We did not expect such service from myntra. The delivery of the goods is very poor. My order has been reached our city by 4 th july but upto now it was not delivered to us, eventhough we have called the person of myntra, he is not responding properly. Is this the service they are giving to people? Most of them suffered like this, and told me not to buy anything in myntra. If myntra is continuing like this??? Heartfully saying the service is very poor in myntra. I definitely share it to all my friends.

Hi i hav ordered a peter england blue shirt on 25th june along with 9 other items delivery date was by 4th of july.Got all d product But still not got the shirt and tracking status still not updated on site, only thing mentioned there is dat it is shipped. tracking no is ML[protected]. Order No.:[protected]-1365101.pls look into it as soon as possible.

I have ordered an item. I haven't received it, neither got any call regarding it. But in my order summary the status is shown as delivered. I have prepaid for it. Checked on Myntra for writing complaint. Got a number which I miss not able to connect at all. Please resolve it ASAP. If you don't wish to deliver the product please refund me money back.

I ordered an exchange of blue biba kurti L-M which was scheduled to happen on 4/7/17 by myntra delivery agent Dinesh Kumar 2. I spoke to him in morning and we agreed for the time slot 1 to 1:30 pm as I had to go somewhere. But when the time came, he declined. Later on we agreed for 5 to 6 pm slot on the same day, but again when the time came he declined. It was then scheduled for next day (5 July). I spoke to him again and we both agreed after 1:30pm. But again he didn't come to my house and I don't know why an unsuccessful attempt was shown on myntra when the attempt was not done in first place. I am highly dissatisfied with Dinesh's service. Please do not give my parcels to him as he doesn't keep his own words.

Hi,

I ordered four items in one of my order with Order No.[protected]-6107203 and tracking no Tracking No.:ML[protected].

These four items were supposed to be delivered on 30th June 2017.

But then, out of Four, only three were delivered, whereas, the invoice says that all the four items have been delivered.

The Undelivered Item is a Mango Bag worth Rupees 1622 with Item Code Code: 1910268.

I had a word with Myntra Executives many times, but then, they were stubborn with the statement that they have cctv footage of the Mango Bag item being packed into the delivery parcel bag. Even we asked for the footage, but then they refused to share.

I am not sure, if they say that they have packed, and I am saying that It didnt deliver to me. Then where it has gone.

Please help me to get a solution on this.

I did not get the refund for my 2 items and it has been 3 months. When I contact via Myntra app, it asks my Bank Statement of the transactions. I have done many transactions after those orders and only last 10 transactions are shown in SBI account.I am providing the 2 return numbers for reference.

Myntra have run contest on 24th to 26th june, 2017 as group shopping . The top spender of the top spending group will win a car of 10lakh . But still now myntra didn't announce the winner even though 3rd july, 2017 is the date to be anounced that they mention on their contest term and condition page . So i have complain to the myntra to answer whether the car contest is true or simply fake for fooling customer if so i am ready to go to consumer court and take hard action againt this . Plz reply soon.

I have order my products before 8 days it is supposed to be deliver today or tomorrow but as i trace my order only one shirt is in transit not received yet and my other order is not dispatched yet what does it mean and i pay them already in advance but not dispatch my order and not getting reply from your side also i have mail many time but no revert from them

I ordered for a white jegging. But I was delivered a off white jegging. I am not at all satisfied. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I want the product I ordered at the cost. When i ordered the product it was in offer. Now the offer was over and this is not fair to deliver a wrong product to the customer. This is not expected from myntra. I placed the order on 24th june and made the payment via phonepe wallet. The delivery date was given was 29 june then it was forwarded to 1 july then it was shifted to 3 july. Still I didn't received the delivery. They are just pushing the date forward and nothing else. The shipment is lying in delivery town since 3 days and yet it has not been delivered. My friends have received their order even after placing the order after mine.

I am Teja Pamidimukkala, on 6thJUN2017 I've ordered a UCB Blue denim casual shirt with order no.[protected]-5763201 of 1101.97 which was paid through debit card online, for this I've received Locomotive blue shirt not the ordered one.

Later I returned it with a return no.[protected] and they initiated the refund on 14thJUN2017, this refund should be reflected in my account within 7-10 days as mentioned by myntra.com. Even after waiting for 15 days my refund is not been credited, and on multiple enquiries with customer care they said that the refund was successful and now they can't track the status of the refund and provided me the bank reference no. [protected] saying that this no. was receiver bank generated no. to enquire with my bank. When enquired with bank they refused my query and said such query can't be processed.

I request this forum to look in to this matter and do me the needful ASAP and make the Online marketing sites to take care about their customer until they receive their required service.

I would like to ask a question about the Nike Shoes' Size Chart.

My Foot Length is 30 cms. The Shoe I currently wear is of the Puma brand and it's UK Size is 11 and it's labelled inside the shoe. For that UK 11 is equal to 30 cms.
Now I am looking to buy a Nike Shoe. And to confirm whether UK Size 11 would be right for me before buying from Myntra.com, I went to a Nike Brand Shop and I took a trial with the shoe.
And inside the Shoe, It was labelled UK Size 11 equals 30 cms. But when I look the same shoe's Size Chart in Myntra, it shows that UK 11 equals 28.8 cms.
ie. I'm confused..

I have placed order for shoes Of ASICS MAKE on 25th June 2017. And size I have ordered is UK5. When I RECEIVED the delivery of I am surprised to see the shoes. You have sent US 9.5 size which is quite a big size. How Mynthra can send this US 9.5size shoes when I have ordered UK 5 size. Can you not check the size of the shoes before dispatching. Really very very poor service. If it is not replaced within a week's time then I will approach the consumer forum. My order no is[protected]-3054903 dated 25th june 2017.

Hello Myntra,
It's really sad to be the part of your sale this time, i ordered 10 items which were told to get delivered on 28th of June, i got another update from your side that the order is delayed to 30th June.
Due to this issue, i couldn't travel to some place and cancelled my ticket.
It's 3rd June now and order is not yet delivered, there is no way to contact Ekart Logistics to know current status of the order.
It shows my order is reached to Hyderabad at 26th of June.

I even raised the complaint to customer care twice and they are asking me to wait for a weak.
I will end up using your services from now onwards, its really very sad to see this from your side.

I got a text msg from myntra that my order is out for delivery before 2days. But delivery boy refused to come at doorstep. My order is in city since 2days but after 2days still its not take out for delivery because i complaint about courier service to myntra. Is it any revenge ? What kind of quality service is this ? I have ordered 3items on eors and was supposed to get 20%cashback and the delivery date was 30th july.
I haven't cancelled these 3 items[protected]-1646403 but i received rs16 approximately as a refund. However i was supposed to get 20%cashback on phonepe which i din't receive. I want myntra to either deliver all the order or refund the entire amount if they have cancelled it for any reason.
