Dear sir/ma'am

This is with reference to the above cited subject i have placed an order for 3 products today early morning. Two products out of them of kids (Boy's tshirt & girl's dress) i wanted on 18th. I have just called your helpline too and he too has sent the request for my query however, he has not confirmed the same. I wish to receive the on 18th oct otherwise after that i will have to return them. I humble request you to please deliver these two products to me on 18th on priority basis. I will to grateful to you.

    I have placed an order order no:[protected]-0768001
    Placed on wednesday, july 19, 2017 however after 1 week i received email that your order is cancelled due to product no good that's why we can not give if this was the case then why you have kept to buy when you did the quality check of product and if its not good no need to keep so my concern is i ordered before my birthday and was wating for it hence not received so im happy with the customer service so i want you to look into this matter and see how you can compensate me i tried to contact your customer care but no help so please look into this

    I had ordered an pepe jeans sunglasses but it comes with an damaged piece. When i raised a refund your executives said that it was an used product and it was not passed in quality check. How could it happen? I have nt used it. Its ur problem u send me a wrong item. I want my refund. Thats it.
    I have done a payment of 2033.69 Rs for two W branded kurtas on 7th October 2017. Money got deducted from my SBI account but I found no order was placed in Myntra. Kindly do the needful.

      Utterly upset with myntra. First time ever i wanted to return a product because i didn’t like (Didn’t use and didn’t remove any tag) and i had to call myntra 4 times cancelling itself each time. Worst shopping experience. I would recommend to shop only when you’re confident with the product. It’s like a lottery. And card by delivery is a gimmick, you’ll always have to pay by cash as the delivery people will throw some excuse each time. All the best myntra. I’ll think twice before shopping from you now.

          I am very much disappointed, i received wrong product and now it’s return is not able to or i don’t know...
          I would never ever order from myntra now and will tell as many as possible not to order from here
          No response from myntra, i receieved wrong product...
          I have put return request bt no one is coming to take that off..
          I order t-shirt of men and some ladies t-shirt of some brand i don’t know came to me.
          Very bad costumer satisfaction myntra
          Wrong product from myntra, it’s my 2nd time
          Once before also i returned one t-shirt and the money still not came in my account (Had been 6 months)
          😡😡😡😡😡...

          I will never ever shop from now on myntra if my this t-shirt could not b returned as i received wrong product and i had put return request and no one is coming

            I given return request. From 4 days you are sending mail to me. My associate will come and pick up the product and sending associate mobile number. But no one is coming no one is responding. Today i got one message from myntra my associate will come and pick up the product. I called to that associate corresponding number but he is telling that am delivering the product. Actually that area associate resigned the job like that. What is this finally he did nt come to my area. He is talking to me rudely. He is delivering products in my area only but he did nt came. What is this. I want solution. Pickup the product tomorrow. Your associate number is [protected]. Please solve the issue as early as possible.

              I have ordered a product from myntra (Order number:[protected]-2196201). When i opened it i saw blue colour stain dot marks on the front side of it and placed a return request (Return number:[protected]. They denied to take the product now. Below are the three return request they declined:

              The customer service are giving me the same statements every time i am reaching out to them that they cannot help.
              This is not acceptable and the service that they are provided to the existing and loyal customer is very bad.

                I placed an order for shoes on 4th oct 2017, it was supposed to get delivered on or before 11th oct 2017. Till now i have not received the order and the status on myntra website says "shipped to delivery center" since 2 days. I have called myntra customer care several times (Complaint no.[protected], spoke to one of the team manager farheen) but no update till now.

                Pathetic service, untrained staff.

                  I ordered a product from myntra & not to my surprise the product was delivered in one day. Myntra standing up to its customer service value. It was a karwachauth gift for my wife a pair of ear rings.

                  To my surprise the product was damaged and i placed a return request for the same product. It has now been 4 days that i get a message daily that we are unable to reach you and the pick up has been re scheduled. I call the person who is supposed to complete the pick up daily and he assures me he will come. The e kart executive comes for different deliveries to my residence & the area daily but doesn't pick up my product which is damaged. Because of which i am not getting my refund. It is not only about money it is about the interest myntra has shown in accepting ownership for my problem. Highly disappointed.

                    Worst experience. Myntra is making fools to their customer. I placed an order on 10/10/2017 of rs.1396.50 my bank account has been debited but order didn't get place. I did mail to myntra but they are sending me same message that i'll get my money back within 48 hours and now it's 3 days and things are same. Also got message from myntra that my order was failed and if any amount has been debited i'll get it back. Tried to contact myntra customer care but i'm not able to contact them. How cheap these sites can be for money. Very shameless.

                      Never expected this from myntra today got tshirt of very poor quality and ordered the product on 7th oct still not recived the above mentioned products very much delay in delivering the product. Ordered for festival purpose and still not got the product my sugestion to all guys not to buy anything from not so trust worthy cheap quality myntra shop 1st time experienced the fact of online shopping very dissapointed hope the above ordered products will be of good quality i request to the team to send good quality product and send the product as soon as possible with nice packing box

                        I have received a damaged product from your site and since it is non returnable and non exchangeable product.. Your customer service people seems to turn a deaf ear to my repeated request of solution i will get regarding this.. Is this a right way to deal with your customer.. Is this my fault that i trusted your company and ordered from your site and for this you are getting a license to fool your customer and sending them a damaged product and also crippling them by not returning or exchanging the product.. So this is the way you people do business?? Shame on you

It showed that it would deliver to me on 11th october, so i waited but after this long of waiting time i saw that my order is being cancelled, i didnt cancelled it.                           I can'nt receive my exchange product as the ekart delievery even can't contact me and i recieved a msg that they can't make contact with me n deliever tommorow n again next day there is no call from them what should i do?

                            It was ordered 4 days ago
                            I cancelled it because of wrong size.
                            So please transfer my money back to my bank account
                            If any customer cancels their order it is the company's or site's responsibility to refund the money if it was prepaid by the customer.

                            I had ordered a product. It reached the wrong destination so I asked for a cancellation (over a call)

                            Now it has been 10 days, I did not receive the refund

                              Got a message from myntra saying that the delivery will be done today on 11th, when i called the delivery number it is switched off and when i check status on app, it says that the product is shipped back to origin. The delivery people are rude and messed up the diwali gift completely. What the hell are you running in the name of a company. How can such rude behaviour be tolerated. Have u heard of something called as quality standards.

                                I have placed a order for jeans of 32 size on 15th september 2017 but as the size did not fit me i requested exchange of product with the 34 size.
                                Instead of 34 i got the product of 26 size i called to myntra number of times but no any agent were able to solve the problem and no one took this issue seriously.
                                After that again i requested for the exchange (I want 34 size jeans) of the product but this time also you guys delievered the wrong product, again i got the jeans of 26 size. Everytime you guys are delievering the wrong product

                                "i mean kind of service you guys are providing to their customers is just #.
                                Now its almost a month and i did not get the right product till now"

                                You guys ruined the birthday surprise and no one is responding from your side to solve the issue side

                                  Sir, i had recieved a call from myntra by a guy named aakash with mobile no. [protected] in my mobile no [protected] at 15:36 pm today on 10th october 2017 saying that i have won a lucky draw which includes 10grams gold/5 gram gold/laptop etc etc. So he asked me to buy somethings from myntra worth rs. 4000 or above before 6pm so that i can win the lucky draw. The message i am replying to is the relevant details of the order no[protected]-8095303. Later on another guy from myntra calls me with mobile no [protected] named ashutosh sinha at 18:50 pm who deals with subjects of gift and all. He ask me to share the bank details including the otp. Now i my account is showing rs 60000 debited. Tell me who what is happening because i am being harrased since 6pm. And i have no clue where my money has gone. There was another no who called for bank details [protected] please resolve this as soon as possible

                                    I ordered a black top on 21st sept 2017. I received the product on 27th sept 2017. It din't fit me so i placed return order on the same day and its been collected by the agent the next day. I received message stating that the return is confirmed and i will get the refund in 3 working days but its been more than 9 working days i haven't heard from them yet. I hope they process the refund soon. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I have ordered a "lotto women grey melange finley running shoes" from myntra on 24th july, 2017; order no.:[protected]-3973503

                                      I have received this product on 27th july. Only in 2 months the product is heavily damaged. I contacted myntra customer care but they said this is a wear tear issue and not quality issue. But how come a product of 2070/- can wear in 2 months with quality issue. A local product has more life than this.

                                        I got delivered these shoes order no.[protected]-4006901 from myntra on 31/08/17. I tried these shoes on 5/09/17 for the first time and the result was shocking they started cracking from their very first use. I have never thought that shoes like this would turn up like this.
                                        I tried calling customer care many times but number provided on website does not connect it always says this no. Is wrong. I tried returning the shoes from their website by putting return request but their's delivery guys said your item is not approved for returning so it cant be taken back. I strongly feel that the shoes are fake us polo.
                                        Shoes are having 3 month warranty for any manufacturing defect but i thinks its quality is really bad.
                                        I want full refund of my money.
