I recently did shopping on myntra online. I got a message as below :

Is this a genuine message?

I have purchased a sneaker on 12th of Nov from myntra.com . I try it for only 1 time and i am not comfortable with the shoes and i registered to the return the shoes . On 21th of Nov the delivery boy came and said that it cannot be returned bcoz it is used and said that call to customer care and you can return it then i called to customer care but after our conversation the customer care executive said that i will put a complain and the shoes will be returned. After some time a mail came in which it is written that we cannot return it sorry. I said to customer care that without any try how can i find it is comfortable or not the fabric is good or not . But they are not returning it. So, please help me out.

I ordered a pair of noise's headwears on 15th november, but after the delivery, while i was unpacking it, i found that there was only one headwear instead of two. So i requested myntra to exchange the package, and they initiated the process on 21 november. Today the delivery boy came and he said that a myntra representative has told him that the original package consisted of two headwears, which is a total lie. So please consider my request to exchange or return my product as soon as possible.

-I had purchased leather jacket with respect to following Order:[protected]-9454003, Item code: 1469213, there were other items purchased in same order as well with total amount of Rs. 10849 /- dated 20th September
-Since I didn't like the leather jacket I had returned it and refund of Rs. 7482.41 was initiated by Myntra on 4th Oct with Return ID:[protected] | Reference: [protected]
-After waiting for more than 10 days, I reached out to Myntra Customer care with respect to ticket number[protected] /[protected], they initially said to reach out to my Bank and I did, But Bank said my initial payment was via IMPS transfer and requested to check with Myntra for the refund mode if its NEFT or IMPS, If NEFT then share UTR number and if IMPS then Myntra has to rectify the issue from their end.
- After re-checking with Myntra, I realized they have transferred the money to some SBI account which I am unaware of and I had used my Citibank account for initial payment. I shared my bank statement to Myntra which confirmed my initial payment but no refund. However, Myntra is not ready to rectify this issue.

I expecting refund of Rs. 7482.41 from Myntra, Which I have not received till date and feel cheated here by Myntra.

Why do you block my phone pe cash? I am trying to use the amount on shopping, but you have blocked my account.
These days myntra has become insicesere and problematic.
Customercare phone numbers are not working.
There should have been space to communicate with the customers.
Moreove, r since three years, we have very weak network signal which prolongs our stay with the media wasting our health and time.

Dear sir/ madam, my order number is[protected]-2585403 dated 13th nov 17 and my invoice number is [protected] dated 15th nov 17.

My tax invoice reflects an amount of rs 622.00 after adjustment of a loyalty credit of rs 69.17. However the courier company demanded rs 691.00 which is the amount paid on the buyers address / sellers name side of the document. Since my wife was alone at home she paid the extra amount of rs 69.00.

I would like a refund of this amount. Kindly advise how you intend to reimburse me. I await your kind confirmation of the same.

I have placed a order for sunglasses on november 6 2017 and the expected date of delivery was november 10/2017. But the product was not delivered on the expectated date of delivery, so i raised a complaint through customer care. The complaint reference number is[protected]. I was promised that the product would be delivered within 5 working days. The dead line was 17th november 2017. I repeatedly called their customer care on 17th and asked for the product, i was promised that the product will get delivered by the end of the day. Later in the evening i called again and was connected to their superior named ms. Latha, and she said that they haven’t received any update on the product, so she asked me to wait again.. Since i said no, she asked me to cancel the product and place a fresh order. But i was made to wait for so many days by giving false promises.

I have placed an exchange order[protected]-7240801) for the roadster shoes that i had ordered on (8th nov 17). Since yesterday, i have been receiving messages that the order is out for delivery. However when i contact the delivery person, he is saying that he doesn't have the product to be delivered. How am i getting the messages, when the person doesn't have the product. Eventually, in the evening i get a mail saying that the attempt for delivery has failed.

Today also i got message - "your shipment is out for delivery" in 1 min again i got message "exchange order undelivered". (Attached is the proof which i have got message from myntra) you can see the timings. I am really frustrated with this logistics. If they are not able to handle they should shut down this online services.

this website is sell fake chikankaro kurta.. do not buy.. i purchase for my wife and she tell is made by machine and not real chikankari kurta and got angry.. do not buy fake products from myntra.. i buy saadgi chikankari kurta and it is compleately made by machine and also very very bad embroidery and very high price 990 i buy.. do get cheated by the name chikankari and request not to mislead their customer and i will not buy online agaiin for my wife..

Nike symbol is damage they looks very bad aur ye product warranty mai hai toh mujhe replacement ya kuch bhi katke doh sleepers is so expansive itana mehga product aur uska symbol damage ho gaya 1 month mai mujhe kuch bhi karke replacement karke do nike symbol is very imp how can damage this product myntra product is fake aymbol 1 month mai damage ho gaya jaldi se jaldi product par action lo kuch bhi karke mujhe mera slipper change karke do

I was doing shopping via myntra android app on 11th nov 2017 and during payment via hdfc interenet banking, session got expired and the amount rs.755.62. Has been deducted from my account. But order was not placed. Please look into this matter.

I had placed two orders with myntra.
First order was placed on aug 25, 2017 for two pieces of clothing ie i) dorothy perkinsnavy printed fit & flare dress for inr.1, 990 and ii) dorothy perkins off white green printed fit & flare dress for inr.3, 190. The order number for this transaction was[protected]-6937903.
The 2nd order was placed on aug 28, 2017 for one piece of clothing i. E mango black solid fit & flare dress for inr.3, 590. The order number for this transaction was[protected]-8675203.

Once i received the delivery for both the orders, i processed a return request for both the orders since i did not like the product.

When the pick up person from myntra had come to pick my dress, he could not tell me he has come for the pick up of which order. Since i had first initiated the return request for the first order ie order no:[protected]-6937903, i thought he had come to pick them up. I had even asked him if he had come to pick up those two pieces, and he said yes hastily. I gave him both the products to be returned under the first order. After a few days i get an email from myntra that they have credited inr 3, 590 to my bank account as a refund for the return of the mango black solid fit&flare dress. At that moment i realized that there was a misunderstanding. The pick up man had actually come to pick up only one product (Ie the mango black solid fit & flare dress) under the second order, but i had actually returned two products under the first order. After a few days, the pick up person came again, this time to pick up the two products under the first order. I mentioned it to the pickupman that there was a mistake done the last time. He told me not to worry, and return him the mango black solid fit & flare dress, although he had actually come to pick up the two dresses under the first order. He told me that they will rectify it at their end, and i will be credited with my inr1990+3, 190 for the two products under the first order. After a few days, i get a mail from myntra that they had only accepted my return for dorothy perkinsnavy printed fit & flare dress for inr.1, 990, and have rejected the refund for dorothy perkins off white green printed fit & flare dress for inr.3, 190.

I have returned all the three products to them, however they refuse to admit that they have received it. I have written them mails a several times, and have also spoken to one of their members, but they refuse to budge, they keep maintaining that they have enquired and that they received only two products from my side. I am losing my money of inr 3, 190 all because of the mistake of their pick up person.

I am attaching the two pick up slips for reference. I am really looking up to akosha team for help.

I ordered a red bodycon dress for my birthday party from the site. Firstly, the order kept getting delayed weeks after week and was delivered well after my birthday had come and gone by a week ago. Secondly, on the site the colour of the dress is a clear blood red, and since its a bodycon dress there essentially has to be a zip in the back. But the product delivered to me was not just bad but was just a simple cut out piece of cheap looking red cloth. The colour was entirely different. I could have adjusted with the colour had they stuck to the basic idea of it being a bodycon and delivered me a dress with the zipper. But the dress had no zipper at all. And instead of a looking like a dress it looked more like a maxi, that too a size larger.

Charged me rs-1094, for the so called "dress" which looked more like a curtain piece cut out from a cloth roll, and on lodging a return request stated that the agent will come, check, and the amount (Which is lower than what i paid i. E., rs945) will be credited to my account. Though, neither of this has been done.
Moreover, upon clicking on the the help option and selecting the grievance from the few select categories provided, the site says - "we cant provide any help in the matter".

How is a consumer suppose to move ahead with such fraudulent practices and cheap tricks being undertaken by the sellers to dupe the customers?

I not just feel duped but extremely cheated. Not only did they not deliver the product on the day it was requested, whatever they delivered after a delay of 2 weeks was also extremely shabby and dissatisfactory.

Look in the matter and either get the money refunded or the correct dress delivered to me. I will be lodging an official complaint on the matter as well.

I thought myntra is reliable but no it do the same things which other shopping app do. I have ordered bellies and they are not of my size now what should i do with that... I have returned that bellies but it should not be returned to myntra... The courier man returned that bellies back to me... And i had called myntra executives so many times for this problem but they won’t resolve my problems...

I wanted to order 3 items from here and now.
I checked out and once i reached to the payment there was a fault in your bill.
So basically,
1- 549
2- 649
3- 779
Total - 1978
Tax - 84
And coupun discount - 289
= 1774

But if you check it properly, they have added ₹2 extra in their bill.
First is, the total would be 1977.
Which they have made it as 1978.
1977+ (84) tax - (289) coupon discount = the total would be 1772.

And here, in the last transaction, they have again added ₹1 extra.

I would request you to take a strict action as they have been cheating their customers with this. No matter how small the amount is.

I bought two products from myntra and because of damage piece received i have returned the material but from 1 month i am following up with them they are telling that they transfered the money in my account but my account is not reflecting that money and when i am going to sbi branch for my refund they are tlling that they have not received any money from myntra side. Myntra sent me one reference no. But in sbi no one is checking that no.

I had ordered a BARESKIN Women Black Leather Cropped Jacket" pertaining to the order number[protected]-3748803 from MYNTRA. But i received a jacket which was dirty and didn't had any company tags as if it was an old product. I complained the company for exchange of this jacket with my original one, but they said the item is unavailable and would rather return it. Is this not running away from responsibility of taking the blame of delivering a fake product and that too by a company which boasts about 100% original products?? This is breach of customer trust who believed on company's fake promises. I need justice and this must be stopped.

As i have spoken to mynta customer care center as well, they say reference no for the product returned has been initiated but ultimately amount has not been refunded to me... They asked me to contact sbi customer care center because through sbi net banking, transaction was been made and having contacted sbi center and branch seperately, they said they cant help it, contact back myntra.

It ll be great if you could take the process forward and refund the amount for the below mentioned amount (Ref no mentioned alongwith):

I have returned 3 items.. Bedsheet, earrings, cushion cover.. N asked for cahback in ph pe acount.. As per terms and condition of myntra we get our ph pe cashback within one day... But it took much time... And then i had to call up customer care... Then i got my cahback of bedsheet only... Not of earings and cushion cover... It was returned on 22 september.. Dont you think its been long time..!!
And y i m forced every time.. To cl up for my cashback?
