Myntra have run contest on 24th to 26th june, 2017 as group shopping . The top spender of the top spending group will win a car of 10lakh . But still now myntra didn't announce the winner even though 3rd july, 2017 is the date to be anounced that they mention on their contest term and condition page . So i have complain to the myntra to answer whether the car contest is true or simply fake for fooling customer if so i am ready to go to consumer...

I ordered for a white jegging. But I was delivered a off white jegging. I am not at all satisfied. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I want the product I ordered at the cost. When i ordered the product it was in offer. Now the offer was over and this is not fair to deliver a wrong product to the customer. This is not expected from myntra. I am very disappointed with the product and the service.

I placed the order on june 27 and till now there is no information about my shoes

There is no notifications from myntra so far, i need my shoes

I placed the order on 24th june and made the payment via phonepe wallet. The delivery date was given was 29 june then it was forwarded to 1 july then it was shifted to 3 july. Still I didn't received the delivery. They are just pushing the date forward and nothing else. The shipment is lying in delivery town since 3 days and yet it has not been delivered. My friends have received their order even after placing the order after mine....

Due to this issue, i couldn't travel to some place and cancelled my ticket.

I have ordered 3items on eors and was supposed to get 20%cashback and the delivery date was 30th july.
I haven't cancelled these 3 items[protected]-1646403 but i received rs16 approximately as a refund. However i was supposed to get 20%cashback on phonepe which i din't receive. I want myntra to either deliver all the order or refund the entire amount if they have cancelled it for any reason.

I placed an order for 24th june and it was mentioned that it will be delivered by 30th june, there was another option during my checkout to postpone my delivery and save some money, however, i wanted it delivered by 30th as i had my flight next day, tried contacting them but to no avail. Eventually, had to leave without the bags i ordered. It is 2nd of july and and yet no intimation from their end on the same. Extremely bad experience....

I have ordered nike shoes in Pre -Gst sale, dispatch date is 29/jun/2017, but i was waiting for the product to be dispatch but i wasn't dispatch and on 2/jul/2017, my order got cancelled.

In the product description it is clearly mentioned that there will be 2 T-shirts in one pack. But when i opened the package there was only 1 T-shirt.

Wtf myntra, you have the worst customer support system. My order i placed on 24th june was supposed to be dispatched by 25th and delivered by 29th. But till date it hasn't been dispatched. There's no way to contact you guys to register a complain on your app or to know what really happened to my order. I have even paid for the order and i'm not even sure that if i cancel the order whether i'll get my money back or not...

I made an order in myntra. The order was delivered and one of the item out of 9 items was missing. I made a complaint through their customer care after multiple attempt. I got a response after few days that it passed quality test and that they can't do anything. What are the legal steps that i can take against them? I am completely cheated and very frustrated.
