Hi, i had ordered watch for my dear one on 22/12/2017. The initial date of delivery was 27/12/2017. When i did not get any update, i called the helpline. I was asked to wait another 2days. After which i called again asking about the status of shipment. I was given no assurance that my product will be delivered on time. Again i have been asked to wait for 2 days. If not i will have to cancel the order. This is my first time i ever ordered in mytra. I guess it will be my last time. This is my worst experience till date. I still have not got any information about the dispatch of my product. My order id # is 106577476396031265501

Hello? Few months back i added 5 e-gift cards worth 1k each to my myntra account.
I bought a nike bag and puma shoe using my myntra wallet money (It costed me around 4k)

After that i stopped using myntra for many months (3-4)
Just few days back i realized there must be some balance in my myntra wallet? And when i checked it? I found 0 balance

Also when i checked orders it showed me no order (Maybe because it gets cleared after every 6months)

Now?? Myntra is doing fraud
If not? I just wanna ask

Tell us all the transactions? How come my wallet is zero

And?? Tell us how they were used?? Where all balance is?

I had ordered for invictus men semi formal shoes, order no.[protected]-3853101, and the same was reveived on 17 dec 2017. But sorry to say that the said shoes used for only 2 days the leather from inside the shoes peeled off. I have attached the photos of the same.
Request you to please look into this.

I purchased a vero moda solid bikers jacket (Order no.[protected]-1095401) from myntra during their eors sale. The sale started at midnight on 22nd december, 2017. It is to be noted that the order for the same was placed on 22nd december, 2017. The jacket was on a discounted price of rs 2469. The real price of the jacket is rs 4899. The above mentioned order was scheduled to be delivered on 26th december, 2017. However the same product was not shipped by myntra till 25th december. Consequently, i called myntra's customer care and informed them regarding the same. They assured me that the product will be shipped and delivered to me within three working days. But today on 27th december, 2017 i receive a mail from myntra cancelling my order and the reason stated was lost in transit. The reason in itself sounds absurd as such carelessness by a reputed online service provider 'myntra' is not justified. Their service in this case was utterly disappointing as they made me wait for 5 days and then sent me a cancellation mail. The jacket was on a discounted price during eors sale, which i bought and now the sale is over the same will be sold at its original price. The main concern of consumer is that order was placed at the earliest as soon as the sale commenced which was duly confirmed by myntra. If they didn't wanted to sell the product at discounted price then why did they advertise it.

Prayer:
Kindly, direct myntra to deliver the same product at the earliest and on the same price along with the compensation as may deem fit.

Sir... I had ordered reebok tracksuit from myntra on 22nd december and i received my order on 26th december... After getting my order i came to know that suit is missed from the order means i got only track pant... Its the case of fraud by myntra.. When i got my order it is properly sealed too... I have a cctv recording too.. But when i complaint to customer care of myntra they were properly reacting to my query

My name is deepti and this is to alert everyone who pays myntra blindly through net banking or credit/debit cards while placing orders and believes that complete product will be delivered by time.

Instead we should chose for cod option and pay only after confirming if the complete items in the order are delivered or not.

Though i have been a frequent buyer for myntra, still i am writing this after experiencing the issue for the second time.

I had placed an order#[protected]-8736501 for "arrow navy tailored fit mens single breasted formal suit" on 22nd dec 2018. The product was delivered today on 26th dec but incomplete.
It did not have the pants. As soon as we opened it and found the pants not to be there, i raised a complaint on customer care which they assured that it would be resolved asap.
After some time i got a reply which says "upon reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post stringent quality check. Hence we would not be able to provide refund for missing item".

This reply boiled me up to the core as shipping the product does ensures that it would be delivered in same condition. This is 7100 rs product and myntra should value customer's money.

How we would believe that it was shipped witn pants or without pants. There is definately something wrong in the warehouse from where the items are shipped or iether with the delivery.

I had ordered products worth 40k on the same day and myntra thinks that i am trying to lie about a pant. Is this the value what company gives to thier elite and regular customers.

2-3 months back i had the similar issue with order #[protected]-6492203, biba layered embroidered kurta/pallazo set where i did not get the dupatta and layered sheer woven kurta jacket which was eventually refunded after raising the complaint.

I want either the missing item to be delivered or refund of my complete amount. If i do not get my whole amount refunded then i will sue myntra till consume court.

Myntra is advertising easy return proceed... How true is this?
- myntra as a company is great
- however there is an issue with the return process. I am not writing here on my first experience. This is the second time and i had the same issue with the return/ exchange.
The myntra logistics team in visakhapatnam have advised that they will call the customer once and if they do not answer they will not come for delivery or pick-up of the product.
I was amazed 1 call can be missed by any one for any reason.

I had purchases a blazer from Myntra .com on 23 Nov 2017 . Due to quality issues I returned the blazer after 3 days of delivery as they have 30 days return policy . Since then I'm waiting for refund, I talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and I need to call state bank of India or to call their customer care . I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated refund and they advised me to talk to Myntra customer care and ask them to resolve the issue . I talked to Myntra customer but they're not helping .they keep saying that we have initiated refund but i haven't received any refund.

Hi, i ordered 3 product out of which one product didn't come as there is a box and product name and no. Is written but the box was empty and opened. I received my parcel on 26th dec 2017 and it was ordered on 22nd of december.

Heavy delay in delivery timings ordered many clothes from this useless myntra shopping but still not got single thing never expected from myntra that too much of delay in delivery time simply showing the ads about fast delivery and all, but it is not like that u not get the product on time if any function are there i suggest u guys simply buy the clothes in shop only don't trust this fake myntra bcz they delay too much in delivering the product still not got single product after reading this atleast make sure that the products reach on time and stop showing the ad abt fast delivery

I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 21st december 2017 and i was making the payment through net-banking of rs 2480. Due to some technical issue money got debited from my sbi account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntras side eventhough i keep calling their customer care. This is very frustrating.

I had ordered lakme lip crayon berry red 01 and recieved lakme lip crayon red stop 02. There is no option of exchange. I want berry red.in case you fail to get it exchanged, you loose a customer because this is not enertained you cannot send anything you want. Exchange the product right way or i ll have to report to higher authorities.

I have ordered a khaki color trouser along with 6 other items from myntra on 21st of dec 2017. I have paid 574 rs for that trouser with the final cart value of 3338.91 rs. On the next day i. E 22nd dec i got an email that because of quality check myntra has canceled that trouser and i will get the refund of 574 rs within few days. After 2 days i got a refund of 424 rs only for that trouser. They are claiming that they have adjusted my amount with the cashback i got on the phone pay when i have ordered items. The promotion of phone pay was you will get rs 150 cashback on the shopping os 2000 or above. I had done the shopping of 3338rs even after canceling that trouser i am eligible for 150 rs cashback. So i should get the 150 cashback and 574 rs refund for the trouser. According to there customer sales representative, they had included that 150rs cashback in the refund which i am supposed to get for the trouser. I want the cashback and the refund for the product as the cancellation was done from myntra's side. They should give me the full amount of refund which i have paid.

Hi. I had ordered multiplle products from myntra in nov/dec. This included 2 trousers from marks and spencers - 1 was women black solid regular fit -30 size and 2nd was women black printed slim fit - 32 size. Since both did nt fit me well.. I requested return for slim fit 32 size trouser and exchange for solid regular fit 30 size trouser (For 28 size). When pickup happened, by mistake the pickup was done for the women black solid regular fit (30size) against the women black printed slim fit (32size). Hence when exchange came for 30 size trouser with 28 size for solid regular fir, same was nt delivered as i did nt have the replacement product (Women black solid regular fit 30 size). I raised a complaint with myntra however nothing happened and they just marked women black solid regular fit trouser-28 size as lost which was incorrect. Again i raised a complaint yet nothing happened.. This was i raised 3-4 complaints yet no action. Now the story is that women black printed slim fit trouser is with me however is showing as myntra app as returned and refunded which is incorrect. Womend black solid regular fit trouser 30 size is showing delivered and under exchange with 28 size. And this 28 size wonen black solid regular fit trouser is marked as lost which is also incorrect as this was never delivered to me. I am waiting fr a favourable response from myntra however they are not willing to help. The courier pick up person was also saying that myntra has deducted his salary for the lost trouser so ultimately me (The customer) and the deliver person bas been charged for this error and myntra is nt willing to solve. I am traumatized by this act of myntra.

I gave an offer that we will get 15% off if we use airtel wallet, so a deposited a sum of 6000 and when u went to shop there, no airtel wallet was present to select. Now the money that a deposited in airtel wallet hve to be transferred to my bank a/c but there will be a charge of rs 140.
Please don't make false commitment, if you all can't cmplt it

I have returned a product order ID[protected]-0138203 on November 2017 and due to quality fails there responsible to return my product and almost 25 days completed not returning my product. And every day I am calling customer care if you are not returning my product then return my money. They are also not doing this also.

I am losing every day 15 to 20 rupees call charge to myntra customer care and also wasting my time

Request you please take action against them.

Hello, i am sorry to say the services myntra company is giving are pathetic seniors are not generous or courteous over the call, i have placed my first order for jacket recived a new different product but dont want it.
Now you people are not returning it, its your mistake why customer has to suffer and than no body is ready to help me please help.

I had ordered from myntra and i got the delivery too but i wanted to return it but shockingly i can't see any order in my cart.

I tried calling and emailing but no use. The dress is lying at my place fo almost a month now.. Should i complain in consumer forum about myntra fraud case?
Please get my issue solved as soon as possible

I bought a pair of boots, which i returned back because it was not of my size. And the refund amount you transferred it to myntra credit. And when asking help to your customer support supervisor prasad he misguided me by saying i can transfer my myntra credit to anyone. Which i tried doing but there is no such option.
Secondly on calling to another customer care person arun he told me will check and call back, but he didnt. What kind of service you are giving i dont understand. I need the whole amount in my bank account, want to resolve the problem
