I have returned an item (Roadster fast & furious jeans, size-34) on 16th july 2017. The return was accepted but the amount (Rs.965) is still not credited to my sbi bank account. I contacted myntra support. They told me that the refund was processed on 19th july 2017. They also provided me a bank referrence number[protected]. Then i contacted sbi support & also visited my home branch. The officials clarified me that no amount was credited...

My name is khushboo vishen. I made a request for return order on sunday but the ekart wish master still did not pick my return item. My return no. Is[protected]. The main reason is to return this item is poor quality, the material is not good and it is also very different from show image of that product. So i wish to return it.

Please help me as soon as possible.

I had requested for the return of a product (Akkriti top by pantaloons) which was picked up more than a month back (15/7/17). But i havent received the refund yet. I have contacted the staff at myntra via phone calls... Thrice... And wrote multiple emails to them as well. They had confirmed that the product has already reached the seller and that my refund would ve processed soon... It was on 20/21 august i guess. But i havent yet received...

I had given my return request on 23rd. My return request number is[protected].. Product was supposed to picked up before 26th but till now nobody has contacted me for pick up. I have heard so many good things about myntra but now i'm experiencing the most poor service. My pick up has not been assigned to anyone so that i can get a contact details of a person....

We have been caused with so much of inconvenience becoz of this product we wanted to gift this product but the vendor is not at all responsible and so as the myntra firstly they cancelled the order wihout informing us.. And now when we have placed another order there is no response please provide proper information so that we are aware about the product...
This irresponsible behaviour by vendor and myntra is not acceptable......

I want to place some orders but after completing all the formalities of selection of items whn i put my address which is default and the same has been used in past so many times for purchase now this time a message is flashing that the products can not be delivered on this pincode. Wht a shame why u made me select the products then wby to waste my time n energy...

I have booked a reebok running shoe from mynta mobile app and paid rs. 1698.72 for the purpose by netbanking through sbi and my account has been debited rs. 1698.72. The bank stateme t also confirmed the debit transaction in favour of myntra design pvt ltd. However, when viewed the order status it does not reflect my order in the order list. You are requested to take necessary action to sort out the issue and also to resove it....

I recently ordered a ucb blue maxi skirt from myntra. I raised a return request. First there is an issue of article id mismatch. The cc team asks me to send images of the product, stickers etc so that the issue can be resolved. I comply with their demand and after that the company declines the return request stating that it cannot be restocked because the price tag was scratched. I am a new customer to this online shopping site. I have placed an order of atorse backpack on 15 of august 2017, it showed it will get delivered on 30th of the same month. When i placed the order it showed available and after 8 days of ordering it now when i tracks it, it's showing that it had cancelled on 23rd of august.

Its like stupidity of mynta.. Sorry to say that.. But ive ordered a shoes jack and jones.. Cost 1754 during a sale.. And i redeemed my 200rs mynta points.. And at last aft 10days they informed as cancelled my order.. Ok thats fine.. But i can wait for my order.. Or if thet notified me before i could have cancelled it and reorder.. But now i cant have my size.. Its like cheating customers at 100% level... I dont know why you are doing this.....

I had ordered a t-shirt on 13th august 2017 and completed the online payment. Now they have cancelled my order due to out of stock. Though i got my refund back but i have waited 9 days for this. At the time of purchase it was in sale but now its price is high and they have the same t-shirt in stock. Tracking details show that it has reached my destination..
There is no attempt made to deliver the product.. And i get a e-mail saying the product returned to origin as it is undelivered (Order cancelled).
When contacted the myntra customer support.. Worst customer service too they have absolutely no idea about why order was...

I ordered a peach colored top of silly people brand, but because of size issues, i requested for return on the same day of delievery . the agent completed the pick up process the next day and assured that money will be refunded in my bank account which i gave details about. now it has been over ten days and i have not received my money back, inspite of the clause that money will be refunded within 4-5 bussiness days. i m very disappointed....

Hi i made a purchase on 12/08/17 from myntra app..
The delivery guy was at my doorstep arrived on the 16th wednesday
First of all he was not a authorised delivery guy
My amount was 1363 wherein i had cash of 1500 and debit card as well
But he refused to pay me the change or swipe card as well as he didn't had either of the options so he left and told me that he would be coming next day or probably same evening...

I have order 3 things in16/08/17. But order is not placed but amount is credited in my account. I have go to bank and enquiry about the transaction that already amount is debited to the bengaluru company. Myntra customer care says its refund u in 48 hours. But its already 3 days gone. Nothing is processing. Plese as soon as solve my problem and give some assurance feed back in my email id "[protected]@gmail.com"

Hello myntra. I have placed my order on august 14th 2017 for a biba salwar suit which includes - top, dupatta and pant. The order number is[protected]-1305401. I have received the product on 17th august 2017. I have got defaulted product. Firstly the dupatta was missing. And secondly the pant was yellow. But the original picture shows that the pant is pink.
