I have placed order of two women tops n a set of plazzo amounting rs 2173.71. Yesterday ie on 29/10/17. My money was deducted from my account twice but it says order not placed. Please kindly c to it and resolve the issue.
Mytra is my favorite site. Everything i buy from this site n this time something went wrong n i couldn't placed my order which i liked so much. Hope i will get the product n at the same time my cash will b refund in my account soon.
Hope my issue will be resolve in no time

    I have ordered a blue colour campus sutra shirt on october 1 from myntra, which was delivered on october 9 with black colour and price tag on it. After my several attempt of exchange/return during last one moth i got tired with your customer care and pick up guy. Every time customer care told me my problem has been registered and will be solved. Then your pick up guy come from either e-kart or flipkart logistics and they denied to return/exchange the product saying reason behind this "the colour is not matching with their guidance". Everytime i am facing the same situation. So this is my request please solve the issue immediate basis.

      Hi,

      I ordered for a us polo assn., shirt on 14th september, 2017. My order number is: order no:[protected]-4819401.

      I had ordered this product to gift my husband on his birthday being 16th october, 2017. I ordered the product based on the size chart mentioned and while ordering this product i was in bangalore and i got it delivered to the bangalore address. Now i have moved to hyderabad on 30th september.

      To my shock, the shirt did not serve the purpose gifting my husband, coz i gave it to him as a gift on october 16th and when he wore it was tight and it had to be the next size that is 42. But by october 16th the 30 days exchage period was over and also since i am new to hyderabad, i did not have internet connection to raise an exchange request also and just got the internet connection today and mailing you requesting to kindly help me exchange the product for the next size.

      I got the shirt for rs.2499/- which isn't less price too. And since i could not raise the exchange request, i had been visiting all us polo assn. Outlets in hyderabad asking if they can exchange it, but they refused to and said it can only be done through online that is with myntra only.

      I am really upset that my gift did not serve the purpose and the inability to get it exchanged. The pack is as it is with all tags.

      There is no proper customer care number of myntra to call and talk to a customer representative to get the issues sorted out.

      Myntra is poor in taking deviations for customers and just want to get all its products sold without hearing out customers nor having a proper platform to solve customer queries and issues rather having an useless ivr response.

      I returned an ether denim shirt of rs.891 on 11oct 2017 and prossesed the refund, but the amount not yet credited to my bank account. Then i contacted to customer support team of myntra but they are not doing anything reguarding the refund

        I ordered black shirt of jack & jones by myntra code no of product is:1879886 men black slim fit casual shirt from jack & jones, after i used it and wash the shirt colour start faded and whole water turned black, i'm shopping by trust of myntra that i will only get 100% original product but after this incident i will not recommend this brand to buy from mynta.
        I have ordered to gift someone and now he is complaining about this problem it is too embarrassing it ruined my gift so what to do after 30 days policy of return.
        So, i searched for customer complains so no one can cheated by the seller if i'm buying and paying money for original product so i'm supposed to get original but this happened, as soon as i knew about it i request you for an exchange and deliver original product or refund.

          Hi,

          I am writing this to inform you that my order has been returned to the origin.

          This is making me frustrated. I had ordered this on myntra trusting that you will deliver on time.

          The delivery person called me on the day of delivery and informed me that he will be delivering it next day so i accepted his apologies.

          I waited for 2 more days and he didn't contact me again but now when i see the tracking order it says i didn't pick up the phone. This is a false information and i totally condemn it.

          I had a really good rapport with myntra and this incident has made me disappoint with your service.

          I am really very much disappointed with myntra. I loved your services before but now i totally hate it.

          I will never use services ever again!!!

            I have ordered a product from myntra on 28th of sept which was supposed to deliver the product on 11th oct. I kept on contacting them, but they said its in process. Now its 26 - oct -2017 but i haven't received the product.

              I placed order for forca shoes size 8. Received the product in just a myntra cover (No box). Tried the shoes. The left shoe was correct size while the right was very very large but had size 8 printed on it.
              So i registered an exchange request stating issues and marked it as damaged product. Delivery guy came but did not take the shoes from stating there was no box and he needs aproval and left. Ever since i called customer care every day to initiate the exchange. But even after one week, my efforts went in vain. Still no exchange. Hate myntra. No other ecommerce is this worst. Provides zero respect to customer. Horrible delivery partners. We have to pay money wastely to myntra and beg them for a decent product.

                I order Estee lauder bar red color... Today I received parcel but it was only outer cover of Lipstick... No Lipstick was there in the cover... Even the empty cover seems to be some other shade... I m regular customer of mantra.. I ordered 2 lipsticks before also... They were good but I didn't expect this fraud from myntra..kindly send my Lipstick bar red as soon as possible... I already talked to customer care of my training..i m again mailing u... Plz plz resolvey issue... I am regular customer of myntra.. But this type of fraud never happened before...

                  I purchased TROUSER online from Myntra for Rs 897.28/- on 20 Sep 17 delivered vide Order No:[protected]-1729103.

                  I returned the trouser vide Return No[protected] and was picked up by the company rep.

                  I was refunded for Rs 763.01/- on 10 Oct 17 instead of Rs 897.28/- which I have paid. Even after repeated conversations On Help No. [protected] My balance of Rs 134.27/- has not been refunded by the company.

                  I request to kindly help me to make the company refund the amount immediately to my account.

                    The WORST experience ordering product from myntra. (:
                    Same On you myntra.

                    I Ordered (Order No.:[protected]-4330903) on 13th Oct paid through debit card and thought order will reach to me by 22nd of oct . But on 21st I got a SMS that order is delayed and will be delivered by 23rd instead 22nd.

                    All the deadlines are crossed but still order is still in the same state.

                    I have called Myntra customer care thrice and tolled the all this saga repeatedly but it looks no one is sitting for help instead giving the status which is even there in my app account.

                    Its now been 10 days since they have taken my money for the products I ordered, but still have no clue when to be delivered.

                    No one has intimated further delayed.

                    Who is responsible this delay and for money you have taken.

                    Who is going to bare compensation of this.

                    These people are doing fraud with customers giving unrealistic delivery timelines.

                      We have ordered one dress (Aks women pink printed detail a - line dress) of 708 rs on myntra app. The payment was to be completed on delivery when we made card payment, the payment was not completed due to network issues and my mom paid 708 rs by cash. Afterwards, the money got deducted from the card's bank account resulting in total amount paid of 1416 rs.
                      I have raised this issue with myntra and incident number is[protected]. They have rejected the claim saying that the amount was paid by card and no cash was paid.. But i have also paid by cash. The payment method is also saying cash on delivery for the product. I want my 708 rs back in my account.

                          I had to receive a refund of 367 rs.in october 2017 for studio voylla earrings which i didnt get. Neither sbi nor myntra is helping me out. My rrn no is[protected]. I called myntra and sbi both many times but both are saying to contact the other party causing me lot of harrassment, wastage of time and resources. Kindly help me out.                                 I purchased something from myntra and after that they have continuously been sending me unsolicited marketing smses. This is a crime as per trai rules.

                                I called their customer service and they told me how to opt out of these smses. I did that but yet continue to get their smses.

                                I request myntra to please take me and others like me out of the smses.

                                And such companies who don't care for others should be given strict punishment.

                                  The so called 50%-90% discount facade played by myntra is just a facade and not at all deliverable.in no event a consumer get discounts thay huge. Every big discount they talk about is false and disappears as soon as you try to checkout and involves unethical marketing schemes and complex structures so that common people are fooled with 90%! Discount banners are given just 5% in actual saying that the product is already on 85% discount.
                                  So all that heavy attractive discount of items is false and is twisted and presented like a honey trap to people making a fool out of them. It has become so common to overstate the mrp of items and then give discounts of the order of 50%-90% falsely as the mrp is inflated purposefully in unethical ways. They may argue it is legal so necessarily the govt is also fooled right in their faces. After this they charge almost as high as rs149/- as delivery charges and slap about 10%-15% 'tax' on it. So the discounts if you get any are not calculated including tax on product. This mirage they hahe created to attract consumers is just an exploitation of weaker regulations on ecommerce and leads to false assurances.                                     I also called their help line but was continuous trasnfered to difffrrent voice messages. On their app i requested them to exchange the product but their delivery boy refused to take the product as they were expexting t shirt and not jeans (Wrong product).

                                    This is really very annoying and waste of time

                                      Status of delivery - not delivered (21/10/2017)

                                      As i am following myntra.com since 13th of oct 2017, they told everyday your product will be delivered in next working day but product is not delivered till now, its almost 26 days are gone since i have made the payment.

                                      Now as on today date i called them now they are saying your product can not be delivered and it has been return.
                                      Now they are saying your payment will be transfer in next 10 working days.
                                      If i have already gone through so many problem by the company end, how would satisfied myself they will refund my money back..

                                      Now i told myntra.com i want my product to be delivered
                                      They are denying for the same.

                                      This is a big fraud they are keeping customer money for long time and earning out of it..

                                        I have no good word about myntra. Return process is already close after gst. But application threw you can create return id but not result for refund. Myntra system cancel your return id so not return your product. I suggestion for any customer to know about myntra service to do not buy myntra product because 149 delivary charges and product is not recevied your time. Why this charges costly? I recevied product of wrogn t shirt useful.
