Hi,

I have ordered for an exchange of below products,

This order is not yet processed. When the myntra delivery guy came to pickup my another return order. He said "we tried calling you but you didn't received the call. They products are sent back. I will look if the products are still there to be replaced

There was no call made to me whatsoever.

Please help me with this.

It's been more than two weeks now i have requested a return request for one of my order. I had requested the return for facing quality issue. The material is too thin, a bit translucent and there was a spot underside the skirt. I didn't find value for the price i paid for it. So around two weeks ago one of the myntra deliver boy picked up my product and later it was put on hold for not passing quality check. I know that there is a mark under side the skirt, thats why i am returning it. Later that day i communicated with myntra customer care and they had placed a complaint against it and assured me that they will pick up my product on or before 11 th of july. Today, on 11th of july a myntra deliver boy came to our door and said to my mother that he can't pick that as they didn't get the approval.
At the end of the day i called him and he told me that he didn't get the approval to pickup my product and to file a complain again.
So my question is why did he came when he didn't get the approval? And why did myntra gave us fake promise to return it by 11th?
And the amazing fact was that myntra is now showing that my product is on hold gain as it didn't pass the quality checkup, where the parcel is with me only. So where the question arises of failing the quality checkup?
It's been more than 2 weeks now of placing the return request and around 3 weeks that i am having the product.
Myntra promised me of returning it back, now i am stucked with a product which i can't even wear for its transparent property.
I just want to know that did myntra scammed us or is it the problem with the delivery boy who refuses to take back the product each and every time and is lying to me?
P. S. The product was a skirt which i should wear during a pooja at friends house and was unable to wear it.
I didn't even wore it outside that it can get marks and dirt. And it is with all tags and packet.
If it's possible then please return it back because it's of no use.
And please change the deliver address to 'n-31 baishnabghata patuli township, kolkata 700094' in the name of prantik roy choudhury, as i don't want to pick it up from the old address by the old myntra deliver boy who will again refuse to take it back.

Hi purchased seven cotton kurtis from myntra in eors... All these kurtis became thin and are on verge of getting teared after one normal hand wash... I have been complaining about the issue through mails and i have also shared pictures.. But every time my complaint is declined saying issue not visible not a manufacturing defect.. But is it my fault that i believed in a brand like myntra and my 5000 bucks on waste? They are not refunding or exchanging the products...

I have made a return request twice:-

Return no:[protected] dated july 8, 2017

For my order no.[protected]-5673701 for farenheit unisex wayfarer sunglasses soc-fa-2205-c1 costing rs. 1, 012.27.

Both times my return request was cancelled in the system stating "return request cancelled as you decided to keep the product"

I received a damaged product which was broken and within sometime of receiving the product, i have made request to return. My request for return has not only been cancelled and the reason being quoted by myntra was "you decided to keep the product" which is preposterous.

I clearly know, if i make a third request to return the product, it would be cancelled as well and it would be conveyed to me that all your three attempts to return failed, now make your own arrangement to return the product.

This clearly reflects that the company had devised a mechanism to defraud customers and its employees are trained accordingly. The status update by the myntra team was clear misrepresentation of facts with intent to fraud.

I have been a regular customer with myntra and had spent thousands of rupees in shopping from myntra, however this was shocking for me. This was the first time, i had encountered damaged product and the way they are handle damage product return is totally shocking.

I would request you to please look into this at the earliest and resolve my grievance.

I had placed an order for a dress with myntra, order#[protected]-0751803.
The product was delivered in time but since the size was not correct, i placed a return request for the product.
The product was picked up by the courier guy yesterday (10th june'17) along with other products and late evening, i received a mail from myntra that the return request has been declined as the product did not pass the qc and had stained.
I had returned an intact piece and myntra or courier spoiled the product putting the blame on to me.
Will not accept this.

I have placed an order with myntra.com on 26th june 2017 and my order no. Is[protected]-9115703, i have received a message from the company on 10th july 2017 regarding the delivery of shipment. Since i was not available to receive that order, i have requested delivery boy to deliver it on my office address but the attitude and the way with which he spoke to me was unacceptable and even he very bluntly said that if i want to lodge a complaint against him, i may. Sorry to say but this was very disappointing as i am one of the regular customers of myntra. Kindly check with the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Order for an item was provided on 25th june, 2017, whose delivery got delayed and was attempted for delivery on 11th july, 2017. It was supposed to be delivered at office address and i was on leave on the day the delivery was attempted. I asked the delivery executive to deliver the next day. The other day i received an sms from myntra mentioning that the order has been cancelled and returned to origin and refund has been initiated (Screenshot attached).
When called the customer care executive about it, he said it cannot be delivered as it has been initiated as returned and offered for a voucher as an apology for the mistake of returning the product on single attempt.
Highly dissatisfied as i had to wait for 16 days for the product and the company doesnt even understand their responsibility of atleast try for another attempt before returning the product.

I have not receive my product till now of my order on 27 june its been more than 10_12, days of my order of shoes san frissco... And when i try to reach the customer... The phone doesnt ring at all... My request is i want my product as soon as possible... And please contact me in [protected] no. I want this problem to resolve as soon as possible... Make sure to sent my product soon

I ordered for arrow sport men grey printed casual shirt - size: 39
Sold by: health & happiness pvt ltd but i received dark blue color shirt which i received 10th july. I am trying to make a request in myntra website for return by its not accepting by request as per company policy wrong project can be returned w/i 30 days. Kindly rectify by complaint and refund my money.

Do not order from myntra ever!
I ordered some stuff from myntra during the eor sale... One of which was a watch thru cod. The package was delivered but when i opened the package the product – watch, was missing. The seal was broken and no watch inside. I immediately put a complaint in myntra. The cc team asked me to wait till 13th and they would either send me the watch or refund. I also called up the courier guy but he didn’t pick up at first and later when he did he says he is not responsible for the missing product and i should speak to myntra.

Now i got an email from myntra saying they can't refund - how idiotic is this...
First, i never asked for refund and second why shouldn’t you?
I never received the product... Who is responsible for it... Me?
Why should i suffer???

I always make a video whenever i receive products thru online. This time also i made and will post soon.
I will take this matter to consumer forum as i have all my proofs.

Highly disappointing that a well known site like myntra is such a fraud.

I tried to return a product today having order no :[protected]-6306801 but my pincode does not have reverse pick up. Why wasnt this message displayed to me earlier. If the product can be deliverd at a particular pincode then what is the problem in taking the product back from the same pincode. Why am i facing such harrasment? If such a message had been shown earlier i would have never placed an order on myntra!
I need the product to be returned through pick up from your side!

I self shipped men color plus shirt to below address 29days ago, this is the fourth time i register complaint against this issue no reply from myntra executives. Courier partner: india post (Ordinary post) unfortunately refund not happen please check the product in your ware house and refund immediately, its urgent. Other shopping sites like amazon are very fast refund policies, in this time no reply from myntra executives.

It is very very upsetting and highly annoying that myntra does not ensure smooth and timely delivery of a birthday gift! Had it been any other situation i would have forgiven! But it was clearly a gift wrapped birthday present with a message! Now what is the point of delivering a gift when the birthday is gone! Our beautiful moments gets spoilt because of myntra's unprofessional and casual attitude. I gave the order on 26th june and myntra had to deliver it by 8th july! So time certainly was not an issue. I am really dissatisfied as a consumer! I don't know what to say!

I had purchased a kurti of bhama couture from myntra worth rs.775. I didnot like it, so I had ordered a return for it. They picked it up the next day by the delivery boy. But no message regarding the return was received by me. They are showing in their site that a refund procedure has been initiated in my account. But till dat (11.07.2017), no refund has been initiated till date. They keep saying that i have created a return request on 21st june and it is being processed. Also tried to call them in their customer help no, but to no avail. There was no ringing, nor any response in that no. I have been a regular online customer of myntra, but this is intriguing me.

I ordered 4 products together and they sum upto 5000 INR with overall tax on the total price and there was a coupon applied which gave a discount of 250 INR for shopping above 2500 INR. But the products are coming individually with their individual taxes on them and the total amount of 5000 INR went upto approx 6000 INR and without any discount. I want this query to be resolved soon. Kindly look into the matter.

I order some articles(5 in nos. ie 3 shipments) on 26th June 2017 and I was told that products will be delivered to me by 7-8-9july 2017. I called up myntra.com and they told me that products will be delivered to me by 8th july. But I did not recieve anything and got a message from myntra that products will be delivered by 15th July 2017 which is just not acceptable. I called them again and this made me even more furious when I was told that only one shipment was shipped and rest 2 are just lying their packed and will be shipped after 2 days. I work in merchant Navy and 16th July 2017 is my joining date from new Delhi which makes me leave home on 15th july 217. What if I do not approve of the products or I need an exchange or a return? This is just not acceptable. It is thier own logistics and still they cannot prioritize my article or won't give any kind of compensation.

I have order an item which was containing dupatta and Patiala set in one. At the time of the delivery I got only Patiala and dupatta was missing. I complaint and filed an exchange through the myntra customer executive. Delivery boy came but he didn't exchange my product as he complained that for such exceptional request they need approval which Myntra team didn't send them. I again reported the issue and was assured that it will be delivered for sure. After 1 week of issue reported I didn't receive the item. Neither I could cancel the exchange request as it's in shipped status nor I could request a refund. I have been put in nowhere. I am very upset with the situation and nobody in the team is helping me out.

My order has been in my city hub for quite some time now. This is getting ridiculous. Yesterday I was supposed to get it.But I got a message saying they were unable to deliver the damn product.
This is outrageous . It was supposed to be delivered on 03.07.17. But still I cannot get a clarification regarding this. I have contacted customer support. I have ordered a Tshirt & i was not in my address the delivery person did not call me & delivered & i received a email & sms that product was delivered after calling to the delivery person number he told i am not the concerned person. Myantra people has given my number. After complaining to Myntra customer care no they have taken a time of 48 hrs & Now customer care people was telling it was delivered to ur address according to Delivery person.
