    I was doing shopping via myntra android app on 11th nov 2017 and during payment via hdfc interenet banking, session got expired and the amount rs.755.62. Has been deducted from my account. But order was not placed. Please look into this matter.

      I had placed two orders with myntra.
      First order was placed on aug 25, 2017 for two pieces of clothing ie i) dorothy perkinsnavy printed fit & flare dress for inr.1, 990 and ii) dorothy perkins off white green printed fit & flare dress for inr.3, 190. The order number for this transaction was[protected]-6937903.
      The 2nd order was placed on aug 28, 2017 for one piece of clothing i. E mango black solid fit & flare dress for inr.3, 590. The order number for this transaction was[protected]-8675203.

      Once i received the delivery for both the orders, i processed a return request for both the orders since i did not like the product.

      When the pick up person from myntra had come to pick my dress, he could not tell me he has come for the pick up of which order. Since i had first initiated the return request for the first order ie order no:[protected]-6937903, i thought he had come to pick them up. I had even asked him if he had come to pick up those two pieces, and he said yes hastily. I gave him both the products to be returned under the first order. After a few days i get an email from myntra that they have credited inr 3, 590 to my bank account as a refund for the return of the mango black solid fit&flare dress. At that moment i realized that there was a misunderstanding. The pick up man had actually come to pick up only one product (Ie the mango black solid fit & flare dress) under the second order, but i had actually returned two products under the first order. After a few days, the pick up person came again, this time to pick up the two products under the first order. I mentioned it to the pickupman that there was a mistake done the last time. He told me not to worry, and return him the mango black solid fit & flare dress, although he had actually come to pick up the two dresses under the first order. He told me that they will rectify it at their end, and i will be credited with my inr1990+3, 190 for the two products under the first order. After a few days, i get a mail from myntra that they had only accepted my return for dorothy perkinsnavy printed fit & flare dress for inr.1, 990, and have rejected the refund for dorothy perkins off white green printed fit & flare dress for inr.3, 190.

      I have returned all the three products to them, however they refuse to admit that they have received it. I have written them mails a several times, and have also spoken to one of their members, but they refuse to budge, they keep maintaining that they have enquired and that they received only two products from my side. I am losing my money of inr 3, 190 all because of the mistake of their pick up person.

      I am attaching the two pick up slips for reference. I am really looking up to akosha team for help.

      I have still not got my refund, neither have i been contacted by anyone.
      20 days back I have placed a return back request, but no one turned. The shocking news is yesterday night I have received message form myntra that I have cancelled return back request. Tried calling to myntra customer care number.. it is not reachable... Worst service and I never expected such kind pathetic service from myntra. Karthik [protected]

        I ordered a red bodycon dress for my birthday party from the site. Firstly, the order kept getting delayed weeks after week and was delivered well after my birthday had come and gone by a week ago. Secondly, on the site the colour of the dress is a clear blood red, and since its a bodycon dress there essentially has to be a zip in the back. But the product delivered to me was not just bad but was just a simple cut out piece of cheap looking red cloth. The colour was entirely different. I could have adjusted with the colour had they stuck to the basic idea of it being a bodycon and delivered me a dress with the zipper. But the dress had no zipper at all. And instead of a looking like a dress it looked more like a maxi, that too a size larger.

        Charged me rs-1094, for the so called "dress" which looked more like a curtain piece cut out from a cloth roll, and on lodging a return request stated that the agent will come, check, and the amount (Which is lower than what i paid i. E., rs945) will be credited to my account. Though, neither of this has been done.
        Moreover, upon clicking on the the help option and selecting the grievance from the few select categories provided, the site says - "we cant provide any help in the matter".

        How is a consumer suppose to move ahead with such fraudulent practices and cheap tricks being undertaken by the sellers to dupe the customers?

        I not just feel duped but extremely cheated. Not only did they not deliver the product on the day it was requested, whatever they delivered after a delay of 2 weeks was also extremely shabby and dissatisfactory.

        Look in the matter and either get the money refunded or the correct dress delivered to me. I will be lodging an official complaint on the matter as well.

        i am buying products for ur website since . i4 years but my trust has been broken now. i Ordered something and i got some other different kurta. Fed up totally, and i cant return as my friend received it in india and brought that outside india. helpless !!

          I thought myntra is reliable but no it do the same things which other shopping app do. I have ordered bellies and they are not of my size now what should i do with that... I have returned that bellies but it should not be returned to myntra... The courier man returned that bellies back to me... And i had called myntra executives so many times for this problem but they won’t resolve my problems...

            I wanted to order 3 items from here and now.
            I checked out and once i reached to the payment there was a fault in your bill.
            So basically,
            1- 549
            2- 649
            3- 779
            Total - 1978
            Tax - 84
            And coupun discount - 289
            = 1774

            But if you check it properly, they have added ₹2 extra in their bill.
            First is, the total would be 1977.
            Which they have made it as 1978.
            1977+ (84) tax - (289) coupon discount = the total would be 1772.

            And here, in the last transaction, they have again added ₹1 extra.

            I would request you to take a strict action as they have been cheating their customers with this. No matter how small the amount is.

              I bought two products from myntra and because of damage piece received i have returned the material but from 1 month i am following up with them they are telling that they transfered the money in my account but my account is not reflecting that money and when i am going to sbi branch for my refund they are tlling that they have not received any money from myntra side. Myntra sent me one reference no. But in sbi no one is checking that no.

                I had ordered a BARESKIN Women Black Leather Cropped Jacket" pertaining to the order number[protected]-3748803 from MYNTRA. But i received a jacket which was dirty and didn't had any company tags as if it was an old product. I complained the company for exchange of this jacket with my original one, but they said the item is unavailable and would rather return it. Is this not running away from responsibility of taking the blame of delivering a fake product and that too by a company which boasts about 100% original products?? This is breach of customer trust who believed on company's fake promises. I need justice and this must be stopped.

                  As i have spoken to mynta customer care center as well, they say reference no for the product returned has been initiated but ultimately amount has not been refunded to me... They asked me to contact sbi customer care center because through sbi net banking, transaction was been made and having contacted sbi center and branch seperately, they said they cant help it, contact back myntra.

                  It ll be great if you could take the process forward and refund the amount for the below mentioned amount (Ref no mentioned alongwith):

                    I have returned 3 items.. Bedsheet, earrings, cushion cover.. N asked for cahback in ph pe acount.. As per terms and condition of myntra we get our ph pe cashback within one day... But it took much time... And then i had to call up customer care... Then i got my cahback of bedsheet only... Not of earings and cushion cover... It was returned on 22 september.. Dont you think its been long time..!!
                    And y i m forced every time.. To cl up for my cashback?

                      The person prosenjit barik suppose to deliver the product yesterday bt i specially i called him and said dat i could not recieve the product today because i m nt at home bring on by tomorrow but today agian he called me up and said ye apka ghar ka khaiti nai h jab aap chahe hum apko order deliver kre can u please tell me how dare he can talk to the customer like this vry mch dissaponted with the deliver please teach him hoe to talk i m not goin to shop anymore from this site ritw now i m goin to uninstall this app evn i told in my family to do delete this app

                        I had placed order at myntra.com site for 3 bedsheets on 31st oct 2017 (Order no. [protected]). I received the bedsheets on 3rd nov 2017 out of which one bedsheet was wrongly sent (Code: 2101216 which i got from their website) instead of bedsheet code: 2101200. Since yesterday i am trying to reach myntra through customer support in their app but it is not accepting return. I have purchased under 30 day return policy. When i am pressing confirm to return, it shows the remark 'the 0 day return period is expired for this product'. This is forcing wrong products upon consumers by myntra. Myntra.com's telephone calls are only having recorded messages telling the process. No person comes under any option to resolve the issue. The cost of the product is rs 2795/-
                        I also wrote mail to seller 'consulting rooms pvt ltd (Their invoice no. Is [protected])'. I am attaching a copy of mail too. But there was no response from their side too.
                        I would request the seller to refund the money or give the right product. (Product code: 2101200)

I just wore these shoes for 10 days and the gel in its right foot suddenly got punctured... We as a customer don't expect these kind of products from myntra... I was a regular customer who was always promoting myntra over any other shopping site... But this is really sad on your part that you people are sending these kind of worst quality products...                               I had ordered a hrx track pant from myntra last week. The pant was received on time however, when opened the bag, me along with my office colleague easily recognized that the pant has been used as the pant was not shining, not iron and some black spots were there. Moreover, i found some passport size photographs and a rs.10 note in the pocket. Raised this with myntra, but they did not provide me the reason of this and only respond i had received was, "please return the pant and will refund your money" i was expecting a root cause of this so that no other customer would face such issue again. Kindly look into this.

                                I got this product delivered on 4th november however was of poor quality and wanted to return however, it says the product cannot be picked and would need to be retuned by courier.

                                This is now reflecting in my orders. Thier automated helpline does not connect to any customer service agent to call and get this sorted.

                                I would want the refund for this product and myntra should be open for customer complaint and provide a forum to discuss with the customer service.

                                Please provide a response for the above complaint and ask for further detais if required

                                  I suddenly got a notification that my account has been ripped off of some privileges, as i am not a valued customer. Giving the allegation of ‘high returns’ and keeping in mind of the ‘right of the customers’ my privileges have been suspended. I want to know why. Where is my right? I can take this matter to the consumer forum, if you wish. I have no issues. There are other platforms where i can buy. Speaking of buying, kindly check your records regarding how many thousand rupees i have spent on you. And as a legal document, i am mentioning some other details which will help me later to substantiate my case in the consumer court. You may not have noticed, or rather your ‘well-educated’ executives overlooked, that many of the products there on myntra have wrong or concealed description to cheat normal customers, who don’t give so much attention to minute details. For example, most of the items i returned in the past couple of months were shirts; formal shirts to be exact, and most of those belonged to the brand john players and some to a local brand independence. All the items, i repeat, all the items had concealed product description and wrong sizes mentioned. It was mentioned there in the product description that the material would be ‘cotton’. But when i received the products, to my utter surprise, i found the material to be way far away from cotton. The material was either pure polyester, or maybe 30-40% cotton. I hope you know the difference between these two materials. And i hope you also know that this can be put as a legal evidence in the consumer court. So check your facts before taking the right of a customer away giving excuse of ‘right of the customers’. Furthermore, the items measured drastically well beyond the tolerance level. If a shirt should have been ’42 inches garment chest size’ according to your product description, i found it quite larger, 45 inches to be clear. If a shirt should have borne a shoulder size of ’17 inches’, it bore 18+ inches. So, again, check your facts before taking the right of a customer away giving excuse of ‘right of the customers’. These are just two very grave matters that i brought into light today. And trust me, i will take this matter to social-media, followed by consumer forum level. You have mentioned that i have ‘abused’ your ‘liberal returns policy’. I hope i am not abusing you again, by showing you your faults.

                                  Ps: after complaining to them on different platforms like twitter, email and others, i keep getting the same automated reply prefixed with with a sentence which means: myntra is holy, this is customer's fault. Customer should read description, see images etc. So, literally they haven't read the context of my email, and some uneducated executive is just being paid by the company to do some copy-paste job. Great!

                                    Worst policy, before expiry of mounts i was ordering the jeans still added in my cart but due to temporary glitch in there app (Screenshot added of today also same error) i was not able to place an order. Now without intimation through email or message they expired all the points of my account [protected]@gmail.com. When i called they are saying we will not credit again.

                                      I recently bought 2 jackets from myntra in different sizes. The size was still had fit issues so i have to return it to myntra. Later, i was told that tags were missing in "both" the jackets which cannot be true since myntra pickup person checks the jacket before taking it back to myntra. Later, i got acceptance from myntra saying that they are going to accept other jacket and going to send one of the jackets back to me. How is it even possible that when you are getting all the original tags intact as they were in the first jacket, they are missing in the second jacket. Moreover, when it was already checked by myntra pick-up guy while taking it back, how can you now assume that the tags are missing. I am going to file a case against myntra since this is very unethical.

                                        I received today around 1 a havard ordered t shirt. But as it was showing in ur machine after entering my debit card pin no. That its rejected i had paid amt in cash & its showing entry in my bank a/c also i want my money which i paid extra. Courier person of yours no. Is [protected].
