I suddenly got a notification that my account has been ripped off of some privileges, as i am not a valued customer. Giving the allegation of ‘high returns’ and keeping in mind of the ‘right of the customers’ my privileges have been suspended. I want to know why. Where is my right? I can take this matter to the consumer forum, if you wish. I have no issues. There are other platforms where i can buy. Speaking of buying, kindly check your records regarding how many thousand rupees i have spent on you. And as a legal document, i am mentioning some other details which will help me later to substantiate my case in the consumer court. You may not have noticed, or rather your ‘well-educated’ executives overlooked, that many of the products there on myntra have wrong or concealed description to cheat normal customers, who don’t give so much attention to minute details. For example, most of the items i returned in the past couple of months were shirts; formal shirts to be exact, and most of those belonged to the brand john players and some to a local brand independence. All the items, i repeat, all the items had concealed product description and wrong sizes mentioned. It was mentioned there in the product description that the material would be ‘cotton’. But when i received the products, to my utter surprise, i found the material to be way far away from cotton. The material was either pure polyester, or maybe 30-40% cotton. I hope you know the difference between these two materials. And i hope you also know that this can be put as a legal evidence in the consumer court. So check your facts before taking the right of a customer away giving excuse of ‘right of the customers’. Furthermore, the items measured drastically well beyond the tolerance level. If a shirt should have been ’42 inches garment chest size’ according to your product description, i found it quite larger, 45 inches to be clear. If a shirt should have borne a shoulder size of ’17 inches’, it bore 18+ inches. So, again, check your facts before taking the right of a customer away giving excuse of ‘right of the customers’. These are just two very grave matters that i brought into light today. And trust me, i will take this matter to social-media, followed by consumer forum level. You have mentioned that i have ‘abused’ your ‘liberal returns policy’. I hope i am not abusing you again, by showing you your faults.

Ps: after complaining to them on different platforms like twitter, email and others, i keep getting the same automated reply prefixed with with a sentence which means: myntra is holy, this is customer's fault. Customer should read description, see images etc. So, literally they haven't read the context of my email, and some uneducated executive is just being paid by the company to do some copy-paste job. Great!
