Delivery boy in Jammu is doing what they want According to them.
My complaint is against Sahil wadahera contact no. [protected], he has my parcel since 2-3 days but every time i call him he said I'm very busy, collect your parcel from place where I want.
Either you are not paying salary to them.
It's very inconvenient to us every time they want according to them
Please fix these peoples or may you have less customers in future from Jammu

[protected] and [protected]...The delivery boy of yours named ARYAN JADHAV PR was utterly nonsense, impolite and rude.When the payment was made to him, he says that he wont deliver from next time if you take so much time in paying me, when there wasnt any delay in first place, just the normal time one takes to go back get cash out from ones locker.Arguing at the top of his voice in front of the door, such bloody nonsense behaviour aint acceptable.We pay you Myntra, you work for us customers.We are not here to dance to the whims and fancies of a goon-like delivery boy.Had my mother not intervened, your delivery boy would have had it from me.And at this in end, this ### blatantly says, "Jao jake complaint dalo Myntra walon ko, dekh lunga"...And to add icing and cherry to the cake, your products were extremely dissatisfactory, wrong sized baggy which nowhere resembles the pics and tips while choosing, ...ultra thin jacket of HRX...call it sweat shirt rather than jacket...did not expect this.You Myntra people just pissed me off today.I have an additional order for my sister pending, which I am surely going to cancel now.And return you these.Under the guise of End of Season sale you people are probably irritating people with your annoying Delivery boys first and then with your low quality products.

    I placed order for rebock tshirt through myntra and also paid the full dues through net banking. I have mentioned my office address as delivery address. My office is situated in prime location in sipcot it park chennai.

    Delivery guy could not locate the office. I also mentioned land mark for my office but the delivery boy did not bother to find my office and mentioned as customer not reachable. I will be busy in meetings everyday and i cannot wait for delivery boy or my order hence i told the delivery boy to leave the parcel in the reception or security. No response from delivery guy.

    I got totally frustrated and disappointed with your service. I did not receive my product or refund money. Amazon is far ahead in customer service than you and i prefer to place order through amazon. Learn from amazon how to serve customers.

      I ordered a treggings (Apparel) of mango brand during myntra sale. The quality of the product is very poor and it turned disaster after a single wash. The stitches were opened after the wash. The price of the product is as per the brand value but quality turned out extremely poor. Mango is a reputable brand so i doubt that the product delivered to me is first copy and not an original one. I can't return or exchange the apparel also as i have removed the tags and washed it. Please help...

        I had placed an order for a pair of shoe from myntra on the 18th of september 2017.
        The due date given by them was 24th of september. On the 21st of september i got a msg saying that order was undelivered, and no reason as to why it was undelivered was mentioned.
        After the due date, around 25th or 26th i called them up to have a word with them and enquire bout my product. They assured me saying my order would be delivered as soon as possible and that they’ve already put in the complaint or the request. 2-3 days passed and i still did not get my parcel. I again called them up to know the status of my order. They told me that my order was to be delivered today, on hearing this i clearly told them to inform their delivery partner to contact me before attempting to deliver my product cause no one would be at home due to muharram.
        They did assure me that i’d get a call or a text regarding this and as a matter of fact, they even updated my number so as to be sure. But i got no msg or calls regarding my order and on reaching home my guard informs me that my order was here but since no one was at home he left saying he’d come on the 2nd of october.
        On entering home, i straight away contacted myntra and told them bout everything. I even spoke to one their manager named shaabaz. He told me to give him 2 business working days and within that my order would be delivered to me. He even told that its on the priority list and # but days passed and still as of now i haven’t received my order nor any msg or calls. I sent various mails and even posted on their facebook page but all they do is ask for more days and tell me to be patient. Its like they treating this as a joke. Its been over various working days but i have no clue as to where my parcel is and when will it reach me or will it ever reach me.
        Kindly look into this matter and if possible ensure these crooks deliver my product to me.
        If not i’d at least want them to he taught a lesson so that they never do such a pathetic joke or whatever it is with someone else.

        I had placed an order for a jeans from myntra on the 22nd of August 2020.
        The due date given by them was 3rd of september. On the 27thst of september i got a msg saying that order was undelivered, and no reason as to why it was undelivered was mentioned. This order is really urgent... I need asap!!!
        The Roadster Jacket ordered on the 9th of Jan 2021 has been received on the 12th BUT the jacket ordered around 3rd Jan with tracking ID MYNC[protected] has NOT been delivered up to date. Please could you see to it's deliver asap.

          Dear sir,

          I would like to bring this to your notice the shoe bearing order no.:[protected]-4144903 afrojack men tan brown mid-top leather semiformal shoes placed on friday, september 22, 2017 / rs. 2, 123.5. The sole is of a terrible quality, which is ridiculous. Mynra should maintain some quality standards a shoe sole would never be worn out in just about an hours time, most importantly when the shoe is priced at inr 4, 999.00 online with a discount available for the sale price. I have already requested for a return or a possible exchange with a better quality sole, if you are unable to do so then please refund or a myntra voucher which i can buy something at a later point in time.

            I have bought multiple products during the big billion day sale and at quite good price however myntra failed to deliver all the products and then stated the refund has been initiated. This is a scandal, clearly. They do not want the product to be delivered at this price. Very much disappointed with myntra this time. Order #[protected]-2740103

            Even the customer care service is impotent and unable to provide resolutions even after reaching to them multiple times.

            Nobody from myntra is taking the responsibility of the poor delivery system. Lost faith in myntra and thank you for all the harassment.

                I have purchased a pair of shoes brand named is san frissco. As i read it comes with shoehorn, shoe shiner and bags. But when i got the product it is not there only a pair of shoe which was also in bad condition.

                  In dehradun the delivery was very late anf suddenlt one morning dey said dat it will be delivered today so i called the delivery boy to tell himm dat i wont be available today nd he didnt picked up... Nd den he reached my home nd started talking rudely nd swearing very badly nd even to my sister... A girl...                         It was a prepaid order with no[protected]-1268001. A damaged product was sent to me, hence i requested for an exchange of the same with size uk7 which was also accepted & delived to me but with size uk6. As myntra has an exchange policy of 30 days i was being directed by myntra to wait for some time for an re-exchange as the product was out of stock, but after 15-17 days i got worried and called customer care for some help.
                        They said that the product is out of stock & there are probable chances that it will not come in stock.
                        Then i requested them to kindly help me out as i badly needed that same product & as my request for exchange was accepted of size uk 7. If wrong size is delivered to me then it is definately not my fault & it was also in stock when exchange was created & accepeted.
                        But they did not aggreed to me & gave me two alternatives.
                        1) return the product & take your money back &
                        2) select another similar product with same mrp.
                        Alternative 1 was not accepted by me as i purchased that product in high discount & i did not wanted to loose the price & the product.
                        Alternative 2 was also not acceptable as at that mrp no similar product what i wanted was in stock.
                        I belong to lower middle class sir, it has been of huge mental, financial, etc torcher to me in these few days.
                        Kindly provide me justice as soon as possible neither there behavior where upto the mark.

                          I bought nike product on myntra (Nike flip flop of worth rs 1400) but only in period of 6 months slippers quality deteriorated a lot... I doubt that myntra sent me a first copy product... I request myntra to please replace my product as you assure your customers that you send then 100% original products... I heard a very lot about your products quality but today that trust is all gone... I contacted to your customer care and i recorded that call in which they assured me to resolve my problem

                            This shoes was very worst and this is duplicate copy sent by seller. I was very disappoint because your site mention that 100% original item.

                              This is with regards to the puma track pants ordered through your app on 17th august n delivered on 20th aug 17. I have paid rs 1545 for the order but it has tore apart in just a month after delivery n as per myntra return policy i cannot return the product after 30 days.
                              But in this case it is to inform you that the product ordered is a well known brand n has been found defective within a month's use.
                              So you are therefore requested to take up the matter n get the product exchanged or return as early as possible. I have been using myntra products for over 3-4 years now but such a situation has not been faced yet.
                              Kindly get the matter resolved so that the faith i have in your products will stay intact.

                                I had placed an order dated 20/09/17, but i have not received it till now as the expected date for order was 28/09/17. The delivery arrived at delivery center gurugram (Grm)-dc on 25/07/17 at 6:33 pm. Does it take more than 3 days to deliver within gurugram? Last evening i have received an sms from myntra that the product will be delivered by 3/10/17. If you can't deliver the product today i. E on 29/9/17 by 6:00 pm, then i want my money back in my account with interest, from the date i have paid.

                                  We are delieverd with different product and further the product is not up to mark. We have requested for return, return no. :[protected]. The pickup person came today. He checked the shoes and then said that you ordered casual shoes and it is not casual.
                                  This was what the complaint was about. Further, he argued and told us to ask the company to send them a mail regarding this. This is the first time we are encountering such problem. We are your regular customers. This is totally unsatisfactory.
                                  We request you to see into this problem and complete the return process.

                                    I have placed order in myntra on 20th of September. Delivery guy called me on 24th evening and requesting me to come 8km far from home to collect order or he will be back. He went back. They reflected in website that customer phone was not reachable. This was false and fake status shown by them. On 27th I talked to myntra customer care and supervisor. They assured me that product will be deliverd as per due date buy today (27th September) they canceld the order by own.

                                      I ordered a formal trouser from myntra.com. My mom received the product at home and when i came home, i opened the package and checked it, the color of the trouser was different from the one seen in the product photo on myntra.com. I even ordered the size which i use regularly but the same size became too large for me. So, i thought of returning the product to myntra.com. So, i went to their website and selected the "return order" option and did all the formalities and in return payment option i choose, "phonepe" as the option. After selecting that, it directs me to a new page where it keeps loading for hours and nothing happens. As i'm unable to return the order, i have no choice left with exchanging the order.
                                      Kindly help.
