I have ordered a shrug... When the matter came to delivery, delivery guy Unwilling to come to the given address. They telling us to reach the place where they point and get our paid product.they say get my product from their office which is very embarassing thing to say.And also they say about the pincode i provided in which their area is not coming under that pin code.How should a customer know these things.very Low remark about delivery of the product. Give some value for the customer.

This regarding a kurta (rainbow blue & black A line )which I had ordered online in feb 2017 was damaged - torn in the front portion on the right side, I sent it for return immediately with the tag, but they sent it back saying that the quality check was approved, I mail them the photograph of the damaged part nt received any update regarding

    I have ordered two goods on myntra one in month of january2017 and another in the month of february 2017. i have received poor quality of goods so i have returned the goods and myntra has confirmed that they have received the goods back and they will be processing the refund. but its been more than 2.5 months but i havent received my refund. i have been following on up with myntra customer team from more than 50days+ but the reply i am getting that is refund is processed and myntra will give me the transaction details so that i can check with my bank. Its been more than 50days+ but i havent received my refund nor the transactions details. please help me with this. I have to get a refund of approx Rs2300

      Shocked to receive duplicate product of brand Mango. I have using this brand before also and hence ordered for this brand through Myntra. The 32 size black Jeggins received is in bad and duplicate condition. The size is too small but the lable is 32 size, made in Bangladesh. Stop cheating and fooling customers.

      Same thing happend with AND brand.

      Not happy with the service of Myntra. Action should be taken so that they stop fooling the customers.

        I have 5 gift cards each of 500 given to my by a friend. I can only apply one gift for an order. I took multiple products because of the gift cards. We are allowed to apply only one gift card for an order which is not fair. When u can sell multiple gift cards to a customer at once u should allow them to apply any number of gift cards. They r not ready to remove delivery charges when told I will tell place multiple orders. 'System is designed that way is the response'. I[censored] r not ready to agree with alternative option what customer says then ur system is designed the wrong way.

          I haven't received any refund yet for the cancelled order, despite contacting bank and myntra multiple times, and despite "myntra escalation", in over a month now.
          If it is not within your purview to solve the matter and this is as far as myntra's escalation can reach, I think you should just admit and let the customer know that. At least, the customer can refrain from further transactions on myntra. Thank God, the refund amount was very small in this case.

            I made a payment of Rs 2655.94 on 3 Jan 2017 which failed to make any product booking but money was debited from my account.

            Citibank confirmed that they have made the payment to Myntra.

            For the past 3 months Myntra haven't given my money. This has been my worst experience trading online.

            I even shared my CC statement with them yet they have not taken any action yet.

              I had ordered the Supra White Hammer run shoes from Myntra and the Quality is really bad . It did not even last a day and the shoe got torn Within a days use .
              I want a refund or an exchange and somebody to Contact me as soon as possible . I also want Myntra to Stop selling Supra products and enquire Supra about their product as it will tarnish the reputation of the Seller company in this case it being Myntra itself .

                Myntra has recently suspended my account I m using from past 2 yrs without any reason.. I have called myntra few times in past couple of days however they are still working.. I have few items in my orders that needs to be return before 30 days period ends but I have no clue how to proceed it.

                This is a fraud and someone has to take serious action against myntra for this.

                  It's been almost 17 days since my product is picked up by Myntra and my refund is still not credited into my bank account. Whenever I called cs they said I should check with the bank, about the money. They had also given me transaction number saying that money is paid from their end and I have to go to bank. This absolutely ridiculous Myntra.

                    Ordered 2 pair of reebok shoes, same model, and after 3 days of wearing them, the net threads started to tear apart.It was worn by my dad and the other by my brother and both of them countered the same problem.

                    Reached out to Myntra support but they declined to return as it was not the manufacturing defect.
                    Are they selling fake products?
                    The both pair were of around 6000 INR.

                    I was in hurry so I paid a amount and received the packet from a courier boy but later I noticed that this packet was initially torned and had receiver it in tampered form. When I called him back he said that this is not his duty now.

                      i had ordered the items from myntra on 28th january 2017 the "order number[protected] 1810701" "item code - 1430924" i. e. Only women navy blue super skinny fit mid rise clean look jeans - Rs and "item code - 1661882 " i.e. Love Generation women black solid cuffed trousers" total amount - "Rs 1950.33" the items suppose to be delivered by 14 february but still i didn't get the product. i never get the product but in order status its showing that the product has been delived on 21st march.i had emailed myntra customer service many times regarding this and asked them to refund the money but i still didn't any update regarding this issue.i will be vey thankful if you help me regarding this.

                        I have requested for a product return on 6 march 2017.and still it is queued...today 15 days are over...myntra claims for 7 days pickup. . but still no pickup arranged...i have a doubt wether the product will be picked up or not...request for return is still pending...it is very unsatisfactory... Should i eait for 15 days more to lapse 30 day return policy..

                          We ordered two pairs of shoes on myntra on the 20th of Feb 2017 and when we got the delivery of the product on the 1st of march 2017. When we opened the parcel we found that only one pair got delivered instead of the ordered 2 pairs. Intially when we complained to the myntra team via the phone we were told that both the shoes were shipped in a single box but on rechecking we relilised that there is only one pair. Again when we called the myntra team we were told there were two boxes shipped in a single polythene bag and this is not true as the polythene bag could barely hold one shoe box. I have repeated complained to them with photographic evidence but myntra team is all the time saying that the complaint is false. The shoe costs Rs 1500 and have not reached a dead end cause this company is cheating customers.

                            This e-mail is regarding the product 'Sudarshan Silks Orange & Green Checked Traditional Saree' pertaining to the order number[protected]-7435703.

                            The product was delivered in defective condition there is a small tear on the saree but Myntra refuses to accept and provide return

                            As a regular customer of Myntra this is disappointing especially because no one has come to ask for photos or checked this in detail

                              I have returned two tshirts because those were not fit to me and pickman pick them on 3rd march 17 but myntra rejected my return saying i have returned wrong product.i have given right product to pickman but they have done some kind of mistake at their end and thats why my refund is pending.                                 I ordered a pink saree from mynta "Order No:[protected]-8411503 "which I found was not as it looked on net.So, I appeale to return "Return No: 21932286
                                Placed on Friday, March 3, 2017 "and order was picked on 4/3/2017. But refund was not genrated rather a message came that your return request was declined(no reason was provided). I am left only with the return slip whose photo I've uploaded.Since then I've been continuously sending mails to the site but everytime they ask for a long gap of time. The have breached my faith. What shall I do now?

                                  My myntra Order No is[protected]-6270901 which was Placed on Friday, February 24, 2017 and contained multiple items. One of them was a polo t shirt from Jack & Jones. When i opened it there was a hole on the backside of the t-shirt. I submitted the return request in the category of defective product received along with the detailed issue.Two days later pickup agent came, being a genuine customer i myself showed him that this is the cut due to which i'm returning this product. He was completely unaware of that. He said that he didn't knew that the return request of the product was for the defective one and he can only take it after he'll receive the approval e-mail from warehouse which he haven't received yet. He asked me to send the pictures of the defected product at [protected]@myntra.com by the end of the day. I did the same. Two days later they denied the return request because according to them the product was sent to me after quality check. If that's so then how come i received the defective product. And now they've rejected my request to return my product. I placed the return request for the second time hoping for the different response or better support from them but same response and they rejected my request again. Product tag and packaging is still intact which is required for the return. This isn't the first time I've received the defective product from myntra and they returned the product last time. What is the point of 30 day return policy if you cannot solve the genuine problem of your customers.
                                  I want the product to be returned and my money refunded.

                                    My name is aditya koundal i have placed an order of rs.2721.26 on 2/03/2017 order no. Is[protected]-3987903 then i cancelled it on same day but i did not get my refund. I kept on mailing and calling them but they keep on delaying the refund. They asked for my bank statement which i readily gave but still no refund received. Every time i approach customer service, a new person is there to acknowledge my refund problem who is unaware about the case and i've to explain him first and then the person says you'll receive your refund by the end of the day. But these days have passed but i've not received my refund till now. I've to keep begging to them for my own money now. Please help.

                                      I have two complaints related to my order no.[protected]-7824701.

                                      1. Myntra.com sent a defected night suit (Claura-yellow floral print night suit) and declined to return the item. (Return no.[protected]

                                      2. I had returned the night suit (Claura - biege & red printed nightsuit) but myntra.com did not refunded the money (Even after 12 days). (Return no.[protected]

                                      I received my ordered products (3 night suits) on 2 march (Evening). Out of three night suits it was found that one night suit is defected and another is not fit. I created the return of these two nights on 3 march on myntra.com.
                                      The pick-up person came on 4 march and picked one of the night suit i. E. (Claura - biege & red printed nightsuit) and refused to take back the defected night suit i. E. (Claura-yellow floral print night suit) of price 629.37. The pick-up person mentioned that we needs to get approval from myntra.com. I contacted the myntra.com on 4 march and they asked for some details like product no., bar code etc. These details were sent to myntra.com by email, but they are refusing to return the defected product sent by them.

                                      They are mentioning that they have properly checked. If this is the quality checks they are doing and even sending the defected products to a customer. I had contacted them by phone two times and emailed three times to return the night suit as it is received defected, unused and even tags etc. Not removed. But they are giving silly excuses of quality checks.

                                      Regarding 2nd compalint, i had returned the (Claura - biege & red printed nightsuit) on 4 march and till date (17 march) i did not received the refund amount of rs. 734.47.

                                      From these two incidents one can conclude the level of service provided by myntra.com and their unprofessional behaviour.

                                      I feel really cheated by myntra.com. I hope i will get justice.

                                        Myntra website does not open fully on my desktop

                                        Though myntra website opens on my desktop, but cannot see all the product of my chosen category.only first row of the product list displays in the computer, but the rest parts are invisible.i have tired a lot but all items of any chosen category does not displayed.Specially the clothing section .Please shot out the problem or suggest any method to see all the listed items of any category ....
