I had placed two orders with myntra.
First order was placed on aug 25, 2017 for two pieces of clothing ie i) dorothy perkinsnavy printed fit & flare dress for inr.1, 990 and ii) dorothy perkins off white green printed fit & flare dress for inr.3, 190. The order number for this transaction was[protected]-6937903.
The 2nd order was placed on aug 28, 2017 for one piece of clothing i. E mango black solid fit & flare dress for inr.3, 590. The order number for this transaction was[protected]-8675203.
Once i received the delivery for both the orders, i processed a return request for both the orders since i did not like the product.
When the pick up person from myntra had come to pick my dress, he could not tell me he has come for the pick up of which order. Since i had first initiated the return request for the first order ie order no:[protected]-6937903, i thought he had come to pick them up. I had even asked him if he had come to pick up those two pieces, and he said yes hastily. I gave him both the products to be returned under the first order. After a few days i get an email from myntra that they have credited inr 3, 590 to my bank account as a refund for the return of the mango black solid fit&flare dress. At that moment i realized that there was a misunderstanding. The pick up man had actually come to pick up only one product (Ie the mango black solid fit & flare dress) under the second order, but i had actually returned two products under the first order. After a few days, the pick up person came again, this time to pick up the two products under the first order. I mentioned it to the pickupman that there was a mistake done the last time. He told me not to worry, and return him the mango black solid fit & flare dress, although he had actually come to pick up the two dresses under the first order. He told me that they will rectify it at their end, and i will be credited with my inr1990+3, 190 for the two products under the first order. After a few days, i get a mail from myntra that they had only accepted my return for dorothy perkinsnavy printed fit & flare dress for inr.1, 990, and have rejected the refund for dorothy perkins off white green printed fit & flare dress for inr.3, 190.
I have returned all the three products to them, however they refuse to admit that they have received it. I have written them mails a several times, and have also spoken to one of their members, but they refuse to budge, they keep maintaining that they have enquired and that they received only two products from my side. I am losing my money of inr 3, 190 all because of the mistake of their pick up person.
I am attaching the two pick up slips for reference. I am really looking up to akosha team for help.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
