I had placed an order for "loreal paris women superliner brown eyeliner 6g (Product code: 62172)" on 31st december, 2017 but a different product of the same brand has been delivered to me (Delivery date: jan 05, 2018). The "contact us" number is not helping for this query. Please provide an exchange option for this product or a return would also help.

I have ordered a two shirts on myntra on dec 26th 2017 and it was expected to deliver on jan 4th 2017. No update or anything from myntra further and not ready to provide me with refund till it reach my place where they are not sure when it will be delievered.. One of very poor customer service with very worst customer executive who is very casual in a call saying that to go ahead with refusing product to receive my refund. I would request everyone not to purchase anything online from myntra..

Thisis with regards to order no.[protected]-7248103 placed on 31.12.2017 amounting to rs. 1672/-

I had placed a return request for 2 products on 04.01.2018 from the above mentioned order no. Namely - dressberry woman black solid top and and dressberry gold toned stone studded chain bracelet amounting to rs. 659/- and rs. 298/- respectively. Delivery of both the products were received on the same day i. E. On 04.01.2018

The said products were collected 05.01.2018 by mr. More from ekart. However refund amount credited to my bank account was only rs. 298/-, instead of total amount of rs. 957/-.

Also yesterday dated 06.01.2018 i received another message from myntra stating pick up of product to be returned by wish master of ekart services. No one did turn up in the entire day and also i had already handed over the return parcel the day before on 05.01.2018.

In the evening i received another message mentioning cancellation of return request placed for dressberry women black solid top without stating reason for cancellation.

I have again lodged return request for d said product despite returning it.

Kindly look into the matter and revert as it is not expected from myntra.

In the hustle bustle of their so called eor sale myntra is not doing proper quality and quantity check before shipping the products to customers. While being the frequent victim of this thing this is fourth time i am facing issue of getting incomplete order. I ordered one serum from myntra during eors. It supposed to contain two tubes inside of which one tube is missing. When i called and informed them they say that the customer raising frequent complaints of incomplete orders so they can’t issue refund. If the customer is facing this problem frequently then they should actually do the serious enquiry about their packaging and not simply disrespect the customer saying he is raising foul complaints. I want proper resolution to my complaint.

I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 22nd december 2017 and i was making the payment rs 975.23 through airtel money wallet.. Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times.. When i placed order there was an offer 15% cashback from myntra if i make payment through airtel app.. I got my cashback as per offer.. I have attached screenshot of payment and cashback details.. This is the worst experience in myntra

I have ordered a roadster men grey sneakers on 24th of december. The expected delivery date was 1 st of january. Later i got a msg from myntra stating that the delivery date has been delayed and the next deliver date is 4 th of january 2017. Today is 6 th of january, and i have no track where my order is. Even customer care officers anr not picking up the call from last two days. Is this the professionalism you people have. Then sorry to say from my side a big no for myntra from next time.

I have placed my order on the 29th december 2017. I still have not received my orders. I received sms on 30th december 2017 itself that my orders have been shipped. The stated delivery date by myntra is on 6th january 2018. But i have received an sms stating that the delivery date has been extended to 8th january 2018. This extention of delivery date is causing me inconvenience. I kindly request the myntra team to please consider this and...

I have initiated to a payment of rs 2359.41 for my order reebok women shoes from myntra for which amount had been debited from my airtel money wallet but order was not acknowledged. Once i called to customer care and they told me that it will automatically reversed in 7 working day. Please place a fresh order. I placed a fresh order and again paid 2359.41 from my airtel wallet to get the delievery. Now my first payment of rs 2359.41 is still not refunded after raised multiple request through myntra customer care and online portal.

The product i received yesterday was not the product i had ordered for. Though it was from the same company, it wasn't the same product i ordered. I have emailed them, but there has not been any direct response, it just says that you can't email on [protected]@myntra.com which is actually the email we need to complain on. The "contact us" number, is of no help at all. As the 'champions' are all busy. I was highly disappointed with such a prestigious online shopping brand like myntra.

I had placed my myntra order on 29th december. My myntra parcel supposed to contain two product. But i found there is only one item inside and the another one is missing. I immediately applied for return request for both the item but how can i get the refund for both since i received only one item. This this how you people deal with the parcels. This is the first time i m experiencing such thing. I want you to look after this delicate matter so that i can get my refund for both the items. Otherwise next time i will not buy anything from myntra. This is horrible.

They have given me a used fort collins jacket, which only god knows if its a genuine product or a fake one, now not taking it back.. The jacket has ink marks n they are blaming it on me.. I haven't removed any single tag off the jacket... Need help please they are looting me about 2100rs.
Please help me to get my money back and make them take their # jacket out of my face..

I ordered on december 23rd for my products. But i received message that order is out for delivery today and still not turned up. I am getting messages regarding order delivery but i am not received my order till now and beyond that i receive message that i was not at home, but i never go out and available at home all the time. It's worst service. I have taught it's good but it turned to be worst. This is the 3rd time i am facing the same problem.

I have ordered a men's blazer from myntra.com on 25th dec. For attend a function on 8th jan. Order no. Is[protected]-6247101. When i placed order they give me delivery date of 5th jan 2018 but till 3rd jan. It is not dispatched, so i send a query to customer care and ask when my order will dispatch. No answer coming from customer care and next day on 4th jan. I seen that delivery date has been changed from 5th jan to 12th jan. So i called to customer care and ask him the reason to extend delivery date but he was giving excuses and told me that your order will be dispatch on 6th jan. And may be received to you by 8th jan or max. Upto 12th jan.
Today evening (05th jan.) when i was checking my mails, i found a cancellation mail from myntra with a reason of out of stock. No any telephonic information or text msg is send to me.
The prize of that type blazer is 3 times in local market.
If they are not able to fulfill their commitment then why they are accept order.

Please help.

I had ordered nike shoes on 21st december, during the myntra sale. On 31st december i get a message saying that the product is out for delivery but it never arrived. Again on 2nd jan i got a message saying that it'll arrive today but again nothing came. I got a call from myntra asking if i still want the product, i opted for yes. According to the app, it would come by 4th jan. So i called the customer service, which was terrible by the way. They told me that i refused to take the delivery or cancelled so they sent it back to origin. I was home on both days and i am certain nothing came to my house. Besides, i opted that i still wanted my product but still they cancelled it and conveniently blamed it on the courier boy. They said i have to place the order again. And obviously, because i ordered it during the sale, the price is way higher. I asked the customer service for a number so i can place a complaint, they never gave it me. I have come across such terrible service.

I received a call from myntra they told that you have won 50000 prize because you have shop a wildcraft bag. If you want a prize you have to shop above rs 3500 so i shop above 3500 and they told that your prize will be transfer to your bank account so you have to told your debit card number so i told my debit card number and they stolen 4000 from that card also. I want my money back otherwise i will filed a complaint in court against myntra. The fraud call numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]. From this number i have received a fraud call.

I have ordered a black forever new dress on 22dec and it was to be delivered on 30 dec and i had to fly back out of the city on 4th, i never received that dress, i spoke to the customer care and they had no idea what to do. The dress wasn't even been shipped so i asked to change the address to mumbai but they didn't even do that, in spite of that i made arrangements for that dress to arrive out of city myself but on 5th december, myntra cancelled...

I recently purchased a dressberry multicolored a-line dress and i am disappointed with the product. The cherry colored portion in the dress lose its color each time the dress is exposed to water. If myntra is selling a product then the customer expects all products to be of top quality. Since i have worn the dress once, the tag is cut and now there is simply no other way to return the dress. I expect a compensation for the dress i can no longer wear.

Hi myntra delivered in complete product and after raising the complaint to customer care no proper action. Am not getting how to get resolve this. No customer care mail i'd and no customer care number. Stupid service in my life time i never going to order in myntra.
If this is how myntra working it will service more days against their competitors as myntra doesn't gain any trust.
They delivered just dupatta instead of complete suit that i ordered for my birthday. Am so disappointed and i paid around 2500 amount.

I booked the shoes in myntra past 13days and till date i didnt received the order. When i called and enquired then they told that it will reach tomorrow. Same wise they continued for 4 days but didnt received the order. Finally when i pressured them then they told it will reach tomorrow and shared the delivery person name as dhanaraj with mobile number which ia not working. For reference please find the receivrd mesaage from myntra

But till now i didnt received the order. When i called today they are telling the order returned back due to unavailability of customer. I am at home and i didnt received any call even. Now they are responding that refund amount has initiated. I dont know who asked for refund. Very worst response and worst experience. Better to block these for future

All of the above 03 orders are not received to me.
Please not, i along with my family were out of town for last 05 days & i don't understand, how the product can be delivered at my home.
