Dear myntra team,
I have made a return request twice:-
Return no:[protected] dated july 10, 2017
Return no:[protected] dated july 8, 2017
For my order no.[protected]-5673701 for farenheit unisex wayfarer sunglasses soc-fa-2205-c1 costing rs. 1, 012.27.
Both times my return request was cancelled in the system stating "return request cancelled as you decided to keep the product"
I received a damaged product which was broken and within sometime of receiving the product, i have made request to return. My request for return has not only been cancelled and the reason being quoted by myntra was "you decided to keep the product" which is preposterous.
I clearly know, if i make a third request to return the product, it would be cancelled as well and it would be conveyed to me that all your three attempts to return failed, now make your own arrangement to return the product.
This clearly reflects that the company had devised a mechanism to defraud customers and its employees are trained accordingly. The status update by the myntra team was clear misrepresentation of facts with intent to fraud.
I have been a regular customer with myntra and had spent thousands of rupees in shopping from myntra, however this was shocking for me. This was the first time, i had encountered damaged product and the way they are handle damage product return is totally shocking.
I would request you to please look into this at the earliest and resolve my grievance.
