Hi team,

Invoice # [protected]

Have placed exchange request and concerned coordinator is not ready to take the product back as it doesn't have price tag. Actually i have ordered 5 items and received it on same day and tried and one of them was large for me, so placed exchange request. But i did not cut or remove price tag from the product, not sure if it was sent with price tag, it is very disgusting to exchange a product in myntra. Please advise what the process to exchange as i dont have price tag as it was not provided with initial product.

This is regarding the charged of GST actually GST need to be included in the MRP that did not happen but was charged separetely.

    The delivery man who came to give the parcel was very rude, he didn't have change and started quarreling and said return the parcel if you too don't have the change! The tone he spoke in was very rude as a result of which the parcel was returned.
    I even spoke to the boss of the delivery man but he didn't converse properly! Kindly look into the matter and better take a quick action.

      When we save product in wish list they changed their prices what a great strategy hats off to you i am you regular customer but now thinking too much to buy anything from you late delivery on the name of sale prices raised dont you guys thinks amazon is better than you.
      You dont have reviews of customers ratings nothing # people blindly buy things from you it is your responsibility to serve best not fake prices sale sale sale go to...

      I purchased watch during a eors sale on 26 june 2017, and it has to be delivered on 04 july 2017 but it was not delivered to me up to 14 july so i raised the complaint next day sms came that they are delivering watch today but whole day courier person didn't came, i made a call to him but he disconnected, courier person came to deliver the product at 8 o, clock. As i opened the box it was empty, i complaint about this to courier boy he told me call to myntra. I raised the complaint three times and respond like this:
      I regret to inform you that, we will not be able to refund the amount as the product was shipped from our end post proper quality check and with proper packaging.
      I called them about this several time but they answered same, how can i get my refund anyone can help me. This website is not reliable. I will think twice before ordering anything here.

        I ordered couple of kurtas and two other products from Myntra. After few days i received a call from myntra, executive said that one of the Kurta is damaged so he asked me to reorder the product and they will refund me the money. I refused as when i placed the order there was a sale and now i have to pay extra for the same products. Executive officer then asked me to accept the order and later file a return for the kurta which is damaged so i accepted the deal and file a return of the damaged kurta after receiving the complete order. Boy who came to pick the damaged kurta refused to accept and said that it is damaged and he will not accept it. I called Myntra and the Executive said that she checked and found that the product was shipped from their end was post proper quality check. She sent me an email as well to say that return has been declined.

        I ordered above mentioned jacket and received a defective one and ordered for replacement .but still I recieved a dust stained product as the replacement .if you can't provide a clean and new product then why are you selling it.it is harrassment . clearly disappointed MYNTRA

          My order no. Is[protected]-4752403 which has multiple shipment. Just to inform you that since[protected] there is no update in delivery status. I had booked my order on[protected].             I ordered pack of 5 mulitucolored printed trunks (Cozi_bigshot) vide order no.[protected]-8819803 on 3rd july 2017 and received the package on 14/07/2017. I found that instead of trunks the package contained briefs. The company has mentioned that the product can not be returned/exchanged. Agreed, but i can not accept a wrong product.
            There are no options on their site to lodge complaint. Toll free number has no option for wrongly delivered product and also customer support e mail says that it is not being accepted at present.

            Very bad and poor low quality products are selling, and that not same as show image on myntra site ekdm ghtiya aur rddi maal bech rhe and that not refund product not solve the customers problems it's a cheater company...Delivered a used product and declining the refund request...

              I ordered a highlander denim shirt size 39 from myntra on 26th june, the size come out to be small so i put exchange request for the shirt for size 42. Delivery man came to house and when he noticed the qr code it did'nt match with match now he is not returning the product neither he is exchanging it. I am really fed up it's been now more than one month. Please take the desired action as soon as possible otherwise i will report againts myntra.

                I have created pickup for two items on 30 june and till date 17 jul it's not picked up.. It's been almost 3 weeks.. I called customer care more than 6 times but they are giving false promises that it will be done by tomorrow and sometimes they blaming me that i reschedule the pickup whereas nobody came to my place nobody called me for pickup... I don't understand what is the problem in picking up the product from the place it was delivered to.. I very disappointed.. I want to escalate to highest authority in myntra.. I would also lodge a complaint in consumer forum and post the entire story on social media.. Pls get it resolved asap.. My email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com

                  Respected sir,

                  I have ordered two shoes on 26th june 2017, email id - profile. [protected]@gmail.com, order no.[protected]-6227701, package number: [protected], tracking no.:mynp[protected], that was to delivered by 4th july 2017. After waiting few days i called them that i have not got my shoes and they lodged a complaint against my grievance but the ordered product was not reached to me. I once gain called them on 14 july they assured that by 16th july but i have not got yet. I don't know if it will reach to me.

                  I have attached some supportive dossier of my claim.

                  Kindly help me to get my prepaid order shoes.

                    I, jijina jayarajan order gnist women brown solid flat (Order no:[protected]-2008503) is found to be broken.
                    I have received my order (Order no:) on july 02 2017, but as i was not at home i couldn't check it then, today july 16 2017 when i opened it and took a trial walk then the buckle got broken (Check image 05, 06 attached) and the other pair is about to get dismantle. (Check image 07 attached) the image no. 08 clearly shows the sole of the footwear is unused as i only took a trial walk inside. The quality of the product is questionable so i want you to take back the product and provide me with full refund.

                        details of complaint: i would like to bring to your notice that i have ordered one thing from myntra in which i made the payment of rs. 1205.24/- through my account only. Same i refunded to myntra on 29th june 2017 and my amount got refunded in my account.



                        08th july, an amount of rs. 1205.24/- has been wrongly deducted through my account. I contacted customer care, they said that the merchant has claimed for the same.

The representative gave me a coupon to compensate for it and informed me in case i return the product the coupon will be valid for use with no minimum purchase and made it sound that it was as good as cash.                           This order got cancelled by myntra and 1495.5 ₹ got deducted from my credit card and they credited only 1144.95 ₹ to my credit card. I called them several times but they are not ready to listen and said we did not receive from phonepe. Now you need to contact phonepe care. What is my fault in this? They are very rude and every time i explained the same thing again and again. Still they are not ready to give me my money back. Here i have also attached the screenshot from my bank account. Pathetic customer service they are providing. Will never buy anything from myntra again.

                            I have ordered nile blue lunarstelos shoes from myntra on 24 june but i haven't got them yet. The initial delivery date was 29th june but then i got a text saying that my product will be delivered by 3july, but i haven't received it yet.
                            I have called them several times and every time they ask me to wait 2 working days. But nothing happening. Yesterday i got a calll from them. They were asking me to cancel my order. But if i cancel them now i'll have to extra 2000 buck for that pair. I don't know what's going on.

                            There might be an issue with ekart logistics. Myntra please arrange an immediate delivery for my product.

                              I am surprised that the customer place's the order from myntra and delivery boy rejects it stating that customer is not in office...

                              This is ridiculous and not expected from myntra...

                                I am regular customer of myntra. I have ordered two top where I found they are not my size so I kept exchange request. But till date I haven't received my order and as per track record It shld be deliver on July 2, 2017. I also logged complaint trough app as mail compliant they haven't considered. I need my money back ASAP.. Worst experience ever..

                                  This is really very shameful for you guys that instead of ordering again and again shirt o[censored] s polo (Size-48) i have been delivered size-46.

                                  After complaing about the same i received a satisfactory reply from you champion that i will be delivered new shirt o[censored] s polo grey shirt of size (48) but it again didn't happened.

                                  While from purchasing from store size 48 is xxxl and size 46 is xxl.

                                  I only want my refund back for the following orders and no other reply. I request you to arrange return as early as possible and dont bother me now.

                                  I am attaching screen shots for which i want return and refund. I have already suffered a lot and now will not be ordering anything online. I face beared a lot and from my previos call with escalations department mr. Imaran confirmed me a voucher of rs 400 which is no where acceptable. If i would have kept total amount in my bank i would have get an interest of rs.1000 on it.

                                  I sincerely request to return them as soon as possible. I am requesting to not to assign pick up

                                    I had ordered a reebok shoe but the product i found was fake. It didn't had any tag inside and also the shoe box wasn't of original reebok. The shoe although looks alike as shown in the picture but the quality is too bad to be of reebok. And there can be seen an other company symbol in it. Now as i was about to return this fake product, i was shocked to see that the product status was shown as 'returned to origin' instead of showing as 'delivered'. I need to sort this thing out. I need to return the product and get refunded. For that i need my deliver status to be updated as delivered. My order number is[protected] 2615801 and the product id is-1601667
