I had ordered lakme lip crayon berry red 01 and recieved lakme lip crayon red stop 02. There is no option of exchange. I want berry red.in case you fail to get it exchanged, you loose a customer because this is not enertained you cannot send anything you want. Exchange the product right way or i ll have to report to higher authorities.

    I have ordered a khaki color trouser along with 6 other items from myntra on 21st of dec 2017. I have paid 574 rs for that trouser with the final cart value of 3338.91 rs. On the next day i. E 22nd dec i got an email that because of quality check myntra has canceled that trouser and i will get the refund of 574 rs within few days. After 2 days i got a refund of 424 rs only for that trouser. They are claiming that they have adjusted my amount with the cashback i got on the phone pay when i have ordered items. The promotion of phone pay was you will get rs 150 cashback on the shopping os 2000 or above. I had done the shopping of 3338rs even after canceling that trouser i am eligible for 150 rs cashback. So i should get the 150 cashback and 574 rs refund for the trouser. According to there customer sales representative, they had included that 150rs cashback in the refund which i am supposed to get for the trouser. I want the cashback and the refund for the product as the cancellation was done from myntra's side. They should give me the full amount of refund which i have paid.

      Hi. I had ordered multiplle products from myntra in nov/dec. This included 2 trousers from marks and spencers - 1 was women black solid regular fit -30 size and 2nd was women black printed slim fit - 32 size. Since both did nt fit me well.. I requested return for slim fit 32 size trouser and exchange for solid regular fit 30 size trouser (For 28 size). When pickup happened, by mistake the pickup was done for the women black solid regular fit (30size) against the women black printed slim fit (32size). Hence when exchange came for 30 size trouser with 28 size for solid regular fir, same was nt delivered as i did nt have the replacement product (Women black solid regular fit 30 size). I raised a complaint with myntra however nothing happened and they just marked women black solid regular fit trouser-28 size as lost which was incorrect. Again i raised a complaint yet nothing happened.. This was i raised 3-4 complaints yet no action. Now the story is that women black printed slim fit trouser is with me however is showing as myntra app as returned and refunded which is incorrect. Womend black solid regular fit trouser 30 size is showing delivered and under exchange with 28 size. And this 28 size wonen black solid regular fit trouser is marked as lost which is also incorrect as this was never delivered to me. I am waiting fr a favourable response from myntra however they are not willing to help. The courier pick up person was also saying that myntra has deducted his salary for the lost trouser so ultimately me (The customer) and the deliver person bas been charged for this error and myntra is nt willing to solve. I am traumatized by this act of myntra.

      I hv called myntra 4 times and raised this complaint but no response from myntra.. i still hv the product and my Rs1200-1500 are stuck with Myntra.. this is my hard earnee money.. i cant let myntra keep my money like this.

        I gave an offer that we will get 15% off if we use airtel wallet, so a deposited a sum of 6000 and when u went to shop there, no airtel wallet was present to select. Now the money that a deposited in airtel wallet hve to be transferred to my bank a/c but there will be a charge of rs 140.
        Please don't make false commitment, if you all can't cmplt it

          I have returned a product order ID[protected]-0138203 on November 2017 and due to quality fails there responsible to return my product and almost 25 days completed not returning my product. And every day I am calling customer care if you are not returning my product then return my money. They are also not doing this also.

          I am losing every day 15 to 20 rupees call charge to myntra customer care and also wasting my time

          I have details recording of Myntra customer care.
          Request you please take action against them.

            Hello, i am sorry to say the services myntra company is giving are pathetic seniors are not generous or courteous over the call, i have placed my first order for jacket recived a new different product but dont want it.
            Now you people are not returning it, its your mistake why customer has to suffer and than no body is ready to help me please help.

              Hi

              I had ordered from myntra and i got the delivery too but i wanted to return it but shockingly i can't see any order in my cart.

              I tried calling and emailing but no use. The dress is lying at my place fo almost a month now.. Should i complain in consumer forum about myntra fraud case?

                I bought a pair of boots, which i returned back because it was not of my size. And the refund amount you transferred it to myntra credit. And when asking help to your customer support supervisor prasad he misguided me by saying i can transfer my myntra credit to anyone. Which i tried doing but there is no such option.
                Secondly on calling to another customer care person arun he told me will check and call back, but he didnt. What kind of service you are giving i dont understand. I need the whole amount in my bank account, want to resolve the problem

                  Also i have attached the image of the garment for your reference.

                  Hi,

                  I ordered one product with order number[protected]-6755303 on 4th december and from 12th dec onward its out for delivery on daily basis and every day in evening they will update the status "unable to deliver". I called 7-8 times to customer care but there response is pathetic. According to them"they cant cancel the order as order is with delivery guys".

                  I am fed up with there pathetic services and suggest everyone not to use myntra.

                  Please help in resolving the issue.

                    After several complaints over mails and phone call i still haven't received the refund of 990/-against the product returned in pic attached. Message was received on 24th oct 17, of payment initiation. But till date not received. Over that myntra is not providing the transaction id against the amount transferred. They have been asking me to contact my bank. But without the transaction id bank us not ready to entertain. Very illogical and careless attitude of myntra.

                      Second complaint regarding myntra.com
                      I have returned my order on 27th of november, 2017 and then i have received massage from myntra that "the refund against the return request for"voi jeans men navy blue solid padded jacket"(Return no:[protected] has been successful and it will reflect in your bank account in the next 5 days. Refund reference # 30001073327326166659167 refund amount: rs.2519.49/-".
                      Then i have received massage from myntra that after 7th, december, 2017 refund will reflect in my bank account but till date i have not received my refund.
                      I have experience of shopping through many other online shopping sites where i have received refunds with in three to four days of pick ups of products but with myntra this was my first experience of shopping which is worst. Even no customer executive number is there, no mail to support team is excepted by myntra.
                      I request you to refund my money urgently.

                        I have placed an order in myntra for a ucb shoes worth 1462.55 order no :[protected]-1029603 on 13 dec 2017, however the address was updated my me as wrong and when i called myntra customer care for updating my correct address they said it was not possible and asked me to cancel. So i cancelled the order. I placed a new order with[protected]-7621901 and opted for try an buy, but the delivery person he delivered to my home address with out even contacting me, the size of shoe was not suitable so i order for exchange on 14th dec with order no :[protected]-8937601 and was suppose to deliver on 17th dec.
                        So i called them on 17th and they said the product will be arranged for a delivery within 48 hours, so i called again on 19th dec, still there are saying need 48 hours, so this was not acceptable and worst service, so i need an explanation and refund immediate on my old order.

                        I ordered Puma Unisex Fluorescent Green and Black printed purse on 11th December 2017 (order no.[protected]-5460703) and my order has not been dispatched yet. The payment was made at the time of order itself and the expected delivery date was 15th December 2017.
                        I request the deliver of order as soon as possible...

                        The problem with this jacket is that i used this jacket once and felt its quality is not good. some white furry stuff from the fabric is coming out that also from black jacket that is clearly visible, not satisfied with the quality. but I dont have price tag of this jacket with me at present as i have used this once hardly for an hour.

                          I placed my order of dressberry dusty pink shoulder bag on 28th november and recieved it on 1st december. The product cost me around 1200 indian rupees. During the first use itself the color of the bag faded and looks worn out. This is my second experience of the like. Last year i bought a bagsy malone sling bag and the same happened to it. I would like to get an exchange or refund.

                              I have placed an order for 'm. A. C
                              Nc45 studio fix powder plus foundation' from myntra and it costed me around 1, 858.44.
                              And to my surprise, it was a used product. Very disappointed after seeing the product.
                              I have called myntra to return the product but they are denying saying beauty products cannot be returned and they have sent with proper quality check.
                              Can't myntra be wrong? I have paid so much amount and i am getting a used product.. I have raised complaint almost 15-20 times but i am getting the same response.. Now i cant use the product also as its a used one and i dont want to spoil my skin by using that.
                              Request you to please look in to the issue and provide a reasonable solution.

                              Myntra has always been delivering used products. Last time I ordered a jeans and it was like used one which has been washed and ironed and delivered to me. It smelled too bad like detergent. Also there was no tag of the brand on the back side above pocket. Seriously now I am scared ordering anything from myntra.

                                I ordered one dressberry women solid pumps on 7 december still i don't get the order. Today i spoke to customer care and they are not ready to cancel my order. Then when i told them i want to talk to supervisor they transferred the after holding me for good 5 minutes and then at moment he started talking they cut my call and don't reply me back... Pathetic service

                                  Within one and half month the pasting of shoes has torn off.

                                  I regularly buy one thing or the other on myntra but this time i am very disappointed with the quality. The seller has given 3 months warranty. I want to get my shoes replaced. If the assurance of genuine products provided by myntra attracts us to shop online on myntra. But if such cases happen we would not buy rather we would ask others not to buy on myntra.
                                  I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it in the best possible way.

                                    I promoted myntra app to my friends and in return i got 300₹ (600 myntra points) in my account on 14 oct 2017. But still it is under pending points and i could not make use of it. I contacted myntra customer care but they have no idea about the problem. Myntra even don't have any review system or rating scheme in their app and customer don't have any platform to raise our opinion or complaints which makes it difficult to trust....

                                    I placed my order on myntra app on december 14 at 11:34 pm containing 2 items and the tried to pay via upi the payment of 824.73 inr got debited from my bank account but the order dint get placed. After the amount got debited there was no sign of order being placed in the order tab in the myntra app. Please let me know how will i get refund since the order dint get placed.
