I ordered 6 products from myntra on 11th september by online payment.
There was 2 roadster t-shirts, one harvard men blue fit mid rise jeans, one women blue anarkali, one black anarkali and one orange top. Refer to my order no[protected]-4888101, i got my packaged today at 3:10 pm but the delivery guy neither attended the correct place of delivery nor he was competent to get the online payment through the debit card.

He called me asked me to come to a nearby place and at the time of payment (Since order was on cod) he was not able to get the payment done through the debit card as he was not able to use the mswipe, he tried...

Recently i had placed an order for estee lauder lipstick.

The lipstick that i received was broken into two pieces. The package was not packed properly as i have been buying cosmetic products online since quite long but these kinds of products are packed into bubble wrap. This kind of service is not expected from a brand like myntra....

Delivered the kurta on 7th sept 2017 but i need a bigger size so i went through the procedure but its asking for change of address now i am confused as to which other address should i give. I didn't get my orders... On tracking those orders the app is showing that they've been delivered... I want my last 2 orders deliverd... Please do something. I use to love this app but this time i am having a very bad experience with myntra... The amount of these 2 orders have already debited from my account... I have purchase a red tape shoe from myntra.com vide order no.[protected]-5998301, package number:[protected] in the month of april. Hardly i use this shoe for 120-125 days, suddenly left shoe got cracked from toe (It is not actually cracked not just separate from soul). It is not in the form of reparable due to crack. I am a regular customer of myntra and i have purchase so many apparels with you and paid by cash on delivery. Now all of a sudden cash on delivery is not applicable for my pincode. I had purchased three denims, as the fit and product i did not liked so i created a return request. My return got scheduled and i had returned my products on 21/08/017.
Today is 06/09/017, i haven't received my refund yet and at the same time customer support and reach to customer care executive is worst. I simply want my hard earned money back. Myntra is fraud....

When there was sale going on had ordered so many stuff frm myntra till date it's nt been delivered to me. They them selves cancelled the order without my notice. And size and all everthing was available. Why tht sale offer is given when u dont want to give benifit. I am a customer from last 4years. Amd my money is also been paid. In the past, i have been able to order by Cash on D elivery without any problem but now, it seems there is a limit of only 200-1500. Because of this, i can't buy anymore. Forcing us to pay online is a problem because when our product does not arrive/cancel and we need our money back as soon as possible which we hardly recieve our money back on time.So, Change that limit please. That is the most stupid move done by myntra ever....

I ordered some items from myntra online with ordered id[protected]-5919403. I received my order on 27th aug 2017 and it was delivered through e-kart and found that one saree was damaged. I talked to customer care on number provided on their site [protected] at the same time and since 27 aug 2017 i have generated return requests 4 times. Each time the person comes to pick the order but refuses to do so saying the product is damage. I...

There is no serial number on product package hence courier company was not able to complete the process. Please take necessary steps. Do contact the respective courier company so that it will be easy for completing the exchange.
There are two products, two foot wears - one from kielz and other from shoetopia
Also when i received my courier it was not in good condition. Package was slightly disassembled....

I was delivered wrong product and when i wanted to return it, it was told to me that it cannot be picked up by the delivery guys so i had to personally courier it (Which also i had to pay).
Now the product has been declined for a return and has been sent back to me.

I have created a return request long back no one has come here for the pick up... No updates about it... So i want to know when the pick up will be done... I have ordered ether women pink solid regular top product code: 1303135 i requested myntra for exchange, later they sent me an email that no exchange is available because of no size available, after making several calls i was assured that they will arrange for a pickup and refund, till date there isnt any response from the team, this is the worst of myntra what am facing....

I received just one call around 10 am saying there was a tire puncture. After waiting for 6 hours when no one turned up, i called on the number. The reasoning was:
1) tire puncture
2) we went to sector 6 whereas, the address clearly mentioned sector 7 alongwith the landmark (And in worst situation there was a contact number which was dailed around 10 am)
3) we forgot to carry the parcel
