So I ordered an Armani watch (AX5581) on Nov 2, 2022. Had such a high hope when it got delivered just 2 days later.

And the disappointment when I received a different product! Recieved AX5269.

I instantly initiated a return request and then filed a complaint of wrong product received on the Myntra Help Center. The pickup guy came within 2 hours and he called his senior asking for a solution, telling him that I received a different product. I also told him that the box which the watch was in, already had a cut and was open already and apparently the watch was just casually thrown in the box. He ultimately denied pickup and went away saying we don't have authorization to pick this up. I later got a message from Myntra that I wasn't available when picking up the order!

The next day, a different pickup guy came, same story!

So, finally today, (12/11/22), my claim was denied because of:

"We have further validated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:
1) Product went through the mandatory quality check
2) The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging
3) No instance of package tampering was reported"

Good thing I recorded a video when unboxing!

I have applied for reinvestigating the complaint today itself (12/11/22). Somehow I'm sensing I'll have to go legal on them.

Please help. It's a huge amount for me to lose like that. Order #[protected]-8410101

    My Myntra credit had around Rs 2500 . Recently when I checked to order something I saw there was already two orders placed on Mumbai address while I live in Bangalore and all my Myntra credit is gone. Also my email adress is also changed .i never received any notification regarding email update or order notification on my phone and email. neither I shared any OTP. I have raised complaint to them to some senior call center guy named Stephen.he raised a complaint numberIN[protected].
    Not sure when they cannot keep our money safe why do they not transfer to our account and keep there wallet.

      The order was returned in a bonafide manner on 14th Oct'22
      Subsequently, Myntra started claiming that the product failed quality checks and tried coercing me to accept the reshipped product, so that they can get out of providing me a refund. When I refused to accept the reshipped item, they chose to keep the product to sell to another unsuspecting customer and did not refund me the amount due to me either amounting for Rs. 2531.32 (INR)

      They kept calling me, harassing me by trying to persuade me into accepting the reshipped product saying that I won't get the refund in any case, no matter how hard I try.

      When I asked for proof via images to support their claim that the product package had been tampered with, they refused to do the same. This has been a harrowing experience for me as I am a long-standing customer of Myntra, but this incident made me lose complete faith in the brand.

      Yet to receive the refund voucher for 2531.32 from Myntra, after they communicated that I will be receiving the voucher within a couple of days. Still waiting for the refund to be processed.

        Placed two orders. Opened an order but found that the size doesn't fit me. So, didn't open the other package but requested return for both packages. Delivery agent comes to pick up the unopened package (Return details
        Return Id[protected]). He rips it open and finds that the tags are intact but the item does not match Myntra's photos of my order. He refuses to pick up citing quality check failed and marks the reason as item tags were missing.

        I contact Myntra with photos proving that item tags was intact. They harass me by putting the pick up on hold citing false claims against which I have proofs.

        Please help me sue Myntra for the hassle and damage to my reputation.

          I placed an order on 3rd November and it was delivered to me on 8th November within 30 minutes of delivery I placed return request as quality, color were of cheap quality not even worth of 5 rs, I didn't even open the package properly, neither i tried it on myself and I kept the package as it is and pickup was scheduled on same day but pickup guy called me and said he will send someone to pick it up on 9th November as he is not available and I said fine. He came on 9th and picked up the order and after 6-7 hours I got a mail that it failed quality check as brand tag was missing. How on earth I am responsible if it came like that only as I didn't even open the package properly and neither I tried it on myself. Just do basic math calculations of timing of delivery, return request, pickup ad I placed return request immediately after receiving the product. I think Myntra is running scam to sell their cheap quality product without tag and nobody checks the product when delivery guy is present so all responsibility comes on customer. It's proper and clear case of fraud strategy. I just want my refund back and make the policy to check the product infront of delivery guy to see if tag is present in products or not otherwise myntra will keep on looting their customers as I saw exact similar cases in below complaints

            Order ID # 1219667 [protected]

            I am unable to raise a return request for the above order id.
            The product was delivered today 10 november 2022 but due to fitting issue i wanted to return
            I am unable to complete the process and unable to raise return and refund request.
            The product is compatible with myntra's return policy but unable to do it.
            I have tried to contact customer care but unable to reach them.
            Kindly help.

              Myntra team has deactivate my account register with my phone no : [protected] without any prior notice, becuase of which I can not file retun to recently purchsed Iteam or track refund status of existing Items or track the status of not delived Items

                I ordered 9 products on myntra.com on 31st October 2022 and the expected delivery date was 10th to 16th November.
                The payment option was pay on delivery.
                Now on 9th November they cancelled my order of 9 items because I purchased them on the discounted price.
                Please take action against them.

                  Mynthra ship their products to irresponsible courier services and dont care of whether they are delivering the products
                  I ordered kurta and face products before 6 days and still it has not reached me. Once i got the out for delivery msg with agent number, i called that number while calling itself another msg coming stating delivery failed. Entering fake delivery attempt and not even trying re attempt they are simply cancelling the order without customer knowledge

                    My product with Order ID # 1218590 [protected] returned due to size issue and I have already returned the product and I have recieved the message regarding the refund but till now as of late the amount has not been transferred back to my account and they gave a specific date that it will be resolved within the given time period but its all in vain. I got a message that it has been resolved but till now its not been credited back to my account. Never have I ever been treated by Myntra like this.
                    Now I am beginning to think Myntra has lost its customer grievance support.

                          This is a complaint regarding three shirts from the Order No : 121743433972338774203.

                          1) U.S. Polo Assn. Men Beige Solid Pure Cotton Casual Shirt, Size 40
                          Return rejected on October 18th. Same size shirt of size 42 was successfully returned as wrong product was delivered. The size 40 shirt is unused and was rejected on the basis of quality check failed even though unused.
                          The product is yet not returned to the delivery address after return reject. Rs.1264

                          2) U S Polo Assn Men Brown Tailored Fit Pure Cotton Casual Shirt, Size 40.
                          This is kept with return on hold status since Oct 17th. Can't raise a help or request from the website either. Rs.1099

                          3) U S Polo Assn Men Black Casual Shirt, Size 40.
                          Return rejected on October 18th. Shirt is unused at all. I had fitting issue with this piece. I ordered both 42 size and 40 size. I kept the 42 size with me and returned the 40 size. The product is clearly unused and still the return was rejected with quality failed issues. Can't raise a help request as well from the website. Rs.2999

                            Hi,

                            I was suppose to get my exchange delivery today but the delivery executive did to visit my place to check the product without visiting he has update in the Myntra portal that the Quality check for original product has been failed as the brand tagging was missing This is so pethitic and non sense i had had no issues from Myntra but now I feel cheated
                            Customer care executives having no idea when I informed about this.They were not able to provide any solution

                            I need my exchange deliver or the refund if someone can help

                                Incomplete order delivered on Oct 22. Return request raised on Oct 22. Still no action taken. Twice the return request status changed to "pickup failed" without any contact from Myntra. I have called customer helpline thrice and still no resolution. I have been charged for the product and the received product does not have the promised quantity. Instead of 2 quantities, I only received 1 quantity and already paid for 2 quantities.

                                      I ordered a denim jacket from Myntra and got delivered on 03/11/2022 but I don't like it so on the same day i requested for returning the item and get pickup massage for the next day that is 04/11/2022 and I got massage from ekart logistics that pickup is completed but after that I got massage from Myntra that my pick request is cancelled and the return request section got disappeared and there is only written my order is delivered so i contact to Myntra i gave them the details so they registered my complaint but no further action is taken even though I provide them the massage screen shot I am a student i don't earn money so 1.5k rupees is not something i can forget about and now I hate Myntra i decided not to buy anything from them on future

                                        I loved a dress and bought it from Myntra. It was Loose for me, so I thought of exchange and get the Medium size one. But the medium size is unavailable. They are now not accepting either return or exchange. I contacted the help center and they are helpless in this. If it restocks then only they will exchange itseems. If not restocked, they just atleast accept return. This is not fair. Our money matters too. They failed to handle this kind of situation. I need value for my money too. Either exchange with my necessary size or allow return. If not both, then it’s a serious problem.
