I had ordered a t-shirt on 13th august 2017 and completed the online payment. Now they have cancelled my order due to out of stock. Though i got my refund back but i have waited 9 days for this. At the time of purchase it was in sale but now its price is high and they have the same t-shirt in stock. I waited for long 9 days and they are making fool of me, cancelling the order as per their own will.

I cancelled my order after placing it for 5 minutes. But I didn't get my refund back. I ordered an caprerse bag (red) Rs. 2340/-. My account number: [protected]. Refund my money to my bank account. I trusted myntra they would refund the money as soon as possible but I'm disappointed that they haven't refund my back. It has been 3 days since I have cancelled my order. Other sites refund the money within a day. But this myntra hasn't done anything so far. Please helpme to get my money back.

Placed an order with myntra.. Order was placed (18 aug 2017).. Order id[protected]-7746503
Tracking details show that it has reached my destination..
There is no attempt made to deliver the product.. And i get a e-mail saying the product returned to origin as it is undelivered (Order cancelled).
When contacted the myntra customer support.. Worst customer service too they have absolutely no idea about why order was cancelled.. With a casual attitude i get a response like it could be that the item was out of stock..
If the item is out of stock then dont take the order na.. Not just this to compensate they offer me a good will coupon wherein i hav to make a purchase of 2000 rupees to get 15% off..
Its really dissapointing..
I must say worst shopping site myntra is.
I would never recommend this site to anyone

I ordered a peach colored top of silly people brand, but because of size issues, i requested for return on the same day of delievery . the agent completed the pick up process the next day and assured that money will be refunded in my bank account which i gave details about. now it has been over ten days and i have not received my money back, inspite of the clause that money will be refunded within 4-5 bussiness days. i m very disappointed. its great i[censored] consider my issue seriously otherwise i will have to sue the company to the consumer court

I ordered my jack and jones shoes on august12, 2017.. The dispatched date is aug 16.. But in my account it shoes the order is not dispatched... I wan to know that my order is going to be delivered or not.. As it shown the delivery date is aug22,, if not i will cancel and replace the order.. Thank you.. Can contact me through d. Hi i made a purchase on 12/08/17 from myntra app..
The delivery guy was at my doorstep arrived on the 16th wednesday
First of all he was not a authorised delivery guy
My amount was 1363 wherein i had cash of 1500 and debit card as well
But he refused to pay me the change or swipe card as well as he didn't had either of the options so he left and told me that he would be coming next day or probably same evening if possible
But then in wednesday i got a msg saying i refused to accept the order..
How could you even send such message without even confirming it from a customer end.
Then i tried resolving it from the customer care but they asked me place the new order why should i do that, even the prices and offers aren't available now nor even the sizes of the t-shirt
This is disappointing really disappointing
Please look into this asap

I have order 3 things in16/08/17. But order is not placed but amount is credited in my account. I have go to bank and enquiry about the transaction that already amount is debited to the bengaluru company. Myntra customer care says its refund u in 48 hours. But its already 3 days gone. Hello myntra. I have placed my order on august 14th 2017 for a biba salwar suit which includes - top, dupatta and pant. The order number is[protected]-1305401. I have received the product on 17th august 2017. I have got defaulted product. Firstly the dupatta was missing. And secondly the pant was yellow. But the original picture shows that the pant is pink.
When i placed a return request and have mentioned the same in the request complaint the person who came to pick up told he dint receive any and refused to pickup. And please provide me a customer care number where i could talk wid ur agent. Reply or email me asap.

I had made a purchase of rs. 1747 at roadster shop in indiranagar bangalore on 7-july-2017.
They swiped two of my cards telling first card payment didnt go through — ultimately i figured out it was charged on both my cards, so they charged me twice.
When i asked for refund, the person at billing counter "arnab chakraborty" (Arnab. [protected]@myntra.com) told me that he will initiate the refund through mail. However, even after multiple follow up in the email thread, they have not refunded my amount which was deducted twice. Now no one seems to be even responding to my email.

I am attaching the full email thread where this has been discussed, and where no one from roadster (Myntra) is responding now.

Kindly look into this matter and help me get my refund.

I returned 3 products, 2 on 1st aug and 1 on may be 5th. As per the conversation i had on email with team. They said money will be reflected on 11th aug and now its 17th. Still no cashback. I contacted my bank also. No response from their side. I want my money anyhow otherwise i ll take legal action againt your company. I will be thankful if you take any action asap

I ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra, which were defective. So after raising a return request, they provided me another pair of shoes in exchange for the defective pair.

The new pair looked good when I opened the box, but as soon as I tried the shoes and tied the laces, Black rubber part holding the lace snapped from one of the shoes.

I raised a return request again, but they are not accepting the return stating that they(Myntra) shipped the product after stringent quality check.

I have had more than 6 phone conversations, and a lot of email conversation explaining the issue and asking them to accept the return. But Myntra rejects it every time.

I ordered a forever 21 black solid v-neck t shirt (Code:1621875) on july 29, 2017 paid for through cash on delivery.

I created a return request for the same on july 31st after receiving the delivery of the product. The concerned person who picked up the product, did not give me any slip/acknowledgement for the successful pickup even after i demanded it from him.
However, i received a message from myntra that the product has been successfully returned and that the payment will be refunded in a few days.

Now after 2 weeks of the successful pickup, the payment dor the same is not reflecting in my bank account. Kindly, look into this matter and initiate a refund asap.

Ordered a jogger in Myntra on 30th July. It was delivered on 4th August. It was small in size. I kept a return request on the same day of delivery. Two times I got message like your pick up delivery will be there today messages to me. But no associates dint called me. And I tried several times but there is no response by them. I think Myntra is cheating the customer by keeping a return process like this. This the second problem to me by Myntra.

Firstly they are not selling original product, when i returned the product, they picked my product even after 3 days of their specified time... And then after a month that too by making so many calls they said that product failed quality check and it was used... Someone please tell them how a used product can have all tags labels everything intact, even their customer care executive accepted that all the tags were on place... Total exploitation...!!!

I ordered huetrap orange printed round tshirt on 31july2017. Order Number:[protected]-1878003. Of rs.503.i didn't received order at all but delivery got resecudule 3times and got msg on 12.8.2017 that product delivered.i called delivery person alex his number is [protected] provided by you through mail and sms. He told me its wrong number. I really don't understand how to contact myntra. Ph is constantly busy.i asked for return policy there also i mentioned that i didn't receive product. I want my refund. Still i didn't got any reply from myntra.

I ordered a white style benetton shirt order number[protected]-7869901 and i got a poor quality of shirt which seemed like it was already used. I had requested the return request the day i received the shirt but when the pick up arrived to collect the shirt he said that the shirt is dirty. I said to him that i received the dirty shirt that is why i returning it but he denied to collect the shirt.
This type of mistake is not forgivable in which substandard quality of product is delivered to the consumers. If defected product are delivered then company should be ready to take the product back and refund the money.

I requested for return of my orders 4 times and that fraud company named myntra didn't pick my return i am suffering from this problem since 11 july.. Every time they create a new order number after 4-5 days. And contionuosly playing gimmick with the customers, if the company capability to solve the problem then why these type of companies are running business continuously. They rejected my request of return by asking that address is invalid but at a time when they delivered this product to me then the same address seems to be valid for that fraud company.

I made a return request on Aug 04 2017 and I got msg that they accepted my request and expect to pickup on or before 07 Aug. Return no.[protected]. The most trouble they create for me that they don't accept email directly now, in response they telling me to contact them directly from all through 'Contact us' but there are no option to e-mailing but a customer care number but also that is not toll free. I never experience such trouble with myntra before, really very disappointed.
