My myntra Order No is[protected]-6270901 which was Placed on Friday, February 24, 2017 and contained multiple items. One of them was a polo t shirt from Jack & Jones. When i opened it there was a hole on the backside of the t-shirt. I submitted the return request in the category of defective product received along with the detailed issue.Two days later pickup agent came, being a genuine customer i myself showed him that this is the cut due to which i'm returning this product. He was completely unaware of that. He said that he didn't knew that the return request of the product was for the defective one and he can only take it after he'll receive the approval e-mail from warehouse which he haven't received yet. He asked me to send the pictures of the defected product at [protected]@myntra.com by the end of the day. I did the same. Two days later they denied the return request because according to them the product was sent to me after quality check. If that's so then how come i received the defective product. And now they've rejected my request to return my product. I placed the return request for the second time hoping for the different response or better support from them but same response and they rejected my request again. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for the return. This isn't the first time I've received the defective product from myntra and they returned the product last time. What is the point of 30 day return policy if you cannot solve the genuine problem of your customers.
I want the product to be returned and my money refunded.

    My name is aditya koundal i have placed an order of rs.2721.26 on 2/03/2017 order no. Is[protected]-3987903 then i cancelled it on same day but i did not get my refund. I kept on mailing and calling them but they keep on delaying the refund. They asked for my bank statement which i readily gave but still no refund received. Every time i approach customer service, a new person is there to acknowledge my refund problem who is unaware about the case and i've to explain him first and then the person says you'll receive your refund by the end of the day. But these days have passed but i've not received my refund till now. I've to keep begging to them for my own money now. Please help.

      I have two complaints related to my order no.[protected]-7824701.

      1. Myntra.com sent a defected night suit (Claura-yellow floral print night suit) and declined to return the item. (Return no.[protected]

      2. I had returned the night suit (Claura - biege & red printed nightsuit) but myntra.com did not refunded the money (Even after 12 days). (Return no.[protected]

      I received my ordered products (3 night suits) on 2 march (Evening). Out of three night suits it was found that one night suit is defected and another is not fit. I created the return of these two nights on 3 march on myntra.com.
      The pick-up person came on 4 march and picked one of the night suit i. E. (Claura - biege & red printed nightsuit) and refused to take back the defected night suit i. E. (Claura-yellow floral print night suit) of price 629.37. The pick-up person mentioned that we needs to get approval from myntra.com. I contacted the myntra.com on 4 march and they asked for some details like product no., bar code etc. These details were sent to myntra.com by email, but they are refusing to return the defected product sent by them.

      They are mentioning that they have properly checked. If this is the quality checks they are doing and even sending the defected products to a customer. I had contacted them by phone two times and emailed three times to return the night suit as it is received defected, unused and even tags etc. Not removed. But they are giving silly excuses of quality checks.

      Regarding 2nd compalint, i had returned the (Claura - biege & red printed nightsuit) on 4 march and till date (17 march) i did not received the refund amount of rs. 734.47.

      From these two incidents one can conclude the level of service provided by myntra.com and their unprofessional behaviour.

      I feel really cheated by myntra.com. I hope i will get justice.

        Myntra website does not open fully on my desktop

        Though myntra website opens on my desktop, but cannot see all the product of my chosen category.only first row of the product list displays in the computer, but the rest parts are invisible.i have tired a lot but all items of any chosen category does not displayed.Specially the clothing section .Please shot out the problem or suggest any method to see all the listed items of any category ....

        I returned the Puma Shoe on 5th-Dec-16 as its seems duplicate/copied Puma product even not in original box and Tags.
        Myntra by mistake transferred the refund amount into HSBC debit card number instead of My HSBC account number. I raised the complaint on Myntra CC on
        14th-Dec-16 with all info and account detail again on mail after confirmation from HSBC side.

        I raised the complaint on mail and call with CC so many times.

        I shared the HSBC bank confirmation (amount not debit into your account or debit card) from Myntra through Yes Bank on HSBC Letter Head pdf on Myntra request.

        But still Myntra is not agree with that, because they lie as 2174/- Puma shoe return refund not initiated or done by them.

        I requested them to share the Letter Head confirmation of Myntra as well as YES Bank, if transaction has been successfully completed. Then they guys said they can not provide any mail or Letter Head confirmation on chain mail.

        This points shows, myntra doing fraud things and products/services to customer care.

        Really disappointed from Myntra Services. This was my first online order on myntra. It was the worst experience for me.
        I lost my 2174/- amount.

        I informed to CC senior executives Sumit and Waseem, i can share the confirmation from HSBC as no such account (debit card no.) exists in HSBC, so not possible to transfer any amount.
        Then they said its done from his side, check with Bank. Is it right ?

        If account not exists, how amount has been transferred ?

          I placed for a return of daniel klien watch on 8th of march and my return order no was 22054856 and till today the e kart wisher didn't turn up to collect my product but he has updated that attempt to delivery was made. Finally after giving many complaints and fights with myntra customer care today i am getting a message that my return order request has been cancelled because the delivery guy has updated that i am interested in having the product, which is completely a false and fake information. If i call customer care today they are telling they will take a request and collect the product with in friday. Myntra is the worst online site i have ever made a purchase and big cheaters, no proper follow up of complaints given by the customers. They make a fool out of the customer. Be cautious!!!

          Immediately courier pickup was arranged and the material was picked up from my home and amount was refunded to my account.

          Order number[protected]-0218703. Delivery guy asking me to pick it from their delivery centre. Is this how u deliver? Now i have to gi and collect it from your centre! Its good enough to go and shop in the market ruther than shop online, and u guys offer to try also? I am really desapointed.

            Return IDs: 20586309 and 20267491 I've not received refund for these 2 orders even after requesting for 2 months. I kept on mailing and calling them but they keep on delaying the refund .               I had made two purchases via online transaction. Which were of Rs. 477.38/- and Rs. 606/-. Later, I cancled the transaction. On 23rd of February, the online shopping company said that it has generated my refund which will be credited to my account in 7-10 days. And I waited for 10 days. But the refunds were not credited. Then on 9th of March, I called on the customer care number of Myntra.com, that is +91 [protected], but all they said that they wanted mini statement to check if the money has really not been credited. I sent the scanned copy of my account's mini statement. It was a solid proof that my money has not been credited. But then they asked for bank statement. I sent that as well. With the stamp and signature of Bank's Sr. Branch Manager. Again, they demanded for a new proof. Whenever I am providing them their proof, they extend their demand for a new one. They clearly don't want to refund my money. They said that money has been credited on 23rd of February and the reference numbers they provided me are:-
              Amount- Rs. -477.38 – Bank reference number is[protected]
              Amount- Rs. -606.00 – Bank reference number is –[protected].
              And they told me to ask my bank if the money was transferred or not. And they demanded me the proof to check the same. And I provided them the mini statement, bank statement. And still they are not refunding my money.
              Are those not enough to show that the money has not been credited to my account? They are only mental harassing me. It has been 17 days and they have not credited my money till now. How can someone rely on online transaction and online shopping? I just want my money back.
              I request you to kindly process my complain, and take immediate action on this.

                I had returned one product a month back and i have been following up since 23rd Feb. I have returned the product but have not received money back in my account. Myntra people are just sending casual emails and casual answers about the refund and promising the time which they never followed.

                It is just a matter of Rs. 800 and it does not take 20 days to figure out why i have not received refund and if done than ARN number.

                They are not able to provide me ARN number nor any proper information even after 20 days. Customer team, manager everyone has casual replies but no one is bothered to solve and provide ARN number if refund is already generated.

                This is ridiculous for MYNTRA being at this level they cannot figure out issue in 20 days. It was just to call payment gateway and get an answer but god knows how many months they will need.

                I am still following up for refund and now i will surely think before ordering from MYNTRA.

                Their service was good but when it comes to solving an issue they cannot figure out even after 20 days.

                  Hi This is regarding my Incident number Incident:[protected]
                  I didn't get a solution even after of 15 days. My Bank confirmed so many time that amount has been credited to Myntra VPA address via UPI payment method. but you still not able to find the transaction details, This is real lost my trust in myntra. Very unhelpful support from myntra.

                  now i am really worried and upset from the response from Myntra. 2 weeks over and I didn't get any response. Where is my money. My Bank already confirmed that amount has been credited to Myntra. Please ask your finance department not to check the details just by Order number. Check the amount transaction in your bank account or VPA account with this Transaction number # towards VPA : [protected]@ybl through reference number[protected] and amount is INR 1979/

                    I have requested for exchange of my dress.The message came that it will be delivered within a week.even the messeges are coming that the product will be delivered today but they dont come.And at the end of the day messeges came that unsuccessful delivery.since last three days i am facing this problem.Please solve my problem ASAP otherwise please dont appoint this kind of employees.irritated i am becuse of your service.

                      I ordered earrings tracking id MYNP[protected] which was broken pieces delivered to me. Iwant to return the product but this order on my profile shows not delivered status. I also ordered forever21 denim shirt but that was larger suze to me, so i placed a return request but this order was not picked up from my address tracking id MYNP[protected]. my experience with myntra is turning so horrible that i have decided not to order any thing from myntra in future 😡

                        I ordered 12 items with order no.[protected], worth Rs. 10840/-, but received only 9 items. They didn't deliver 3 items worth Rs. 3000/-. When I launched a complaint, after 20 days they said that they have already delivered all items. When I asked to provide me the weight of consignment that they have delivered, so that total weight of individual items can be summed up to cross check the number of items that were delivered, they completely denied to share any details. This is a big fraud company and I would suggest nobody should purchase anything from Myntra.

                          I had returned the parcel having 5 items in it but Myntra are telling me they had received only 2 items in it. Though I had send them all the required recipt but they keep pushing my case long and long I had given the proof of everything the courier recipt and date of delivery the person who received the parcel everything but Myntra still refusing to accept there mistake.

                            I bought SoundPEATS D3 Bluetooth in-ear Earphones from Myntra mobile application on 23 Feb 2017, assuming as earphones as it was written in Description by them in their mobile application. They sent SoundPEATS D3 Bluetooth in-ear Headset instead of earphone and that too defective headset.
                            Now they are not replacing me with earphones nor refunding me my full amount.They have displayed wrong information about the product.
                            I have attached pictures of product snapshot and pictures of bills.

                              I had returned a parcel having 4 products in it but after the product successful delivered to them they are saying they had received only 2 products not 4. And stop my refund of those 2 products, i had complaint them many times but still nothing they are refusing my claim now after wasted me time with them to me it looks they are just playing games. But not only with me there is another person I know and same thing they had done with him so please if someone kindly help us out regarding this

                                Recently i have ordered a jack and jones jeans from myantra and after one wash the jeans had starded to torning i had only wear that jeans once and that jeans starts torning and now i had ordered one tshirt from myantra and that tshirt is already torn there were many small holes in that tshirt.so im requesting myantra to get refund for my jeans and from now onwards i will never order anything from myantra. Thank you

                                  Worst service ever by Myntra! Item (Mast and harbour blazer)scheduled for return has not been picked up since 30 days and that too in Andheri, Mumbai. Executive gives the excuse that the package is big and he can't pick it up. For one, they pick up the call and once they know it's my call they cut the call. Frustrated with the way you have been treating me. The customer service executives are useless too. They promise action within a day and it's been a month now! It's not the customers problem if you do not know how to manage your logistics, blaming it on the size of the package and no space being there in the bag. Is this how you do business in this age? Won't last long at this rate thanks to your service standards!
                                  Please make sure you get the item picked up today or I am raising a complaint on consumer forum.

                                    I want to complain about a product which i purchased from myntra.com.It was a PUMA blue sweater, order no[protected] worth rupees 1, 572 on 5th November 2016.I bought it for my brother, after just wearing it twice, the stiches broke from the shoulder area.After complaining about it several times they told me it was matter of "wear and tear".How can a branded product be like this.I want a replacement or i want the money back.But they did not, i want help plz help me so that i can get my money back.

                                      I ordered 4 item from myntra.com(order no[protected]-[protected], on 15 dec 2016, When i received, i found that 2 item which value was almost 5000/- was messy and looking like used, instantly i complaint and raised request for return, myntra has provide me refund no. and address and i send this product on the same address, again they cancel this and resend me that item saying that it was used, i called them and trying to explain that i already received a used item, after that i received mail by myntra.com, Which was written "We have received an approval to accept the return of the product.
                                      I am sorry to inform you that currently pick up is not serviceable at your address. Hence, we request you to write the return ID on a white sheet of paper and send the product to the address mentioned below :

                                      i've sent again this by blue dart on 11 feb 2017, and send them that online confirmation of delivery (13 feb 2017) but they declined that again to saying that item is not received by their company, i really frustrated because of this shopping site, i've sent almost 25 mail and calls but neither get any satisfactory answer nor refund yet now,
                                      Please help me for refund,
