-I had purchased leather jacket with respect to following Order:[protected]-9454003, Item code: 1469213, there were other items purchased in same order as well with total amount of Rs. 10849 /- dated 20th September
-Since I didn't like the leather jacket I had returned it and refund of Rs. 7482.41 was initiated by Myntra on 4th Oct with Return ID:[protected] | Reference: [protected]
-After waiting for more than 10 days, I reached out to Myntra Customer care with respect to ticket number[protected] /[protected], they initially said to reach out to my Bank and I did, But Bank said my initial payment was via IMPS transfer and requested to check with Myntra for the refund mode if its NEFT or IMPS, If NEFT then share UTR number and if IMPS then Myntra has to rectify the issue from their end.
- After re-checking with Myntra, I realized they have transferred the money to some SBI account which I am unaware of and I had used my Citibank account for initial payment. I shared my bank statement to Myntra which confirmed my initial payment but no refund. However, Myntra is not ready to rectify this issue.
I expecting refund of Rs. 7482.41 from Myntra, Which I have not received till date and feel cheated here by Myntra.
