I had placed an order worth rs. 4, 322.33/- on september 20, 2017, on myntra. As part of its promotion there was an instant discount of 10% on payment via sbi debit card. I made a payment via my sbi debit card but instead of discount they deducted the whole amount from my bank account. Despite repeated calls myntra has not returned my money, instead asked for an extension about 3 times, the last call they made was around 29th september and said they are trying from their end and will not commit the timelines to resolve it. This is highly disappointing as i have not heard from them since then. I had requested the person who made the call that is an issue between myntra and sbi why does the customer has to suffer. Please refund my amount and resolve ur issue internally with sbi. The person said the issue is with sbi on this i told him that the promotion was displayed on myntra and myntra should take the sole responsibility of that offer to me and not shift responsibilities to anyone, as i had availed the offer by seeing it on myntra, to this he said we will try our best.
I request u to look into this matter immediately as this has taken a long time despite numerous efforts from my side.
