The WORST experience ordering product from myntra. (:
Same On you myntra.

I Ordered (Order No.:[protected]-4330903) on 13th Oct paid through debit card and thought order will reach to me by 22nd of oct . But on 21st I got a SMS that order is delayed and will be delivered by 23rd instead 22nd.

All the deadlines are crossed but still order is still in the same state.

I have called Myntra customer care thrice and tolled the all this saga repeatedly but it looks no one is sitting for help instead giving the status which is even there in my app account.

Its now been 10 days since they have taken my money for the products I ordered, but still have no clue when to be delivered.

No one has intimated further delayed.

Who is responsible this delay and for money you have taken.

Who is going to bare compensation of this.

These people are doing fraud with customers giving unrealistic delivery timelines.

    We have ordered one dress (Aks women pink printed detail a - line dress) of 708 rs on myntra app. The payment was to be completed on delivery when we made card payment, the payment was not completed due to network issues and my mom paid 708 rs by cash. Afterwards, the money got deducted from the card's bank account resulting in total amount paid of 1416 rs.
    I have raised this issue with myntra and incident number is[protected]. They have rejected the claim saying that the amount was paid by card and no cash was paid.. But i have also paid by cash. The payment method is also saying cash on delivery for the product. I want my 708 rs back in my account.

      Hi i am perumal. I have ordered "american tourister unisex black small trolley bag" rs 3532 in an offer price with gst tax rs. 989.10 on 14 oct 2017. But they delivered the "american tourister unisex red amt elegance plus small trolley bag" rs 2722 on 24 oct 2017. Because of wrong product i paid extra rs.1799.60.

        I had to receive a refund of 367 rs.in october 2017 for studio voylla earrings which i didnt get. Neither sbi nor myntra is helping me out. My rrn no is[protected]. I called myntra and sbi both many times but both are saying to contact the other party causing me lot of harrassment, wastage of time and resources. Kindly help me out. Sbi helpline is just good for nothing

          Ordered one wrong black shoes order no.[protected]-2264003) delivered in damaged condition requested for exchange received after 2 weeks. Exchanged product[protected]-0455001) delievered but also in damaged condition.
          Shoes were received with fungi and mud all over it. Exchanged product is in same condition its already been 3 weeks from order date

            I ordered a harpa black top from myntra. But i received a yellow colour top so i requested a return request to myntra after after describing my problem they agreed and accepted my return request but the courier boy is not taking my product back. I raised 7 times return request company accepted the request but the courier refusing again and again.
            Please help me out.

              I purchased something from myntra and after that they have continuously been sending me unsolicited marketing smses. This is a crime as per trai rules.

              I called their customer service and they told me how to opt out of these smses. I did that but yet continue to get their smses.

              I request myntra to please take me and others like me out of the smses.

              And such companies who don't care for others should be given strict punishment.

                The so called 50%-90% discount facade played by myntra is just a facade and not at all deliverable.in no event a consumer get discounts thay huge. Every big discount they talk about is false and disappears as soon as you try to checkout and involves unethical marketing schemes and complex structures so that common people are fooled with 90%! Discount banners are given just 5% in actual saying that the product is already on 85% discount.
                So all that heavy attractive discount of items is false and is twisted and presented like a honey trap to people making a fool out of them. It has become so common to overstate the mrp of items and then give discounts of the order of 50%-90% falsely as the mrp is inflated purposefully in unethical ways. They may argue it is legal so necessarily the govt is also fooled right in their faces. After this they charge almost as high as rs149/- as delivery charges and slap about 10%-15% 'tax' on it. So the discounts if you get any are not calculated including tax on product. This mirage they hahe created to attract consumers is just an exploitation of weaker regulations on ecommerce and leads to false assurances. All consumers need to be aware of it as none is circulating this information. Jago grahak jago

                  And the product which was delivered to me was d indigo roadster jeans bar code no[protected]

                  I also called their help line but was continuous trasnfered to difffrrent voice messages. On their app i requested them to exchange the product but their delivery boy refused to take the product as they were expexting t shirt and not jeans (Wrong product).

                  This is really very annoying and waste of time

                    I hereby shobha gupta filling a complaints against myntra.com ; as i have already made a payment of rs - 3347 & rs-2896.26 for two product.

                    Product order no - 1058110/8131155/4997103
                    Product order no - 1058112/2577118/3016101

                    Order date -24/09/2017
                    Delivery date -13/10/2017

                    Status of delivery - not delivered (21/10/2017)

                    As i am following myntra.com since 13th of oct 2017, they told everyday your product will be delivered in next working day but product is not delivered till now, its almost 26 days are gone since i have made the payment.

                    Now as on today date i called them now they are saying your product can not be delivered and it has been return.
                    Now they are saying your payment will be transfer in next 10 working days.
                    If i have already gone through so many problem by the company end, how would satisfied myself they will refund my money back..

                    Now i told myntra.com i want my product to be delivered
                    They are denying for the same.

                    This is a big fraud they are keeping customer money for long time and earning out of it..

                    I have ordered my product and they said they will deliver today and next day they said it's not their responsibility call another delivery boy... when we call other he promised to deliver product next day...and now they are saying product has been sent back... this was really annoying... now what to do ?

                      I have no good word about myntra. Return process is already close after gst. But application threw you can create return id but not result for refund. Myntra system cancel your return id so not return your product. I suggestion for any customer to know about myntra service to do not buy myntra product because 149 delivary charges and product is not recevied your time. Why this charges costly? I recevied product of wrogn t shirt useful.

                      30 days time for return, after 15-17 days not pick up product and customer ko myntra se new return create karne ki suggestion milegi. 15 din ke baad sorry, unfortunatliy your return time limit after 30 days return not accp our counsalt department

                      I am order puma sleepers by 8th October but still i have not received any message from myntra and i am not received my parcel also and expected date is 16 october

                        I m chandraprakash from tamil nadu. I bought a soundpeats q12 bluetooth headset in myntra which was delivered on september 25, 2017. With 1 week o[censored]sage, it suddenly stopped charging and i approached and called photron customer care for further details. They asked me to send the damaged product to their office address which they would make a replacement to me once they verified it. So i send it on october 6 through courier. They said that the product received on october 12. But still they had not send me the replacement and didn't picking up the calls and ultimately no response from their side. This makes me more frustrated than ever. I also doubt that the product which they are replacing also been a genuine quality product or not. So i probably need a refund rather than a replacement. So i kindly request you to do me a favour. Hereby i have attached my order details.

                        I bought a soundpeats q12 Bluetooth earphones on Sept 25, 2017 through myntra.It got repaired starting from the 1st week.so I contacted the photron company for further reference.they asked me to send the damaged product to their office for replacement.After waiting for nearly a month and registered complaint in this forum, I got my replacement finally.Now I used this replaced product for 1 month, now it was also got repaired.i don't have any idea for further replacement.The service which they had provided me earlier made me frustrated and very disappointed with them. I decided for refund not any more replacements from their side.i don't like to have any more arguments and further business with them.i kindly asking you to help me in refunding my amount as soon as possible

                        I m Chandraprakash from tamilnadu.I had posted a complaint on October 20 this month regarding soundpeats q12 headset for replacement or refund..it's been nearly a month still they are saying that the product will dispatch soon.i didn't get any tracking details for that replacement and I am completely dissatisfied with their service..I kindly ask you to make quick arrangements for this.i had attached the invoice in the previous complaint registered on October 20, 2017.thank you

                            I have initiated for the refund of the products but still hasn't got anything.in spite of giving the right bank information again and again you people are not returning my money back. There are seven items for which i haven't got the refund. You people are eating your customers money. I have provided bank details again and again last one was provided on 6 oct and then again today i have to call up you people again.

                              I have created an order in myntra website on laced on sunday, october 1, 2017 / rs. 1, 993.94 / 2 items. I did not like the stuff so i had returned the product. I have not received the refund for order no:[protected]-3249503. Return ids are [return no:[protected] and return no:[protected]]. May i know why is this happening. I have seen like many complaints related to the same issue, though this happened to me first time. Can you please take a look at it and help me by resolving the issue.

                                I have ordered a saree for my mom for diwali on 11th of oct.

                                At the time of ordering the product delivery date was 18th-19th oct 2017.

                                Which was okay as diwali was on 19th, but the message came as delivery date on 22nd oct 2017.

                                Inspite of multiple follow ups it was being conveyed that it will be delivered on or before 19th till today 1. E 18th oct and then they made the sorry statement that it will not be delivered on 19th.

                                This has not only spoiled the mood of diwali but i feel fooled and felt should have not made payment by my credit card.

                                    My name is sahil gupta from lumding, assam. I have purchased roadstar t shirt from myntra.com on dated.[protected], whereas the product i recieved from this website, i am not satisfied with the quality of the product. The price that i paid for the product was rs. 751/-. I then placed refund request. My product was picked up and believe me i was only refunded with rs. 567/- only. The remaining amount was not paid to me. I tried to contact the customer care no of myntra.com which is [protected], the response is "this no doesnot exist". I then tried to write an email, but again horrible website, there is no email add mentioned in the contact us part of the website. Only postal address is mentioned. That also is true of fake i m not sure about. Please take necessary action on this particular website so that my balance amount is refunded to me. It is horrible exp with myntra.com.

                                      I am deep dixit, recently i ordered puma helium idp sandals worth rupees 1400 and i received some puma slippers of 1099 rupess.

                                      The package has bill of sandals, i did payed for sandals and when i opened package it was puma slippers with open box.

                                      They took 10 days to deliver my order and even after 10 days, such a disappointment from myntra

                                        I had ordered Nike Women Grey FLEX CONTACT Running Shoes from Myntra with below details.

                                        Order Placed:Saturday, October 7, 2017

                                        The standard delivery date was : October 13, 2017.
                                        The last update on the Myntra site was from 8 oct i.e Shipped to delivery center.
                                        Mumbai(02:09pm)
                                        Today is 17th october

                                        It was supposed to be reached Pune but there is no update and I have been proactively calling the customer care daily since 9th October and getting the same response saying that the product has not been reached customer care and told to wait till next update.

                                        This is sheer negligence of Myntra towards their customer that I have not even received even a single satisfactory response and did not see single action on my complaint.

                                        This is the worst customer care service that I have received.
