Am registering here against myntra for the following issue:
Have placed a shirt from myntra app on 17th july and returned it back due to some quality issue in the same condition as received. But myntra declined my return saying it don't have the price tag. Although i provided it with price tag. Seems lost by someone who took the return. I was also ok with it but till now i didn't received my shirt. Its been more than 1.5 months. Myntra declined to give my money back and not returning my shirt also. Have several times (7-8 times) called myntra regarding the same issue but issue still persist. Really annoyed with myntra service. Please help on resolving this issue to get back my product for which i paid long back.

I am regular customer at your site.. My order no. Is[protected]-1496403. Delivery date is on 2 aug 2017.. Due to your management it was going to be predelivered. I was not available at correspondent address till yesterday so i tried to manage with your delivery boy today but he was so rude. This incident had been happened with me eralier too.. One of my parcel has been returned without informing me.. This was not expected from such a online shopping site brand.. I am totaly annoyed with your service at patna

I am a regular customer of myntra and I ordered supra men shoes white shoes with order no.[protected]-9677301 and the shoes were delivered on 07/07/17. After that I opened the box and found the material of the shoes was not good, I didnt even try the shoes and I decided to return them. Later I requested to return them with return no.[protected] on 14/04/17. When their associate came to pick the product, he told me that it is not passed in quality check and my return request was declined. I tried to contact customer care three times from my registered mobile no. [protected] but they just sent me an email that 'your returned request is declined'. Again I request to return with return no.[protected] but it was also declined. When I didn't even try the shoes then how they could be failed in quality check. And myntra didn't even tried to check it again from another associate.

Ordered a frame from myntra.com. They are extremely cheater for returned item. It shows delivered and money still not returned.,

Complete cheating by myntra. When the order picked the same day. The app shows delivered. Payment not returned.
Will raise it to the ministry of corporate affairs about cheating customers
Online for showing wrong message.

Money still not credited to my account.
Please look into on urgent basis. Or will have to raise it to media aswell
On this. Because so many people trust online purchase and spend lot of time in this that genuenity is followed.

I ordered a roadster navy blue t shirt and i received a defective t shirt with brown color stains on it. When i accepted the term for exchange they sent me the exchanged t shirt but with different bar code. The salesman refused to take it because he would come in trouble afterwards so i need that you should give approval to that salesman so that i can get the right product. I assume that you will my complaint into consideration and solve it as soon as possible.

I am writing this mail as a complaint on non-delivery of my order (Order number:[protected]-1210701).

I have made my order on 04/07/2017 and was given an expected delivery date 18/07/2017.

As the order was not delivered on the provided date, i have called the myntra customer care centre on 20/07/2017 and they raised a complaint on the same. They said me to wait for 2 business days and the delivery was promised.

As the item was not delivered i have called the customer care centre 2-3 times, i was informed that there was some delay in processing my item and i was asked to wait, but i didnt get any further information regarding my order.

The worst part of this is though i have called and reached out myntra for the delay in delivery - there was not even a single mail or message or any updates about the status of order/reason for delay.

I consider this as a total ignorance from side of myntra towards a customer,
I have already paid for my order and i need my order at the earliest.

I regularly buy one thing or the other on myntra but this time i am very disappointed with the quality. The seller has given 3 months warranty. I want to get my shoes replaced. If the assurance of genuine products provided by myntra attracts us to shop online on myntra. But if such cases happen we would not buy rather we would ask others not to buy on myntra.
I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it in the best possible way.

On 23 july i ordered around 6 tops and 1 kurti of diff brands and diff prices. My order got divided into two shipment 1 with 1 top and an rest 6 in another shipment. Now i can see that the 1st shipment is delayed day by day.. Everyday i get a mesage that today i m gonna receive and then 2 times it happend that again i fot message we are undeliverable to provide u the shipment. Today i got a message that i m going to get my order and i jst called a number mentioned in the message he said madam 2 hours mei i will come and again in the evening i receive a message that said that they are unable to deliver bcz i rejected to accept it and never happen.. Now about my 2nd shipment with had 6 tops and in my orders i can see that they are showing it the shipment has been cancelled.. Why??? This is my concern and main thing i havent received any message abt this thing... Soo today i made a call. Guy state that this happends very rarely that ordee gets cancelled.. How can u cancel a order which was placed earlier without customers consent??? He said may be product must have failed in the quality check and may be out of stock.. Yes i can understand this can happen but for all 6 products in that shipment??? Plzzzz dont fool people this cannot happen.. Myantra is the worst shopping site i have know.. They jst fool people nothing else

Sir i have ordered a product which cost 525 including tax. I even called the deliver person. They said that they will deliver but till date i didnt get my product.in the myntra app it is showing that the order has been cancelled. I even try to re-order the same produt now the product is having a price of around rs 830. This is a clear sign of making the cash by showing the offers i consider. Please resolve this case as soon as possible

Received a different product. Retrun not allowed as per website. Now i have to take pictures and register complaints. Not happy. And on top of this i have to type a minimum of 350 characters. For what purpose. I have uploaded a picture of my order detail and the product i received. Too lengthy process. Not convenient. Please take note of this and refund the full amount including the courier charge that i have to bear due to your incompetence

It has been quite a while n my tshirt money has not been refunded return id is[protected] and product no. Is[protected]-0444103 i jave given the bank statement still no response pls dont spoil ur reputaltion they just confirm my mail has been sent but no response and product has been picked up. Around one month has passed and no transcation has been made

I bought 2 wallets from myntra, i requested for a return of both the wallets. The pickup of only one wallet was made but my myntra account showed that the other item has also been picked up but it wasn't actually picked up. Then i talked to the myntra customer care about the issue (Return no.[protected], they assured me that the pickup would be made soon but days passed by and no pickup was made. I kept calling myntra over and again and everytime they took the complaint but still no pickup has been made. It's been more than 20 days now.

I purchased some goods from myntra and i returned the goods which i don't like. They picked it up and initiate the refund to my debit card but till date no such amounts are refunded to my account. I talked with the myntra customer service about the matter. They asked me to contact bank customer service and bank customer service told to contact myntra. I already fed up with this.
Is there any steps so that i can get my refund back???

The bar code of my t-shirt is not matching with the senders bar code. Your salesman needs your approval so give him the approval of the bar code. The bar code which i received with the t shirt is diiferent as compared to delivery mans bar code. Please do give the approval and make it to the point that i get the replacement of the t shirt as soon as possible.

This is regarding the product "aks women burgundy anarkali kurta" pertaining to the order number[protected]-0880201.

We had ordered for a ladies dress. But instead we received a men's t-shirt.
We immediately called the delivery boy. He suggested to raise incident with myntra about incorrect. We gave the bar code of the product received. Attached with this complaint. They are not accepting.

We have not received the right product and neither getting right direction. This is not appropriate behavior with customer.

I have not received the refund for the following product which was returned in the month of january 2017.

The credit card used at the time of purchase no longer belongs to me as the credit card account has been closed and that card is no more with me. This fault is yours otherwise i have to forward the case to consumer court.
I would like myntra to refund the pending amount back to my saving account. Details are sent over e-mail.

Its been more than one month now and still i could not get the product. Pick-up guy came today and did not deliver the product stating that he has not got any approval for the same. Can you please let me know exactly when would i receive it or in case you don't want me to exchange and just wasting my time. If this is the case then i would definitely return the product instead of exchange. I have been purchasing from myntra since last three years and did not expect such a poor service. I got approval on mail for exchange but still did not get this.

I had placed an order with myntra on 25th june 2017. It is supposed to get delivered on 6th july 2017. I am still waiting for my order to get delivered. I have been doing follow up with myntra customer care for last 20 days. They are not providing any solution to my problem. Everytime they keep on asking for some more time to investigate the issue.

Refund amount rs 1598.95 to be refund within 5days after i got the message of the details on 8 june 2017 is still not been refunded to me. Kindly pay attention to my complaint. Instead of my frequent callings and request to the respected company i got no response. Kindly look into the matter.
