I m chandraprakash from tamil nadu. I bought a soundpeats q12 bluetooth headset in myntra which was delivered on september 25, 2017. With 1 week o[censored]sage, it suddenly stopped charging and i approached and called photron customer care for further details. They asked me to send the damaged product to their office address which they would make a replacement to me once they verified it. So i send it on october 6 through courier. They said that the product received on october 12. But still they had not send me the replacement and didn't picking up the calls and ultimately no response from their side. This makes me more frustrated than ever. I also doubt that the product which they are replacing also been a genuine quality product or not. So i probably need a refund rather than a replacement. So i kindly request you to do me a favour. Hereby i have attached my order details.

Complaint marked as Resolved I bought a soundpeats q12 Bluetooth earphones on Sept 25, 2017 through myntra.It got repaired starting from the 1st week.so I contacted the photron company for further reference.they asked me to send the damaged product to their office for replacement.After waiting for nearly a month and registered complaint in this forum, I got my replacement finally.Now I used this replaced product for 1 month, now it was also got repaired.i don't have any idea for further replacement.The service which they had provided me earlier made me frustrated and very disappointed with them. I decided for refund not any more replacements from their side.i don't like to have any more arguments and further business with them.i kindly asking you to help me in refunding my amount as soon as possible
I couldn't make the order but our cash had transfered to Myntra.com
