I purchased two products from myntra on the date 25th feb 2017 and i still haven't received my refund after many requests. They are always telling me to check with the bank but the bank said that the claim entered is successful by them and the merchant bank rejected it afterwards. After this the myntra is saying again an again same thing to me that is to check with he bank. I'm fed up and i need my issue to be resolved at the earliest.

        I ordered a trolley from myntra and yet after many days have still not delivered it. Order tracking is also not good as they do not even update the order information and very little idea given to the as about where the item has arrived. The courier sevice called me and said they would come to the address at the given time but they did not come and called the next day but still no reply. On the phone they assured that they were arriving but still have not come. Then i get a call from the company saying that the order has been cancelled. I ordered and waited for the the order but at the last moment they cancel it and have to change my plans all over again. Bad service from the courier also. Order number[protected]-1592803. Utterly dissapointing service.

          My order[protected]-5500001) to myntra of 2 items, dated 21st may '17 delivered on 25th may '17 worth rs. 4090/- had been return on 26th may[protected] &[protected] with a commitment of refund of the amount due (Rs.4090/-) within 3-4 working days.
          With a time period of over a month dated 20th june '17 as on today there has been no refund and no response to the complains filed to the company 'myntra'.

            My bad experience with myntra happened in 23/5/2016, i ordered 4 roadster
            T shirts of xl size, usually ill wash before using. I checked the measurement and it was ok, so i washed it. Sleeves of 3 tshirts got shrunk half after the first wash and the length got increased and loosen. Worst poor stupid quality products they are selling, i ordered through a employee who is my friend in myntra. I never ever buy from myntra and never recommend to any one. Even i contacted through myntra facebook page, but got reply of can't help. Only thing i can say is poor poor poor quality in myntra and cheaters!!!

              To whoever it may concern :

              I ordered nike air max ld zero shoes from myntra on june 9

              It was delivered to me on june 13

              Order id is[protected]-1887503

              I received the product but i created a return request on the same day because:
              1 box was torn.
              2 color of shoe was different.
              3 product delivered to me was nike air max 2017 and not nike air max ld zero
              4 bar code on product and box were different.

              I sent the same mail to myntra
              I even called their customer care, they said don't worry we will resolve your issue

              And next day i got message saying your request has been declined as the product didn't pass the quality check and we will reship the product to you.

              I again called their senior executive and told him everything, he said the shoe was shipped through myntra logistics and we reviewed everything and there was no problem, he said that they delivered right product, but in real i got the wrong product, i even sent them images of product, but they said they can't do anything as they have reviewed it several times and they won't help me now

              I ordered this product thinking myntra deivers genuine product.

              I used myntra for first time, because some friend recommended, and all i got is fraud from myntra.

                I ordered a 46 size yet they sent 44 size and i returned it and yet again they have sent the same size what the hell is this service. And this is not the first time happening. This is the 3rd time happening. It is really irritating. We buy new clothes to go out.. But if they send such incorrect sizes then its a total waste of time. They should not upload the size if it is not available. Its been a week now that m exchanging and the seller brings the same size like seriously whats the use of exchanging then are we fools? What # service is this? Check the images i've ordered 46 and they have sent 44 this happened twice... Please take action against this...

                  Hi team,

                  I would like to share my recent experience with myntra. I had a word with your support team on 9th june regarding an issues where i wanted a soft copy of an invoice for the 2 orders (Order number[protected]-9647301 &[protected]-9106901) one of which of delivered and the other one which was placed recently.

                  1. Initially one of your agent (Anand kumar) sent me an email on (09/06/2017 05.05 pm) stating that both the invoices are attached.
                  2. Attachment from that email was missing so i ended up calling you guys again.
                  3. I had a word with another agent, who said sending out invoice for the order which is not yet delivered is not possible – upon informing him that it was already promised to me that it will be sent he did nothing and kept on reading the script of apologies.
                  4. As a pitch to get the invoice for the order #[protected]-9106901 i asked him to cancel the order if you can’t share the invoice – he came back stating that now the order is cancelled.
                  5. I was flabbergasted by his action of cancelling the order and immediately asked him to transfer the call to his manager.
                  6. He then transferred the call to another agent, apparently a supervisor (Syed rahamath) who was of no help either and just sent an invoice copy for the order[protected]-9647301) which was delivered.
                  7. Since the older order was cancelled i had to place another order #[protected]-3374201 the same day (09th june) which is stuck on “packed” from the same day.
                  8. Today i called in to check the status of the order since it was supposed to be delivered by monday (13th june) but it’s not yet dispatched too – agents kept on asking me to wait for next 72 hours so that they can share an update with me regarding this complaint.
                  9. Now i have a question from you – is it really what you follow when a customer complaints?
                  10. Does your follow-up team responds that slow?
                  11. Can this be expedite if possible?
                  12. Can i expect a call / email from someone responsible who can look into this and explain all of these points mentioned above.

                    Myntra is a #. An onlne disease that should be shut down immediately. Called them so many times to say that refund has not reached my bank. Such arrogance as if their fathers run the # place. So many excuses and thinks they are god that they never make any mistakes and that the customers are slaves who work for them instead of they working for us. Please

                    Myntra keep the money as somebloody charity money. "bheek" for # like you. Shame to harass your customers!

                    One day you will shut down and i will rejoice!!!

                        Highly frustrated with myntras customer service and unacceptable with your resolution process and tat you follow for your own fault. Best part is asking the customers to bear the brunt.

                        Placed an order[protected]-4084203 on 7th june and made an online payment of 2477.75 for 4 items. (Was a surprise birthday gift for my husband as he shops with myntra only..)

                        Received one item on 9th fri, and there was no notification or any updates on the other 3 items. I call up to track my order and agent informs technical glitch and order is on hold, and option given to me (Inspite of knowing i was highly frustrated by now) was to replace the order again (From my kitty again... Omg do they even realise that my money... My hard earned money was sitting in myntra's kitty for 3 days...???)

                        Spoke to a manager, best part is no option was given except for excuses like "very rare case where the order was stuck and we couldn't release it" oh man... Manager wasn't aware till i called.. Which is strange... And then immediately he releases my order and informs... Money has been refunded and i the customer will have to wait for 7 to 10 working days.. Because its the bank that has to credit the amount now... Blames my banks process... For the delay... (Didn't even bother to give me the easiest option of crediting back as points so that i need not have to wait for 10days)

                        Why are indian consumers taken for granted always...??? Being a manager he was unable to go an extra mile of giving options of replacing the order, instead asks me to wait for my money to get credited and then shop again.in spite of knowing the seriousness of the situation, i was asked to pay from my kitty again and order for the items.. (By now each item had increased by 50 or 60 rupees.)

                        All that they can do for customers is refund the money... Give some discount (Which i was least interested as i needed the products i had payed (Which was sitting in myntras kitty) to be delivered on time)

                        Complaint reference number[protected].

                        On the whole, my money is in myntra's account earning interest for 4 days and banks are earning interest from my money again because of the 10 day processing. I hope myntra realises the seriousness of having an unhappy and highly frustrated customer due to their fault and comes up with more options to replace a customers order... And treats them fairly and not play with their emotions and money.

                        If consumers are left with no options we will end up taking it on social media and also take legal action. I as a customer have already invested my money by paying for the internet data to shop and for the product and my time for calling and following up and of all the mental stress i had to go through.

                        Hoping for a quick resolution... And immediate action on getting a contingency plan in place for your so called "rare technical cases"

                          I bought a shirt from myntra after trying i got to know that it was loose so i returned but when i called them for a refund they said the package i returned having other product, not the original one.

                          And they will ship it back. But after some day i got the package what they returned. But the product inside the package is not the same one which i shipped earlier.
                          They have replaced original item with other product.

                          I have a courier receipt of the package which i returned, in which it is clearly mentioned that the package weight is 405 gram while the package weight they returned me back is having 240gram weight only.

                          It clearly indicates that the package they returned me is not same what i sent them. Otherwise, it would have the same weight. Which is not.

                            I initiated the return and on 3rd june the pick up guy came to pick the return.
                            He denied by saying that this is not the right product there is some number mismatch. When i asked him show me whats the mismatch he said i wont tell you.
                            Then i contacted myntra team very same day and told them about the issue.
                            They told me to send pics, which i did. After 2 days they emailed and said, pics were not clear mail them again i clicked more pics and sent them..
                            They told me that someone will contact you by 7th june, no one did.
                            I emailed them again, then they said someone will contact you by 8th june, again no revert, i sent them email again,, i also called customer care on th june and they said it will picked. I also got email from myntra that someone will contact you in 24hrs to assist you further,, again no revert.

                            In past week i have emailed them many times, they always revert with an apology statement and no action.
                            I am still waiting for the product to be picked. Very pathetic experience,, they just fool the customers.

                                There is a product of adidas in myntra in which estimated vat/cst comes to 1305 inr and the same product in the site of adidas having same discount shows the estimated vat/cst as 450 inr which means a gap of around 855 inr in a single product. I am attaching the screenshot for the sane as a proof and also immediate action should be taken against it

                                  Dear sir
                                  I ordered a product in myntra through net banking i just return that products because of poor quality now 10 working days ago. Refund not credited in my bank account, amount rs (1212). Please make it fast its urgent. Other websites like amazon, flipkart are more comfortable to buy and return items, the last date says myntra customer support is 05/06/2017 but now no reply from there

But the quality of the shirt is so bad that most of its strings are stretched and it is rugged from lots of places.                                       I ordered a top and then returned it due to sleeve issues. They picked up the next day and within 1wk it is shown on app that return is accepted and refund will be initiated within 24 days but no refund came in my account. Its been already 13days.                                         Hello team,
                                        More than 10 times i created the request to return my product. And got a msg through myntra but no one came to collect it. I want to know what types of service you guys provide your customers. If you don't want to take your product back so mentioned their that can not be returned or exchange. Why you make people fool. Always i got i msg: u cancelled ur request because u keep your product : but i never told u that i want to keep it.

                                        I think this complaint may be work to return my product.
