In the past, i have been able to order by Cash on D elivery without any problem but now, it seems there is a limit of only 200-1500. Because of this, i can't buy anymore. Forcing us to pay online is a problem because when our product does not arrive/cancel and we need our money back as soon as possible which we hardly recieve our money back on time.So, Change that limit please. That is the most stupid move done by myntra ever.

Bought roadster shoes from Myntra on 24th august..In one month it get defected..the upper p.u was of poorest quality..Not in the position to wear. Worst response from Myntra customer care executive..

    Dear myntra, we the people of area of pin 781003 are suffering from a major problem. Maximum of my friends and me buy maximum things online especially from myntra. Bug nowadays your myntra is showing that there is no cod in this area of pin 781003 due to which online buyers are huge trouble. So please solve this issue as soon as possible.. Thank you..     Myntra.com — product delivery issues

    Myntra showed that there is delivery in my pin code, so i ordered an item. But the delivery person called and told me that he cant deliver the item in my doorstep. Why can't myntra deliver products in those pin codes which they were positive about in their website under delivery??
    Worst app as it can't provide cod like other online shopping apps😡😡😡

      I ordered some items from myntra online with ordered id[protected]-5919403. I received my order on 27th aug 2017 and it was delivered through e-kart and found that one saree was damaged. I talked to customer care on number provided on their site [protected] at the same time and since 27 aug 2017 i have generated return requests 4 times. Each time the person comes to pick the order but refuses to do so saying the product is damage. I have talked to customer care 5-6 times and on 02 sep 2017 i talked to the seniors of myntra and they assured me that this time your pick will be done definitelybut today on 03.09.2017 and on 04.09.2017 the same thing happened. The person from e-kart refused to pick up the packet. At the same time i called to customer care for confirmation but they did not confirm anything and that boy went back and myntra staff gave me assurity 5th time that this time your packet will be collected. They are harassing me a lot and doing nothing.

        There is no serial number on product package hence courier company was not able to complete the process. Please take necessary steps. Do contact the respective courier company so that it will be easy for completing the exchange.
        There are two products, two foot wears - one from kielz and other from shoetopia
        Also when i received my courier it was not in good condition. Package was slightly disassembled.

        I received defective product from Myntra and i requested several times to Exchange the product but they declined my request saying that product was shipped from our end post proper quality check. I have uploaded that post proper quality check product image in it. Its very big remarks from customer side with your service. Appreciated keep it up.

          I was delivered wrong product and when i wanted to return it, it was told to me that it cannot be picked up by the delivery guys so i had to personally courier it (Which also i had to pay).
          Now the product has been declined for a return and has been sent back to me.
          Please look into the matter and give me my money back.

            I have ordered a puma unisex lime green & navy odius dp flip-flops, my order number is[protected]-5055701
            And a highlander blue slim fit denim shirt (Courier name:ee)
            Order number[protected]-5055701 (Which not yet deivered)

            When i odered both the product then the price for the puma flipflops was showing 494.89 inr whereas today when the flip flop was delivered to me the percel boy colledted 643 rs from me.

            I ordered both the product together so no shipping charge need to pay, now my question is why this products are been delivered seperately with curier charges?

            This is really very annoying situation for me after being that old customer with myntra.

            Another thing is that the deliver boy doesnt have the card vebding machine wuth him, it was difficult for me to pay him by cash.

              I have created a return request long back no one has come here for the pick up... No updates about it... So i want to know when the pick up will be done... Email :[protected]@yahoo.com i have called almost 10 times no details about the complaint is send to my email at all... Thats really bad on side of myntra.. I want it to be picked up as soon as possible... I never had such a bad experience with myntra before the pick up should have besn done immediately after 2 days of generation... I dont know whats the other way to complaint to myntra... Very bad experience

                I have ordered ether women pink solid regular top product code: 1303135 i requested myntra for exchange, later they sent me an email that no exchange is available because of no size available, after making several calls i was assured that they will arrange for a pickup and refund, till date there isnt any response from the team, this is the worst of myntra what am facing.

                  I received just one call around 10 am saying there was a tire puncture. After waiting for 6 hours when no one turned up, i called on the number. The reasoning was:
                  1) tire puncture
                  2) we went to sector 6 whereas, the address clearly mentioned sector 7 alongwith the landmark (And in worst situation there was a contact number which was dailed around 10 am)
                  3) we forgot to carry the parcel

                  Top of it when we said we will complaint very confidently the reply was 'go ahead' awesome attitude myntra..

                  Which one of these is true please teach your staff to be honest this will only destroy myntra's reputation.

                    I have returned an item (Roadster fast & furious jeans, size-34) on 16th july 2017. The return was accepted but the amount (Rs.965) is still not credited to my sbi bank account. I contacted myntra support. They told me that the refund was processed on 19th july 2017. They also provided me a bank referrence number[protected]. Then i contacted sbi support & also visited my home branch. The officials clarified me that no amount was credited on 19th july by myntra to my account.
                    Please look into this matter & do credit the refund amount to my account.

                        I had requested for the return of a product (Akkriti top by pantaloons) which was picked up more than a month back (15/7/17). But i havent received the refund yet. I have contacted the staff at myntra via phone calls... Thrice... And wrote multiple emails to them as well. They had confirmed that the product has already reached the seller and that my refund would ve processed soon... It was on 20/21 august i guess. But i havent yet received my refund back and they just email me asking to wait for another few days without making any progress whatsoever. Please look into this issue asap. It causes too much of inconvenience for the customers and make us dubious about choosing myntra for ordering anything. Please resolve my issue.

The bank stateme t also confirmed the debit transaction in favour of myntra design pvt ltd. However, when viewed the order status it does not reflect my order in the order list. You are requested to take necessary action to sort out the issue and also to resove it.

                                  I recently ordered a ucb blue maxi skirt from myntra. I raised a return request. First there is an issue of article id mismatch. The cc team asks me to send images of the product, stickers etc so that the issue can be resolved. I comply with their demand and after that the company declines the return request stating that it cannot be restocked because the price tag was scratched. I repeatedly call them up telling them that i had received the product with the price tag scratched but they remain rigid in their stance. I was victimised by myntra for no fault of mine. They did not refund my money. Instead they chose to put the whole blame on their customer.

                                  If I was aware that Myntra could falsely accuse me of tampering with the product, I would have opened it in front of the delivery agent. Also, when I conveyed the same to Myntra, they told me that the product was dispatched from the warehouse in original condition. When I asked for proof of their claim, they plainly refused to give me any. They robbed me of my money. I am extremely disappointed and upset with their service and behaviour.
                                  I had purchased a Spykar Laptop Bags from MYNTRA online. Its not even a month old & used also The Material of the bag has strarted tearing. Such poor quality from a SPYKAR brand and Myntra Selling is a Shame. I wiould like to have a refund for the entire amount. I am ready to give the product back as well.

                                    I am a new customer to this online shopping site. I have placed an order of atorse backpack on 15 of august 2017, it showed it will get delivered on 30th of the same month. When i placed the order it showed available and after 8 days of ordering it now when i tracks it, it's showing that it had cancelled on 23rd of august.

                                    I have been eagerly waiting for my bag. I want the same bag on same price. This is most disgusting way of treating customers. It's called cheating. You have disappointed me myntra.

                                      Its like stupidity of mynta.. Sorry to say that.. But ive ordered a shoes jack and jones.. Cost 1754 during a sale.. And i redeemed my 200rs mynta points.. And at last aft 10days they informed as cancelled my order.. Ok thats fine.. But i can wait for my order.. Or if thet notified me before i could have cancelled it and reorder.. But now i cant have my size.. Its like cheating customers at 100% level... I dont know why you are doing this.. If it is cancelled you should informed me before... Not when is checked my orders.. And it shows cancelled due to some stupid reasons... I need my refund back of 200rs and and replace my order.. With the size ive mentioned.. Thoughh the price is increased i dont care.. It all your responsibility.. Thank you

                                        I am recently start purchasing with mytra ..I had purchased a lot in previous 2 -3 weeks only but today I am seriously very disappointed with the reply I got from your customer care . I purchased one puma T-shirt which I want to return but I removed price tag, so he told me that return is not possible .
