I did shopping in the month of december from myntra, returned some of the product, which are of very poor quality, wrong product received, specification of product were different on website vs actual.

When i returned the product they provided credit to myntra credit saying its quickest but not specifying that later you cannot withdraw money in bank account. Now once they already credited the amount to myntra credit they mentioned their that money cannot be transferred you have to buy product to utilize the money which is fraud. They should have mentioned that information at the time of return.

Nowadays they started asking for delivery charges for each and every order that to where they retain customer money in their account. They are like fraudsters keep asking for extra money beneath other terms.

In sale they show discount and then they charge additional taxes as lumpsum amount in total, not even specify how much percentage, which tax and to which product.
When i asked to customer care they were not ready to share information of tax bifurcation which is incorrect and they just keep transferring call to their supervisor. Supervisor only keeps on repeating that dont have authority and its not as per policy.

Even customer care executive also not good and friendly. They are like robot keep on repeating same thing.

I have returned my product the way i received fulfilling all the policies of return with tag and unused and else but i received a mail mentioning about my parcel put on hold and after a week more yet i havent received the refund.

    I have been such a frequent buyer of yours and it is absolutely dissatisfying that many of my products are delayed at your end.
    The last order no[protected]-8530501 was purchased by me on 22 dec which is yet not delivered.
    There is no point of ordering when it takes a month to get it delivered.
    Kindly cancel my order and refund asap

      I have placed return request for 7 items which was supposed to get picked up on 16th jan, 2018.I also received message dated 16th jan, 2018 stating that the item will be picked up by an agent named Mohammed kaleem(phone number-[protected]), but no body turned up and also i did not receive any update on the same.I called the customer support, they mentioned that the delivery agent's bike broke down so...

      Hi, i m snehal from banglore. I have placed order for two kurtas, that has come one after other in two days time. For first one i was supposed to pay a certain amoun. After paying delivery guy said that he doesn't have change. When i asked for any written note for that he said that he will give the change on my next order which was supposed to come by today. Today when he came with courier again some change he was supposed to retunt me back for today's bill too. When i asked to return both days change money together by today he said he doesn't have change today also. So i refused to take today's order

          Bought Indian Garage Co. Black hooded jacket. Asked for an exchange and received a package having no price tags and it seemed to be used.
          I contacted the customer care and raised a complaint. Now, they say exchange or return is declined as they never send product without price tag.
          Why should i do some kind of malpractice when i am ready to buy the product and all i want is to exchange and get a good product???

            This complain is regarding the recent purchase of mine... I bought a casio enticer watch.. As we all are awared that casio provides plastic or the steel signature cased box to maintain the elegance and the safety as well... What i got with my watch is a mere carboard casio signature box... Order id is (106739564587515093603) the box is giving a really cheap look and is not at all an option to go for the security... Image is attached herewith... I talked to the customer care as well and the response was "myntra usually replace boxes to ensure the damage safety as during delivery the original. Case may get damage"... Kindly look into the matter and replace my case with the original one...

              I am shubham pandya, an ex customer of myntra due to the last incident took place with me after your end of year sale.
              I had ordered an sweat shirt my order number is[protected]-0317301 my registered phone number is [protected]. I had placed an order on the 29th december 2017 and expected arrival of product was on 5th january 2018. Until 13th there was no sign of product or any communication from your end. I had a word with your supervisor farhen but she was very unhelpful to me. She assured me of some coupon and my delivery but nothing was done. I don't think this is the way a customer is supposed to be treated. I am very upset and disappointed by your service and never would i suggest or refer to someone. Your call centre guys told me that they'll arrange a call back from your head but neither was that done.
              I hope there would be some sort of customer respect in your organisation and y'all try to contact me.

                I placed an order on 21 dec 2017, which i received in 27 dec 2017. On the same day i requested for return since i received a wrong brand. So, the return no.[protected] expected to be picked up by 06 jan 2018. Since i didn't receive any notification on 6 jan 2018, i had to call customer support where myntra champions were so busy to attend the calls. Finally after conveying my problem i was told that within three working days return pickup will be done. On 14jan2018 attempt was made for return pickup when i was not available at home, so the pick up guy asked me when can he come. I asked him to come on 15th, he denied since it is holiday. So upon mutual agreement that on 16th by 13:30 pickup will be made call was ended. On 16th after several calls from my side to the pickup guy, there was no response. I didn't receive any call from anyone and i was notified that the return was declined.

                  I have ordered a track pant from Myntra on 02.01.2018 by making payment from my phonepe wallet .
                  The expected delivery date was on 11.02.1018. But i did not get my product on that day. After that the delivery date reached to 16.02.2018. But still now i did not get my product.
                  I raised a lot of complain to myntra. But they did not listen to me.
                  Now they are telling that they cant say the exact date of delivery.
                  The most surprising thing is that the product is dispatching from banglore and will be delivered to bangalore which is my location.
                  It has been already crossed 15 days . But still now i did not get my product.

                  Right now i have no option. I dont know whether i will get my product or not.

                  Thats why i came to this forum and raised a complain. Kindly plz solve my problem.i will be reamained ever grateful to u.

                    I bought a mehroon shirt from myntra i hve xchngd it cz of d size issue d shrt is frm d brand jainish... The issue the shirt is bulding out the color... When i wore the shrt mah whole inner wear got of the mehroon color as the color used ovr d shrt is of very poor quality... Plzzz tll me wy to ovrcum it...                       I have taken online number [protected] from your website to enquire refund of some returns items on[protected] at 2.52 pm. The person named raj kumar and rahul sharma who attended the calls has taken my debit card number starting with 622018 and ending with 5849. After some time he has taken the otp number from me received on my mobile and debit rs. 20, 000/- (10, 000+10, 000) from my account with the massage that " thank you for using your sbi card 622xx5849 for a purchase worth rs q0000-00 0n pos [protected] at mpesa txn #420216 and rs.[protected] on pos [protected] at mpesa txn# 420534 without my request. You are requested to enquire into the fraud done with me from above on line helpline number and by the persons concerned.

                        I am very disappointing with the kind of service got your end, made a purchase through credit card and returned and without any communication refund being arranged on myntra credit, all i wanted to transfer money back to credit card and same mode of payment, delivery boy assisted me and shared wrong information, called customer care many times, cut off my calls ridiculously in middle every. This is some thing we don't expect from one of the reputative online shopping sites. This behaviour has hurted in such way, i have lost my trust for myntra and will not shop again... Very disgusting, ridiculous i had with you guys

                          This with reference to my complaint dated 29.12.2017 having return no.[protected]involving Rs. 1959.44) and 06.01.2018 having return no.[protected]involving Rs. 918.38). Even after repeated requests and phone call both the items have not been picked up till leading to withholding of my Rs. 2, 877.88/-. I have been provided with a number of representative who will pick up the items but he never turns up. Further, number of his provided also do not work. This is seer harassment which is being met out to me as my family keeps waiting for the person but no one turns up. It appears that your organisation has made this as policy to withhold the money of buyers for long time by not picking up the return goods and earn hefty interest on the same. If you can go through the details of my phone calls in your record and umpteenth time false promises made by your organisation regarding pick-up. Now, it is humble request to credit my account with my money and get the goods picked up.

                                I bought pair of jeans on 29.12.2017. They sent the wrong size. So i returned it to exchange for the correct size. Again i got wrong size. So i returned the jeans for refund of my amount of rs. 2164. They refused to return my money and claim that they have credited the amount to what they call "myntra credit". I do not want to buy anything from myntra. I just want the money back. They have got the jeans back but i haven't received the money.

                                  I had oredered hrx active wear and received a bag instead of it.
                                  I had placed the order on 7th jan., 2018 and on 8th jan, 2018 i receievd an sms for early delivery whereas this product which was delivered early was the wrong product (I. E. The bag).
                                  I logged on the app and requested for a return with the comment as wrong product.
                                  The next day the delivery guy came to my place but he denied delivery saying that the product i was returning was wrong whereas the wrong product being delivered to me by myntra was the reason i initiated a return.
                                  I havent yet received the correct product.
                                  I spoke to many customer executives last week who also confirmed that there was some problem at their end and hence the wrong product was delivered to me and the right product would reach me soon.
                                  Meanwhile i kept waiting for the right product, the executives kept pushing the deadlines mentioned to me on the mail.
                                  The right product hasn't reached yet and myntra seems to not care at all.
                                  This is very disappointing customer service and query resolution shown by mytra.

                                    This is pratiksha dixit from usa. I am writing this complaint about one of my purchase which i made in october. Long story short, i asked my cousin to purchase a nike joggers pant for my husband from your website. You won’t believe after first wash that jogger pant length reduced like anything to be specific about 5 inch.
                                    Please let me know how you are going to justify about the quality of this merchandise. I want some positive results as soon as possible.

                                      I have not yet received my order of
                                      1) roadster men olive green round neck tshirt

                                      It has been shipped through myntra logistics courier, packet number is [protected] and when i tracked it i find that it has already reached aizawl on 9th jan 2018 and it even says it was out for delivery that very same day but i have never received this product till today 15th jan 2018. It has been about a week now and i would be very grateful if this delay could be processed any faster.
