I have placed order for shoes Of ASICS MAKE on 25th June 2017. And size I have ordered is UK5. When I RECEIVED the delivery of I am surprised to see the shoes. You have sent US 9.5 size which is quite a big size. How Mynthra can send this US 9.5size shoes when I have ordered UK 5 size. Can you not check the size of the shoes before dispatching. Really very very poor service. If it is not replaced within a week's time then I will approach the consumer forum. My order no is[protected]-3054903 dated 25th june 2017.

Hello Myntra,
It's really sad to be the part of your sale this time, i ordered 10 items which were told to get delivered on 28th of June, i got another update from your side that the order is delayed to 30th June.
Due to this issue, i couldn't travel to some place and cancelled my ticket.
It's 3rd June now and order is not yet delivered, there is no way to contact Ekart Logistics to know current status of the order.
It shows my order is reached to Hyderabad at 26th of June.

I even raised the complaint to customer care twice and they are asking me to wait for a weak.
I will end up using your services from now onwards, its really very sad to see this from your side.

I got a text msg from myntra that my order is out for delivery before 2days. But delivery boy refused to come at doorstep. My order is in city since 2days but after 2days still its not take out for delivery because i complaint about courier service to myntra. Is it any revenge ? What kind of quality service is this ? I have ordered 3items on eors and was supposed to get 20%cashback and the delivery date was 30th july.
I haven't cancelled these 3 items[protected]-1646403 but i received rs16 approximately as a refund. However i was supposed to get 20%cashback on phonepe which i din't receive. I want myntra to either deliver all the order or refund the entire amount if they have cancelled it for any reason.
Myntra please look into this matter

I placed an order for 24th june and it was mentioned that it will be delivered by 30th june, there was another option during my checkout to postpone my delivery and save some money, however, i wanted it delivered by 30th as i had my flight next day, tried contacting them but to no avail. Eventually, had to leave without the bags i ordered. It is 2nd of july and and yet no intimation from their end on the same. Extremely bad experience.

I have ordered nike shoes in Pre -Gst sale, dispatch date is 29/jun/2017, but i was waiting for the product to be dispatch but i wasn't dispatch and on 2/jul/2017, my order got cancelled.
My concern is now, tax also increased and sale also finished, so I want coupon of shoe MRP not the refund according to the MRP of the shoes and shoe price after the discount, that coupon should be fully applicable on nike sports shoes.
This is the second time I am facing this problem, Myntra cancelled the order and refund the money which is of no use.
Please look into it and reply me asap.

I ordered Roadster pack of 2 T-shirts.
In the product description it is clearly mentioned that there will be 2 T-shirts in one pack. But when i opened the package there was only 1 T-shirt.
I PAID FOR 2 T-SHIRTS BUT RECEIVED ONLY 1 T-SHIRT.
I made many calls on the customer care number but no one responded.
This is very shocking and highly unprofessional.
I FEEL CHEATED.
I have applied for return and want my money back.

Wtf myntra, you have the worst customer support system. My order i placed on 24th june was supposed to be dispatched by 25th and delivered by 29th. But till date it hasn't been dispatched. There's no way to contact you guys to register a complain on your app or to know what really happened to my order. I have even paid for the order and i'm not even sure that if i cancel the order whether i'll get my money back or not

I made an order in myntra. The order was delivered and one of the item out of 9 items was missing. I made a complaint through their customer care after multiple attempt. I got a response after few days that it passed quality test and that they can't do anything. What are the legal steps that i can take against them? I am completely cheated and very frustrated.

I ordered a maroon red men polo xl t shirt and myntra delivered a black small size round collar one. Other shopping sites like amazon are very fast refund policies, in this time no reply from myntra executives.

I ordered natio cosmetic from online store myntra. Natio is manufactured in australia and imported to india, but the product i received is made in china!!! Natio cosmetics are purely manufactured in australia and not in china. I have paid around 2400 towards this china product. Kindly stop selling fake products online and do not cheat customer. Myntra is not ready to take back the product and refund the money back. I do not want to pay for made in china product. Kindly take back the product and return the money.

This is to inform you all that i have placed an order for about more than 20 products. I have placed my orders yesterday and today. After spending my entire day on shopping i have been informed that my orders are cancelled because of the payment issue. First they said they are some technical issues in placing the order then when i objected that i got a confirmation message and email they said it is because of the cod issue. Now when i am trying to place order either my best of my products are out of stock or the prices have been hiked. This is highly objectionable as it is purely wastage of my time. Recently purchased an item (Nike men blue shoes) from myntra online shopping. When i was asked for exchange the item, they asked for a price tag of the shoes which i didn't receive at all when i unbox the item for the first time. When i asked them to provide details (Some sort of proof from their side) of the presence of price tag on the shoes before they dispatch the item, they are not ready to disclose any information of that. I am a regular Customer of Myntra. I have been purchasing from Myntra website/app from the past 2 years.

In recent days, their services are not up to the mark. To be honest, they frustrate the customers through their never-ending e-mails. I am wondering" Is it Myntra's service?".

Actually, I placed an order of two products (Daniel Klein, Celio shirt and Moda Rapido Jeans- worth of rs.6, 500 ) on May 12th, 2017. The products got delivered in next two days. It was the purchase for my Birthday. I really loved the products and placed the order.

Once it reached, I gave a try on watch. It was awesome!! I tried the Celio shirt - but it was so small and super tight on me. So, I put the product in the same package. Then, tried the black jeans which is super loose on me. I packed this one too. I was little disappointed that I did not get any new clothes to wear on my birthday.

In next few days, delivery guys picked the products from my home. I got a message "Order got cancelled" and it says "Quality check is failed for both the products". I literally had no option to use them since one was very tight and the other one was super loose. I have no clue what made the quality check fail.

From last one month, I have been dropping so many e-mails with the team, till date I did not get any reshipment/refund details. All their e-mails ONLY say that they can not accommodate any kind of exceptions and they can't refund my money back, instead they will send the unfit/stupid products which I can't even use.

My Questions to them/you:

1) Please suggest what should I do with the unfit products.
2) Why there was no proper communication on the reshipment details. They can update anything for the promo, but not giving an update to the Customers?
3) Why should I loose my money (approx. rs.3000) for the no-use products?

They called me once in a day without any prior notice during daytime( I have no idea who is calling while I sleep). But they dropped a mail saying that they tried many times to my number and I did not response. I would say, Quality is failed here!!

Till date, I was holding my patience with respect to their e-mails. Now, its time to register a complaint - Their service is not so good. I need my money back and no more e-mails from them. Let them call or better you call me to discuss.

I was order a cloths on[protected] jeans from myntra.com, eastimated delivery date was[protected]

On delivery day at 6:11 pm i had revived message for order delay and it will be delivered by[protected]. After that on[protected] at 2:01 am i had received a mail for your ordered cancelled.

I call at myntra help centre but i didn't got positive response.
