I haven't received any refund yet for the cancelled order, despite contacting bank and myntra multiple times, and despite "myntra escalation", in over a month now.
If it is not within your purview to solve the matter and this is as far as myntra's escalation can reach, I think you should just admit and let the customer know that. At least, the customer can refrain from further transactions on myntra. Thank God, the refund amount was very small in this case.
