Delivery of one of my order on myntra had been super delayed. I had called myntra customer care thrice for this, who ensured me that it will reach me. Then I got a message saying that the order could not be delivered as there was no one to receive it which was false as I had been home the whole day and no one came or called in this regard. I called the delivery person Ashish Patil (Vikhroli - logistics), he told me he will be delivering the order by the end of that day and cancelled it. i called up myntra in this regard, and I was told that they cannot deliver my order as it was cancelled. I asked them to send it again but they flatly declined. Highly disappointed with this unprofessional experience, And since this was a gift for my sister, who had been waiting for it, it was even more disappointing. The experience of myntra has gone down considerable especially the service aspect and long delays. I would rate Myntra one star in this regard.

    Have placed exchange order on 9th july 2017 for spyker jacket yellow.
    i have only started follow up when the product was not received in the given time period ny myntra.
    myntra never called up me for update of the product, i did always.
    whenever i call to myntra care no [protected], thay just have to say, "please wait for 2 more days sir, we are working on it"
    now i am fed up of myntra by calling and taking update for my product.
    seems like myntra ne mere paise kha liye, koi kuch nahi bata raha hai!!

    please help me to get my product or compensation for which i have faced.

    i have watsed lots of money and time for myntra, but these ... dont even care...

      I had ordered a redtape men black textured leather formal shoes. Order no.:[protected]-8870601
      Order placed: monday, july 17, 2017
      It was delivered on 25th july by ekart.
      The product i received was different, instead of shoes i had received a faballey women navy off shoulders dress. I had heard of such issues but never experienced something like this. Feeling so disappointed.

      Aap log 149 itna delivery charges lagate ho kyun????like other online shopping website above 500 they did not charges for delivery...but you ek toh price zayda hai comparing to other online shopping website or 1000 ka purchase karnese v 149 delivery charges for each items..hadh hai bhai loot machane ki..ek hi price rakho including delivery charges

        Condition of my lee cooper shoes after wearing twice, and now myntra is refusing to refund my money back.
        Is there any way to lodge a complaint against them?

        I never thought that a website like myntra can do this. I had purchased clothes before also, but might be they have started selling duplicate materials now.
        Moroever, it was on pre gst sale, so they were selling duplicate things. I guess

          I self shipped men color plus shirt to below address 45days ago, this is the sixth time i register complaint against this issue no reply from myntra executives. now myntra executives says no courier reached at myntra warehouse. Courier partner: india post (Ordinary post) unfortunately refund not happen please check the product in your ware house and refund immediately, its urgent. Other shopping sites like amazon are very fast refund policies, please take necessary actions against myntra.

            I bought a fossil watch on the 23rd of october, 2016. The watch stopped working in less than 6 months of purchase. After a series of automated responses from myntra and fossil care, submitted the watch for repair. It was returned to me after 30days. After 1.5 months, it has stopped working again. I am put through the same painful experience. I do not know how to put an end to such a terrible customer experience.

            I purchased Skecher shoe from site and it deliver me on 6/7/17 morning and with in 5days the sole is getting out from its pasting.. It is not a original product.. It's fake and duplicate product... And I request you to plz take it back and And refund my money. I trusted on myntra but now by this purchase it broked my trust.

              I had purchased two items from myntra dt 15.02.17 and 10.02.17, 2items returned by me (Returned 🆔[protected] and[protected] for which i should have receive the return refund of rs 1592.41 and rs 679.15 respectively but till date 24.07.17 myntra has not refunded me the above amount. I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
              Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                We have order one red tape shirt & one red tape t shirt on 24 june 2017 when i tracking this shipment shipment is on palghar ecom courier. Ecom courier executive told me we can ship this shipment on sunday 23 july 2017 but delivery not yet on 23 july 2017 when i call myntra customer care he told me this shipment is cancelled due to logistic issue. How it is possible why myntra cancelled this shipment without any intimation. One month is too much time for delivery i think myntra & ecom courier is chit me. Why i can wait for one month,

                I ordered a dress from mytra and requested an exchange.It has been more than a month no information about the same.I was told to wait for a week then again another week. The matter was escalated the person finally told the product is currently sold out

                  I hv to return an item from myntra... They hv send me the faded product instead of getting help from myntra they simply blocked my account.. Without any reason... I hv to return an item worth rupees 4529... They hv send me some old stock... When i ask to return it they simply says ur account is suspended and we don't accept any return or exchange,... It's has 30 days exchange policy.. But they simply declined to help

                    I purchased a shoe under 3 months warranty from myntra with order number[protected]-7843803, it got broken after a month of shoes, i lodged a complaint to myntra regarding it by both calling and mailing them but they are not responding on it.
                    Please help

                    It has broken sole, stiching getting broken and condition of shoe is worsening after just a month o[censored]se.

                      I ordered one jacket which was cost of 2358 rupees on[protected] the (Order no:[protected]-6583401) and the offer price was 1555.68 rupees with tax. So, i placed an order yesterday and i got a message that your order was confirmed and it will be reached by 29th july. Then today i have seen in the myntra to track that, it is showing that the product did not meet our quality standard and we have only one piece to send, so. That is why we have been cancelled from our side. Without any intimation how they people cancel the order and more over the product still showing in the site with original price. I have drafted a mail regarding this to myntra they are telling me to place fresh order to that product.

                        This is pertaining to esprit shirt that i ordered from myntra and i received a sun standard shirt without anymore tags. So i requested for pick up with additional remarks "original tags missing". The myntra team harrassed me for last so many days and then finally they declined the return with no fault of mine. Shirt was picked up from my side for quality checks and after going through my case they rejected my claim.

                          I ordered 4 items on 16th july 17 and paid for the order online.
                          On 19th july 17 order was out for delivery, i tried calling the number provided but it was switched off all the time. At 9:00 pm in the night i received message that my order is delivered. On talking to myntra they are saying they have signature of receipient and on looking at the signature it is just a line no signature was there. And now when i am talking to them they are not providing any support. Please help.

                            Received a shirt without the pricetag... When i was about to return the same... They were not accepting the product.. Bcoz there was no price tag...! Where as it was sticked on the box in which the shirt came... I called to the customer executive and verified about the product details also... Still they have not arranged return request... If the company is not able to send a product with a price tag properly then why they are asking the same during g the return... I am not responsible for that... At cost they have to accept the return and refund my amount...!

                              I would like to bring you in notice that my refund has not been credited to my account till now.
                              Request for roadster men blue slim fit mid-rise mildly distressed jeans (Return no. :[protected] has been processed. Refund of rs. 535.17 has been initiated to your bank a/c and is expected to reflect within 1-3 days.
                              Phone numbers given on internet are of no use.. Not a single phone no. Is being connected.
                              The shipment dealer also refused to help me for that
                              M attaching the necessary deatils abot the messges and dates.

                                Have placed exchange request and concerned coordinator is not ready to take the product back as it doesn't have price tag. Actually i have ordered 5 items and received it on same day and tried and one of them was large for me, so placed exchange request. But i did not cut or remove price tag from the product, not sure if it was sent with price tag, it is very disgusting to exchange a product in myntra. Please advise what the process to exchange as i dont have price tag as it was not provided with initial product.

                                This is regarding the charged of GST actually GST need to be included in the MRP that did not happen but was charged separetely.

                                  The delivery man who came to give the parcel was very rude, he didn't have change and started quarreling and said return the parcel if you too don't have the change! The tone he spoke in was very rude as a result of which the parcel was returned.
                                  I even spoke to the boss of the delivery man but he didn't converse properly! Kindly look into the matter and better take a quick action.

                                    When we save product in wish list they changed their prices what a great strategy hats off to you i am you regular customer but now thinking too much to buy anything from you late delivery on the name of sale prices raised dont you guys thinks amazon is better than you.
                                    You dont have reviews of customers ratings nothing # people blindly buy things from you it is your responsibility to serve best not fake prices sale sale sale go to...

                                    I purchased watch during a eors sale on 26 june 2017, and it has to be delivered on 04 july 2017 but it was not delivered to me up to 14 july so i raised the complaint next day sms came that they are delivering watch today but whole day courier person didn't came, i made a call to him but he disconnected, courier person came to deliver the product at 8 o, clock. As i opened the box it was empty, i complaint about this to courier boy he told me call to myntra. I raised the complaint three times and respond like this:
                                    I regret to inform you that, we will not be able to refund the amount as the product was shipped from our end post proper quality check and with proper packaging.
                                    I called them about this several time but they answered same, how can i get my refund anyone can help me. This website is not reliable. I will think twice before ordering anything here.

                                      I ordered couple of kurtas and two other products from Myntra. After few days i received a call from myntra, executive said that one of the Kurta is damaged so he asked me to reorder the product and they will refund me the money. I refused as when i placed the order there was a sale and now i have to pay extra for the same products. Executive officer then asked me to accept the order and later file a return for the kurta which is damaged so i accepted the deal and file a return of the damaged kurta after receiving the complete order. Boy who came to pick the damaged kurta refused to accept and said that it is damaged and he will not accept it. I called Myntra and the Executive said that she checked and found that the product was shipped from their end was post proper quality check. She sent me an email as well to say that return has been declined.

                                      I ordered above mentioned jacket and received a defective one and ordered for replacement .but still I recieved a dust stained product as the replacement .if you can't provide a clean and new product then why are you selling it.it is harrassment . clearly disappointed MYNTRA
