There is a product of adidas in myntra in which estimated vat/cst comes to 1305 inr and the same product in the site of adidas having same discount shows the estimated vat/cst as 450 inr which means a gap of around 855 inr in a single product. I am attaching the screenshot for the sane as a proof and also immediate action should be taken against it

    Dear sir
    I ordered a product in myntra through net banking i just return that products because of poor quality now 10 working days ago. Refund not credited in my bank account, amount rs (1212). Please make it fast its urgent. Other websites like amazon, flipkart are more comfortable to buy and return items, the last date says myntra customer support is 05/06/2017 but now no reply from there

      I ordered an shirt of pepe jeans from your myntra app and gifted it to someone. But the quality of the shirt is so bad that most of its strings are stretched and it is rugged from lots of places. I'm feeling really bad because it was a present on someone's birthday and I'm a very frequent customer because I used to trust all the products you have to be orignial but now my trust in you is shattered.please help me out and refund the money back to my amount.

        I ordered a top and then returned it due to sleeve issues. They picked up the next day and within 1wk it is shown on app that return is accepted and refund will be initiated within 24 days but no refund came in my account. Its been already 13days. Pls refund to my account. Its really disappointing! The screenshot is attached here and all the details are given in that photo. Thank you!

        Even after complaining over the phone Myntra has not taken any action.
        The consignment was prepaid.
        I may have to take legal actions its not about money but service.

          Hello team,
          More than 10 times i created the request to return my product. And got a msg through myntra but no one came to collect it. I want to know what types of service you guys provide your customers. If you don't want to take your product back so mentioned their that can not be returned or exchange. Why you make people fool. Always i got i msg: u cancelled ur request because u keep your product : but i never told u that i want to keep it.

            I received a damaged product from myntra and the next day i made a request for return and they declined to receive it. Then i call them many times so finally they picked up the product and it's all most a month i didn't receive any refund and no information regarding the product. Now i am keep calling them every time a different user received my call and say will contact you in 24 hours and after those calll neither i receive any call or emails. Finally i callled a different user and he said your product is not even picked up. They want me to bear a loss of 1700.

              Hi Team,

              Date of incident: 18th May 2017

              Issue:
              I had ordered multiple items from Myntra on 16th May 2017.
              Myntra delivered the items in a single packet on 18th May 2017 but one item was missing in the packet. I has notified this multiple times to Myntra customer care but they give the same response again and again that all the items were delivered in the packet. They are not ready to show me the proof.
              I have attached the photo of the item i did not receive.

              I want full refund of the price of item to my bank account.

                  It is very disappointing not to receive my refund as it has already been two months after I returned the jacket I had purchased for Rs 1529. I have already submitted my account details, I would be great if you guys look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest .
                  It is highly disappointing that a big company like Myntra fails to look into the refund issues of the customers effectively.
                  However I hope this will be resolved at the earliest.

                    Hi guys, I need your help.

                    It's about the online shopping retail Myntra.

                    Since the last few months I have been facing trouble with their delivery and decisions.

                    To give you a background, some time last month (30th april) I purchased a few things which were supposed to be delivered to me within a week.
                    However, that did not happen as the delivery got by another week, and till then I had no choice but to purchase them offline.

                    When the delivery guy finally showed up, my mother opened the door and told him about the cancellation.
                    Hearing that, he started accusing my mother saying things like "agar aapko kuch lena hi nahi hota to order krte hi kyu ho" and then there was an argument.

                    I was out of town at that time, so I wasn't there when this happened.

                    When I came back, she told me about it and I called Myntra to report this.
                    Instead of taking it as a formal complaint, they simply denied this initially. But when I started retaliating, they apologized for the behavior (note: still no complaint).
                    However, at this point, I really thought there was no point wasting more time here, so I stopped.

                    A few weeks later, I ordered another pair of shoes.
                    This time around, the ordered got cancelled as according to them "the product did not meet the quality standards".
                    When I called to check, they informed me about it.
                    This guy was kind enough to apologize and offered me a discount code.
                    However, till this day, I have not seen this discount code anywhere in my account.
                    Again, for this I have called and complained numerous times.

                    Now, coming to the actual situation...
                    Last week (14th may), during the mothers day week, I ordered 2 kurtas for my mother and 1 pair of shorts for myself .
                    This time, the ordered got delivered on time(15th may).
                    However, I was out of town that day again, so my dad just took the order and kept it at my table, so that it'll be opened while I'm around.

                    The next day, I came back and the package was opened.
                    Here I find the 3 products, out of which 1 kurta is totally crumbled.
                    The other one is partially crumbled.

                    I decided to call myntra straightaway as I knew it was gonna come to me.
                    I opened the second and third packs on the call while talking to the myntra representative.
                    This guy acknowledged the mistakes on their end and assured me of getting the product returned for which a formal complaint was logged (COMPLAINT NUMBER:[protected].
                    However, he asked me to wait for 3 business days so that they can process the complaint and then place the return order.
                    I agreed to that and waited.

                    The next time I call(24th may), I was simply informed that the complaint has been declined.
                    The guy said it to my face that sir you are lying, we have done our research, and the products were in perfect conditions, when they were delivered to you.

                    Hearing this, I asked him to connect me to a manager to which he denied, saying no one is available.
                    I disconnected the call then and called again later in the day.
                    Luckily, I was given the "opportunity" to talk to the manager to whom I explained everything in detail.

                    This guy again assured me of everything and said this will be resolved within 2-3 business day.
                    His name's Deepak.
                    This is the first time, I decided to make a note of a call center rep's name.

                    On 25th may, I got a message from them saying that the returns have been cancelled.
                    I called them again and asked to be connected to Deepak, to which they denied.
                    I instead was connected to Rishabh.
                    I ASKED THIS GUY FOR HIS FULL NAME, TO WHICH HE DENIED!
                    I asked him for an update to which he simply said that we have checked pur records and the products were in "good conditions" when they were sent out of the warehouse.

                    So this means...either something happened in transit or I have used the product, right?
                    Now guys tell me this...
                    Do you really think I would have gone through the hassle of calling them again and again for this small issue, had my mother have used the products?
                    Moreover, I called them the moment I opened the pack, and made sure the rest of the packs were opened while someone from their team was on the call.
                    Even further, all the tags are intact!

                    How can you accuse me of this then, when you guys were informed of it from day 1?

                    I even told "rishabh" that I would take up the matter to social media to which he simply said...
                    "Feel free".
                    He further claimed that the items will be delivered back to me.

                    Today is 30th may however I still haven't received the products back.
                    I called them again on 28th, they said they will escalate the matter again and will need "2-3 business days to resolve".

                    Seriously pathetic!

                    I have been a long term user of Flipkart, sine the days when they were just a book selling website.
                    Same goes for myntra.
                    There was a time when I used to vouch for their names, such was my level of trust!

                    I remember, back in 2013, I bought a phone and after using it for a few days, I noticed the alignment of the front camera was not right, to which I placed a complaint.
                    Here's what the guy said:
                    "Sir, aapne bol diya wahi hmare liye bahot hai. We don't need the details of the issue. You saying something is all that we care about. I am placing an exchange order right now, please give us a few days. Someone from our team will pay you a visit, collect the old device and will provide you a new one".

                    The reason I remember this till date is because I have shared this story with numerous friends, colleagues and so on, such was my level of satisfaction with flipkart.

                    It's not just about the money anymore.
                    It's just that, they need to realize that being a company worth billions does not give you the rights to cheat your customers!

                    Can I get some help here?

                      First of all i would like to talk about the product, Then i would take your attention towards the dealing given by the myntra customer care executive and rude and harsh behaviour of myntra deliverey boy (sumit) MOBno. [protected].

                      so the matter is that i have ordered a HRX shoes on 16may and the shoes has been delivered to me on 19may, On 20 of may i have logged for exchange for a size change, myntra deliverey boy came on 22nd may and said that i won't take this product (this product is defective) so log a compliant regarding this, so i have done the same thing and logged a complaint. After that the product approval email as well as message reached me on 23rd but the customer care executive has not left a message to that delivery boy., Due to which i have a arguements (Verbal fight) with that delievery boy due to his behavior . So now today 27 of may the product still has not exchanged and i used to call customer care executive and in return they used to convince me by saying sorry for the inconvience the product will be exchanged with in next 2 hours and on that particular day i have talked to arount 10 customer care executive and they all were conveying me the same info and making fool of the customer not taking their valuable time seroisly at all and giving the false hope to the customer by each and every guy of the team myntra.
                      and the delievery boy sumit maiking fool of me from 2 days that he will exchange the product by the end of the day But actually the product was not with him and making fool of me by not taking my time seriously. So to all i would suggest u never to buy from myntra because they don't take care of dere customers not even they check whether the product which they are delievering is GENUINE or defective but while returning or exchanging time they always check for the defect and waste their customer valuable time . so #### to all myntra peoples.

                        The courier department is oathetic over here they bring down the order but the payment method is ridculous there swipe machine are not authentic and then they blame the customer there card is not working properly. The card with which everyday transaction is done. They do the same thing everytime. Courier department like this should be banned who make fool of the customers

                          I ordered 8 dress materials. They were to be sent in 2 shipments. I received the first shipment correctly. But in the second shipment, instead of 4 dress materials, i got only 2, and those 2 were not the ones i ordered. I have already called thrice and spoken to 3 different people. They have initiated refund for 2 dress materials, but nothing has been done for the other 2. I have already returned the 2 wrong products that i received. How many times to call customer care and repeat the whole story to each new person? What should i do to get the refund of the remaining 2 dress materials?? I am very disappointed with the follow up. I was very happy with myntra service. But now, my opinion has changed. Please follow up my problem and refund the amount for the remaining 2 dress materials.

                            I didn't receive delivery of[protected]-9923303. I received a message that delivery was myntra was unable to deliver as cosignee was not present. But it's absolutely false claim by myntra site. I really didn't expect such carelessness by top sites like myntra. I was in home all day waiting for the order. But was really shocked by the SMS . I really expect quick action from myntra

                              I have order 2 goods for which i have to exchange it due to size. But i cannot as at the particular pin code the exchange is not possible. You can return and get your goods at particular pin code but i cannot exchange it. How this is possible. Unnecessary harassment to the customer who are so regular, what should i do now. Returning means loosing on discount. Kindly solve my problem.

                                I have ordered 9 items from myntra, i am currently residing in qatar. I ordered everything to correct address, they are saying that these things cant be delivered since address is wrong, i have also provided the number contact number, if there is any issue with address they can contact the number, not even calling to the number, they are asking me to refund the amount or reschedule the delivery. I need all my orders before 30th since im traveling back on 30th flight

                                    I m very much frustrated to type this email because of delayed in order of watch in online shopping of myntra.com.

                                    I received a text message that i will get my order on 20th may 2017. I received a text message on 23rd may 2017 that order is out for delivery with a name of order carrier's name. Same day with a gap of a min i received message that order will be undelivered due to operational constrain. Today is 24 may 2017 i am not sure where my order is and why it is not getting traced. I will not recommend myntra to any of my colleagues, friends or relatives in my lifetime.

                                    Poor customer service.

                                    Why you have very poor service about delivery.???

                                      I have purchased "hrx by hrithik roshan men real indigo striped henley t-shirt" with code: 1284604, the t-shirt was delivered on time and other things was okay like packing, but on the next day when i wear this t-shirt and went to my office wearing that t-shirt, and after few hours it seems me the t-shirt was loosing it color and had destroyed my new pent by leaking t-shirt's color into my pent's waist area with blue color of t-shirt. As myntra says its customers that we deliver original products to its customer, that too written in packaging. So it totally cheating.
                                      So both my pent which was i wearing the office day were gone wasted, by this hrithik roshan t shirt..
                                      So please kindly look into the matter, as soon as possible.
