On 10th Aug i places an order for Marc LoireWomen White Solid Regular Sneakers. I receives same on 22nd Aug'17. After Wearing it for one day same get tear off from side. I am attaching herewith photograph for the same. Its quite embracing to see that after purchasing a quality product on high cost you are not getting any value to your money. Its purely a cheating to customer who is trusting you for a good service and product quality. even you are giving complete advertisement that product we are going to purchase through your website is always of best quality. You are humbly requested to please return this product and give me back my money.

I had purchased three denims, as the fit and product i did not liked so i created a return request. My return got scheduled and i had returned my products on 21/08/017.
Today is 06/09/017, i haven't received my refund yet and at the same time customer support and reach to customer care executive is worst. I simply want my hard earned money back. Myntra is fraud.

When there was sale going on had ordered so many stuff frm myntra till date it's nt been delivered to me. They them selves cancelled the order without my notice. And size and all everthing was available. Why tht sale offer is given when u dont want to give benifit. I am a customer from last 4years. Amd my money is also been paid. I had a trip for which i had ordered stuff. I have not gt my stuff back more the money is refunded. Have also complained for the same. But no responce. I will hve 2 take some actions for the same. I get all products on time. And suddenly ppl say madam wrg address. How did i get previous delivery. Ppl who r typing the bill can't read and type they r dum machines copy paste... I am really disappointed with myntra and ppl associated. Need to find a new alternative soon

In the past, i have been able to order by Cash on D elivery without any problem but now, it seems there is a limit of only 200-1500. Because of this, i can't buy anymore. Forcing us to pay online is a problem because when our product does not arrive/cancel and we need our money back as soon as possible which we hardly recieve our money back on time.So, Change that limit please. That is the most stupid move done by myntra ever.

Dear myntra, we the people of area of pin 781003 are suffering from a major problem. Maximum of my friends and me buy maximum things online especially from myntra. Bug nowadays your myntra is showing that there is no cod in this area of pin 781003 due to which online buyers are huge trouble. So please solve this issue as soon as possible.. Thank you.. I ordered some items from myntra online with ordered id[protected]-5919403. I received my order on 27th aug 2017 and it was delivered through e-kart and found that one saree was damaged. I talked to customer care on number provided on their site [protected] at the same time and since 27 aug 2017 i have generated return requests 4 times. Each time the person comes to pick the order but refuses to do so saying the product is damage. I have talked to customer care 5-6 times and on 02 sep 2017 i talked to the seniors of myntra and they assured me that this time your pick will be done definitelybut today on 03.09.2017 and on 04.09.2017 the same thing happened. The person from e-kart refused to pick up the packet. At the same time i called to customer care for confirmation but they did not confirm anything and that boy went back and myntra staff gave me assurity 5th time that this time your packet will be collected. They are harassing me a lot and doing nothing.

There is no serial number on product package hence courier company was not able to complete the process. Please take necessary steps. Do contact the respective courier company so that it will be easy for completing the exchange.
There are two products, two foot wears - one from kielz and other from shoetopia
Also when i received my courier it was not in good condition. Package was slightly disassembled.

I was delivered wrong product and when i wanted to return it, it was told to me that it cannot be picked up by the delivery guys so i had to personally courier it (Which also i had to pay).
Now the product has been declined for a return and has been sent back to me.
Please look into the matter and give me my money back.

And a highlander blue slim fit denim shirt (Courier name:ee)

When i odered both the product then the price for the puma flipflops was showing 494.89 inr whereas today when the flip flop was delivered to me the percel boy colledted 643 rs from me.

I ordered both the product together so no shipping charge need to pay, now my question is why this products are been delivered seperately with curier charges?

This is really very annoying situation for me after being that old customer with myntra.

Another thing is that the deliver boy doesnt have the card vebding machine wuth him, it was difficult for me to pay him by cash.

I have created a return request long back no one has come here for the pick up... No updates about it... So i want to know when the pick up will be done... Email :[protected]@yahoo.com i have called almost 10 times no details about the complaint is send to my email at all... Thats really bad on side of myntra.. I want it to be picked up as soon as possible... I never had such a bad experience with myntra before the pick up should have besn done immediately after 2 days of generation... I dont know whats the other way to complaint to myntra... Very bad experience

I have ordered ether women pink solid regular top product code: 1303135 i requested myntra for exchange, later they sent me an email that no exchange is available because of no size available, after making several calls i was assured that they will arrange for a pickup and refund, till date there isnt any response from the team, this is the worst of myntra what am facing.

I received just one call around 10 am saying there was a tire puncture. After waiting for 6 hours when no one turned up, i called on the number. The reasoning was:
1) tire puncture
2) we went to sector 6 whereas, the address clearly mentioned sector 7 alongwith the landmark (And in worst situation there was a contact number which was dailed around 10 am)
3) we forgot to carry the parcel

Top of it when we said we will complaint very confidently the reply was 'go ahead' awesome attitude myntra..

Which one of these is true please teach your staff to be honest this will only destroy myntra's reputation.

I have returned an item (Roadster fast & furious jeans, size-34) on 16th july 2017. The return was accepted but the amount (Rs.965) is still not credited to my sbi bank account. I contacted myntra support. They told me that the refund was processed on 19th july 2017. They also provided me a bank referrence number[protected]. Then i contacted sbi support & also visited my home branch. The officials clarified me that no amount was credited on 19th july by myntra to my account.
Please look into this matter & do credit the refund amount to my account.

Hello sir/madam,

My name is khushboo vishen. I made a request for return order on sunday but the ekart wish master still did not pick my return item. My return no. Is[protected]. The main reason is to return this item is poor quality, the material is not good and it is also very different from show image of that product. So i wish to return it.

Please help me as soon as possible.

I had requested for the return of a product (Akkriti top by pantaloons) which was picked up more than a month back (15/7/17). But i havent received the refund yet. I have contacted the staff at myntra via phone calls... Thrice... And wrote multiple emails to them as well. They had confirmed that the product has already reached the seller and that my refund would ve processed soon... It was on 20/21 august i guess. But i havent yet received my refund back and they just email me asking to wait for another few days without making any progress whatsoever. Please look into this issue asap. It causes too much of inconvenience for the customers and make us dubious about choosing myntra for ordering anything. Please resolve my issue.

I had given my return request on 23rd. My return request number is[protected].. Product was supposed to picked up before 26th but till now nobody has contacted me for pick up. I have heard so many good things about myntra but now i'm experiencing the most poor service. My pick up has not been assigned to anyone so that i can get a contact details of a person.

We have been caused with so much of inconvenience becoz of this product we wanted to gift this product but the vendor is not at all responsible and so as the myntra firstly they cancelled the order wihout informing us.. And now when we have placed another order there is no response please provide proper information so that we are aware about the product...
This irresponsible behaviour by vendor and myntra is not acceptable...

I want to place some orders but after completing all the formalities of selection of items whn i put my address which is default and the same has been used in past so many times for purchase now this time a message is flashing that the products can not be delivered on this pincode. Wht a shame why u made me select the products then wby to waste my time n energy

I have booked a reebok running shoe from mynta mobile app and paid rs. 1698.72 for the purpose by netbanking through sbi and my account has been debited rs. 1698.72. The bank stateme t also confirmed the debit transaction in favour of myntra design pvt ltd. However, when viewed the order status it does not reflect my order in the order list. You are requested to take necessary action to sort out the issue and also to resove it.

I recently ordered a ucb blue maxi skirt from myntra. I raised a return request. First there is an issue of article id mismatch. The cc team asks me to send images of the product, stickers etc so that the issue can be resolved. I comply with their demand and after that the company declines the return request stating that it cannot be restocked because the price tag was scratched. I repeatedly call them up telling them that i had received the product with the price tag scratched but they remain rigid in their stance. I was victimised by myntra for no fault of mine. They did not refund my money. Instead they chose to put the whole blame on their customer.
