly look into the matter and revert as it is not expected from myntra.

                            Hoping to receive immediate positive reply from your end.

                              In the hustle bustle of their so called eor sale myntra is not doing proper quality and quantity check before shipping the products to customers. While being the frequent victim of this thing this is fourth time i am facing issue of getting incomplete order. I ordered one serum from myntra during eors. It supposed to contain two tubes inside of which one tube is missing. When i called and informed them they say that the customer raising frequent complaints of incomplete orders so they can’t issue refund. If the customer is facing this problem frequently then they should actually do the serious enquiry about their packaging and not simply disrespect the customer saying he is raising foul complaints. I want proper resolution to my complaint.

                                I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 22nd december 2017 and i was making the payment rs 975.23 through airtel money wallet.. Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times.. When i placed order there was an offer 15% cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I got my cashback as per offer.. I have attached screenshot of payment and cashback details.. This is the worst experience in myntra

                                  Hi my name is pallavi and my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
                                  I have ordered a roadster men grey sneakers on 24th of december. The expected delivery date was 1 st of january. Later i got a msg from myntra stating that the delivery date has been delayed and the next deliver date is 4 th of january 2017. Today is 6 th of january, and i have no track where my order is. Even customer care officers anr not picking up the call from last two days. Is this the professionalism you people have. Then sorry to say from my side a big no for myntra from next time.

                                    I have placed my order on the 29th december 2017. I still have not received my orders. I received sms on 30th december 2017 itself that my orders have been shipped. The stated delivery date by myntra is on 6th january 2018. But i have received an sms stating that the delivery date has been extended to 8th january 2018. This extention of delivery date is causing me inconvenience.                                     I have initiated to a payment of rs 2359.41 for my order reebok women shoes from myntra for which amount had been debited from my airtel money wallet but order was not acknowledged. Once i called to customer care and they told me that it will automatically reversed in 7 working day. Please place a fresh order. I placed a fresh order and again paid 2359.41 from my airtel wallet to get the delievery. Now my first payment of rs 2359.41 is still not refunded after raised multiple request through myntra customer care and online portal.

                                      The product i received yesterday was not the product i had ordered for. Though it was from the same company, it wasn't the same product i ordered. I have emailed them, but there has not been any direct response, it just says that you can't email on [protected]@myntra.com which is actually the email we need to complain on. The "contact us" number, is of no help at all. As the 'champions' are all busy. I was highly disappointed with such a prestigious online shopping brand like myntra.
