I am chasing myntra customer care from more than a week to arrange pickup an item which i want to return. Everytime they mention that i will get a msg / call but till date no one reached neither any communication.

Its mentioned to me that return is declined as i was not available, but i want to specify that i was available whole week and neither anyone reached my address nor called me to confirm.
Not sure what is the issue and whom to escalate this. Highly disappointed.

I purchased a nike shoes online and they send me a wrong product. I mailed them regarding the same but they told me that they shipped the right product. I provide all the necessary detail to them but still they dont gave a satisfactory solution. They kept told me that they send me right product bt i got wrong one. I mailed them several time. I want solution regarding the same

I am really frustrated from myntra now. Big brands like myntra should not have such pathetic customer support. They are using repeated replyies. More align to giving repeated replies instead to finding better solutions for the customer. Now it becomes a pain for me. They are not returing the item i got few days back.

Story start - i ordered a suit "rain & rainbow women white & yellow embroidered anarkali kurta with palazzos & dupatta" since the product is defective. I wish to return the same so i choose to call the customer support within 30 days of delivery time but they didnt so in that particular day. After some day when i rechecked. I saw the product was returned and also the time frame gt exceeded by just 1 day. Then i contacted through mail but they denied.

Now i wanted you to refund my money since product is of no use

My myntra order was confirmed on 27th of nov '17,
Order was shipped on 28th nov '17 and the same day i got another mail that, our delivery associate was unable to reach you or you might have requested to reschedule/ cancel the order
On 29th nov '17 got a mail that out for delivery, on the same day got another mail of our delivery associate was unable to reach you or you might have requested to reschedule/ cancel the order
Then again the same thing repeated on 30th nov '17
And today morning at 11:06 a. M i got mail that your order is cancelled
As though it was showing expect delivery by wed, 29 nov
This is how they fool their customer by relying on them, please look into this
And i have each and every mail of this as a proof

I bought roadster jacket (Order number[protected]-8716901) from myntra which is not fit for me and fabric is also thin than what i expected so i created a return request.
The person who came to pickup dis came on time even after requesting him so and then i received status as returns declined by myntra.
The jacket is of no use to me and my 1600 rs are now wasted.
They don't have direct number to connect to their customer care executive. Ivr isn't helping and their chat service is even worse than that.
Please help with this.

I order a watch and i received a damaged peice i ordered to exchange they didn't take my product i dont know why i called many times customer care they said your exchange is apporoved but i didn't received anything worse service from you guys i think that online is very good to buy bcz o[censored] now i think its worse bcz o[censored] i reordered on 15 nov i didn't received any thing yet today is 29th nov. please help asap or i have to take further action

Just to update all of you with regards to the online service which we all use day in & day out...
On friday 24th nov.. I had placed an order with myntra... The conversation happens between me and the corespondent from myntra side... Later i do receive on time... But suddenly today morning i get a message from myntras end... Stating about some lucky draw offer (Picture attached below)... Further to this i do get a call from one of their corespondent who mentions that i have won a tata safari car... Just i need to pay approx rs.6000 as the registration fee... He does know about the delivery address which was the delivery address for my product ordered...

Just few questions:
Can the privacy be maintained between the customers and the online service providers??
Myntra as an exclusive brand caters to so many customers on daily basis... How does this information get circulated to any of these fake callers.

I had a ordered a puma shoes from myntra on 26th november 2017 and the amount was already debited from my account. I had used all the coupons and loyalty points for this shoes, i was suppose to wear this shoes on a special occasion on 30th november 2017, and the shoes were going to be delivered on 29th november 2017 and one day before that is 28th november 2017, myntra just cancelled my order and didn't even send me a simple messege or mailed me anything regarding the cancellation. When i asked myntra to compensate for my losses they provided me with a coupon saying that it is a special coupon, which was totally worthless and no more than a normal coupon of myntra and when i called myntra again to complaint about this they didn't help me in my any of the matters. I was not provided with all the terms and conditions of the use of coupon by mr. Deepak and further i was not helped into this matter by mr. Kiran. They was no compensation given to me for the loss suffered by me.

I received my order on 4th november 2017 and it was a wrong product i immediately on the same day applied for return as the size was not available, otherwise i would have exchanged it. Next day myntra personel picked it up & then i got the message it has been put on hold as it did not pass the quality check. All the tags were entacked and it was a dungaree of a small child how can a 25 year old girl can wear it. On 26th november 2017 i received back the same product saying you have to again place the request saying it was a wrong product and this time they have send the product with stains so that they don't have to change the product. I have spend rs.1545 which is a big amount for me as i am a student and i purchased this dungarees as a gift to my friend. I am really diappointed. I have attached the photos what i ordered and what i received.

I have ordered item from myntra.com with delivery tracking code[protected]. On 27 nov i got message for delivery of 3 items but it is not delivered to me. Your sales executive contacted me and asked to collect items. Then i told him to deliver at my place and he denied and again asked to collect from his home/delivery point. Later i got message that 03 items are delivered whereas items yet to be delivered. Kindly take corrective action and let us not to disappoint as this type of causual attitude is common at this location.

I ordered product from myntra they stateted it will be delivered by 26/11/2017 still product is showing as out for delivery dated 27/11/2017 and the delivery person does not respond to phone calls i have called him for more 20 times i guess he is the most busy person in world. If they cannot provide a satisfying service this service does not make any sence.

I still have not received my refund despite my email a few days ago from this email id - [protected]@gmail.com - about the debiting of rs. 1500 from my bank account despite the order for mac mehr matte lipstick not getting placed. This is extremely infuriating and i demand the return of my money (Which was promised within 72 hours but never showed up) immediately. Such customer care is pathetic, at best.

Recently i have purchased 3 items in a single order, and payment processed as belo.
Total amount:3523
Paid with gift card: 1821
Myntra loyalty points: 200
With my credit card: 1501

In three items i have returned 1 items costs 1039.49 rs inr.
Myntra processed return request and returned money as below
450rs to credit card
650rs to gift card.

When i paid 1500 which greater that 1039, why myntra not returning my 1039 rs to my account.
When i call customer care, they say only myntra such a beautiful billing system to cheat customers.

I had placed an order for puma reef navy blue shoes but received some local shoes of different make and color. Immediately i contacted myntra support who replied the same day that they cannot accept the request since they had sent correct product.

I created a return and on the 24th of november 2017, the product was pickup up by mr. Chiranjeet goswami (Myntra logistics). Before pickup, i had called myntra and the executive assured me that the pickup guy is from mytra itself.

Since the pickup guy did not provide any receipt, i messaged myntra on twitter to which they replied not to worry the product has been picked up and i would be getting the refund.

To surprise me the next very day i received an email from myntra stating return request declined because correct product had been sent as per them.

I did not receive the product which i ordered for hence i returned the same. Myntra support repeatedly claims that they had sent correct product. I had not received puma branded shoes from their end.

I expected genuine puma from myntra which i did not get. I had not received correct product and thats the only point i am stating here. I want my money back from these fraudsters. I cannot afford to pay 1800 bucks for some cheap non branded shoes.

Attached are the shoes which were delivered by myntra along the emails and messages from myntra.

Recieved a call from myntra promotions department and they asked me to purchase product worth 4500/- share the product code so that they can place the order on behalf of me and then during payment i paid through paytm wallet and after that they said u've won 75k. Their contact no is[protected]. Is it authentic or fake. They also hacked my myntra account.

I have ordered for lee copper leather sandal but in turn received rexene sandal, which i wore in hurry considering that it will be original leather.

On using it i found it was very uncomfortable and heavy to wear moreover itching at the back of my foot. I thought being the new sandal it has itched but the second time also it itched my foot.

Pl advise what to do with this type of product at myntra. I have just wasted my money by purchasing online.

I bought 1 suit set from www.mantra.com website online of biba brand and biba is no doubt a very good, reputed company and i was really a great fan of their products but my last experience is veryyyyyy verryyyyy bad about their product actually what happened recently i bought 1 suit set cost is 4k+ and after very very less time using it became split and tear at both sides
: (: (And not even one time it is washed yet and now will never ever again buy anything from biba brand and friends! I'll not recommend to any of you to go for biba as well as providing bad quality products by www.myntra.com and after informing about the issue and providing the full details they are not providing proper solution, so i would like to inform everyone just be aware before buying anything from www.myntra.com

But i recieved no such call later and now the number is non existing. The number to which i paid is [protected] and the no from which i recieved the call [protected]..

I placed an order no 106294443912555239803 and found out that that the ecom express guys kept on annoying me and called me thrice and they were like we have your parcel and collect it from our shop amd everytime they gave lame reasons like we don’t have delivery guys and we get new stock for delivery in the evening so can’t deliver in the evening and were like collect it from office else they’ll not deliver and return which is really pathetic from myntra delivery ecom express and i need myntra to take action against such pathetic services
