I m chandraprakash from tamil nadu. I bought a soundpeats q12 bluetooth headset in myntra which was delivered on september 25, 2017. With 1 week o[censored]sage, it suddenly stopped charging and i approached and called photron customer care for further details. They asked me to send the damaged product to their office address which they would make a replacement to me once they verified it. So i send it on october 6 through courier. They said that the product received on october 12. But still they had not send me the replacement and didn't picking up the calls and ultimately no response from their side. This makes me more frustrated than ever. I also doubt that the product which they are replacing also been a genuine quality product or not. So i probably need a refund rather than a replacement. So i kindly request you to do me a favour. Hereby i have attached my order details.

I bought a soundpeats q12 Bluetooth earphones on Sept 25, 2017 through myntra.It got repaired starting from the 1st week.so I contacted the photron company for further reference.they asked me to send the damaged product to their office for replacement.After waiting for nearly a month and registered complaint in this forum, I got my replacement finally.Now I used this replaced product for 1 month, now it was also got repaired.i don't have any idea for further replacement.The service which they had provided me earlier made me frustrated and very disappointed with them. I decided for refund not any more replacements from their side.i don't like to have any more arguments and further business with them.i kindly asking you to help me in refunding my amount as soon as possible

I m Chandraprakash from tamilnadu.I had posted a complaint on October 20 this month regarding soundpeats q12 headset for replacement or refund..it's been nearly a month still they are saying that the product will dispatch soon.i didn't get any tracking details for that replacement and I am completely dissatisfied with their service..I kindly ask you to make quick arrangements for this.i had attached the invoice in the previous complaint registered on October 20, 2017.thank you

    I booked some dress material vide order id no[protected]-321301 and a return was requested on 02.oct 2017. but without initating the return the request was cancelled and I got msg that - Hi, your return request for Florence Red & Black Crepe Unstitched Dress Material (Return No. :[protected] has been cancelled.     Again I request for return but till date no action has been taken by myntra.

      I have initiated for the refund of the products but still hasn't got anything.in spite of giving the right bank information again and again you people are not returning my money back. There are seven items for which i haven't got the refund. You people are eating your customers money. I have provided bank details again and again last one was provided on 6 oct and then again today i have to call up you people again.

        I have created an order in myntra website on laced on sunday, october 1, 2017 / rs. 1, 993.94 / 2 items. I did not like the stuff so i had returned the product. I have not received the refund for order no:[protected]-3249503. Return ids are [return no:[protected] and return no:[protected]]. May i know why is this happening. I have seen like many complaints related to the same issue, though this happened to me first time. Can you please take a look at it and help me by resolving the issue.

          I have ordered a saree for my mom for diwali on 11th of oct.

          At the time of ordering the product delivery date was 18th-19th oct 2017.

          Which was okay as diwali was on 19th, but the message came as delivery date on 22nd oct 2017.

          Inspite of multiple follow ups it was being conveyed that it will be delivered on or before 19th till today 1. E 18th oct and then they made the sorry statement that it will not be delivered on 19th.

          This has not only spoiled the mood of diwali but i feel fooled and felt should have not made payment by my credit card.

              My name is sahil gupta from lumding, assam. I have purchased roadstar t shirt from myntra.com on dated.[protected], whereas the product i recieved from this website, i am not satisfied with the quality of the product. The price that i paid for the product was rs. 751/-. I then placed refund request. My product was picked up and believe me i was only refunded with rs. 567/- only. The remaining amount was not paid to me. I tried to contact the customer care no of myntra.com which is [protected], the response is "this no doesnot exist". I then tried to write an email, but again horrible website, there is no email add mentioned in the contact us part of the website. Only postal address is mentioned. That also is true of fake i m not sure about. Please take necessary action on this particular website so that my balance amount is refunded to me. It is horrible exp with myntra.com.

                Hi,
                I am deep dixit, recently i ordered puma helium idp sandals worth rupees 1400 and i received some puma slippers of 1099 rupess.

                Date of incident: 17/11/2017

                The package has bill of sandals, i did payed for sandals and when i opened package it was puma slippers with open box.

                They took 10 days to deliver my order and even after 10 days, such a disappointment from myntra

                  I had ordered Nike Women Grey FLEX CONTACT Running Shoes from Myntra with below details.

                  Order Placed:Saturday, October 7, 2017

                  The standard delivery date was : October 13, 2017.
                  The last update on the Myntra site was from 8 oct i.e Shipped to delivery center.
                  Mumbai(02:09pm)
                  Today is 17th october

                  It was supposed to be reached Pune but there is no update and I have been proactively calling the customer care daily since 9th October and getting the same response saying that the product has not been reached customer care and told to wait till next update.

                  This is sheer negligence of Myntra towards their customer that I have not even received even a single satisfactory response and did not see single action on my complaint.

                  This is the worst customer care service that I have received.

                    I had ordered a game of thrones 3/4th sleeves tshirt by kook n keech from myntra on oct 11th along with few other items. I was delivered a different tshirt (A random tshirt with short sleeves) on oct 14th. Pictures of what i had ordered and what've received are attached. I had raised a return request on the same day. The person who came to collect it refused to take it back claiming that i'm giving him the wrong product for return. He did not listen to what i had to say. I had even stated the reason as "wrong product delivered" while making the return request. Please resolve this issue. I'd like to return the item and get a refund.

                      This is with reference to the above cited subject i have placed an order for 3 products today early morning. Two products out of them of kids (Boy's tshirt & girl's dress) i wanted on 18th. I have just called your helpline too and he too has sent the request for my query however, he has not confirmed the same. I wish to receive the on 18th oct otherwise after that i will have to return them. I humble request you to please deliver these two products to me on 18th on priority basis. I will to grateful to you.

                        Placed on wednesday, july 19, 2017 however after 1 week i received email that your order is cancelled due to product no good that's why we can not give if this was the case then why you have kept to buy when you did the quality check of product and if its not good no need to keep so my concern is i ordered before my birthday and was wating for it hence not received so im happy with the customer service so i want you to look into this matter and see how you can compensate me i tried to contact your customer care but no help so please look into this

                          Utterly upset with myntra. First time ever i wanted to return a product because i didn’t like (Didn’t use and didn’t remove any tag) and i had to call myntra 4 times cancelling itself each time. Worst shopping experience. I would recommend to shop only when you’re confident with the product. It’s like a lottery. And card by delivery is a gimmick, you’ll always have to pay by cash as the delivery people will throw some excuse each time. All the best myntra. I’ll think twice before shopping from you now.

                              I am very much disappointed, i received wrong product and now it’s return is not able to or i don’t know...
                              I would never ever order from myntra now and will tell as many as possible not to order from here
                              No response from myntra, i receieved wrong product...
                              I have put return request bt no one is coming to take that off..
                              I order t-shirt of men and some ladies t-shirt of some brand i don’t know came to me.
                              Very bad costumer satisfaction myntra
                              Wrong product from myntra, it’s my 2nd time
                              Once before also i returned one t-shirt and the money still not came in my account (Had been 6 months)
                              😡😡😡😡😡...

                              I will never ever shop from now on myntra if my this t-shirt could not b returned as i received wrong product and i had put return request and no one is coming

                                I given return request. From 4 days you are sending mail to me. My associate will come and pick up the product and sending associate mobile number. But no one is coming no one is responding. Today i got one message from myntra my associate will come and pick up the product. I called to that associate corresponding number but he is telling that am delivering the product. Actually that area associate resigned the job like that. What is this finally he did nt come to my area. He is talking to me rudely. He is delivering products in my area only but he did nt came. What is this. I want solution. Pickup the product tomorrow. Your associate number is [protected]. Please solve the issue as early as possible.

                                  I have ordered a product from myntra (Order number:[protected]-2196201). When i opened it i saw blue colour stain dot marks on the front side of it and placed a return request (Return number:[protected]. They denied to take the product now. Below are the three return request they declined:

                                    I placed an order for shoes on 4th oct 2017, it was supposed to get delivered on or before 11th oct 2017. Till now i have not received the order and the status on myntra website says "shipped to delivery center" since 2 days. I have called myntra customer care several times (Complaint no.[protected], spoke to one of the team manager farheen) but no update till now.

                                    Pathetic service, untrained staff.

                                      I ordered a product from myntra & not to my surprise the product was delivered in one day. Myntra standing up to its customer service value. It was a karwachauth gift for my wife a pair of ear rings.

                                      To my surprise the product was damaged and i placed a return request for the same product. It has now been 4 days that i get a message daily that we are unable to reach you and the pick up has been re scheduled. I call the person who is supposed to complete the pick up daily and he assures me he will come. The e kart executive comes for different deliveries to my residence & the area daily but doesn't pick up my product which is damaged. Because of which i am not getting my refund. It is not only about money it is about the interest myntra has shown in accepting ownership for my problem. Highly disappointed.

                                        Worst experience. Myntra is making fools to their customer. I placed an order on 10/10/2017 of rs.1396.50 my bank account has been debited but order didn't get place. I did mail to myntra but they are sending me same message that i'll get my money back within 48 hours and now it's 3 days and things are same. Also got message from myntra that my order was failed and if any amount has been debited i'll get it back. Tried to contact myntra customer care but i'm not able to contact them. How cheap these sites can be for money. Very shameless.
