I tried to return a product today having order no :[protected]-6306801 but my pincode does not have reverse pick up. Why wasnt this message displayed to me earlier. If the product can be deliverd at a particular pincode then what is the problem in taking the product back from the same pincode. Why am i facing such harrasment? If such a message had been shown earlier i would have never placed an order on myntra!
I need the product to be returned through pick up from your side!

I self shipped men color plus shirt to below address 29days ago, this is the fourth time i register complaint against this issue no reply from myntra executives. Courier partner: india post (Ordinary post) unfortunately refund not happen please check the product in your ware house and refund immediately, its urgent. Other shopping sites like amazon are very fast refund policies, in this time no reply from myntra executives.

It is very very upsetting and highly annoying that myntra does not ensure smooth and timely delivery of a birthday gift! Had it been any other situation i would have forgiven! But it was clearly a gift wrapped birthday present with a message! Now what is the point of delivering a gift when the birthday is gone! Our beautiful moments gets spoilt because of myntra's unprofessional and casual attitude. I gave the order on 26th june and myntra had to deliver it by 8th july! So time certainly was not an issue. I am really dissatisfied as a consumer! I don't know what to say!

I had purchased a kurti of bhama couture from myntra worth rs.775. I didnot like it, so I had ordered a return for it. They picked it up the next day by the delivery boy. But no message regarding the return was received by me. They are showing in their site that a refund procedure has been initiated in my account. But till dat (11.07.2017), no refund has been initiated till date. They keep saying that i have created a return request on 21st june and it is being processed. Also tried to call them in their customer help no, but to no avail. There was no ringing, nor any response in that no. I have been a regular online customer of myntra, but this is intriguing me.

I ordered 4 products together and they sum upto 5000 INR with overall tax on the total price and there was a coupon applied which gave a discount of 250 INR for shopping above 2500 INR. But the products are coming individually with their individual taxes on them and the total amount of 5000 INR went upto approx 6000 INR and without any discount. I want this query to be resolved soon. Kindly look into the matter.

I order some articles(5 in nos. ie 3 shipments) on 26th June 2017 and I was told that products will be delivered to me by 7-8-9july 2017. I called up myntra.com and they told me that products will be delivered to me by 8th july. But I did not recieve anything and got a message from myntra that products will be delivered by 15th July 2017 which is just not acceptable. I called them again and this made me even more furious when I was told that only one shipment was shipped and rest 2 are just lying their packed and will be shipped after 2 days. I work in merchant Navy and 16th July 2017 is my joining date from new Delhi which makes me leave home on 15th july 217. What if I do not approve of the products or I need an exchange or a return? This is just not acceptable. It is thier own logistics and still they cannot prioritize my article or won't give any kind of compensation.

I ordered skechers and made the payment through phonepe..It should refund the 25% cashback on the purchase...but i have not got yet in my phonepe wallet..please check to it

I have order an item which was containing dupatta and Patiala set in one. At the time of the delivery I got only Patiala and dupatta was missing. I complaint and filed an exchange through the myntra customer executive. Delivery boy came but he didn't exchange my product as he complained that for such exceptional request they need approval which Myntra team didn't send them. I again reported the issue and was assured that it will be delivered for sure. After 1 week of issue reported I didn't receive the item. Neither I could cancel the exchange request as it's in shipped status nor I could request a refund. I have been put in nowhere. I am very upset with the situation and nobody in the team is helping me out.

I am really disappointed by myntra for cancelling my prepaid order after long wait of 15 days by just saying sorry, their excuse is like this product is not matching their quality standards and they are still selling the same product for high value.

I am also very disappointed by Myntra. I ordered one Kurtis with jacket, but only one part of Kurtis is delivered. Jacket was missing so I returned that item. Now my Return Of this order is put on hold in quality check. They don't provide incomplete order as an option while making return of the product. So stuck in between all this. Don't know how to proceed with this

My order has been in my city hub for quite some time now. This is getting ridiculous. Yesterday I was supposed to get it.But I got a message saying they were unable to deliver the damn product.
This is outrageous . It was supposed to be delivered on 03.07.17. But still I cannot get a clarification regarding this. I have contacted customer support. They did not provide a justification about this. And said will get in touch to clarify the issue. Still nothing. This is too much. I want to wear my damn shoes that I ordered some 2 weeks back. EKART Tracking ID: MYNP[protected]
"Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues" this is the message sent by them . Please make this right as I require my product urgently.

I have requested Return on July 5, 2017. Return No[protected]. My return was scheduled on 6th July. It was not pickup-ed on the same day. Then it was again scheduled on 7th July. When i called the pick up person he said he would not able to pick it up.

On 11th June I was placing an order, my order got decline but amount was debited from my bank account.
Its been more than 20 days now I have not received my amount back. I am Myntra they are saying check with bank and bank is saying check with Myntra. I am fed up trying calling them and raising request via Myntra app.

We did not expect such service from myntra. The delivery of the goods is very poor. My order has been reached our city by 4 th july but upto now it was not delivered to us, eventhough we have called the person of myntra, he is not responding properly. Is this the service they are giving to people? Most of them suffered like this, and told me not to buy anything in myntra. If myntra is continuing like this??? Heartfully saying the service is very poor in myntra. I definitely share it to all my friends.

Dear sir,
I ordered an exchange of blue biba kurti L-M which was scheduled to happen on 4/7/17 by myntra delivery agent Dinesh Kumar 2. I spoke to him in morning and we agreed for the time slot 1 to 1:30 pm as I had to go somewhere. But when the time came, he declined. Later on we agreed for 5 to 6 pm slot on the same day, but again when the time came he declined. It was then scheduled for next day (5 July). I spoke to him again and we both agreed after 1:30pm. But again he didn't come to my house and I don't know why an unsuccessful attempt was shown on myntra when the attempt was not done in first place. I am highly dissatisfied with Dinesh's service. Please do not give my parcels to him as he doesn't keep his own words.

Hi,

I ordered four items in one of my order with Order No.[protected]-6107203 and tracking no Tracking No.:ML[protected].

These four items were supposed to be delivered on 30th June 2017.

But then, out of Four, only three were delivered, whereas, the invoice says that all the four items have been delivered.

The Undelivered Item is a Mango Bag worth Rupees 1622 with Item Code Code: 1910268.

I had a word with Myntra Executives many times, but then, they were stubborn with the statement that they have cctv footage of the Mango Bag item being packed into the delivery parcel bag. Even we asked for the footage, but then they refused to share.

I am not sure, if they say that they have packed, and I am saying that It didnt deliver to me. Then where it has gone.

Please help me to get a solution on this.

I did not get the refund for my 2 items and it has been 3 months. When I contact via Myntra app, it asks my Bank Statement of the transactions. I have done many transactions after those orders and only last 10 transactions are shown in SBI account.I am providing the 2 return numbers for reference.

Order Number:[protected]-3432703 with the gift card. The item has been delivered on 3rd july 2017 but there was no gift card with the item and gift charges was taken from me at the time of order. I have left hope from Myntra about this matter because i have complained earlier at their customer service but they are not serious about this matter.This order was my first order from Myntra but may be my first and last order from myntra. i had lost my trust in Myntra.
So please take possible action against Myntra.
enclosures -1) the screenshot of gmail which was sent by myntra, shows the proof of gift charges of the gift card.
2) the photo of invoice in which other charges shows the charges of gift card.

Myntra have run contest on 24th to 26th june, 2017 as group shopping . The top spender of the top spending group will win a car of 10lakh . But still now myntra didn't announce the winner even though 3rd july, 2017 is the date to be anounced that they mention on their contest term and condition page . So i have complain to the myntra to answer whether the car contest is true or simply fake for fooling customer if so i am ready to go to consumer court and take hard action againt this . Plz reply soon.
