I ordered a shapewear from myntra which i wanted to exchange. But when i went to the myntra app to request for exchange, it didn't give me that option to request for exchange. Then i reached out to support for help, they told me that the product is not available for return. Then i told them that i am asking for exchange and not return and i knew the fact that product was not eligible for return.in their app, they have not mentioned anything about the exchange of product and the only thing which was mentioned over there was "this product is not available for return". There is a difference between return and exchange. If something is not available for exchange that should be clearly mentioned on the app for the customer.
Also if we order anything from myntra and once the order is delivered, there are two options which customer has. One is exchange and the other one is return. On basis of that, i was under impression that the product is available for exchange since they have not mentioned anything about the exchange.
After multiple calls and messages also there was no action taken and they repeatedly said that the product will not be exchanged. (I have screenshots available with me as well to prove it.)
Problem is myntra advertises about their hassle-free return and exchange of product which is just a lie and fake.

Is that i have placed order on 23rd and i havnt received any of my items nor i got any msg from myntra logistic regarding my order details... Let me know when will i be receiving my order.. I got email from myntra regarding my orders that i will be receiving my order on so n so date but i havnt received till yet..

      I ordered combo pack of 3 t-shirt, but when i opened the pack front of your delivery guy (Ravi patil, [protected]) then in the box i have received only 1 t-shirt, box packing was also not up to the mark. I always trust on mantra but this time i feel like i am cheated from myntra. Your packing box was damaged & that delivery boy says that i having only 1 t-shirt to deliver & i have no idea of your full order.

          Iam prathamesh bhoite i would like to tell you that iam a loyal customer of myntra but this time myntra disappointed me i had placed order and when my order was out for delivery i got msg from myntra which included the phone number of delivery boy.. When i called him he told me he will deliver the product by afternoon but he failed so i called him again and he told me he will b coming by 7pm evening and at the end of the day he said he will deliver the product next day so i gave him a chance but next day he was very arrogant and started saying jaao complaint kar lo mujhe mera salary milta hai myntra ka loss hoga mujhe kuch farak nahi padta... N then he came he delivered the product n was continuously starring at me in anger... N again d same person has to deliver my order n yet i've not received my order...
          Myntra nw i feel jabong is much better than you as u dnt value the customers... I want you to take strict action against that delivery boy

            This is smeet
            On 21st december i placed order on myntra of around 5000 rs.

            They delivered only one item out of 5. And when i call them, they tell me your complaint has been taken so please wait for five days. Even myntra guys don’t know it’s whereabouts. It was shipping on 23rd and was suppose to get delivered by 27th dec but now it’s 4th of january andy still they don’t know where the product is. Tracking details show it is in transit. Wow since 23rd it is in transit.

              Hello,
              I want to bring this in notice of you that myantra should keep cool, calm and well spoken delivery man for their business. Today at airoli area of navi mumbai, delivery man named kailash vanwe showed a rude behaviour and a harsh language with me during delivery of my order. When i said i will complain at myntra office, he replied "karne ka complain, koi fark nahi padta". The issue was just that i didn't mention ground floor in my address. I was like it's okay. But he behaved like an arrogant person. I thought that i will never order anything from myntra now. I request you to please see into the issue and throw out this man from your company. Because of these types of employee customer will choose other options like amazon.

                This is to bring to your notice that yesterday only 1 missed call, and i was on some other call, i called the delivery agent back 10 times in 30 seconds but he didn't receive the call and suddenly i got a message that product has been undelivered. I went to the pick up point and my product was there in front of my eyes. I was carrying card and the agent said that the machine is not working and they will bring it the next day that is today. But today when i checked it has been returned to origin.

                It is very disappointing that company like myntra provides services like this. I bought the product in sale and now the price has gone up. Do you think after all this i would ever buy from myntra. I need the same product.

                  I ordered tommy hilfiger men charcoal analogue watch th1791157j_bbd, which was delivered yesterday on 02 jan 2018. But the warranty card of watch showed purchase date of february 2014. I have received product whose warrantry period is already over. And i dont know what to do with myntra as i'm not able to get in contact with them. So please suggest on what should i do.

                    Order number[protected]-2435701 was placed on 21st december. Part of the order is not dispatched yet and it is 3rd january now! Absolutely pathetic service by myntra. Whenever i call they say 2 more days and that is never ending for them. They r providing no resolution to my query!
                    They keep saying it is a technical glitch and will be resolved by 2 days and that is never happening. I started calling them from 24th december and still no resolution. They say they are escalating but nothing happens at the end of the day. They made me place another other for the same item with cod and even that is not getting dispatched. So clearly it cannot be a 'technical issue' for the same item in 2 different orders. I don't understand what is wrong with the item that they are not dispatching it even after so many days.

                      My order awb:[protected] was due on 1st jan 2018. As i already mentioned my business address sco-11 kalgidhar enclave baltana. My office timings are from 9am to 5.30pm.
                      Every time they come for the delivery after 6.15pm.
                      I called the delivery person several times but they are not responding
                      I am really pissed off as i am not getting my order in time

                        I ordered 6 products on 21st december, 2017... 3 products were delivered and 1 is sitting on its way and suddenly i got a email today saying that your fort collins women navy solid parka jacket with detachable hood is returned as this order has been cancelled as the product was returned to our warehouse as undelivered. This could be because our delivery agent was not able to reach out to you on the phone number you had provided, despite several attempts or you have requested for cancelation. However i never got any information about any delivery attempts. I understand it's new year time delivery may be delayed but they suddenly mail and say the money will be refunded and the product will not be delivered how unlikely is that? Now i call myntra they accept their mistake and is ready to give me a product for same price at same discount of same band only however there is no jacket in my size left...in first place my money was stuck for so long which i disregarded as i wanted that product. However now all what they are giving me is just a apology. I don't want any discount or anything... I just want that jacket.. Which very simple to understand however they people there are not authorized to do so and have given me a complaint reference number[protected]... This experience has really let me down and has made me to regret shopping online...

                          This is raju here
                          On 22 december i placed order on myntra of around 25000 rs.

                          They provide few item and one huge order of 16 item was lost by them according to them so they said that we cancel your order dew to some technical reason

                          When i ask for reason then they said that we lost your order so we are cancel your order

                          For the order i all ready paid them up in adavance now i also say them if you lost the order then ok i will wait for new order but they just cancel it without my permission so i feel being cheated by myntra

                          Cause if we see the scenario for me they just use my fund for 10 days in free

                          While they are able to supply the product as they said that please place the order again before change in price so this is kind of cheating by a big company like myntra on whom customers have lot of trust.

                          They just cheat the customer in new smart way by this way

                            I had placed an order for few products. However most of them are now cancelled and the process to send refund is initiated.

                            I see the same products are available on the website now but at a lower discount %... My order was when the discount was 40% and now the products have discount of 30% or none.

                            Myntra is trying to cheat the customers.

                            I have also taken the screenshots of the products available email received from myntra about cancellation. This is definitely a cheating and the same needs to be highlighted to the customers who trust the brand and place order online with you guys.

                              Hi,

                              I placed an order with the contact number [protected]. My order id is[protected]-3515201. My package was supposed to be delivered on 31st december 2017, but it is not yet delivered. The delivery guy has no information about my package. Myntra is simply delaying my order without giving me any order status. This is highly unexpected from a company like myntra. I want my package to be delivered in a day else i am going to contact the consumer court.

I bought from myntra fashion sale on 22 dec. And i received wrong product. 2 times. And i am attaching two images of my shoes.                                   I had ordered 7-8 products from myntra among which 2 product status say returned to the origin without my concern. I want them to be delivered at the earliest as it’s been more time than expected. Haven’t received a single product from myntra. This is really taking long. Previous days it used to be real quick however now the scenario is completely opposite also on the other hand the products status show returned to origin which is quiet frustrating 😣

                                  Hi ..one of my order got deliver on 26th December 2017 ..delivery person told swiping machine is not working but he will try once ..since it was taking lot of time to process..he collected cash of rs 671 . But my amount is deducted from bank too ..how can I get my money back ..please suggest .
                                  My order is not delivered although it has reached the delivery centre.the delivery centre is 30 mins away from my place. Please deliver it soon.

                                    I placed an order on 28th december and it shows the expected delivery date is 14th of january. Previously i placed the order on 22nd december but i got an email that my order was lost. Though i was refunded, i had to place the order once again. But it is taking so much longer time than usual. I am very much annoyed with your service. You are taking more than 2 weeks to deliver the product. Please resolve my problem and deliver the product before 10th of january.

                                      I have placed an order on 26/12/2017 for giordano men black analogue watch 1829-22 for rs. 5988.50/- (Order id[protected]-6533403) and i got a parcel having no watch inside, these are series of scenarios happened

                                      Today (2nd jan 2017) i received my parcel and i was really shocked when i received the empty box. I am writing the email to refund me my money back or give me my actual product.

                                      1. I got a call from the delivery boy named shubham on 1st jan, whose number is [protected] he called me at 4:38 pm and asked me to deliver it to my address but i wasn’t home so i informed him to deliver it to my neighbours address which is just adjacent to my home and since i opted for cod i also agreed that my neighbours will pay as they are very close to me, and than he didn’t came and i got message from myntra at 6:35 pm stating order undelivered.
                                      2. Today at 1:06 pm i got message from myntra stating order is out for delivery and is expected to be delivered by a guy named kriti chand whose number is [protected] and he came to my address at 4:27 pm and my dad received it. As soon as i came back home i checked it.
                                      3. When i picked the package i felt the weight was very less and the watch i ordered was huge and heavy. I had a doubt at that moment.
                                      4. There was also a package damage. It seems like it was earlier torn by someone and put together using transparent tape (Not the narrow cello tapes that we use at home. The one we use at home are very narrow and the one that was used on parcel are broden ones), also the cartoon brown box inside the main package wasn’t sealed packed, it was already opened. It seems like someone in delivery might opened the package and took out the item, then stamped it. Also, amazon guys used printed tapes, the tapes used on the torn package to put it together were transparent and not printed tapes.
                                      5. As soon as i checked my parcel i called the courier boy (Kirti chand), he didn’t answer the call and in the second call he switched off his phone. After that i called shubham (The guy who was suppose to deliver yesterday but didn’t deliver the product without even informing me)
                                      Series of incidents happened when i called both of my courier guys
                                      1. Shubham didn’t pick my called twice, he cut the call
                                      2. Shubham picked the call instantly in one ring when i called from another number
                                      3. I had called him 4 times today and in every call, he was changing his statement. (In first statement he said he called me 10 times and was outside my home and when i didn’t pick the phone he didn’t deliver the product - in the second statement he said he didn’t even come to my house - in the third statement he said he spoke to me at 1:30 pm while in fact i spoke to him at 4:38 pm which he is saying i didn’t pick the call at 4:38 pm.
                                      4. And he was not even ready to guide me the further steps on what i can do,, he was just saying talk to the person kirti who actually delivered the product today, talk to him talk to him.
                                      5. And in the last call with shubham, he disconnected my call in between and didn’t even cared to call back.

                                      Kindly either issue a full refund or give me my product. Expecting a quick reply from your side and serious course of action against the person who is responsible for this fraud.

                                        I placed an order no:[protected]-5577503 on: 20 dec 2017 for men black canvas mid-top jordan ultra fly 2 basketball shoes. It was shipped to me however as i was out of city for new year celebration with my family so i asked them to hold the order for 3-4 days but they returned to origin. I called the customer care to reship the order as i am available now for the delivery but the customer service denied to re-ship and suggested to place the order again. There is a price difference for approx. Rs. 4600 which myntra is trying to take benefit of. I spoke to a supervisor (Priya) who also bluntly denied and asked to do whatever i wanted to do. I just want the product to be re-shipped at the same price.
