I have purchased the Numer-Uno loafers and made the payment in advance, then at the time of delivery as I have checked it, the size is large so I have ordered the 7 number of size, but at the time of exchange the delivery boy told me that there is one small point size mark on the loafer and even I have not open the tag and the packing, the shoes is directly com to me and the courier boy also told me that you did not make it in use its a fresh product it may be come from the dock point as in this condition... My query is "As a customer what is my mistake in it and I have purchased it first time and you guys are giving me this kind of word experience, its my request kindly resolve my query otherwise i'll go in consumer forum for that..

    Please note on receiving the return product, delivery boy misbehaved ( Registration no HTSF13097)this was totally a very bad experience for me, product was in actual condition only the Kimble of price tag was detached which was obvious one has take out for trying as both shoes were attached together with it .     Delivery boy denied to pick without any reason and argued, not qualified enough to deal properly, misbehaved

    I had placed an order(Order No.:[protected]-4796301) on April 02. Delivered date was mentioned as 05 April, and it is not yet been delivered. And i don't get any further updates. Please do the needful.
    The return request for this KALINI Saree is not being picked up since almost 2 weeks now, I have already raised so many complaints, none of them were solved and you are putting them under the resolved issues.This is how you treat a customer who is consistent enough to request every day for return?? This is how you treat a Ellite member? This is the height of my patience level.Even after the supervisor had logged a complaint no action has been taken against the delivery agent.He calls me every day and asks to keep the product ready but never comes to my place to pick it up actually.If he calls me again and does not come I am telling you this will lead to very bad consequences.Why are you so misleading that you are resolving the issue on your own without solving it.Attaching a screenshot for your reference.The delivery agent number is [protected].Take strict actions, he is misbehaving.

      I ordered an item from myntra.They changed the item details in website against that product order code in their website later. And this new item was shipped to me.The order invoice i received has a different name and product has different name.After so many complaints to their customer care they are not ready to accept the fault.And is rejecting the return.Never pay anything online in myntra.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        In October'16 i have purchased some products in myntra. And i have returned few items in that. They have collected the items from me and initiated refund transactions. In myntra account it says that they have refunded successfully but i did not receive the amount in my bank account. So i have called up Citibank and enquired about this, they have asked me for ARN numbers so that they can track. I have got the ARN numbers from myntra and provided the same to Citibank. After investigation Citibank said that they are not able find these ARN numbers. But what myntra says is that they have refunded successfully.

        This back and forth mails happening from last 5 months blaming each other. I have no clue whom to blame on this. Need your help to resolve this issue. And this is my last option.

          Myntra provided me an offer of cashback at the time of purchase and i even inquired from their customer care whether i was eligible for the offer they said yes and now myntra won't give me cashback and instead offering me coupons which are available to all. So please help. my order number is[protected]-1496303.i have mailed them for help but everytime they refuse sying this is the maximum we can do and myntra's customer representative himself called me and told me to place the order but now they don't acknowledge my claim. Please help

            Recently purchased one product for Myntra and the delivery boy refused to deliver the product at the address provided. Please check my order history as i am a regular buyer of Myntra.I am highly disappointed with the service of Myntra and will stop buying from them. Being customers we should not be bearing tantrums from the delivery boys.Request you to this feedback as you will be losing out on customers because of this attitude from delivery boys.

              I returned the product and they also informed that the product has passed the quality check. But i have yet not recieved my refund from myntra. I even called the customer care, he said they have successfully refunded my money the bank is unable to show my transaction. I consulted my bank (bank of india) they have no news of the transaction. What do i do now? I want my money back any how!!

                I am a regular buyer on myntra for the last 3 yrs. Earlier I found myntra is very good in product delivery specially the area where I m reside.but in my last purchase I m very upset at their service. In their apps it was shown that my product was to be delivered without cod. Till then it's okay... So I paid for it. The product came early but the courier service to which myntra is collaborated did not give it to me. Instead they told me that it's not our service area.. To collect my parcel I had to travel 20kms from my home and then again I returned. My question to myntra is... Why they told in their apps about product delivery in exact location if they have no capacity or option to deliver there. It's not the fault of courier service it's myntra fault because they use multiple courier service provider, most of which are not well known. I want to ask myntra team why they don't use well known courier service like blue dart, dtdc n post office for remote area. I m resident of Assam n the courier u use to send my last purchase is DLHYVARY.

                  I returned my product on 20 march and still my money hasn't been refunded back to my account. It has been over 15 days and its still showing that the return is in process ! What should i do ?i want my money as soon as possible. The tracking of my order is also unavailable, there is record of the product. I have returned it successfully so i want my money back ASAP. I have waited for so long but not anymore. I want action ASAP.

                    I have ordered a shrug... When the matter came to delivery, delivery guy Unwilling to come to the given address. They telling us to reach the place where they point and get our paid product.they say get my product from their office which is very embarassing thing to say.And also they say about the pincode i provided in which their area is not coming under that pin code.How should a customer know these things.very Low remark about delivery of the product. Give some value for the customer.

                      I have ordered two goods on myntra one in month of january2017 and another in the month of february 2017. i have received poor quality of goods so i have returned the goods and myntra has confirmed that they have received the goods back and they will be processing the refund. but its been more than 2.5 months but i havent received my refund. i have been following on up with myntra customer team from more than 50days+ but the reply i am getting that is refund is processed and myntra will give me the transaction details so that i can check with my bank. Its been more than 50days+ but i havent received my refund nor the transactions details. please help me with this. I have to get a refund of approx Rs2300

                        Shocked to receive duplicate product of brand Mango. I have using this brand before also and hence ordered for this brand through Myntra. The 32 size black Jeggins received is in bad and duplicate condition. The size is too small but the lable is 32 size, made in Bangladesh. Stop cheating and fooling customers.

                        Same thing happend with AND brand.

                        Not happy with the service of Myntra. Action should be taken so that they stop fooling the customers.

                          I have 5 gift cards each of 500 given to my by a friend. I can only apply one gift for an order. I took multiple products because of the gift cards. We are allowed to apply only one gift card for an order which is not fair. When u can sell multiple gift cards to a customer at once u should allow them to apply any number of gift cards. They r not ready to remove delivery charges when told I will tell place multiple orders. 'System is designed that way is the response'. I[censored] r not ready to agree with alternative option what customer says then ur system is designed the wrong way.

                            I haven't received any refund yet for the cancelled order, despite contacting bank and myntra multiple times, and despite "myntra escalation", in over a month now.
                            If it is not within your purview to solve the matter and this is as far as myntra's escalation can reach, I think you should just admit and let the customer know that. At least, the customer can refrain from further transactions on myntra. Thank God, the refund amount was very small in this case.

                              I made a payment of Rs 2655.94 on 3 Jan 2017 which failed to make any product booking but money was debited from my account.

                              Citibank confirmed that they have made the payment to Myntra.

                              For the past 3 months Myntra haven't given my money. This has been my worst experience trading online.

                              I even shared my CC statement with them yet they have not taken any action yet.

                                I had ordered the Supra White Hammer run shoes from Myntra and the Quality is really bad . It did not even last a day and the shoe got torn Within a days use .
                                I want a refund or an exchange and somebody to Contact me as soon as possible . I also want Myntra to Stop selling Supra products and enquire Supra about their product as it will tarnish the reputation of the Seller company in this case it being Myntra itself .

                                  Myntra has recently suspended my account I m using from past 2 yrs without any reason.. I have called myntra few times in past couple of days however they are still working.. I have few items in my orders that needs to be return before 30 days period ends but I have no clue how to proceed it.

                                  This is a fraud and someone has to take serious action against myntra for this.

                                    It's been almost 17 days since my product is picked up by Myntra and my refund is still not credited into my bank account. Whenever I called cs they said I should check with the bank, about the money. They had also given me transaction number saying that money is paid from their end and I have to go to bank. This absolutely ridiculous Myntra.

                                      Ordered 2 pair of reebok shoes, same model, and after 3 days of wearing them, the net threads started to tear apart.It was worn by my dad and the other by my brother and both of them countered the same problem.

                                      Reached out to Myntra support but they declined to return as it was not the manufacturing defect.
                                      Are they selling fake products?
                                      The both pair were of around 6000 INR.

                                      I was in hurry so I paid a amount and received the packet from a courier boy but later I noticed that this packet was initially torned and had receiver it in tampered form. When I called him back he said that this is not his duty now.

                                        i had ordered the items from myntra on 28th january 2017 the "order number[protected] 1810701" "item code - 1430924" i. e. Only women navy blue super skinny fit mid rise clean look jeans - Rs and "item code - 1661882 " i.e. Love Generation women black solid cuffed trousers" total amount - "Rs 1950.33" the items suppose to be delivered by 14 february but still i didn't get the product. i never get the product but in order status its showing that the product has been delived on 21st march.i had emailed myntra customer service many times regarding this and asked them to refund the money but i still didn't any update regarding this issue.i will be vey thankful if you help me regarding this.
